Small cap wrap: European Lithium a strong mover of the week
Proactive’s Tylah Tully gives another ‘Small Caps Wrap,’ outlining the biggest movers across the ASX small caps sector.
Orthocell Ltd was among the strongest performers, rising nearly 34% to a weekly high of $0.83 before entering a trading halt at $0.81.
The company’s share price surged after it announced a distribution agreement with Device Technologies Asia to exclusively market and distribute its nerve repair product Remplir™ in Singapore.
This marks the product’s first significant international expansion beyond Australia and New Zealand, supported by recent regulatory approval from Singapore’s Health Sciences Authority.
At its AGM, Orthocell Chair Paul Anderson highlighted a 30% revenue growth over the past financial year, with a promising trajectory for continued growth.
European Lithium Ltd increased by 46%, trading at $0.037 by the end of the week.
The company announced the acquisition of the Leinster Lithium Project in Ireland. This project is noted for its consistent high-grade lithium oxide at surface, with grades ranging between 2.5% and 3.5% lithium.
QMines Ltd rose by 23% on Thursday, reaching a weekly high of $0.073 and closing at $0.064.
The increase followed results from its maiden drilling program at the Develin Creek Project.
Key intersections included 26 metres at 1.38% copper, 0.29 g/t gold, 11g/t silver and 1.99% zinc.
Other notable risers included Move Logistics Group Ltd, which added $0.035 to its share price, ending at $0.175.
Errawarra Resources Ltd saw a 50% increase, trading at $0.09 after announcing a joint venture with Falcon Metals.
Element 25 Ltd jumped by 21.6% to a high of $0.31, Nova Minerals Ltd rose by 19.1% to reach $0.25 and Anteris Technologies Ltd was 78 cents, or 8.56%, higher to $9.90.

Among the strongest performers this week in the small caps sector was ortho-cell, which climbed almost 34% to a weekly high of 83 cents, now when a trading halt at 81 cents. The company's share price surged on news. It's entered a distribution agreement with device Technologies Asia to exclusively market and distribute its nerve repair product Rempler in Singapore. This marks the product's first major international expansion beyond Australia and New Zealand, supported by recent regulatory approval from Singapore's Health Sciences Authority. Orthocell also held its AGM this morning with Chair Paul Anderson stating this financial year has been one of growth for orthocell. Its revenue has grown by 30% and the current quarter-litrejectory bodes very well for continued growth outlook. European Lithium was another strong performer, increasing 46% across the week, now trading at 3.7 cents at the time of filming. The company announced the acquisition of the Lens to Lithium project in Ireland this week, a standout project with non-consistency of high-grade lithium oxide at surface, running at an average of 2.5% to 3.5% lithium oxide. Few mines reached a weekly high of 7.3 cents, an increase of 23% on Thursday, now trading at 6.4 cents. The company released strong results from a made-and-drilling program at the Devlin Creek project, reporting significant intersections including 26 metres at 1.38% copper, 0.29 grams per tonne gold, 11 grams per tonne silver and 1.99% zinc. Other small caps on the rise, move logistics group added 3.5 cents to a share price today, moving to 17.5 cents at the time of filming. And Erawara Resources had its second surge of the week, increasing 50% today, trading at 9 cents a share at the time of filming. ERW shares reached just over 10 cents mid-week on news the company had entered into a joint venture with Falcon Metals.
