EKOCUPS, renowned for premium coffee products, will feature five Keurig-compatible compostable single-serve coffee pod SKUs in the initial shipment: Classic Medium Roast, Breakfast Blend, Half Caff, Decaf Medium Roast, and Hazelnut Flavored Coffee. Additional SKUs are expected to follow as part of the ongoing collaboration.

All right, welcome back inside our proactive newsroom. And joining me now is Ash Guglani. He is the president of Next Innovations. And Ash, welcome back. Great to see you again. Yeah, great to be here. You talked a couple of days ago about a contract you signed in Ontario. And now you're going across the border and signing the first contract in the US. So obviously a key milestone for the company here, Ash. Yeah, no, absolutely. Look, I mean, we've been working hard with these relationships. These are relationships that take a long time to get across the line. But we're pretty strategic on who we want to work with. Just this week, look, we've announced two different partners with totally different distribution channels. You've got the group in Ontario that has 17 coffee shops and some Canadian retail presence. And now we just launched with one of the higher volume Amazon-- sorry, online sellers. So we're very excited about what we're doing at Next in terms of getting different distribution channels going. And the partners that we're working with, the good news is there's a lot of room to grow with all of them. So they all have multiple SKUs. They all have different distribution channels. But what we've done in Ottawa with-- that company was already in a compostable pod. And now it's switched over to our compostable pod. And now with what we have in New York, which they're doing a 13 gram capsule. And there's no other real 13 gram capsule that is compostable that could actually handle the volume besides ours. So I think you're going to start seeing a lot more people adopt our capsule over the next while. And like I said, we're strategically working with the right partners and their distribution channels to get this pod out there. Yeah. So they're called EcoCups. And you're right. They have a strong presence on Amazon. They have a strong online presence of their own as well. And just going to their website and going through a number of SKUs that they have. And this is really-- their distribution through the US is quite strong. So this is, as you mentioned, the type of partners that you want to work with, right? Absolutely. No, I mean, this is a great online partner. This is a group that spends a lot of time and investment in really getting their algorithms right and making sure they can sell a lot of product online. I mean, for a private label business, these guys have a brand that they've built. And this is a brand that sells really good volume just online. They are not in retail. So this is a good partnership for us. And I think there's lots of room to grow with both of the companies that we've announced so far. Yeah, as I mentioned, I looked at their website. They have a number of different flavors of coffee. You're starting with five to begin with. Is that something that you can gain a lot of data from in order to continue to add things as things start to improve? Absolutely. We do have other SKUs. We're working on for them. So no, we have-- it's a good starting point. And I think you'll see a lot more with this group out of the US. And just one last question in that is, this is obviously with this particular group, EcoCups. But are there other ones like EcoCups throughout the US that you would be targeting as well? Absolutely. EcoCups-- the US is a big market. I think what we really got to get down to is understanding that 80% of all K-Cups, or even single serve, is consumed in the US. So it's a really big market. And I think it's definitely there's a lot more companies that will be targeting, especially in the US, after this EcoCups relationship. Well, congratulations on it. It's a great start.
