Bucky, this is not nom, this is bowling, there are rules. Today, Junior America! It's like, for the best! So stand by! All right everybody, welcome back to the Stakes of Breakfast podcast. I'm Ron Nose here with me. Yo, if you're a first-time listener, welcome to the show, if you're a long-time listener, welcome back to our first episode after our 500th. And getting things started on a busy news Tuesday, we just rounded out our first edition of the podcast, so if you missed out, go check out episode 500. We featured Florida Congressman Corey Mills and caught up with Texas Representative Keith Self. We're going to be jumping into it right now, talking about, well, Noah, no Shocker, Joe Biden, pardon Hunter. Weird. What do you think? It's a bummer on multiple levels, like it would be cool if Hunter would have beat the gun charges on his own because it would set cool precedent in that area. There would have been a lot of memes. But at the same time, it is amazing watching people just have to eat shit by listening to themselves say that it'll never happen because Joe Biden embodies the rule of law. And nothing was weaponized against anybody according to Democrats until it was stated such in the form of a pardon from Joe Biden. Yeah. And it kind of feels like it kind of feels like that thing. The pardon was the background plan for the whole thing. It was Joe Biden's DOJ that was going after Hunter for all this stuff. Supposedly. Right. Well, supposedly. But while we were all told that this was to make them seem like they were, you know, being reasonable and, you know, holding everybody accountable and nobody's above the law and all that kind of bullshit, which apparently now is patently false. But it also might just be a Trojan horse in order to give Joe Biden the air pardon that he desperately needs. This was a big one spanning 11 years, consequently going back to the start or the conclusion of the color revolution in Ukraine and I'm sorry, the start of Hunter Biden's employment on the board of Burysma also covers the years where he did foreign investments and money bag gatherings in countries like China, Kazakhstan, Romania, and Russia. When you talk about the amount of money being forgiven in the form of this pardon, the low end is a little bit over $20 million in back federal taxes and he gets four hours to just go buck wild at the strip club. He did. The memes for that were absolutely fantastic. I didn't remember that there were that many Elmo's snorting cocaine memes out there, but they're sure ones in their mouths. You know, I found a good one. I said it was just a it was a video of a guy at the Buffalo Bills football game this weekend and I don't know if you saw no, but they had had some torrential snow. So what happens is because they're like a community back to football organization out there like in Green Bay. So all the people who are going to attend the game, they come out with snow shovels like hours before and they clear the seats in the aisles and push everything into like the back of the walkways. So I put is the screen caption for for that video. Hey, listen, now that you got a pardon, you got to keep your nose clean and then I put Hunter Biden coal in and it was a guy shirtless just jumping into a huge pile of snow. So instead of giving like the little mini baseball bat with the team logo on it, they give them a snow shovel with the team logo on it. Pretty much. Nice. It's so the people take pride in it. Crowd sourcing. You know, I remember all the way back from when I was a little kid, the Jim Kelly led Buffalo Bills teams and even the Frank Wright taken to the Super Bowl team. You know, it was one of those things where it always snows like that in Buffalo. They actually have a new stadium that they're going to be building there. And believe it or not, it's not going to be a retractable dome. They like when it snows and they get all into it as a community. It's just one of those Buffalo New York things that I'll never understand because unfortunately I'm a Giants fan. So I was always bourbon. They're certainly. I just turned it off. You know, like I said, I was trying to explain the NFL to my son on Thanksgiving in the deidness of it all just was making my blood boil. But it is what it is that that league has a lot of things to clean up before it's even watchable again. And that sounds like a them problem, not a me problem. But here's the executive grant of clemency I'm going to read from it right now because it's pretty short. Joseph R Biden, Jr. President of the United States, to whom all these presents shall come greeting be it known that on this day, I Joseph R Biden, Jr. President of the United States pursuant to my powers under article two, section two, clause one, the Constitution have granted unto Robert Hunter Biden, a full and unconditional pardon for those offenses against the United States, which he has committed or may have committed or have taken part in during the periods from January 1st, 2014 through December 1st, 2024, including but not limited to all offenses, charges and prosecutions, including any that have resulted in convictions by special counsel, David C. Weiss and docket numbers aren't important in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and docket number also not important in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. In testimony aware of, I have here on to sign my name and cause the pardon to be recorded with the Department of Justice, and it's apparently signed by Joe Biden. He put out a statement which coincided with the release and the announcement of this pardon for his son. It's also brief because Joe Biden obviously didn't write this either, but I'll read from it now. Today, I signed a pardon for my son, Hunter, that's probably the only sentence that he wrote. From the day I took office, I said that I would not interfere with the Justice Department's decision making, and I kept my word, even as I have watched my son being selectively and unfairly prosecuted. Without aggravating factors like a crime, multiple purchases, or buying a weapon as a straw purchaser, people were almost never brought to trial on felony charges solely for how they filled out a gun form. Those who were late to paying their taxes because of serious drug addictions and paid them back subsequently with interest in penalties are typically given non-criminal resolutions. It is clear that Hunter was treated differently. The charges in this case came about only after several of my political opponents in Congress instigated them to attack me and oppose my election. Then a carefully negotiated plea deal agreed to by the Department of Justice, unraveled within the courtroom, with a number of my political opponents in Congress taking credit for bringing political pressure on the process. Had the plea de-hulled, it would have been fair, and a reasonable resolution of Hunter's cases. So there you have it. They realized the irony, of course, of saying that the aggravating, what was it, the aggravating accompaniment of a crime? Is that kind of like the aggravating accompaniment of the crime that allowed them to prosecute Donald Trump that doesn't exist? That doesn't exist, even though we have the receipts for everything from Fannie Willa's visiting Kamala Harris to Nathan Wade charging White House legal from the third ranking member of the Department of Justice being dispatched to Alvin Bragg's office in Manhattan in New York, and then coming up with indictments for Donald Trump there. I mean, you name it. The Mar-a-Lago raid, it's been done to Donald Trump, and hanging 700 years of being prosecuted over his head in addition to the mental anguish, embarrassment, and impediment of his re-election campaign. He'll never get any of those back. He'll never get back to hundreds of millions of dollars he's wasted in court fines, even after he civilly sues all of these offices for wrongfully prosecuting him, things that can't even take place because he's about to be the sitting president until after he leaves office again. And for how it's kind of turns his whole family upside down. I mean, a lot of the rhetoric that led to these false prosecutions and unconstitutional investigations into Donald Trump literally led to him almost losing his life twice. And he's not going to get that stuff back. He's not going to get his piece of ear back, you know, and it's just really sad to see that we're going to go through at how hypocritical the Democrats are, because again, you need to understand what the "there-there" is. The Democrats only care about power. They care about climate until America rejects it, then they pretend they don't care about it. They care about pronouns until America rejects it. Now they don't want to be the party of woke. They care about the rule of law until America goes after them, and then they don't want to be a victim of the rule of law anymore. You know, and it's one of those things that, as long as people continue to stay aware of the fact of what caused Donald Trump to win, and for Republicans to win top to bottom, in this election cycle, we'll be okay. So as we start to stray back from that and feel bad for people getting deported, transgender people not being able to play sports, and all the other bullshit, "Oh, we're being too dirty to the environment," then we get back into the gray area, which has gotten this country in an absolute, I don't know, butt-fuck nature for the past nearly 20 years. So put it lightly. Yeah. I'm watching on the- It is not that transgender people can't play sports, they just can't beat the shit out of biological females in biological females' spaces in sports, which I think everyone should probably be okay with. Yeah. And if you want to even take it a step further, if you won't, I will. Use their bathrooms, change in their locker rooms, or anywhere around them. If this is such a big national trend that Republicans are going after, then create the transgender whatever, sports leagues, Olympics, and see how many people go out and watch and support and back this, because no one will. Probably as many as watch the women's leagues. Yep. Oops. Yep. I'm watching right now on the big screen, Noah. What's going on in Chicago right now, where the people have just taken over these city council meetings wearing, like, make America great again, leprechaun hats, or going into the courtroom wearing, like, orange jumpsuit that says, like, migrant convict on the back of it and saying how, like, he's got a better chance going to jail than any of these illegals doing. They're, like, begging Tom Holman and Donald Trump. They're using up their minutes in city council meetings in Chicago, begging Donald Trump and Tom Holman to come to Chicago first. That's amazing. It's amazing. The world is healing. And Chicago was like a Democrat stronghold too, right? Yep. Yep. It was. Or at least it was on paper. Yeah. Ballot. Ballot wise. But here's the thing. The people have absolutely had it. You know, you want to talk about that. I had it saved for a little bit later in the show, so a poll came out this week. For the first time in 94 years, a candidate for president didn't flip a single county, and that was Kamala Harris. Yeah. That's historic. Donald Trump, on the other hand, flipped 54 in his direction, which helped electorally him get over the finish line. But sticking in the thread here, we're going to be talking about in this new segment as we've got Andy Eggles keyed up to join us at the end of it, is Joe Biden issuing a ridiculously ridiculous blanket pardon for his son, something that makes the blanket pardon that former president Gerald Ford afforded former president Richard Nixon look like child's play. But before we get into the specifics of it, and we'll hear a little bit about it, and how the Democrats had to walk back this ridiculous narrative that they were the party of the rule of law, here's the last two years of KJP. Just absolutely being fully shit when it comes to her defending Joe Biden, not pardoning Hunter. I'm not going to say anything or commute his son if he's convicted. So I've answered this question before. It was asked of me not too long ago, a couple of weeks ago, and I was very clear, and I said no. Okay. Okay. Let me go back to the first question of the briefing. I know you said not a lot's changed since yesterday, and that it's a personal matter. But from a presidential perspective, is there any possibility that the president would end up pardoning his son? Yeah. You've also said several times that the president would not pardon or commute the census for his son, Hunter. I just want to make sure that that is not going to change over the next six months. The president's saying it's still, it's still a no. It's still a no. Always be enough. It's still a no. It will be a no. It is a no. And I don't have anything else to add. Will he pardon his son? No. No. No. No. No. No. And I'm sure her bullshit transparent and historic response when people, I think. She should have to sit there like clockwork orange and just have her eyes held open while she watches herself say that shit. You know, for as much as that would be a delight, you know, the sad part is they don't care. No, they really don't. No. She's already got a book deal probably lined up. She's already going to have a show on MSDNC or CNN travel corresponding monetized podcast. And when you talk about the accountability for any of these people and for the fact whether it's the simple things like the money in your bank account, oh, listen to this one. No, there's a now deleted tweet on X from the Democrat house Ways and Means Committee official account this morning. And it talked about how Black Friday sales were up to like the largest margins in the last 10 years, especially for online entities like Amazon and in stores like Walmart, right? Yeah. The Democrat house Ways and Means Committee official account quoted that post from a financial site and said, darn, because I was told by people that this election was a referendum on the fact that eggs are too expensive. Like honestly, like you, you fucking peasants go out and buy presents for Christmas after you told us that everything was too expensive in regards to putting food on your table in this election, like just the elitist nature of the, of the way that the posts looked. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. And then they deleted it. And then the screen capture of the post had right underneath it. This post has been deleted. But you know, if you click on it, it's still alive forever on the Internet. And yeah, it's just really embarrassing to see the way that the Democrats continue to conduct themselves in this manner and it doesn't matter what any of those things post, like whether it's a horrendous post like that, unless it's like cut and dried, you know, X plus X equals Y, like these are evil things that everybody agrees on. There will be somebody that will defend it and KJP the shit out of it where no, this is what he money meant was blah, blah, blah, and obviously historic and clear and Afropuffs and whatever. Well, yeah, that piece of shit Nicole Wallace on MSD and see, I was just happened to watch one of the segments I was looking through the channel she was on. I didn't even see who her guest was because she was commentating yesterday and she's like, oh, yeah, you know, people told us that this election was about the price of eggs. And here's Donald Trump dominating Cash Patel. And I'm just like, fuck, does that even mean, like what does that mean? Why do you have to throw in that knock at middle class people who, you know, told the Democrats they were done with being told on a daily basis that they should have money, they just buy too much stuff or, you know, food or energy or everything historically, the prices are going to continue to rise and there's nothing we could do about it except, you know, price you out of existence, essentially. And now the Democrats are using that as a talking point. You've heard that this election was about the price of eggs before they go and make some very sarcastic comment, like everywhere from Bill Maher and John Stewart to like I already said MSDNC and from the official accounts of the House Democrats Ways and Means Committee. And it's like, guys, we're almost a month out now from when the election happened and it seems like they've absolutely learned nothing that very well may be the case that it was about the prices and stuff like that. But when it comes to buying fucking Christmas presents for your kids, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that you'd probably skip a couple meals in order to do that for your children, right, Ron? It happens just about every household, my friend, let me tell you something. Or put yourself in a egregious credit card debt because of all the quote unquote deals on Black Friday, which usually are raised the prices six months before it and then bump it back down to where it was. My son will participate in his sixth travel ball tournament in a row this weekend. Everyone who has kids that play travel ball know the exuberant price of being on a club team like that. In addition, the first three weeks of that came on weekends where we also had playoff football games leading up to the championship, which they won. But this weekend's game is out of state of the tournament that we're going into for baseball, so that's travel, gas, food, hotel, activities in between the games. Like on our first day, our games are at like 10 and 12. So we're done with games at like two o'clock in the afternoon and you have to entertain the kids all the way up until the next day, you're in Vegas. You're going to be going to the casinos, letting them play video games, probably hit up a restaurant or a buffet and take them around and let them see the sights. And all this comes three weeks before Christmas. So everybody's kind of budgeting and I'm sure in their own way. And the Democrats who continue to, you know, make fun of voters for going out and spending a little bit on Black Friday or making some sacrifices in regards to like Noah said, you know, eggs might be expensive, but you do whatever it takes to give your kids a good Christmas, et cetera. Well, I mean, Black Friday is a psychological operation too because it makes everybody think. But I think I saw somebody post it's like, Oh, good Black Friday. Now every store that I've ever bought something from is going to email me today. Yeah, but it is. It's just literally just an attack on people's sensibilities because it's like, Oh, this deal seems too good to be true. This is amazing. Like I only have 40 more minutes to make this purchase like, Oh my God, like I got to do it. Yeah. That's the truth. And, you know, unfortunately kids, they don't see it the same way as we do. But like I said, we all do the best we can. I guess you could kind of tie it into the narrative Joe Biden's doing the best he can for Hunter. But I'm sure it came from and it's now being linked to the media that there's been a lot of pressure from Joe Biden's family over the course of the past couple of weeks and months, leading up to the decision he made to pardon Hunter. Let's hear it. So we were told that this sort of came to a head this weekend and this is why President Biden decided now to do this because Isaac was just saying that really is a sense of the conversation that has been going on really inside the family and I'm told this has been very much a family discussion and something that has been not widely shared or discussed as a policy matter inside the West Wing. But there was a worry of future prosecutions or future potential of what the incoming Trump Justice Department could do. So that of course is fraded in all of this as well. But for now this moment, this certainly is a decision that President Biden guessing did not come too easily. But as you played that statement before, so much has changed since June when he told David Muir of ABC News that he would not do that. Of course, his station in life has changed. He will not be a second term president, did not complete his campaign. So that is why leading up to this, that's why I'm told a decision was reached finally this weekend after spending time together in the end target. Yeah. And he said he didn't want to delay it further. A lot of pressure from Dr. Jill also. Did you see the meme where it was actually Jill Biden behind the desk doing her like little boss girl photography session? Yeah. And it was like actual footage of Joe Biden signing Hunter's plea deal. Did you see how God awful the White House looks for what will be the last Christmas that the Bidens are there? Oh, I haven't seen it. I can only imagine it's I mean, talk about phone and get in to the Joe Pesci. What the fuck is this piece of shit meme for the fourth year in a row? Is it like the same shit again or is it like like rainbow carousels and everything is like not traditional Christmas colors instead of having like just trees and lights and beauty and majesty and things that celebrate like the religious components of the holidays. It's just like, it looks like plasticy, garbagey, like very tacky, like the way Joe Biden dresses. Like she put, she did an entire room of like circular stands that are like five or six feet high filled with ugly ceramic Christmas trees instead of just putting up fucking Christmas trees. And we're paying for that, right? Isn't that like a tax dollars expense too? Yeah. And there's choreogram. How much those fucking figurines probably cost each one of them? They aren't the ones you buy from Hallmark. They're the ones you buy from like the crystal companies and stuff like that. Yeah. The crystal companies. You're gonna get 100 Biden excited. He's got four more hours to story. So what does Joe Biden do on the heels of this pardon? Does he face the press? Does he make an official statement? Does he give the opportunity to field questions or anything of that nature? Sure doesn't. Does he have a brown out in his pants? Close. He got on a plane and he jetset for Africa. He's visiting with the... You're the top music. I know. He's visiting with the president of Angola today where, well, believe it or not, he announced another $1 billion aid for Africa, not AIDS, an Anthony Fauci, which was a real thing this week because on World AIDS Day, he not only commended Dr. Fauci for his career residence resume and being a revolutionary in the field of AIDS, he actually saluted him. Which I didn't know we did to doctors here in the United States who don't double as generals like the head of the WHO, who is a former warlord from Somalia or Ethiopia. But you know, it's one of those things. While on the plane, Joe Biden wouldn't take any questions. You know how just absolutely terrified they get when he comes out of the back and... Well, just to be clear, this aid for Africa is for natural disasters? You want to know what's weird? They were showing North Carolina... Can we just have one of those? Yeah. They were showing North Carolina flood footage on the screen while the Chiron read Biden announces $1 billion aid package to Africa. You know that shit's on purpose. Certainly is. And again... And that is another thing where a lot of this stuff in the media... It's rage clicking. It's rage bait. It's getting you upset because you're going to watch the news longer. Like all of this stuff is none of these people are genuine. None of these people actually give a shit. They're being puppeteered by somebody who has some fucking XCIA scyop official that's now a CNN operative that's just telling them how to fucking get people spun. Yeah, especially hidden into the holidays and again, Joe Biden not making himself available but unfortunately because it's her job, KJP had to address the press on Air Force One as it was jet setting towards the African continent. Would she be trying to promote a little bit of reason into why Joe Biden would pardon Hunter? Of course not. She would just double down on the pack of lies, let's hear it. You have said repeatedly yourself since the election, the president has said for months no pardon was coming. I wanted to ask you, could those statements not be seen as lies from the American people? Is there really a credibility issue you're given now that's an announcement? First of all, one of the things that the president always believes is to be truthful to the American people. That is something that he always truly believes. Right now. If you see the end of his, I assume that you've read his statement and you look at the end of that statement and he actually says that in the first line in the last paragraph. I was like, I know that because I wrote it. And respects the thinking and how the American people will actually see this in his decision making and I would encourage everyone to read and full the president's statement. I think he lays out his thought process. He lays out how he came to this decision. He came to this decision this weekend. So let's be very clear about that. He says it himself. It's in his voice. He said he came to this decision this weekend. And he said he wrestled with this. And because he believes in the justice of sin, but he also believes that the war politics infected the process and led to it in his carriage of justice. No, what's that movie? Old school. Yeah, as soon as she said, Joe Biden wrestled with this, I thought about blue in the mud wrestling pool with the two girls. You're my boy Biden. Yeah. One, one, one of the girls was Pardon. Yeah, the girl was not Pardon, I guess, which one one, you know, and it's just, it's embarrassing. Her whole, I don't even know if you want to call it a career. Her appointment as a DEI hire for the opposition. All I can say to the country right now, and anyone who listens to this podcast is thank God we've got Caroline Levitt coming in in 48 days because we're going to be epic. Yeah, we're going to have, you want to talk about adhering to the rule of law, the rule of law will be reinstituted in the White House press pool moving forward. She does not take shit from anybody. And she literally tells it like it is, you know, and again, you've heard the administration's official stance on this, but now let's get into some of the absolute shaming which happened on cable news. I was actually surprised, no fan of Cash Patel, a man who's tried to dive into his finances on the Democrat side of the house. And that's representative Dan Goldman, the congressman from New York went on CNN to discuss Joe Biden's decision to pardon Hunter and didn't think he was going to get a highlight reel of himself saying that Joe Biden wouldn't pardon Hunter, let's hear it. In July of 2023, just after that plea deal fell through, this is what you said. I want to watch. Do you think a pardon for his son would be a mistake? Yes, and I don't think there's any chance that President Biden is going to do that unlike his predecessor who pardoned all of his friends and anyone who had any access to him. And I think you see that in this case, where he kept on and Merrick Garland kept on a Trump appointed US attorney to investigate the president's son. If there is not an indication of the independence of the Department of Justice, beyond that, I don't know what we could look for. What does that feel like watching yourself back then reassuring people that Biden was not going to issue a pardon for his son? Yeah, and I think that if that plea agreement and that plea deal had gone through, there would be no pardon. That was a satisfactory outcome that only, but sorry, God, when you reacted, this was when the deal had fallen through. And if you guys don't know, Dan Goldman, he look in his face, he looks like the bad guy from the fifth element. You know, the guy that has like the little plastic part on his hair, except, and it was funny when she was showing him the highlight reel of himself defending Biden, his hair was in his natural state, which I would assume would be dark brown or black. But now he's got like that little, I don't know, even, it's just like a little blob of hair on top of his head. Now it's bleached strawberry blonde. And I mean, Dan Goldman is as straight as a rainbow. Let's not make no bones about it. But yeah, I would be pretty embarrassed looking like that and having to watch myself go through that kind of humiliation ritual on CNN, much like he did and it couldn't happen to a shittier person other than probably Jamie Raskin who had a version of it himself. It is amazing watching CNN just destroy people. But like I said before, it's all for the ratings. It's off. They don't have a home now. So they need to be like, Oh, look, look how even and honest we are about the news. Yeah. Scott Jennings does not make up for the entirety of the rest of their crew who are all just deranged. And that's saying something when you have as your next competitor, MSDNC, who was literally spiraling the drain as a media outlet. Like our previous episode was just happened to be our 500th show. So John Stewart, who's no fan of Donald Trump and could care less about anything to do with his incoming administration, of course, is being in retrospect, shining the light on the hypocrisy of the Democrats and pointing out in a comedic manner as that's his job on only Mondays when he hosts the Daily Show, reasons why they lost, as an attempt to kind of tell them, you have to change the way you do your things. One of the points that he was making on his show Monday night was the fact that this just wasn't a pardon. This just wasn't getting Hunter Biden out of those gun charges. The fact that this blanket pardon goes back over a decade and covers a lot of the actual crimes whose House Republicans have investigated over the years, it makes something that's bad look a lot worse. Let's listen. Faith in the rule of law, finally, Democrats have a moral perch from which they can judge without shame, hypocrisy, or nuance. Breaking news, President Biden has issued a pardon for his son, Hunter Biden. We were so close, but you know what, get fine. It's good. It's right. It's right. You're an 82-year-old man, doesn't want to spend the rest of his life visiting his son in prison. Republicans can't wait with this shit all the time. I'm sure the pardon is a narrowly written, precisely drawn, farewell note of compassion for a loved one. The pardon, sweeping, covering offenses that Hunter Biden quote has committed or may have committed or taken part in over the past 11 years. 11 years is a very specific and not rounded amount of time. So Hunter, I'll give you a pardon, a few years, five years, ten years, it needs to be 11. And if you would be so kind, make sure this upcoming New Year's Eve is also covered. This shit's going to get crazy. I didn't know pardons could cover crimes you may have committed us. I'm surprised that Biden didn't include the phrase "On Earth One" or "Any" of the earths in the multiverse. Again, you listen to it, it's funny. But if you really believed in it, it's sad. Because this is not something that changes the narrative, this is not something that changes the behavior. When the Democrats are caught doing exactly what they say Republicans do or anybody else does, what they do is they go into the defense mode immediately and start with the projection, rejection, and deflection. I saw somebody on MSDNC yesterday, and listen, they were trying to hammer up, "Oh my God, you came out here for years and defended Joe Biden as someone who adhered to the rule of law and wouldn't lower himself to the Donald Trump-like warfare that's going on and this lady's like, you want to know what? You want to know how I feel now? Joe Biden should just start fucking pardoning everybody." And I was like, "Are you kidding me?" And I was like, "Listen, you think I'm bullshit, and let's listen." Of clemency, I hope that President Biden will also issue preemptive pardons to all of those people threatened by the unjustness of what will become the Department of Justice in the Trump administration. That, of course, includes Jack Smith and all of his staff. Any Department of Justice lawyers, it includes President Biden himself, although we don't know that anyone can legally pardon themselves. He will need a pardon because he is going to be harassed and charged for no crimes whatsoever. Donald Trump has promised that. They're the worst. I mean, that's embarrassing. Yeah, that's gross. And Joe Biden's pardon is the Hunter Biden pardon, technically. Yeah. Of course. And I think maybe they might have misunderstood how all that works legally because it's kind of like you can't really plead the fifth when you're not in any danger of incriminating yourself because you're not able to be charged with anything. So technically, wouldn't they have carte blanche to just ask about everything and he'd have to answer? And again, a flurry of pardons, some weird, usually come at the end of presidencies here, but when you're talking about, you know, now there's, I saw on one of the major news networks last night that all 100 Mayorschius is asking for immunity as part of his exit strategy as he wants to be out before Christmas now. Well, he's going to need immunity. They're going to fucking come for him like fricking pitchforks and burning. What do they do pitchforks and torches? Yeah, there you go. Shrek style. But the thing is, you know, it's like I've heard the same thing about Merrick Garland and there are several other lower level people within the government who are looking for the statement. What about all the people that they're going to find out literally were conducting the law fair? Literally were weaponizing the Oval Office and the office of the presidency and all these agencies against Donald Trump and his supporters and confidants and former and soon to be current again administration officials. You know, it comes out in the statement from Hunter Biden, I'm going to read from this one. It's not as good as a Trump truth, but we'll get through it. It's only about 10 lines. I have admitted and taken responsibility for my mistakes during the darkest days of my addiction. Mistakes that I have been exploited to publicly humiliate and shame me and my family for political sports. Again, this came from Hunter Biden in a statement that he released a Fox News. Despite all of this, I have maintained my sobriety for more than five years because my deep faith and unwavering love and support of my family and friends 100% that baggy cocaine was the White House. Yeah, there's no five years about it. In the throes of addiction, I have squandered many opportunities and advantages. In recovery, we can be given the opportunity to make amends where possible and rebuild our lives if we never take for granted the mercy that we have been afforded. I will never take the clemency I've been given today for granted and I will devote the life I have to rebuilding and helping those who are still sick and often suffering. Is he making it sound like he's actually in some sort of program? Is he in a program? Is that a confirmed thing? I have no idea. Is it sounds like he's just kind of capitalizing on the potential that somebody may think that he's in literally a five step program or whatever the fuck it is for drugs? Well, you've got to remember before Joe Biden got kicked out of the presidential election cycle. That was one of the narratives that all of the mainstream media went, "Oh, you know, it's Hunter." He's a bad dude, but he's got a really bad addiction problem. But that was like the blanket pass before they had the blanket passing court that got shot down, which led to him eventually getting this pardon and back to what I was talking about before, where he can't plead the fifth because he's going to incriminate himself but doesn't apply because he can incriminate himself because he's good to go, right? Technically, they could ask him if that was his bag of cocaine and he'd have to answer. He would have to answer. You know, there's... I heard some absolute retards out there over the weekend saying that like, "Oh yeah, the only reason Hunter Biden got this pardon is because he was telling the Bidens, his parents, that he was getting ready to come out with a tell-all book that would ruin everything." And I would be like, "If Hunter Biden's not going to get a pardon and put out a tell-all book, wouldn't he be publicly incriminating himself because his dad was his business partner?" I'm like, "That's retarded." Unless he was going to go to some non-extradition country and get his kickbacks from Burisma and just live... Well, I don't know how long that would last with a co-cap, but like he has, but whatever. In the wheat fields of Ukraine? Oh boy, well, CNN Scott Jennings had something to say about the hypocrisy of the Democrats and this pardon, which came down, let's hear him. Joe Biden is leaving office making the strongest possible case for Donald Trump that anybody could possibly make it and that's that our government and our justice system is of, by and for the elites and nobody else. He ran to banish Trumpism from our political system in this country and he has left it politically and now institutionally the strongest possible political force in this country. It is a complete and utter failure by the head of the Democratic Party and the President of the United States. Never again do I want to hear, "Oh, Donald Trump's a liar. You can't believe anything he says." Donald Trump will abuse his power. Donald Trump will only use the system to benefit himself and his family and so on and so forth. Never again. I have one question for Karen and that is why did he need an 11-year blanket pardon going back to 2014 when Joe Biden was the Vice President. We are sitting on the biggest cover up of who knows what crimes and Joe Biden amazingly knows exactly roughly when it started. He knows just about when it all started. He's leading office in complete and total disgrace. He is a liar and there is no other way to spend this today. This has nothing to do with Trump and everything to do with the character of Joe. It's sad when the legal analysts that they bring in who's on the three-person panel here, obviously the host in the middle, he's talking about Scott Jennings' point and she's laughing. The same thing is the House Democrat official account for the Ways and Means Committee saying how dare you peasants by Christmas presents for your children when you said the cost of eggs was too high and that's why Democrats aren't in power anymore. That's the same thread of elitist nature in the ways they conduct themselves. In our last audio clip before we jump in with Congressman Andy Ogles, Joe Manchin, the outgoing West Virginia Senator, soon to be replaced by Jim Justice and baby dog was asked about this. He's not a huge fan of Joe Biden or this administration, he's been a fence sitter the entirety of the time that Donald Trump's been in public office as well, playing both sides of the fence as many times as he could before he actually got voted out of office for it but he was asked about this and it was interesting because Joe Manchin raised the question, which actually got me thinking like why would he technically even say that? Let's check it out. As a father, I don't know if a father would have done the same thing. What I would have done differently, my recommendation as a counselor would have been why don't you go ahead and pardon Donald Trump for all his charges and make it, you know, it had been going down a lot, a lot more balanced, if you will, I'm just saying, wipe them out. What do you mean this does for his legacy? I don't know. From that standpoint, does it makes it difficult? We'll listen to the CNN commentary on that. Some hard-hitting questions from Elmo. I certainly was. Listen, man who robbed you, he's such an idiot too, he does look like Elmo. Sounds like Elmo. What charges are we talking about in regards to Donald Trump? All the cases are going away. Donald Trump won the election, he's going to be the president. These people don't formally drop the charges before he gets sworn back into office. At some point during his tenure, he will make their lives miserable. All of the law fair, all of these things that he supposedly done, which were the greatest threats to democracy in the history of the galaxy, they're all gone because all they were was a way for the Democrats to use the negative narrative against Donald Trump for a way for the elites to continue to fundraise off of Donald Trump and every single thing that they threw at him failed. Again, Joe Manchin, who's been literally a 50/50 voter since Donald Trump entered the political arena, again, takes a 50/50 stance on Joe Biden issuing this pardon for Hunter Biden. It's the narratives like that that keep the Democrats in the L column and keep America first racking up dubs as we're getting ready to jump in right now with Tennessee Congressman Andy Owens who before we do, how about another check-in with one of our partners. Friends, I want to take a minute and talk to you about cigars. Whether you're on the golf course, fishing on the lake or doing some yard work around the house, our friend Alan has got you covered. All right, joining us first on the show today, this big Tuesday edition of the State Breakfast Podcast, he's the Congressman who represents Tennessee's fifth congressional district. Of course, we're welcoming back Representative Andy Owens. Thanks for coming on the show. Absolutely. Thanks for having me and good to see you after the holidays. Always a pleasure to host Congressman. Listen, we could start with that, a little back-end commentary on the 2024 presidential election. You guys, albeit by a slim margin and no thanks to places like California, have retained the majority in the House. We were able to flip the Senate into Republican control and are getting Donald Trump back in to the Oval Office. There's also a favorable equation on the Supreme Court bench right now. When you talk about at least a good starting block for America First to get things rolling with the start of the 119th session of Congress and then two weeks later when Donald Trump is sworn into office, I think we pretty much did it here. The popular vote also went in Donald Trump's favor which gives Congress, Republicans and the President a mandate. Just kind of want to get some back-end commentary on that, how you felt the election went down and what it kind of means for members of the House and members of the caucus right now. Yeah, I mean, I was cautiously optimistic going into election night that we would win the White House. The question is, would there be a surprise swing state victory and what ended up happening is we all now know is that he swept the swing states, he won the popular vote and dominated electoral college. And so, as you say, that was a clear mandate from the American people. We held on to the House. Now, keep in mind when you look at the House of Representatives, there's only a handful of seats that are actually really competitive in November because of all of the redistricting. So, that brings it down to maybe, I don't know, two dozen competitive House seats out of the 435. And so, you know, you're going to be running tight margins for the next few Congress as we go forward. I think there's the opportunity in his midterms, historically, whoever controls the White House gets punished in the midterms. But if we deliver on the promises that we've made, on the mandate that the American people have given the White House, Donald Trump, and of course, Congress, I think we can actually in the House of Representatives pick up a couple of seats as we go into the next Congress. So, that puts the importance, the emphasis on the first 100 days of Donald Trump as we go into January 20th. They are going to be absolutely critical. We've got some news out of the Senate today that they're looking on reconciliation coming out as early as the first 30 days after Donald Trump has sworn in. But before we get into any of that, which is stuff I definitely want to talk about with you, Congressman, let's talk about some of the breaking news that came out over the course of the last 24 hours. And that's Joe Biden pardoning his son Hunter. It was very interesting to see the way that this was rolled out. I mean, I guess America first and everyone who considers themselves a Republican or conservative kind of, I rolled at the fact that it actually came down. But it's the nature. It's the sweeping nature. Even one that gave greater protections or give offs than the one Gerald Ford gave Richard Nixon the amount of years that went back, the things that it covered, a lot of the things that House Republicans have investigated over the years as part of the narrative of the Biden crime family. You know, as much as you weren't probably surprised by the fact that Joe Biden pardoned his son, maybe how he's doing it, it's kind of where we want to get your take on right now. Yeah, I mean, I think that the pardon of Hunter Biden is something that a blind man could see coming. That being said, as you say, the sweeping nature of it really speaks to the oversight committee and chairman Comer's investigation into the Biden crime syndicate. And that, you know, I think not only do you see this, this pardon of Hunter, but you may see additional pardons of family members as they go forward because there's been a lot of monies that have flowed from foreign governments to the Biden family. There's a lot of unanswered questions there. And I think that, you know, we say Joe Biden, but I think in reality, Joe Biden is making sure that she's protecting her family, protecting her husband's legacy and ultimately protecting her son from what may come under a new Justice Department, Donald Trump. How bad is it to have watched the law fair that was waged on Donald Trump, his family, his supporters, surrogates from last administration over the course of the last four years and just see this kind of come down and have to watch not only some of your counterparts on the other side of the aisle from the House of Representatives, but everybody within the Democrat apparatus who have gone out and had to kind of, you know, give commentary on this with egg on their face the past two days. Well, I mean, anyone who said that Joe Biden wasn't going to pardon his son was, you know, I don't know how they kept a straight face. I mean, again, a blind man could see this coming. You knew he was going to do it. He knew quite frankly, he had to do it from the family's perspective. And so again, this is no surprise. It's just more of the corporate media covering for Biden kind of saying, well, he's doing this because of the law fair that Donald Trump is going to wage. And hold on a minute, it's the, you know, the Biden administration that is actively proactively been engaging in law fair and what it's a course correction to justice isn't law fair. It is the pursuit of justice. And that's where we've got to get the justice department, the FBI, all the alphabet agencies to be nonpartisan, to be nonpolitical and simply pursue justice, which was not the case under Joe Biden. When you see all these lawsuits, frivolous lawsuits that ordinarily would have never been brought by district attorneys, but because they were, because they were in blue cities, because they were working coordination with the justice department, they attacked the attack, they attacked Donald Trump and the surrogates to try to diminish their credibility and keep them from winning re-elections, et cetera. So again, there's been a, there should be a whole host of investigations into the collusion that took place to attack Donald Trump and his surrogates. But that being said, we've got 10 million illegals here. We've got murders and rapists here. We have terrorists on our soil that we are nowhere here. There's probably, I would argue, more pressing things that need to be done first. But that being said, we've got to restore justice to our justice department. No, we certainly do. And then as we're going to get ready to segue here and talk about some of the cabinet nominees that are coming in so far. How do you feel? I mean, you, some of your committee work has to do with the financials. You got Scott Besant coming in to head the Treasury. There was a lot of people I see in America first and in the punditry arena who are not only impressed, but it looked pretty ecstatic to have him coming in there and kind of doing things a little bit differently than we have traditionally, especially when you talk about people like Janet Yellen who's been in there for the past couple of years. You know, when you start to see the financials in the market starting to turn around and look a little bit more optimistically in regards to the futures and stuff because of what Donald Trump's doing coming in, everything from, you know, Wall Street all the way up to the energy sector, which futures has been down on for years because we're not drilling in any new places. But it looks like we're going to be doing that now. How do some of these cabinet picks like Scott Besant come in and lead the Treasury move the needle for you? Well, I mean, you know, I think with Donald Trump, he campaigned on this idea, you know, breaking up the administrative state, this extra branch of government that our forefathers, founding fathers warned us about. And so you need individuals who are going to kind of disrupt the machine, whether that's Patel or just go down the list of individuals that he's nominating for these positions. Pam Bondi, of course, the attorney general who are here to or going to be nominated are going to be confirmed and going to really try to transform how the government runs. Look, we're barreling towards $36 trillion. I was just on a flight with an individual from the trucking industry. And he was at one of their conferences and the trucking industry is predicting in the first and second quarter 2025, just explosive growth in business because of the Trump economy. So whether it's, you know, Wal-Mart's earnings predictions for 2025 of, you know, 4.8 or so growth to the trucking industry, everything is pointing towards a better 2025, which is again, part of that mandate that the American people gave to the Republicans to Donald Trump that, look, the economy's not good. It costs more to go to the grocery store, to buy gas, et cetera, we're being invaded at a southern border, crime is rampant across our cities. And I think that's why you see so many bold picks coming out of this Trump administration and at a record pace. That's the other thing. The pace in which he's nominating these individuals, queuing them up for the Senate for confirmation. I mean, I was with Senator Blackburn last week and she said, you know, once they are sworn in, they're immediately going to start that confirmation process so that on the 20th when Trump takes office, they can vote and get these folks into position. That'll be fantastic. You know, you'd mentioned Cash Patel, he's been a great friend of the show for years. He started coming on the minute he stopped working in the first administration. He's actually become real-life friends with Cash over the years, Congressman. You know, you want to talk about generational change. There's a couple of them. Pam Bondi has the ability to do great things at the DOJ. Caroline Levitt, obviously, is the press secretary at her youth in an experience, what would seem from the outside looking in. But anybody that knows of Caroline that she's one of the absolute hardest workers on President Trump's campaign and has been a top surrogate for a number of years. Susie Wiles is the cheapest staff breaking that glass ceiling for women in the position. But sticking in the thread of Cash Patel here. You know, this guy has a tough task at hand, but if he just goes in there and starts opening up the books, producing the receipts and redirecting the people who are working in the agency that are intent on making this country great again, that are doing the work in the service to the American people, getting them back out in the field and actually having them do the things that they're signed up to be doing here, it seems like he should have a pretty successful tenure, at least at the start or for the first four years under Donald Trump at the FBI. Yeah, I think so, I mean, I think that under the executive, under Trump's leadership, there's going to be a clear mandate and look, the priorities set themselves. When you have 10 million illegals in this country, we literally have no terrorists operating on US soil. I mean, that should be the priority for the FBI and some of these alphabet agencies to find these people, deport these people and prison these people if necessary and protect the American people. And I'm surprised at this point we haven't had a terrorist attack on US soil, because of the number of terrorists that the Joe Biden Kamala Harris administration has willingly allowed into this country. We have known murderers who have been apprehended at the southern border and they're released into our country. I mean, the prison census in Central and South America is lower because they're simply opening their prisons and sending them here, some of the most violent gains in Central and South America that have never had a foothold in the United States of America have now swept across the country, even have a foothold in Tennessee and our major cities. And so this is a direct result of the failed policies of the Biden administration. It's easy to point at the southern border. But when you look at his foreign policy, his domestic policy, his energy policy, everything this guy touch and the four years he's been in office has been an absolute disaster. That's why you see the attack on Israel. That's why you see the Russia-Ukraine conflict, the upheaval and Haiti, again, look at parts of Africa on fire. Why? Because Joe Biden is a miserable failure. Joe Biden arguably has been running this country. I think in time, once he is out of office and perhaps perhaps long after his departure from this Earth, that history will note that the first female president of the United States was actually de facto Joe Biden because she's been running the country because Biden's Joe Biden's cognitive decline has been on full display for the last two years, if not longer. I think that we'll see what happens, but I think the history books are going to mention that as a footnote at some point in the future. I certainly won't argue with you there and actually buy into that narrative that history will look on that as probably an absolute reality for this country many, many years from now down the road. You know, you'd mentioned several times throughout the course of this interview, the transnational gangs, the cartels that are operating within this country, the disaster on the U.S., southern and northern border, as Donald Trump has pointed out to Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau over the last course of the past few days as well. Enter. We didn't know how to introduce him on the show when he came on with us last week. I asked him if your excellency would be okay. Tom Holman, who's going to be the actual borders are instead of the French borders are. We had, he's got a tough task at hand. I can't really think Congressman of anybody else that's better suited for that job. I know everybody up on the hill from all the time he spent, I believe he served under five or six presidents and over a 30 year span of being a federal officer and agent and head of major agencies there within the Department of Homeland Security and beyond, talk a little bit about Tom Holman and the job that's presented to him now, you know, after the biggest disaster immigration-wise in the history of our great country. Yeah, I mean, as you look to the future and the fact, you know, what do you do with 10 million people that are here illegally, many of them undocumented, you know, they're released into the United States. They might say they're going to Chicago, but they don't necessarily have to go to Chicago. They're just literally kind of falling off the face of the earth. And what that does is it creates an underground trafficking society within the United States of America. So if you're undocumented, you're here illegally. You're more prone to be victimized, whether that's by work abuses or et cetera, just go down the list. And so we've got to write this ship. Look, if you're here illegally, the operative word in that phrase is you're here illegally, illegal. And you can't be here. And so we're going to have to reverse this course. I think you start with those who are criminals, whether they were criminals upon entering or they've committed crimes whilst here. But look, if you were I or go to France or Germany or the UAE and we were going to want to live there, you know, we would have to get a work permit. We'd have to obey their laws. We'd have to pay their taxes. And we'd never be allowed to vote. And we would never be allowed to become a U.S. citizen of those respective countries. It's not that complicated and we're going to have to do that here. And so look, it's going to be messy. It's going to be ugly. I think the corporate vote media is going to try to make this some dramatic thing so that they can influence the next election. But the American people delivered a mandate, shut down the border. It's time to deport people. And that's I think what you're going to see him do as he goes forward. That's a great point you make there. And you know, for the nearly 2 million people, you want to take all the criminally charged ones in addition to those who are already ready and set up for deportation. It's about 2 million people on day one. I think Tom Holman's got a big piece of that, a swath of 10 million to work with. And if anybody's going to get the job done in the best fashion possible, we think it's him here on the show. Listen, we're at the end of the 118th session of Congress and before we just maybe preview the 119th a little bit, you know, there is some, well, one big measure that's left over the course of the next couple of weeks and leading up into the Christmas break. And that's what are we doing with the budget. You know, I know House Republicans, whether it be the Freedom Caucus, whether it be House Republican Conference leadership, et cetera, want to give Donald Trump the best opportunity to have his budget moving forward in the next session. So when you're looking at this, I mean, obviously, omnibus should be off the table. Every Republican congressman that we've had on the past two weeks has said absolutely not. But we've had some different takes on whether or not there should even be a continuing resolution and kind of want to get yours right now. Yeah, you know, I think to be determined. So right before Thanksgiving, our call President Trump, when we spoke about this very topic, I think, you know, what we've got to do as we go into these next three weeks, the remainder of the time, the 118th, is a quip President Trump to transition into power, to hit the ground running, you know, if you were to do a continuing resolution, their call starts and stops. But that's a new contract with the Department of Defense, like you've got to have monies there for that. Homeland Security is broke. So if you wanted to deport 2 million people, you've got to have money for that. And that's coming from literally the newest rankings come out. I'm tired of the most conservative member of Congress currently. And so -- We love it. But it's not easy, right? But, you know, so I talked to the President, and his request was, is don't hamstring my first 100 days. These are going to be critical to set the stage for the next four years, certainly this next Congress. And so as we continue to work with the President Trump and his priorities, we've got to get this passed roughly that April 15th date to fund the government and not hamstring President Trump. Good to know. And we'll be keeping an eye on that as you guys are probably going to meet behind closed doors and discuss it within conference when you guys are all back up on the Hill. And then jumping into the 119th, I mean, there were some great pieces of legislation. Congress, when we've covered them over the years with you in the 118th session of Congress, HR 1, HR 2, Lake and Riley Act, the regulatory stuff, there's so many that were just shelved by Chuck Schumer. Are these going to be ones that you guys look to retool, revisit, get up to the Senate as fast as possible? Once you guys are back in session and maybe get to President Trump's desk, because when you look at at least the ideals that you guys had going into putting these pieces of legislation together, they really did benefit the American people in ways that, you know, we have not seen done for the past four years. Yeah, absolutely, especially HR 1, which was our energy independence, HR 2, which secures the border. I think you're going to see Trump in particular on the border move swiftly through executive action. I think you're going to look at the highlights of the best pieces of legislation over the first two years and start moving those forward as we go into the 119th, and because, you know, on some of these pieces of legislation, we've had the debates, we've vetted them in the public square. They might need to be retooled to bring them up to date, but that being said, we did a lot of great work in the 118th and it really sets us up for success and quite frankly, President Trump, for success going into the 119th into January. Should be good to watch. We're here for it and we'll be looking to host you again to talk about it moving forward. Congressmen, we've got everything live link in the show description today, including a link to your congressional website. Anywhere else we can find you on social media, just tell our listenership right now, I'm going to live link it as well. And just go to Andiogles.com or rep ogles and all the social spaces, but look, you know, to all those out there have a blessed holiday season as we go and finish out this year and just know that come January, it is off to the races these first hundred days are going to be wild and fast and amazing. It's going to set America up to be great again. You heard it here first from the Congressman who's representing Tennessee's fifth congressional district representative. Well, thanks for joining us on the show today, sir. Have a great rest of your week. You as well. Thank you. Do you agree that Obama and Pelosi did not want Harris? I know they didn't. It's not so I have a lot of friends in Obama world and actually I'm friends and speakers Pelosi and I spoke with her before I actually I actually went on air to encourage president Biden to step aside and I touched base with her camp before I did that and what did she tell you? It's not a matter of conjecture for me. I know they didn't. I appreciate that. What did she tell you at that time? Well, she she said it was fine that I went on air to encourage president Biden to step down. It was July 21 when I went on Fox News Sunday and I said it was it was time for him to step down and pass the mantle to the next generation. It was necessary. It became clear that he was no longer able to effectively litigate the case against president by against Trump. So and Obama and Pelosi were both hoping for a primary instead of a coordination, so to speak. All right. Jump back into the news portion of the show here. Last news segment on the back end of two big Tuesday editions, a stake for breakfast which included our 500th episode. It was great. As always, catching up with Tennessee Congressman Andy Ovels and I am really excited to see the work that the Freedom Caucus is set to do heading into the next session of Congress. And that was Linda Lindy Lee, former Obama staffer, former Biden staffer, former DNC surrogate to the billionaire donor class and former Kamala Harris campaign staffer talking about what was going on behind the scenes and leading up to the 2024 presidential election. Now Noah, there's a lot of stuff that we've talked about on the show. Apparently, everybody in DC is mad at Nancy Pelosi for her mishandling of Joe Biden abandoning his reelection campaign. Then there's a lot of people who were pissed off at Barack Obama. One for the condescending way, he talked to constituents and potential voters out on the campaign trail, especially the blacks. During this election cycle, the strain now apparently relationship between him and some of the Hollywood elites, including George Clooney, who was leaked through his, I guess, handlers, bits and pieces that say he felt like he was a Patsy and he was like a public figure that was used to help urge the Bidens to get out of this race when they didn't want to. And yeah, when you talk about a leadership vacuum, I think the Democrats are going to be able to get their shit together by the time Donald Trump sworn in. But right now, they are a party which is in complete disarray. There are people calling for Kamala Harris to get investigated and audited for how she spent $1.2 billion in 119 days and lost by one of the greatest margins in the history of the electoral college. And as people continue to search for answers, it doesn't look like anything's getting better. Now this, you know, former Biden Harris aid, Lindy Lee, she was the person who basically coordinated where the money was coming from and coming in. And one of the biggest things they said was when it came to Joe Biden and after that public event where they did like Clinton, Biden, Clooney, Obama, and Joe Biden had to be like lead off the stage because he almost walked off of it by Barack Obama. Yeah. Some of the billionaire donors and influencers who were in attendance or who started to see the video circuit online said, listen, I'm true to the party. I'm never Trump if Joe Biden remains the candidate and he's not getting another dollar. And this went on for about a month and a half leading up to the first presidential debate, which consequently ended Joe Biden's political career and reelection campaign as he announced within a week that he'd be getting out. The thing is, and much in the same context as we talked about earlier in the show with the pardon for Hunter, you've got the Biden family members, including Joe Biden directing things behind the scene. Congressman Ogle was alluded to it that when history looks on this period in the United States, Joe Biden will probably be in some part recognized as the first female president in the United States is Joe Biden was just completely incapable. And who knows how that narrative will develop over the years. I mean, Joe Biden could drop dead tomorrow and then the tell alls come about about how he was never there during his presidency. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. Like he was literally rolled out on a frickin dolly like Hannibal Lecter and okay, go out here and tell him to put the lotion in the basket. Mm hmm. And the thing is, when you talk about the Democrats and where they go from here, there's just not a lot of answers. A lot of these governors right now are doubling down on sanctuary city status. That's Gavin Newsom, Gretchen Whitmer, JB Pritzker, the woman up in Massachusetts, etcetera. You know, how are they going to run for public office when the border was the number one issue aside from the economy in this election cycle? And you're going to have these governors who are going to be getting shoved into the spotlight on the Democrat side defending sanctuary cities. Some are saying they will use force to defend sanctuary cities from the incoming federal government. That'll be interesting. Certainly will. But I mean like, okay, so they're out, then you look at senators who have come and gone over the years that no one really buys into. No one likes Elizabeth Warren. No one likes Amy Klobuchar. Bernie Sanders is going to be damn near 90 the next time we come up for a presidential election. It's like, where did the Democrats go? Do you think that guy Wes Moore, I believe he's down in Maryland, is going to be like a Barack Obama-like game changer for as much as the Democrat party doesn't like talking about or having anything to do with Barack Obama now because they're pinning a lot of the failure of this cycle on him. Is he going to be the guy that props up the next fake black change candidate? I don't think so. You know, a lot of people are laughing at AOC. I don't necessarily take her lightly because I have seen her, at least in the context of like social media and stuff, be able to direct great masses to do stupid things. But I just look at it in the same way that, you know, the Democrats are taking a long hard look in the mirror right now while the Trump 47 White House looks prepped, primed, and ready to go. James Caraville, who unfortunately we've been pulling some clips on as we're kind of deconstructing this narrative over the course of the last couple of weeks, I talked about the money and where the hell did it all go? What was it used for? He actually is one of the people that one of the top voices within the Democrat apparatus. Pretty funny, I got Congressman Ogles with one of those. But Colin, Colin for the Harris Waltz campaign to get audited, let's hear it. But the resistance is going to have trouble raising money. These fundraisers are burnt, they're really pissed now. And the damage that the 2024 campaign has done, the damage that this decade has done to the Democratic brand is almost unfathomable, almost unfathomable. But I would say the policy number one is we're going to audit everything. We're going to audit the campaign. We're going to audit future forward. We're going to audit the DMC. Other people we can't know, but I'm telling you, without complete transparency, the campaign we think raised a billion and a half dollars. Okay. We know that future forward, the last we saw was $900 million, so we can assume that they got to a billion before I let you say, that's $2.5 billion. Do you have any idea what that money went? Does anybody have any idea what that money went? I mean, I have some places I started looking, and it's all, Albert, I promise you this, the amount of money and the amount of lobbyists that were involved in this campaign is staggering. Again, everyone thought they were going to get paid and walk away with a huge victory. A lot of that internal polling, which was leaked to the Wall Street Journal last week, told a different story. That internally, the Harris campaign, especially in the last six, seven, eight weeks leading up to the election, which is directly following the DNC and the supposed Harris honeymoon bump, never led nationally or in any of the swing states, even by the slimmest of margins up in two and through election day. Why weren't they doing things that they needed to do to try and address those means? Because I think they were having one of the greatest parties on the face of the earth. I really don't think Kamala Harris cared about this at the end, and that was like, I was trying to mention it before, talking about on the same thread of the pardon and the influence of the Biden family. They forced Joe Biden out, and I fully do not think that he wrote, had any input on, or signed that letter where he was announcing that he was stepping out of the race. No, that resignation was something he woke up to from a nap, and he was still like, well, do it now. Sorry. 100% agree because within 30 minutes of that being pushed out online, Joe Biden issued a statement that he was 100% nominating Kamala Harris to be his successor. Yep. I think the Democrats wanted a flash primary where they would have been able to get four or five, six people in there and run it right up to the DNC and be able to have, like, hold the arena on who would be the Democrat nominee, and it would appear that the person that got the most votes would be the leader of the party, and everybody would be unified in that or not. And it's just one of those things where you have to take this into consideration right now. There is so much shit going on. They always say they want to, you know, change it out and turn it over to the next generation. There's a very big reluctance from the last generation, the Clintons, the Obamas, the Hollywood elites, the Bidens, including, you know, all the extended members of Joe Biden's family. Obviously, the Harris's, people like Bernie Sanders, some of those older senators that I mentioned before that when they know they turn over the reins, even in the smallest context possible, it's done forever for them. Yep. And the Democrats have a very short amount of time because when the next session of Congress starts, that is the also the beginning of the campaign season for the 2026 midterm election cycle. You've heard quite a few congressmen and congresswomen who have come on the show in the last couple of weeks know that that's the goal. And again, they're all saying, Donald Trump won. He won a popular vote. He won an electoral vote. He has a mandate. He has the House. He has the Senate. There's no way we should lose control if we do what he said we were going to do when we get back to work. In the midterm elections, which is usually a referendum or punishment for the country not being happy with the way that the president has operated in his first two years of office. So we'll have to see what happens. But that's definitely what's going on there. I can tell you this, Noah, they're still reading legal disclaimers on the view. They're still doing that now, like two or three times an episode. Check this out. I see you. I see you over there. I have a very quick statement. It's not going to be that quick. Pete Hetcheth has denied any wrongdoing. His lawyer said he paid the woman in 2023 to head off the threat of a baseless lawsuit. No charges were ever brought. You rushed me for that. We'll be right back. You're a nasty person. Wait, so they're having to read the same press release or correction on multiple episodes? Like how many times they have to do it? Any time they talk about anyone in an untrue manner, they are having to read that person's name. No, no, but they've already done that specific one. This is like the third time they've done that specific one. Sometimes they're reading like three and four of them on different people in the same show. Wait, so it's anytime that they mention that person? Yeah, that they have to read that? That Pete Hetcheth is a sexual predator or if he's a rape man. But they said that on that specific show or they've had to do this multiple times in reference to the one time that they said that. No, multiple times in reference. They just keep bringing it up. So if they bring it up on Monday, they read it on Monday. If they bring it up twice on Tuesday, they literally have read one about Pete Hetcheth twice in one show. And it's like the cable outlet doesn't want to get sued. So every time they get in, whose ever ear is wearing the piece that day and they tell them to stop and then they point to the teleprompter and they have to read it. That's hilarious. Yeah, they're getting fact checked in real time. It's only a matter of time, in my opinion, until the people that tune into crap like that start being like, I don't understand why this keeps happening and then when they do a little bit of research, it's like, so are they lying? Are they doing it to try and be funny? What's not funny is the fact that they have to read a legal disclaimer about it every single time they say it and probably start walking away. Looking at some Trump gains right now on the big screen, 15 points in swing states with men, 18 to 44 year olds, 22 to 2024, it's a good jump for President Trump again and a reminder that for the first time in 94 years, Kamal Harris is the Democrat nominee or anyone that's ran for President didn't flip a single county in the entire election cycle where Donald Trump flipped 54 that he did not win in 2020 back into the win column, much in the same context that he did in 2016. Joe Biden as I mentioned earlier in the show today, I think in our first edition was hanging out in Africa with the President of Angola and in addition to the $1 billion in foreign aid, they're going to be receiving from the United States. That's the continent, not just the country. Joe Biden's doing his best to, well, Joe Biden his way into conversation with the President and Angola. Check this out. Good to you earlier when I said we, Biden's are like poor relatives. We show up more invited, stay longer than we should, beat all your food, don't go into the home. I mean, I get where he's what a joke he's trying to make, but I think that ship is sailed, yeah, we're like poor relatives, show up uninvited, eat all your food. We don't know when to leave. And when I say ship is sailed, I don't mean things about Africa. I mean, it's a joke. Got him. Charlotte made the God who has been hyper critical of the Democrats performance in this most recent election, but at the same time has kind of understood a lot of the one way streets, major hypocrisies, problems with the consultant class, the narratives that are getting being pushed around, the priorities of the Democrat party, et cetera, and is kind of seeing the writing on the wall. I think for someone who's usually such an arrogant asshole, he comes off as someone who seems completely defeated in one of the clips I saw of him just circulating around mine yesterday. And you know, when you talk about how the Democrats acted going into the election, when you talk about how a lot of the commentators are even, I keep referencing it, the official account from the Democrat House Ways and Mean Committee are coming off in an elitist nature, like they don't respect the middle class, even though that's where they got the biggest referendum and that it's just concluded election, came from the middle class, young voters, first time voters, they really need to change their tone, or they're going to suffer the same fate. Let's hear it. 100 was singled out because he broke the law. That's number one. He was singled out because he had an illegal gun and tax evasion charges, not because he was the president's son. And I honestly don't care. I just want Democrats to stop back and like they are on this moral high ground politically, when they have shown us they're not, you know, whether it's keeping the primary process when Biden stepped down and things like Biden pardons, pardoning his son, stop acting like y'all at a pure party and Republicans aren't. And it also shows me elected officials can do whatever they want as long as they have the political will encourage to do it. Absolutely. But let me ask you a question. I know at first, Hunter was only supposed to get, I guess, community service and probation. And then when that was supposed to happen, they pulled it off the table and they said that Republicans forced him to get charged. Is that true? And that's the reason why he was a pardon? I'll tell you. I'm not necessarily. Oh, I'm not sure why he was necessarily pardoned. You know, because at first, he was supposed to only get probation and then they pulled that back in the game time, right? I don't know nothing about that. I thought he was facing 42 years in prison, illegal possession attack charges. Get my son out. What are you talking about? Yes. He definitely because he lied on paperwork to get the gun and he was addicted to drugs at the time. And you know, you're supposed to be addicted to drugs when you get a gun. So that is how he, quote unquote, illegally obtained the gun. So they're, um, well, that's kind of the way people in the tries to area get their news on a daily basis. No. What do you think? I mean, there were some bits of truth within a lot of the inconsistent tones of the conversation they were having there, but I think at the bare bones, they get it. Yeah, more or less. Not more or less, like as in the case of Hunter Biden, but more or less. I mean, it might very well be true that Hunter Biden was not on drugs when he signed the form. Yeah. But he was right after. Yeah. Yeah. And the world is healing and you know, you have to really take into consideration some of the people who are seeing the failures of their own party. And I'm talking about the Democrats and willing to take the step out into uncharted waters. And that's essentially going against the throne. Um, one of the people that I think has, and again, whatever charges he's facing, whatever crimes he's committed, a court will figure that out. But when it comes to the issue of the illegal alien crisis in his city and how he's kind of stood up against it to the current administration and even some ways sided with Donald Trump, it's embattled New York mayor, Eric Adams. He again was talking about all things budgetary today and how much that this crisis that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and Alejandro Mayork has facilitated in this country with the illegals over the past couple of years and what the impact's been on New York. Listen to this. Some of you employment participants. Two hundred million could have gone to a thousand more police officers. Eighty four million could have gone to 70 and 730 park staffs and usually 70 other numbers. Go to the, go to our, um, our agencies, public schools, 33 billion, 50% of what it costs to run HRA went to this crisis, 50%. The police budget is less than what we spent. The entire NYPD is only 6.2 billion, fire department only 2.6 billion. The impact of those programs that didn't materialize is we created more of those 11 year old boys that I saw in that precinct in the 88 precinct. The long term impact of what we did to this city is going to, you're going to see it materialized in administrations in the future. They hurt the future of New York City and when people hear me say 6.4 billion dollars, they may say, okay, it's just a billion here, billion here. No, we didn't invest in seniors the way we should have and young people the way we should have. We're not going to have to get these chronic absences students the way we should have. The crimes that we witnessed, this impacted our city and people don't seem to understand why were you fighting so hard for this because I reflected on that 11 year old boy that was denied and I went into government to stop these 11 year old boys and I came up with a plan to do so and the federal government made me take 6.4 billion dollars out of providing these services that we should, we should all should be angry at what happened to our city under this administration. Yeah. 6.4 billion dollars, they made him take out of the city's budgets for services that and he covered a myriad of things there and had to use it to facilitate the human trafficking and illegal alien disaster, the rampant crime and drug academic caused by these people. I'm the big apple over the course of the last couple of years, absolutely disgusting. We're breaking in some context when you feel for or hear about the people that are falling through the cracks and yeah, some people are waking up. I mean, I'm not saying that Eric Adams is a rising star on the party. I think he's pretty much politically put, you know, after his term as mayor, if he lasts depending on what's going on with him legally, but at the same time, you have to really take into context what he's trying to say here. I'm telling you what is going on in every major blue city in the country. So when you see rampant crime, when you see drug epidemic, when you see record homelessness, when you see kids not making the educational standards by any way, shape or form, when you see veteran sleeping on the streets while illegals are sleeping in, you know, five star hotels. This is why because the federal government forced me to take over six billion dollars out of my city's budget and spend it on these people who are ruining our country. Pretty crazy. What do you think, though? Well, it's hard for people to argue with it now because they're seeing it firsthand. Like, there's no, no, you're, you're, you're making this out to be much bigger than it really is. It's like, no, like, I can literally see how big it really is. Like, what you said, like, there's veterans sleeping on the street while migrants are destroying five star hotels, historic landmark and taking, yeah, and taking over, uh, the apartment complexes and certain cities of the country too, by force, with weapons and guns. Yeah. 48 days, folks, 48 days, and as we're getting ready to wrap now and jump in with, uh, former Trump attorney, author, Marine, someone who worked within the Department of Homeland Security during the Donald Trump's first term in office, great friend of the show, Christina Bob, and as our last audio clip of the day, here's Trump's senior advisor, Jason Miller, on the Botox Queen, Laura Ingraham show last night talking about the biggest differences and advantages that Trump world has heading back to DC and into the White House this time compared to 2016. Now, remember Donald Trump was getting told in every way, shape, or form all the way up through Christmas back in 2016, who should be part of his administration and why? And now we sit three weeks ahead of the Christmas holiday and Donald Trump's nomination process, at least for the cabinet members and major agency heads, is already complete. You're going to get an ambassador here, a deputy staffer there between now and the end of the holiday season. But if they needed to get it done today, they would be ready to roll. Let's hear Jason Miller. This is how President Trump was able to bring such results in that first term. It's common sense that's going to secure the border. It's common sense that's going to bring peace to the Middle East. It's common sense to give us this great economy that cuts through all the traditional blocks that are in Washington and in Congress. But we know exactly how President Trump is going to govern in this second term. And I tell you, Laura, there's a massive advantage to where we are in 2024 versus 2016. By Thanksgiving, President Trump had his entire cabinet built out. So many of these top nominees in place. He had his chief of staff, Susie Wiles, already named, ready to go. It was way down the road for President Trump to be in this position 2016. What this means is the policy team, folks like Stephen Miller and folks like Vince Haley can step in on day one and get this done. I'm excited. And we are too. And we're going to leave it at that as we're getting ready to jump in with attorney Christina Bob. But before we do, how about a final check in with one of our partners? All right. Joining us next in the show today is a big Tuesday edition of the state director's podcast. She's a former Trump attorney, US Marine author, great friend of the show. There isn't a lot of things in America first that she hasn't tackled head on. Miss Christina Bob. Welcome back with us. Hey, thanks for having me. Always a pleasure. Wish we had some better stuff to talk about. Last time you were on, we talked about the big election win. So that's kind of in the rear view mirror right now. I guess we're going to jump right into some Biden regime hypocrisy. I guess nine times was a charm that they swore Joe Biden was going to pardon Hunter Biden or members of his family. But here we are two days after the big announcement a day after Joe Biden hopped on a plane and jet set to Angola. You name it. This administration has egg on their face for it. It's not just policies anymore. It's prejudice as well. And Christina, for someone that's an attorney, you've done everything from being inside of a courtroom to working in the former administration, the campaigns and beyond. I mean, you know that this looks absolutely awful. It also sets a precedent for what's going to come moving forward between now and January when Joe Biden leaves office. But just starting out with the pardon for Hunter itself seems like it's a pretty generational piece or a document here, even one that some of the media experts have said, raises eyebrows in regards to the one that Gerald Ford afforded for Richard Nixon after he was out of office and kind of what you think on this to get things started. Yeah. I mean, I'm not surprised. I don't think any conservative is surprised. We all said that this is exactly what was going to happen. And it was Democrats who were going, no, we would never do that. You know, we, we uphold the law and we value, you know, nobody's above the law. All of that silliness, which I got only called silly because they were lying. I, of course, believe all of those virtues are true. So I don't think anyone on our side is particularly surprised by this. I'm curious to see how it ends up playing out because I don't know. I don't know who was going to make up Donald Trump's cabinet, right? He's already put a lot of people forward. I don't know how aggressive the next Trump administration is going to be and how much they're going to want to dig into the past and how much they're going to want to just say, hey, we're moving forward. Let's go to the future. But this pardon for Hunter, I think, is particularly interesting for a number of reasons, you know, not trying to brag or anything, but I have had to invoke my fifth amendment rights a few times once on the fourth of July, by the way, which I was kind of proud of that America, right? Um, but in also having been an attorney and all that stuff, I, you know, once you've been pardoned and there's no chance that you can be charged for something, you lose your fifth amendment. Right. I mean, you lose the protection of the fifth amendment because you're already protected. And so he can be compelled to testify, whether it's in an investigation, whether it's a congressional investigation, whether it's a FBI investigation, whatever it is, Hunter Biden now can be compelled to testify. Of course, that raises issues of, is he going to be honest? You know, what other type of he's going to say? I was a druggie. I, I don't know. I was high all the time. You know, there are other gamesmanship that he can play with it. But I'm curious to see how this incoming Trump administration and how this incoming Republican Congress and Senate, how, how they handled this. Are they going to compel him to testify and say, Hey, who were, who were your dad's dirty dealers? Because I don't believe for a second that Joe Biden is the only dirty member of Congress in the Senate. And I would be willing to bet that there are some that really don't want that information to come out. And so I'm just curious how aggressive the Trump administration and kind of the quote, unquote newcomers are, are going to be on this because they have this golden opportunity to compel Hunter Biden and I'm curious to see if they use it. You know, this excellent point you make, and I think one of the things probably our listenership is thinking about it, be like, why would House Republicans, why would the Senate committees that are going to be looking into this after the next session this morning, why would they even do this Joe Biden's getting Hunter Biden apart and you're hearing in the media, it's a blanket pardon. You're hearing it covers this, that and the other thing. But one of the things that kind of raised a lot of eyebrows was the length of time that it's spanned. You know, every single thing that it seemed like House Republicans were able to investigate whether it be in judiciary, oversight, weaponization committees over the course of the last couple of years, really pointed out the fact that Hunter Biden had been doing business dealings and basically collecting money bags around the world for him and his family for over the course of decades. You know, in addition to that, he had said under congressional testimony at one point that Joe Biden was his business partner and there were leaked phone calls, things from Hunter Biden laptop that said, you know, large portions, even in some cases, 50% of the monies he was bringing in was going to Joe Biden and that portion of his family. When the pardon goes back to everything starting, like right after the revolution in Ukraine with the barista stuff, but then goes into all the other transactional years that he had in Kazakhstan, in Romania, in Russia, in China, it seems like this is probably the worst way that Joe Biden could have presented the argument for law fairs, been waged against his family, especially when the incoming president was an actual person that the current administration waged law fair against, what do you think? Yeah, I thought it was an interesting play. I suspect that if he hadn't pardoned Hunter, I don't think this incoming Trump administration would have gone after Hunter. Maybe they would have, maybe they were more afraid of the Democrats. You know, maybe the Democrats would want to use Hunter and Joe Biden as the scapegoat, you know, and say, oh, it was all the Bidens. I don't think they actually feared the incoming Trump administration because I'm, I don't know, we'll see, but I'm not convinced that the incoming Trump administration or the incoming Congress or Senate would have done anything about Hunter's past dealings. I think there's something else at play that they're trying to protect themselves from, and I don't know if this will work or not. We'll, we'll see, you know, as someone who is currently under nine felony indictments and has suffered a lot of law fair, you know, just against myself for supporting Donald Trump and the roles that I've played, things often play out differently than expected, and there's always some other angle, there's always something else at play. So I don't know, I'll be curious to see how it plays out and if Hunter is pardoned, I think there's a there there and for me personally, Hunter's very low hanging fruit. I want the actual members of office, which granted Joe Biden's a million years old at this point, but I still, I still want him exposed and all the people he was dealing with and every, every elected official that's getting kickbacks, that's doing insider trading, that's taking money from foreign adversaries, that's doing all of the things that we suspect the Biden family is doing, um, I just want them all exposed. So hopefully this pardon gets us one step closer to that. Oh, that's a good point. And I do want to add as a side note, you are our favorite alleged felon that we have here on the show. I've loved them, but I was like, there's a lot of them. I'm not the only one. Yeah, the fact of the matter is that you are our absolute favorite one. And then, you know, when you talk about that stuff, and there are a lot of different things that kind of want to dissect with you said, you know, you talk about Joe Biden and his, his age, his mental acuity, all this other stuff, there's already a receipt from the special counsel saying that there's no way that this guy could have sat through trial. But when you look at the narratives that were provided throughout the course of Joe Biden's term in office, you know, there's a lot of roots of the law fair that we have to look at here, agency heads was at FBI was at CIA was at DHS, who was propriding all of these notions? Was it the White House legal? Was it all of them saying that you could go after Donald Trump in this way in that way? You know, people from the DOJ leave the administration, go to places like New York. You say you don't collaborate with, you know, state and local court entities, but then you have, you know, Fannie Willis visiting Cabal Harris and her boyfriend Nathan Wade visiting White House legal multiple times before indictments come down against Donald Trump. I think at the end of the day, when you're looking at how, you know, Joe Biden's making the argument for a law fair and wanting to get to the bottom of what really happened behind the scenes of Donald Trump, it would seem like, you know, much in the same case with the Russiagate investigation, which was complete BS or any of the impeachment and stuff to do with that. All of this stuff was cooked up probably in the Oval Office by a lot of the handlers who were around just the entire, I guess, Democrat apparatus. And at the same time, we're going to, you know, America probably wants to know at the end of the day, where this stuff comes from. What do you think? Yeah, I think that's right. And I, I don't even know. I think you're right about the Biden administration being involved in all of the law fair, not just against Donald Trump, but against folks like myself and Rachel Leone and my colleagues. But I also think I saw a story break out of Arizona. I'm indicted in Arizona and there's all this information coming out on a, I think it's a liberal nonprofit that presented some memo to the attorney general of Arizona saying, this is how you should go after your political opponents and basically road map to form. Now, don't get me wrong, the wheels are falling off it. The case is pathetic and I do not expect any of it to survive to actual trial. By the way, I don't, I think I may have mentioned this last time I was on your show, but the judge just had to recuse himself in shame because he had been email blasting all of the other benches, all of the other judges on the bench saying, you've got to support Kamala Harris and we need to do everything we can to stop these Trump people and he's supposed to be presiding over my case. Oh, okay. Lovely. So I mean, it, it, the case is a huge embarrassment and a stain on the state of Arizona. So I expect it to go away and I expect that to be true of the other states as well, but, but it's not, and that's the problem we have. It's not just the administration that's partnering with them. It's people who leave the administration go get a bunch of money from billionaires. It's like a public private enterprise to deprive people of their civil rights. And I, I don't know how it all works. We can see pieces of it, but the whole thing needs to come down. Well, no, you make excellent points. I mean, there was after the 2020 presidential election, you found out that huge components of the outgoing Obama administration were, were key and critical factors working across the country, including Eric Holder, trying to stop Donald Trump from getting reelected to the White House in consecutive terms. You also had people, you know, during Donald Trump's tenure in office, like Tony Blinken, he was working for huge lobby groups. And he was the one that provided the 51 former intelligence officers memo out of one of the think tanks that he was working at. If you had Alejandro Mayorkos, who was working at NGOs that was kind of like setting up the superstructure around the world for what would be the, the absolute immigration disaster that would be, you know, dropped on this country once he came back to office. And then there's all like the lot smaller parts, the names you really don't hear of, but the ones that are very common in places like you, you had mentioned those billionaire donor class circles, the private consultants, the people who get paid for losing elections and losing them resoundingly and stuff like that, they're the ones that kind of grease the gears and allow for these more key figures to just go out and make talking points. But you know, when you talk about moving forward also, part of the investigative process is obviously going to fall back on Congress. They look like they have a little bit of egg on their face, not probably pulling the trigger figuratively, of course, on some of the things that, you know, it seemed like America first wanted them to work on during the session of Congress going out there and dropping names on people that they still want to investigate. Are they getting a little ahead of themselves or giving Joe Biden more ammunition to pump out a couple more pardons? I am one of the people in the demographic that thinks Joe Biden's going to probably, and I don't know the reality terms, but blanket part in every single person in his family and their close relatives, just to make sure, before he gets out of office, but by saying like Jim and Joe Biden and the next people that are going to be under the microscope, like, you know, Jamie Comer and Jim Jordan have over the course of the last day or two, doesn't it seem like they're kind of playing right into Joe Biden's hand and he's just going to pardon them anyway? I know you said, Christina, that they could come in and testify now, they won't have that, you know, Fifth Amendment opportunity like they had when they were in congressional hearings, but still, at the end of the day, it's going to be something that will probably be fought over in regards to the pardon power in courts for years to come. Yeah, maybe. I don't think anybody fears Comer or Jordan. I certainly don't. They've never, I mean, they're really great on TV, and I know I'm going to get a lot of hate from MAGA people. They're like, "We love Jim Jordan." Okay, what did he do? You know what I mean? Like, sorry. So I don't think anybody in the Biden family is scared of either of those guys. Are they scared of Cash Patel? Oh, yeah. Maybe. Are they scared of Pam Bondi? Maybe. Yeah, maybe. So yeah, I totally agree with what you're saying. I don't think they're factoring in Congress, especially a Republican Congress. There's nothing more a Republican Congress fears more than actually doing something. They try so hard to keep everything exactly the same and do nothing that when there's actually progress on something, they all freak out and they either want to try to vie for credit for it or distance themselves from it immediately. It's like the most pathetic, disgusting thing I've ever seen. So I don't think anybody's worried about Congress. I think they definitely could be worried about Cash Patel. Programming. No, it will be hosting the Ohio Congressman on Friday edition of Stake for Breakfast. And then in closing the day, Christina, I do want to talk about Cash. You know, a great friend of the show. He and I and Noah have become great friends over the years, not just in the political arena, but I mean, we talk about everything, whether it's Hunt and Elk or NHL hockey. You name it. Yeah. That's just great. I love Cash. A great guy. And you know, you want to talk about someone that's going to be there. There's going to be very few generational picks for this incoming cabinet right now. Some of them are just going to fill the roles they need to fill and hopefully push as much of the Trump agenda over the finish line as they can. But people like Tom Holman, people like Cash Patel, who I want to talk about right now with you, they are ones that could bring real change to the systems that have just internally rotted for decades. Talk a little bit about the guy. I mean, we know him here on the show, but we like to hear how other people kind of view Cash because, you know, in some of the guests that we've had on already today, it's just some really awesome perspective. Yeah. Cash is awesome. He is very much, you know, what you see is what you get. He's very authentic, very motivated, works really hard. He, you know, he kind of rose to prominence as being the one working for Devin Nunes who outed the Steele dossier as being a DNC basically political hit piece. He did that by subpoenaing the bank. So he's really creative. He's obviously a really smart guy and I think, I mean, he's truly mega. And if he did enough, and this is what they're afraid of, Cash doesn't have to do anything in office as the FBI director. He doesn't have to go in and like quote, unquote, clean it up or, you know, find crack open some big chain of criminal activity, but he doesn't have to do any of that. The only thing he has to do that will solidify him and infamy is open the files and just show the American public what the hell is going on and what has the FBI been covering up for decades, if not generations, all he has to do is like open the files, let America see it and he's done his job a hundred times over. And that's what they fear because it's not like he has. Once he's the director of the FBI, he's not really going to have any opposition to accomplishing exactly what he needs to accomplish. And that's what makes him so dangerous to the system is that he is willing to expose the system because he's not a part of it. Picking the right man is what being, is there what is going to lead to the actual job getting done, disclosure being brought to the American people and then finally being transparent. Like everybody always says they are, but we find out pretty fast as they never actually follow up on that anyways. Christina, this has been great catching up with you today as it is anytime you can join us on the show. We've got everything live linked in the show description today, including a link to your book. I think you literally open it up the next day as a museum of the deep state and you let everybody walk the halls for free and leave that behemoth open 365 days a year. You need like 20 people in a skiff to run the FBI. The other 7,000 agents that are sitting in that building should be chasing criminals around America, not distorting statistics about January 6, so Chris Ray can go to Congress and lie and say domestic violence terrorism is on the right.
