Artemis Resources fields high-grade gold and copper in Thorpe Prospect rock chips

Artemis Resources Ltd (ASX:ARV, AIM:ARV, OTCQB:ARTTF) executive director George Ventouras joins Proactive’s Tylah Tulyl to discuss significant gold and copper rock chip results the company has received from the Thorpe prospect within the Karratha Gold Project in Western Australia's Pilbara region. Sampling uncovered grades up to 45.8 g/t gold, 10.3% copper and 69.4 g/t silver from mineralised quartz-iron oxide veins. Key highlights include 45.8 g/t gold, 3.7% copper and 38.6 g/t silver from a 3-metre-wide vein. Additional samples include 12 g/t gold with 1.1% copper and 10.3% copper with 0.4 g/t gold and 69.4 g/t silver. The Thorpe prospect is part of the Carlow tenement, where Artemis aims to expand its gold footprint and identify priority drilling targets. The exploration team is analysing widespread surface gold to determine its source, complementing earlier findings at nearby Titan and other prospects. Drilling programs are set to begin in early 2025, pending heritage and regulatory clearances. These results reinforce the potential for high-grade mineralisation across the Carlow tenement, bolstering the outlook for the Karratha Gold Project. #ProactiveInvestors #ArtemisResources #ASX #GoldMining #CopperExploration #KarrathaProject, #RockChipResults, #MineralExploration, #PilbaraMining, #HighGradeGold, #GoldProspecting, #ASXNews, #ExplorationResults, #AustralianMining, #CopperDiscovery, #GoldAndSilver, #MiningUpdates, #DrillingPlans, #ThorpeProspect, #ResourceExpansion, #SurfaceMining, #MineralPotential

Hello and welcome back to the Proactive Studio. I'm Tyler Talley and today I'm joined by Artemis Resources Executive Director George Vanturis, who's going to talk us through the significant gold and copper rock chip results the company's released from its thought prospect which is located within the Carapha Gold Project in Western Australia. George, good to see you again. Thanks for joining us. Oh, it's great to be with you as always. Tyler, thank you. So, talk to us about these rock chip samples. You received some standout results. Yeah, it's really exciting for us. The thought prospect is one that has been known to the company for a little while and it has been worked on their previously a little bit of shallow drilling a number of years ago but now that we're taking our macro view of our projects and looking for district scale gold ounces we we're revisiting all these prospects and we've tracked this thought prospect with we've got some outcropping quartz veins as you say some pretty interesting results 45 grams a ton of gold. So, we think we're on to another system and so it's really exciting because what we're seeing through the Carlo tenement now is multiple systems. They reach sort of you know two kilometers long so we've got scale good high grades so the works in front of us to really work out what's going on and and this is just scratching the surface of thought so yeah it's it's interesting exciting we're looking to the next place. Yeah, as you said thought was part of the broader Carlo tenement. Can you talk us through your strategy across this area and the potential you see at Carlo? Yeah, look, it's it's one of those things which we're thankful to have degree as a neighbor about 150 case to the east and the way that they have discoveries unfolded. I mean 12 up million ounces in and around five years no one really considered the pulver region had the potential to hold these sorts of deposits. So, what we've done is we've taken a step back at our project rather than look at our starting Carlo resource we which is pretty interesting at 374,000 ounces of gold but rather than look at that and say how much bigger can we get it and we know we can get that bigger but what we're doing is taking a step back looking at that Carlo tenement on a broader level to identify how many Carlos we can find. So, hypothetically if we can get Carlo north of 500,000 ounces of gold which we don't think it'd be too hard to do and we can find three four or five of these Carlos you know all of a sudden we're into the multi-million ounces and that's what we're looking for. We're not really interested in getting small incremental increases. We're looking at multiples and Thorpe is one that's got potential tightened as we've seen before and there's a host of other prospects that we've got in that tenement as well as all the ground we haven't really explored yet so there's plenty of upside moving forward so again really quite an exciting situation to be in for the company. Definitely so what are the next steps where do you go from here. So, what we're doing now is we do have some drill ready targets we are in the process of clearing for heritage clearance I should say at the Titan prospect so what we're aiming to do is when we start in 2025 we'll have a number of drill targets lined up and so the first half of next year is going to see some drilling at multiple prospects some more work in the background on other areas to refine new prospects to add to the portfolio so you know it's a really watch this space scenario there's a lot of work coming up and with that a lot of news flow. Yeah it definitely sounds like there's a lot of news flow that we can keep our eyes peeled for in 2025. Yeah certainly and look you know not to be downplaying the rest of 2024 we do have a number of results coming out of the lab we had our drilling at Lulu Creek the results of that will come out through probably around mid December so we anticipate some exciting news flow between now Christmas so hopefully a nice Christmas present for all shareholders. George thanks so much for joining us today. I should be here thanks Holla.
