Cale and company weekday morning 6 till 10. Police investigating a shooting that apparently this all started as a tiff over trash among neighbors, North Philadelphia. So they didn't like where the other neighbor put their trash in front of the house. This was not the first time police say they were called to this neighbor neighbor dispute, not so neighborly. North Philadelphia, this home on the 29 hour block of North Hicks Street. And it happened last night, a 30 year old man was shot in his stomach and his legs, multiple, multiple shots fired here, the victim, that victim taken to Temple University Hospital in critical condition this morning, the 30 year old, the 30 year old man, he's in stable condition, but still critical. And according to police, a 37 year old woman and a 17 year old boy are being questioned by police. They believe one neighbor came at the others with a screwdriver during the dispute. If somebody ended up shooting him after he went back into his house. Well, you know, the old adage Don never bring a screwdriver to a gunfight, right? I mean, as they've been telling you that for years, you know, I would say this I this is maybe a petty take of mine, but can you take some sort of responsibility? I don't even I think it's taking pride in your trash, but some sort of responsibility with putting it out in an orderly fashion. You know, line it up. I don't need boxes blowing around in the driveway. You're recycling cans spilling out into the street, empty green bean cans rolling down the cul-de-sac and get your trash together. Who buys canned green beans? My trash browns of slopes. Yeah, me seriously get your trash in order. All right. I'm sure some respect for your garbage man. I agree with you. I agree with you. Not that I ever tip my garbage man, but you know, did the seven our garbage men have a big tip come out at the end of the really you're funding your garbage man's college tuition. Hey man, that that money, whatever I duke them is is is is worth it when I have that dead body that it needs to be carted out of there. I swear officer, the body was dead when I got there. We have so in that one, they did police today, did recover two firearms and they say a nearby car was also struck by one of those bullets. Well, that's a step in the right direction. Usually they never recover the firearm. Well, that's yeah, they got two. Wow. All right. Got that going for positive positive sign in Philadelphia. Usually it's no suspects, no motive, no weapon. We have seven people are facing charges after authorities said they broke up to separate human trafficking rings in New Jersey. One of them centering in Cumberland County authorities, they're say an alleged brothel was operating inside a building in British and this was an investigation that was going on for two years and they say that all four of these suspects who are under arrest engaged in drug trafficking and also in a human trafficking operation in which women were recruited on the false pretense that they will be working as dancers. This is according to New Jersey officials. Instead, police say the women were forced to have relations with hundreds of men a week for money and were not allowed to leave. The money went to the four guys at the top who are under arrest according to the allegations and all the court documents. So those individuals are entered identified this morning as 42 year old Yuciel Luna, they say was the ring leader, the organizer working with Jose Perez Lopez, Rosendo Vasquez Hernandez and your son, Prentice Marquez to run this major operation again involving drug trafficking and human trafficking and New Jersey authorities and cops detectives saying they do these kinds of investigations in hopes of freeing these victims. They also say found large amounts of methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana, 50 grand in cash at the brothel and at Luna, Mr. Luna's home and so officials say the organizer of the ring Luna if convicted faces a max 20 years to life behind bars. Do we know citizenship status? Are they here legally? They don't release that information. Interesting. Not available. So we have which brings us to a suspect is identified now by Philadelphia authorities as well as in the suburbs surround the so-called collar counties, Philadelphia and the suburbs, suspects I did for a series of burglaries and arrest warrant now issued for 39 year old Eric Gomez formerly of Leviton, Pennsylvania, that suspect who they released his mugshot on file and so the suspect captured on surveillance images a number of times according to detectives including on the day right before Thanksgiving while allegedly breaking into a home in Gladwin. So lower married township police among those that were notified and as this investigation has been unfolding it became clear they say that this was not an isolated case. So fish town, brewery town across Philadelphia and as well in Montgomery County. So looking at this suspect as a prime suspect for multiple burglaries across Philadelphia and the suburbs. Okay. And that brings us to the latest with Avington Township police. I know that we had talked about this yesterday and I had mentioned this about the so-called criminal tourists. They say entering the country and due to some slack laws and rules they're able to get these temporary stays get some kind of a work visa. They then over they you know overstay their allowed time with the work visas and apparently these are these are criminal operations highly organized, highly skilled. They scope the high-end neighborhoods and in fact these are from South America. These individuals identified as from South America and that they struck for example as the brightest the the Kelsey home in Delco Jason and Kylie Kelsey. But it's right. But this as far as in Avington, Avington police say it's now such a trend that's also coordinating with a national trend they're seeing. They're putting out the warning just trying to alert and I had Chief Pat Malloy on yesterday just saying this time of year we always talk about this right because people are traveling for the holidays, porch pirates all of that want to look out for your neighbors. In this case though these particular burglary rings involving these illegal crime tourists as you might call them. This is just an extension of conservative tourist.com right? Yeah so they actually have equipment where they can disable if you if you rely solely on cellular you know services for your alarm system your camera system they're disabling that excuse me the Wi-Fi gotcha so they're they they're using some high tech they pose as delivery people in high and especially high-end neighborhoods and they hope that nobody's home but not always. You know we're going to get to the point at one point in the future real soon here where there's nothing but drones in the air you're going to have Amazon dropping off drones criminals using a drone to surveil the house and then the police using their own drone surveillance to catch the criminals. It's going to be drone warfare. Drone warfare. I'm looking forward to it. Yeah me too. By the way I heard on the on the Bloomberg report that we run every morning here like 5.55 that you can now buy porch pirate insurance. Is that right? For like 15 bucks a month you can get insurance for anything that's left on your porch that's stolen. Oh okay. Through your insurance provider from? I'm not sure I don't know I didn't. Yeah I just heard it while I was doing other things. Small you Amazon shoppers out there. Yeah. By insurance or you could buy a gun. You know that's right. Some kind of a. Is that card said in Batman? Yeah. Shoot the kill. Yeah. Yeah that's the that's the problem. How do you defend yourself and so people arming up. I imagine on Cyber Monday we'll have to check those numbers as far as Cyber Monday. How many people invested in a better security system? Good point. Because a lot of these folks you know you think about the Lower Marion situation where they were able to coordinate because all the police are coordinating to your point. They have high tech. So the police now trying to identify these people and so the facial recognition technology that's in play. Yeah. You know if you don't want to deal with porch pirate here's a concept. Get off your fat ass and go to the store and pick it up yourself. You used to work. You used to work back in the day. I don't know. Well we also have this unbelievable story of a grandmother with her grandchild. This is in a missing grandmother in Pennsylvania believed to have been swallowed by a huge this massive sinkhole. I know where you're going with that. Where was this on Route 202? No it's not by KOP. This is unity township. It's a rural area outside Pittsburgh. I'll say that's the closest city I can think of but making national news because this lady Elizabeth Pollard she had and I'm not clear if the granddaughter was just she was babysitting her and was it with with her in the vehicle but apparently the kitty cat got out of the house. So Graham is out broad daylight looking for the cat with the granddaughter in the vehicle and then and then at some point you know mom mom and dad come over and say you know where's grandma where's my five-year-old little child so then they start driving around and they find grandma's car with thank god the little granddaughter in the backseat in her car seat had been there for hours and but grandma nowhere to be found. So now the search crews there and this is an active scene very cold at night but they through cameras that they used in high tech they can see way down three stories down one of they believe one of grandma's shoes one of her cowboys a boy but not the body not well and they say that this is survivable apparently this is an area where there are coal mines oh and so that would explain perhaps that she's is she down there is she lost down in a coal mine cave that sort of thing that's why this is making national news Pennsylvania state police are among those who are searching firefighters first responders news choppers overhead but a major story for um for grandma Elizabeth wow but they're saying the oxygen quality is good down there yes it's probably better than above ground if you if you could survive the fall though right now I mean how many stories did you say like four stories yeah that's that's hard to that's hard to survive what constitutes a story is it 10 feet a story I believe so yeah that's 30 feet and depending on how old grandma is in her brother yeah exactly yeah a lot of broken bones yeah so they're keeping the faith but what they're saying is they believe that she you know saw the cat and got out of the car and the the ground literally gave out underneath wow you know you talk about I know so they're this is still guys this is not a recovery they're considering this a rescue she could be alive wow boy what a newscast this has been I know I'm a guy I need a break already look into the big taking about a half hour I'm going to go towel off can we towel off mr. kale I actually want to talk about these stories more than what I have on the damn show sheet uh road where that's just inappropriate and he said uh she should have mind her own business oh good one all right oh am I an ed thank you mind that's a sin that's a sin road warrior I love it though he's quick it's 6 17 in the morning yeah let's get to our sponsor American Heritage Credit Union thank big take the big take on Kale & Company which is brought to you by Holland floor covering the big take scotus Tennessee and the potential collapse of the gender ideology movement buckle up because today is a huge day before excuse me the Supreme Court of the United States as the transgender movement for minors to undergo these procedures has reached the highest court in the land now according to NBC news the Supreme Court will consider a law restricting transition related health care for minors for the first time today and legal experts say the court's decision could affect access to transition related care nationwide for both minors and adults to come and my position has always been this I don't care what you do as an adult but I am against teens and minors undergoing these procedures until they at least reach the age of 18 and become an adult and we know through surveys and studies and scientific research that the brain doesn't finish development until your mid 20s but you know what if you can join the military at age 18 and risk your life then you should be able to mutilate your own body at age 18 knock yourself out but I'm just against it for minors the key legal question that the court will consider is whether a Tennessee law that bars puberty blockers hormone therapy and surgery for trans minors discriminates on the basis of sex now the ACLU argues that it does because it prohibits such care only as treatment for gender dysphoria but Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan Scrametti argues in his reply brief to scotus that the law doesn't discriminate based on sex but rather draws a line between minors seeking drugs for gender transition and minors seeking drugs for other medical purposes and that boys and girls they fall on both sides of that line but let's use common sense with this if a child cannot consent to a tattoo to buying tobacco to purchasing alcohol to voting in an election or enlisting in the military why are we allowing minors or their parents to go through with these dangerous procedures this isn't controversial this is simply child welfare doctors from a leading medical organization for transgender treatment have admitted the teens given life altering drugs and surgery are too young to give informed consent because as we know the youths are not really well informed Helen Joyce is the director of advocacy for Sex Matters she joined Julia Brewer on talk TV and says what's going on well it's not medicine listen and watch this these are medics scientists these are supposed to be the people at the top of the pyramid advising all the doctors and scientists who are dealing with this issue we're dealing with very often very troubled children teenagers adult concerned about their trans identity and these are the people advising on the medication advising even on the surgery that these people have and he has got hold of documents which show that all is not right tell us what these documents reveal so it does sound like a very important organization doesn't it world professional association it's actually just a membership body that anyone can join by paying a couple hundred dollars a year but there are some of the big gender clinicians in there along with trans people and lobbyists and what the files are is some leaked messages from a chat board of members and it shows that even as wpath as people call it is projecting this aura of this is settled science it's sound medicine it's evidence-based behind the scenes some of the most high-profile gender clinicians are talking in a way that indicates that they know very well that's not the case so they're asking questions of each other about you know anyone seeing this awful side effect anyone else noticed that kids come back to you you know five or ten years later telling you that now they want kids but ten years ago they said they didn't when you sterilize them in effect by putting them on puberty blockers and every doubt that anybody ever brings up in these chats is just swept aside in the name of it's what they want right now it's their identity they lead we follow it's literally not medicine that's going on is what these files show so it's a money grab it's bending the knee to a child and whatever happened to the Hippocratic oath famed author jk ralling has been super vocal about her disagreement with the gender ideology movement and says that the best cure for gender dysphoria is to simply let a child go through puberty that caught the attention of elan musk who said the following on x almost every child goes through some kind of identity crisis during puberty it is deeply wrong to make them permanently infertile with puberty blockers if they still wish to transition as adults provided they are fully informed of the risks they can make decisions as consenting adults i agree whole heartedly with both of them riley gains has been a leading activist on this battle front gains tweeting the chemical and surgical castration of children is the biggest medical stand scandal that this world has ever seen and it's a big day for tennessee attorney general jonathan scurmeti who wrote on twitter two years ago we defended the right to criticize the use of life altering medical procedures for treatment of kids with gender dysphoria this week at scotus we are defending tennessee's right to protect kids from those same procedures but this much like many other left-wing trends it's widely rejected by americans as over 78 percent of americans pulled by the usa today recently are opposed to permitting these procedures on children but this is just one of many gender wars that are being waged from the use of pronouns in the workplace and at school to the use of bathrooms and locker rooms by biological men claiming to be women to competition of men in biological female sports tim miller you might recall the name former republican who became an independent in twenty twenty he is telling biological females who were victims of the trans male movement to just suck it up listen and watch this the locker room is is a more difficult case right the locker room at a gym you've got people walking around naked and if you have women to say listen i do not want to be walking around naked with a a person whether however here she identifies who's got male equipment right i just don't want that in my locker room i'm going to tell you Sam there's a lot of people with male equipment that i don't want to see when i'm in the men's locker room and i'm a gay man there's a lot of people's males and i'd rather not see there's a lot of guys with the with the hairdryer blowing their balls i'm really not see that i'm like that's just life so there are crimes against humanity in every locker room there's no question yeah quote that's just life he really said that basically ladies deal with it it is what it is easy for tim miller to say if he doesn't have daughters uh but then we pivot to the madness of dudes in women's sports Megan Rapino left wing nut job you might recall her we've talked about her on the show formerly of team USA women's soccer saying the following about a man who was just named the nwsl player of the year quote this is so deserved as is every bit of your success you stand so much taller than the tiny people trying to tear you down as we know Megan Rapino hates america so it's no surprise that she would congratulate and say a man who won player of the year in a women's league deserved it and when it pertains to women we just talked about the story yesterday of how women in america are getting sterilized after donald trump won the election because well the madness never stops riley gains had this to say to all of the liberal women out there dealing with their mental health breakdowns listen and watch um quick question for all of you women who think that you're losing your rights because donald trump is the 47th president of the united states do you realize how dumb you sound no really because you are proof that we should abolish the department of education like you must realize that right this is exactly why democrats resoundingly lost across the board a few weeks ago because you are so out of touch with reality in the world that exists around you i've got news for you doesn't matter if you're a woman man gay straight old young black white doesn't matter forget every identity factor if you are an american citizen you are not oppressed give me to show you what oppression is ever considered the women in the middle east and islamic countries like afghanistan uh the women who cannot show any skin for it may be tempting to a man uh the women who aren't allowed to speak in public the women who can't go to the gym or receive an education or receive health care or these women who are literally having their tongues birt for either speaking too loudly for singing in public for reciting poetry for talking to another man that they're not related to it's common practice in islamic countries support acid or gasoline or urine all over women as a form of public torture i'm leaving the audio on so you can hear her screams and you as an american citizen have the audacity to claim that you're oppressed especially the hollywood elitist who sit in lecture in their ivory towers totally disconnected from the everyday realities that people from across the world face but yes please go on and tell me what rights you're losing as an american u.s citizen and if you're sitting here stunned because you didn't know this was happening in the middle east ask yourself why is it because legacy media isn't telling you is it because your prestigious academic institution didn't teach you about this food for thought mmm checkmate today's a big day not only for the well-being of minors but for common sense for good parenting for not rushing to judgment and making life-altering decisions at the age of perhaps 13 years old for doctors who are open to performing these procedures that maybe they will have an awakening and for the justices that sit on that bench and that's the big take on killing company ah the big take this morning it is call one hundred it's kaolin company on demand from talk radio 12 10 wphd and the free honesty app if tennessee is successful if the supreme court and essence sides with the government of tennessee i think that will open the door to the types of federal bans on this care not only for minors but for adults too for adults do you think i do i do and i think that's one of the things we should be really concerned about we're hearing a lot about young people can't consent to this care but it is their parents consenting to this care and at the end of the day we have adults who live as transgender people people like myself who have families who are part of communities who are part of this society and if the if the incoming administration bans our health care that is essentially excising us from this country. chase scranji i think you uh there it is chase strangio the co-director of the aclu lgbt hiv project division no i'm not being facetious that's his actual title that was the clip you just saw and heard on cnn and and no we did not get the video and the audio mixed up yes you did see a man there with full facial hair and a beard and the voice a little bit off and you can kind of figure out what uh is going on with that individual in that person's life as we continue very big day here on kaolin company on talk radio 1210 w h t and a big day for the supreme court of the united states as we talked about in the big take whether or not a tennessee law that bars puberty blockers hormone therapy and surgery for trans minors is discriminatory in nature on the basis of sex and don this is just such a a wild story to me that it's had to go all the way to the top right the court of last resort they they have final say on matters like this um i'm not really surprised in 2024 that we've gotten to this point but again it's one of these things where it's not controversial at all to say if you're eight if you're 12 if you're 16 no i don't think it's wise for you to and i don't think you are at the point in your life from a cognitive standpoint where you can make an informed decision on whether or not you want to alter your body permanently for the rest of your life and most polls show that eight out of ten or four out of five americans agree that this should be left for when you become of the age of consent yet if you talk about it if you point it out you are labeled you know what it's just wild to me and i i hope i actually think the supreme court will rule in favor of the tennessee attorney general and i do think this will have a big ripple effect i would say that you know and if you if you duck dot go it if you search it then let's say you're a parent whose child has learned about this let's say a 12 year old child at school middle school and so you you want to be open-minded you know that your child has some other perhaps mental health issues going on you get them in counseling then you take your child to a pediatrician that pediatrician tells you that gender affirming care because you you duck dot go it right or you google it so maybe they're googling and not duck duck goings that's the first mistake all of the information but seriously they're they look it up and what they see is oh gender affirming care as it's called and this is supportive health care they can help uh transgender or non-binary child and adolescence and so that's what that's what the parent is being told by the pediatrician and so now you as a parent are being told that something like puberty blockers which are hormones that have effects that for example in this is why in you know over across the pond in the u_k_ they have determined through through serious studies in europe that for for example this these um puberty blockers involving hormones could cause cancer and cause long-term effects and so they've determined that this is not the way to go so why is it that here in the united states of america we are we're in the minority on this issue shocking and we talked yesterday i did a big take on make america healthy again we talked about pharmaceutical ads it's just us in new zealand that run these ads on television why is the united states constantly in the super super minority on protecting the health of its citizens is it all because of the bottom line dollar is it all about profit like i said in the big take what happened to the Hippocratic oath i'm sorry if you can't why is it that we say you can't get a tattoo you can't purchase cigarettes you can't buy booze you can't do this or that without being an adult and making an informed decision yet we we can sit here and chop off breasts and male and female genitalia and and why it's because well little johnny at twelve years old has had to deal with this for three years and then the the parents bend the knee to the kid it's just outrageous i'm not i'm not giving into my child that's 13 years old when i've got more skin in the game and his brain or her brain isn't fully formulated i think what was the number was it 25 or 26 and yet you want to make this kind of decision at 11 years old but it's what i find and i just hope in this upside down land that that we get this this ruling in particular which is probably not going to happen until uh this ruling that they're they're starting to hear the arguments today in the tennessee case we're probably not going to get a ruling from scotus until maybe april yeah next session right right so we're going so they're taking up the argument but as far as american lawmakers you know i think on one hand do you want uh the supreme court of the united states or or local legislatures to start saying that parents you know that they can look in on what parents are doing for their children's treatments i mean that's the other side of this and so i think what what scotus is going to look at it's going to be another states rights case yep and so people are going to say oh this is the most biased supreme court and look at they did with roe i think that what you see what i see with this particular scotus is that they are very pro states rights which is what the what the constitution says and that's why i think tennessee will prevail not because it's about gender affirming care quite frankly but because it's about states rights and so i think 20 plus different states are saying no we we want to put the breaks on this for young children under age children and but you can still and that's just it there there are many other things you could do to work with your child to get them into counseling there there are many different pathways but what they're saying in the uk and this has been for two years they've had all of these rulings in the uk and the rest of the world to say you know we're going to put the breaks on these gender affirming procedures that are permanent yep or they could uh you know could make it so it's irreversible because we're seeing that now yep you get some 25 year old who was told by a parent and why does this happen during nasty divorces i know and that's elan musk remember elan we i didn't even know this until he did that one interview that was yeah his daughter right and so he said that he's it's his son or son okay i knew he had a he has a trans child this is not it's well the child so this he was born a boy but uh thought uh identifies as a girl and so elan the line for him was i've lost lost my son meaning the kid is a completely different kid not even referring to the gender right and so but the problem that i see here you know if you're a parent and you have a kid who's having mental health issues and you go to the doctor and then you go to the specialist and you go to a hospital right that you've trusted and they're saying you know look your kid you know this is serious and you need to do this so i think at some point you know like the lawyers always win like cioli always said i think at some point we have to make laws such that if you're going to push this then you and only you hospital doctors medical professionals right pharmaceutical companies you know what we're gonna we're gonna take the limit off there's no limit to how much you can be sued for you want to affirm this you you and you alone are accountable good boy that now 13 year old comes back at 25 and says geez you know my my private parts were cut off mutilated and i wish i could have kids so i want 30 million dollars yep that will change a lot of things that will put the gabash on this yep you're absolutely right money talks eight five five eight three nine twelve ten if you want to jump in and maybe it looks like donald trump might put the kibosh on peat haggseth uh as now there are reports out there that trump is mulling replacing peat haggseth with master yes florida governor ron desantis now before we get to this specific report from the wall street journal the backstory on this we've been talking about this peat haggseth's personal life women womanizing drinking allegedly all of this just like anonymous sources and i got a thought on this whole like he's crashing stuff i mean all that anonymous stuff is true but i mean he has he is a serial adulterer yes but he's he has he's had many many lives right now i think he'd be here i think he did but he's not a criminal there's a difference there's a difference between breaking the law and this being a morally corrupt uh unethical individual yeah that that's for sure so there's this report from nbc news that haggseth would constantly be under the influence of alcohol uh and they even say according to anonymous sources that the drinking was such an issue that it raised major concerns at fox news to which i guess people were quoted and they did not give their identity and that caught the eye of will cane who we've had on the show from fox news he's peats uh former partner along with rachel campo stuffy on fox and friends weekend saying that look you know rachel and i are around him every single weekend never once did we ever suspect that he was coming to work banged up on boos or anything like that uh and no i've never come to work hungover as well either just so those who want to be you know everybody no i'm not hammered you hear that big take you think i could do that after a boozing no chance well that would be talent that well if you could that uh i think i often maybe want to explore every one day i'll try it though maybe one that please don't so now there's this report from the wall street journal that trump is considering replacing hexith with desantis because they're not sure that he's going to survive the next forty eight hours they write that picking desantis who we know was a primary rival for the presidency what amount to a stunning turn for trump but he would also find in the governor a well-known conservative with a service record who shares trump and hexis view on calling what they see as woke policies in the military for those who don't know or maybe forgot desantis served as a navy lawyer in iraq as well as guantanamo bay uh trump ultimately went with hexith but was apparently considering desantis early on they've also kicked around the name in private conversations casually at mar-a-logo let me just say a couple of things about hexith and then into desantis were all wrapped into one i hate the anonymous trash talk in greed from these people that speak to journalists if you are saying what you believe to be verified factual truth don't be a coward put your name on the green but now i understand the way journalism works in order to get the court dirt you have to grant conditions of anonymity to these people so i understand both sides of it even though i don't like one side of it but what ticks me off is especially if this is coming from some tv hunk that had an axe to grind with hexith maybe another talent that was jealous thought they were better than pete thought that they should be on fox and friends weekend or maybe a producer and look if hexith treated his producers like trash well then i guess you know what serves them right if the producer leaked this type of stuff but what this come down comes down to for me is this is an attempt to cancel pete hexith this is the machine at work and again i separate crimes versus poor judgment morally that with things that are not crimes and then if i'm trump i look at it this way what did we just talk about for the last 48 hours joe biden pardoning hunter biden if hunter biden gets a clean slate with convictions on his record there's a part of me that says you know what trumps should do say you know what nbc you know what everybody is trying to smear p maybe he did mess up but you know what go pound sand go screw i gave i gave in i got rid of gates i'm not doing this again with hexith he's my guy that said mustard would be great the santis would be a great pick because i was and i know i've said in the past i think all i'm i agree with you greg i think most if not all politicians are scumbags thank you we have never heard an ounce of dirt on ron desantis nope good luck drumming up any skeletons from that guy's closet will they make it up maybe could they make it up yes or you know what i mean what i rule it out they tried they tried to trash his wife that's right wal-mart malani as a cancer survivor i mean what's the biggest knock on desantis he wasn't tall enough to be president yes the boots he prefers mustard over ketchup yeah the big thing was remember that they alleged that the boots were you know like the women's platform boots yeah you can't see the heel button i mean hollywood actors wear that yeah allegedly tump cruise wares i'll be wearing them at pia's and Mercedes so he can look tall next to me and darling that's right i'm the shortest guy on the damn show don't think that keeps me up at night anything but like honest to god like if i'm trump there's a part of me that says i'm not doing this again he's my guy i have recess appointment power i'll use it if need be if you don't want to confirm them senators on the republican side so be it then i'm just going to push it through anyway but if worse comes the worst you know what a lot like uh pam bondi i think you know desantis is probably a better option anyway yeah he doesn't have some of the sizzle but that's why i think that this was all this was their plan all along was was pam bondi uh ronda santis that they just floated these names out there no knowing they wouldn't get confirmed just that you know throw chum in the water for uh radio shows and tv shows and newspapers i mean what is literally every except fox do's because he he's one of theirs so they don't they literally have not covered at once which which is outrageous it's honestly a crazy right yes but if you look at other news networks that's all they're covering of course so he's next up on the list this is this is absolutely by design in my opinion i think that they're they threw these names out there knowing that they wouldn't get because i mean look the trump team has their own vetting sources they know they know this stuff is out there this stuff i mean the what your what what they're alleging is from this new yorker article the new yorker article was was actually an affidavit it was a compiled affidavit from this uh this veterans group that compiled all of the all of this stuff to throw them out of there so like this is not just some reporter with anonymous sources this is this is actually like what they did to try and get this guy out of this uh this leadership position in this uh in this veterans group yeah so this stuff has been out there i also think that this would kind of also bridge the divide a little bit between mega and mustard right because there's still this you know little animosity between the two factions within the republican party you know you get him in a high profile position that elevates his profile post governor of florida and then who knows in 2028 jd vance i would say has the inside track especially if he continues to kick ass in interviews if he continues to grow his brand and his persona you know he's got the inside track to be the nominee but then you also have desantis in there in florida just cranks out rock solid effective leaders in my in our seriousness what would p-dex have accomplished in that position that ronda santis wouldn't nothing honestly nothing you know i mean i actually think because ronda santis gets things done and p-dex that has no track record of doing it desantis would be more effective in that position i i would argue he's probably more qualified yeah of course yes of course just like pam bondi is over mac gates but you you for certain people that love you know donald trump fall in love with these hardcore fighters of his and hold a grudge against desantis to me i look at a pam bondi is far more you look at pam bondi's track record it was much more impressive in the role itself than gates maybe she's not the flamethrower gates is but you can't say here's the one thing you can't say you can't say desantis is in a flamethrower he don't give a damn i mean he'll give sound bites i've never actually heard p-dex that talk so that i'll watch box in front of weekend settle down son on the youtube chat says don't don't back down fight fight fight for your nominee i i think i agree with that to some extent i think that these but what's the goal is the is is is the goal to get what you want done or is it to sit here and fight over this minutia crap when you have a nominee in there and you have a like another person that can get the exact same thing done that'll sail through here i mean don't can you see anybody pushing back against desantis from a nomination standpoint no a couple of things so first and foremost as far as you know the trump transition team put out a a strong statement saying that these are ugly nasty allegations about pete hagstaff combat veteran good guy by all accounts and they've they've put out a of statement that is strongly defending him and saying these were disgruntled former employees or disgruntled people etc so they did put that statement up on the other hand there are many people let's let's think about let's think about all of the people at fox because it's an incestuous relationship between many the people at fox network and the and the trump team they all know each other right and so the trump transition team is getting the inside scoop whatever whatever people are saying whatever's going on on pete hagstaff whether they believe it or don't they're they have an inside track on that and so i think they have some some decent information that's that's put that aside on the other side look at governor desantis so he he can't he's term limited and so he would you know that he'd be out in uh about a year you know twenty six yeah he so he only has twenty you know all of twenty five and then he would be out in twenty six so i think they're looking at it at that and saying okay if he goes if he goes over here and we we make this like a chess game if we put him over here and he is secretary defense secretary then who would be governor and how do we how do we you know protect the republican party in the because florida's so strong for the republican a name ironically that's in the the works is that matt gates would run for governor would want to be governor yeah so so as far as that i think you have to look at the chess board trump was he's even talked about this and joked about it that he was being told hey you're not allowed to tap anybody else republicans out of congress yeah you know because you're taking too many people who are currently in office and those are important positions yeah i think what desantis i think they feel confident with florida so i think he would be good and i think that then they tee up the next generation for whoever they want in florida i'll tell you who should be over gates and probably even over laura trump i go with my guy brian donalds agreed rock stop rock solid star in the making no dirt out there on him florida just i mean it gates has drama but you look at ashley moody i mean she's a bulldog pampondie desantis rick scott iron donalds florida just keeps cranking him out man and that state gets read her by the day i would go with brian donalds but there is a part of me that says trump's to say you know what no i'm not i'm not no i'm not bending then he goes screw no lib says the goal is not to have some false accusations bump your nominee okay but again these are all self-inflicted wounds from these guys true or not there's definitely skeletons in this dude's call oh yes so so i'm sure all of these accusations are not true especially the ones about him drinking a fox news because from all accounts all of his fox news uh uh people say it's absolutely positively false and i hate the anonymous sources thing with you yeah however they're not going to find dirt on desantis no okay there's not there's no desantis yes master same same with pampondie so these are all self-inflicted wounds if the goal is to get stuff accomplished and to get stuff done and to you know get the reform that that people voted for then then put through nominees that are going to do what you want to anyway but don't have the skeletons it's not that hard so is dying on these hills is it arrogance or is it lack of proper vetting because we we just talked about how there's no way trump and his team didn't know they've got the inner workings they know what's out there so is it arrogance because i can't imagine it is arrogance because trump has known for eight nine years what the machine is capable of doing yet you still do it so either they think a lot of this is over exaggerated or they just don't care or maybe they are playing for each s and putting out sacrificial land i will just say if if i'm hagsef if that if that happened to me that nbc news is quoting and they're not just quoting former uh... fox employees there they're saying that at least two current fox employees are saying these things i would sue i would i would thought i would do i really wish Neil kavito was shut up no i would sue nbc news and i would say name your sources call them out i have the right to defend my my character in the public eye and that this is malicious so the journal is saying name your sources wow interesting nbc news name your sources because the reason i'm saying this is because if they're going to stand behind those sources and they're saying no we're going to stand behind these sources we believe in these sources then i think that that's a vetting process too but i if i'm an innocent person yeah if i'm if i'm a 100 percent and here's where i'm going with this how do you not sue right how do if i'm an innocent person and so he's saying these horrible things about me so that too damn it seriously damage my image yes even if i don't get the trump thing and i it's now damaging my opportunity to support my my kids and my family yep to stay at fox so i'm absolutely suing saying this is malicious yeah and so if he does not sue then i say hmm well if you were totally innocent you know what i mean like yeah i i would be furious over this i would hire a team of attorneys i would go full force on them let me speak to your manager and i would let them and i would let nbc then watch them squirm do they stand behind their sources do they back off or do they say these are rock solid sources we're going to protect our sources because these are current and former employees and the rule of thumb and journalism is that you have at least three solid of sources if you're gonna if you're gonna say anonymous sources that you have three separate unrelated solid sources jimmy kelly says so much for going to break on time by the way i tell the people saying you have to stand up to democrats guys like you beat the democrats like they're the democrat party is in shambles right now yeah now it's about getting result there's yes yes that's that's all this is about right stop dying on these hills that aren't worth it yeah you're going to get the end result you want anyway so why are you dying on these hills it's not worth it it's not it's not you got to pick and choose your battles and ultimately if the better more talented person was number two yeah but just lacked whatever they get over it and appoint number two who should have probably been number one in the first place but also does the santis want it that's the other side of this you know we don't know that we made it we we officially got to no breaks on time that's right why don't we just skip the break and we'll go right to the news we'll pay some bills we'll come back don't have the news they're right there and then right after the news so it'll be basically cut sheet time yeah Wednesday morning december fourth seven a.m news sponsored by joseph anthony retreat spa and salon so we're still thinking about that grandmother that is making national news as she was swallowed up by this huge sinkhole and so prayers that she is still alive her her daughter her family members saying that they they just need a little luck in this family they're hoping and keeping hope alive as they fear that the the Pennsylvania woman was um you know was swallowed by this by this sinkhole looking for her kitty cat with her granddaughter with her so they were cut and the story is that it was broad daylight in the afternoon when she was babysitting her granddaughter they were searching for the cat kitty cat who got out of the house and normally didn't get out of the house and so they didn't find the granddaughter the five-year-old little granddaughter until the wee hours of the morning and so that you know thank god the little the little granddaughter she's fine she was in her car seat she was in the vehicle but where where's and this is a very conscientious loving grandmother that would never leave her grandchild so then they see this sinkhole adjacent to her car and they believe that she was walking saw the cat was walking along and then was literally the ground gave out from beneath her my god swallows her up they have cameras that have gone down you know three stories plus and they see what they've called of you know they believe is one of her shoes that she was wearing and it's just an incredible story as these crews are gathering i don't know if Stephanie Mack with her contacts with Pennsylvania state police might have an update yeah right she comes on live with you because this search for you know the grandmother Elizabeth Pollard so it the search um the family called about one o'clock in the morning this would have been 1 a.m. yesterday Tuesday morning so they actually started looking for her Monday evening when she had been babysitting they're frantically you know worried about you know where grandma is with their little girl find her vehicle at one o'clock in the morning so that has took us overnight unbelievable it's it's an absolute it's and the cat's name is pepper in case you were wondering they haven't found the cat either she's all for a stupid cat i know star you see why i'm a dog guy wouldn't happen to a dog owner yeah so her name's Elizabeth Pollard mrs Pollard's five-year-old granddaughter like i say safe and sound her daughter the family they're saying that they they you know she's vanished and they are convinced they have firefighters state authorities of news choppers ahead speaking national news right now but they say that the air quality down there is actually pretty good and it also brings up the last time there are coal mines under here so these were acted the last time they were open was in the 1950s wow yeah you talked about the the air quality we talked about the brittle bones falling three stories possibly breaking you know limbs but what about eating what about starving to death dehydration especially as a grandpa it's a good uh it's a good diet plan right well well she's not i mean you can go seven to eight days without eating so i i don't think they're worried about that they're worried data white goes on an eighty eighty six hour water fast well yeah i'm going to try that yeah yeah yeah we should do we should like strap me up with a twelve ten youtube cam eighty six hours is how long uh it's over three days three and a half yeah what's 48 is two three days and 72 14 hours 72 is three carry the one right Greg and Nick doing math math in the morning yeah it's about three and a half days so it also brings up the issue they're saying that uh what is this a man-made you know crisis in other words looking at you know looking at environmental issues of mines that were not properly closed up these are some awful ways the last two days in your news to go out stuffed in a suitcase oh my gosh falling into a sinkhole yeah so we got that going on uh other news of the day that we've been looking at Philadelphia police investigating that shooting that i talked about in the six a.m. hour 2900 block of north ick street north Philadelphia last night neighbors taking out their trash because today's their trash day and that's when we know that gun fire broke out 30 year old man is hospitalized this morning shot in his middle section his stomach and his legs he was rushed to temple university hospital and remains in stable but critical condition this morning and so they're still investigating the situation they know that a 37 year old woman and a 17 year old boy are being questioned by police and so they believe one of the neighbors i guess amid this dispute it was all over where they were when they took their trash out to the curb whether they were put it where they were placing it that's how this whole thing started and then neighborly disputes you know ensued from there so two firearms were covered from this multiple shots fired so we have that going on i do want to take you to what happened last night with the six or seventy sixers we've talked a lot about this proposed project oh i thought you're going to say they want two in a row oh yeah one two in a row oh that's you yeah wow we got that amazing that so two in a row and uh what was that final score one ten to one oh four so sixers did win on the court as far as basketball but but did mayor shirel parker oh boy is she winning in the court of public opinion she held that emotional town hall meeting last night and this has to do with a new sixers arena so she held this community sixers arena town hall last night taking her her appeal her you know her pitch and and her support for the new arena this was in west philadelphia saying the new arena could actually revitalize uh the ones bustling commercial as she's calling it the commercial corridor in philadelphia so they're no longer saying china town they're expanding it what city council doing because remember we talked about that city council met yesterday city council is basically telling the sixers show me the money so the sixers had offered fifty million dollars in these community projects city council says you can't you did not come to this table with enough money wow literally saying it's not fifty million not enough okay sixers um you know they're they're saying okay we'll come back to the table so now the city council photo of the city council postponing any kind of a decision they are postponing it until thursday i would love to just pull the city residents that listen to this show that live within city limits and ask them if they're on board with this maybe phil can throw up a poll question but i don't want everybody that lives in you know bucks county or montgomery county or chester or delco like just people that are specifically within philadelphia city limits if they're on board with us or not we gotta have a poll like that yeah i think you're a city resident what do you think you know mayor parker does not want to be the mayor uh that under her watch the sixers left philadelphia that's true and you think about you know because and this is a ton of money think about the fact that city council to their face i mean it's almost like uh a card game let's say you're having a uh specialty card game and somebody comes to the table with whatever hundred grand and you say nope not enough you can't even sit at our table right that's basically what city council said to the sixers yesterday fifty million not enough and that's just the community money remember this is a billion and a half dollar project so some of this is coming from tax dollars nope none of it none of it oh none of it it's they're saying the 50 million is dedicated just to um building the support in the community the community effect so then the only people that probably would have an issue with this if it's not publicly funded at least in some portion at all like you're talking about would be those that live or have a business in that area that feel like for some reason it would cause uh more traffic congestion chaos well not just that it'd be good for the revenue for the for that area though but it might affect us coming to work i mean this is a what it's going to take two years wait it would affect it would affect us well would affect us with the two years of construction perhaps you're you're under construction with a major project how many blocks away are we from from where they're proposing this not i mean it's not so far walk so it's walking distance i'm against it there no but what but walking just so when it's done what they're saying is this is going to revitalize philadelphia and get people to come into the city will it or won't yeah i mean that's because you you go to other major cities um whether it's especially you know i'll take new york or chicago they have walking cities they attract people from across the area they attract the tourists for us you know we we need that we need that shot in the arm sure philadelphia and part of it remember goes along with the right with the project yeah where we are reuniting yeah our our city from its waterfront tourism revenue is a big thing for cities so having lived in Nashville i can attest to it firsthand every the whole world once a good hey let's take a trip to Nashville i heard it's great okay yeah so i think that shirel parker you know they've studied this and she is saying this would be this would be a game changer for the city of philadelphia and it's infusing all of this money and all of this excitement all of this development i'm getting text now we've got people texting about this conversation one text uh i'll keep the names anonymous i'll be like uh nbc news with hex said city council is shaking down the Sixers that money is going in those politicians pockets and will not be used for anything in that community well i think that's that's just it you know they're saying that it's going to create all these jobs and so that's what we need to have the transparency there you go that's that's a great point that you make you know but uh as far as this goes we will know more on uh we'll know more on there will probably by friday we'll have more information as to how this is going and i think yesterday when you first reported on it didn't you say that the culmination of it would be for the twenty thirty one season oh for god yes i might be dead at that point definitely will be yeah i know and be definitely will be it's tricky is he so is he still out is that something issues yeah probably you didn't play last line no i know by the way philadelphia police searching for a group of suspects wanted for stealing a dog at a target store this happening in philadelphia in the port richman section uh 44-year-old woman inside the target and this is the one on castor av and uh she says four people came up and took her they stole her little shitsu dog really a shitsu shitsu yeah wow you know there's one time we uh we did an experiment and we made it a shitsu with a bulldog yeah okay okay like a mix yeah yeah it's a dumb and dumber drug from 1994 that's my wheelhouse gotta play to your strengths so they did police are releasing the uh if you six avc has a has uh i love this they have a graphic with the four suspects they just went up and grabbed they just grabbed her dog in the target so of course it's on camera yeah sold her dog from her and they actually then have a a they have a graphic and with a big blue arrow that says black shitsu and they have the arrow to the little doggy who's wearing a little tutu oh god the people that dress their dogs are good you deserve it by the way dogs are not uh if you can fit your dog in your pocketbook it's not a dog okay oh thank you oh that's a little what you got to know what her dog's name was because this is like her baby yeah you know what i mean she's dressing the dog at that tutu pry cost her like you know 200 bucks i was charliss katley so jb soccer checking in oh oh oh oh oh so uh so these four individuals took her little bogey and so they're scumbent well what a what a low life creep move yeah i'm i hate both i hate both individuals or all individuals i i hate the person yeah who has a shitsu that dresses up at a dress and i hate these scumbags that took it from her unbelievable so the little doggy is if you i and i should have sent fill the picture but it has a little like tutu on little little dress it's a dog but the dog also she hamster she put like the the dog she she has a red tail and red highlights on it's so the god she did highlights all right all right all right was it was it a maga shitsu i'm with the criminals i'm i'm fine i'm fine with the date of the dog was it a you know you said red highlights is that a trans shitsu no is it transitioning to like um i don't know a york shire or so this is this is still the news so we got to give our sponsors we have to get out like i said we're taking the news right to the touch i know you guys are cracking me up today water crock dot com tell them don't send you this is the kaolin company podcast from dark radio twelve ten wpht and on the free odyssey app coming off of the news with uh dawn with the sixers and their arena frank is in south philadelphia frank you're on talk radio twelve ten good morning dawn good morning gentlemen how we doing today we're doing well frankie hey uh listen that seventy six is two years ago or three years ago i called their office and there was plenty of ground for them to turn around and stay in the sports complex and away from the uh waltz vlogo the area was had the plenty of ground was the snuggle refinery ground they couldn't negotiate a halved deal over there because it was all ground before at that time now there's a big warehouse it's going it's beautiful warehouse that they're building over there and amazon i believe is going to go in that warehouse they had they had walla directly across the street they had the the plant bridge they anyone could come in and out of out of here real quick and there was a way from the waltz vlogo center they still would have been at the sports complex area right so they they could have been negotiated whole the deal the other the other company that i that i suggested to take out the ground was septice septice could have went over there and and and take it and negotiate all that ground and have their central uh septice depot there because they're paying a hundred twenty thousand dollars i think per per month upper and center city and the one at the 19th and bigger over there they just uh which of course they could have moved that that depot over there at that ground also now could i talk about two other subjects you could talk about whatever your lecture yes i i two other subjects also that i called a mayor's office and no no reciprocation ever came back to me the the illegal the illegal trash company in the city of philadelphia is is horrendous i have a solution for that it's not going to be a nine it's not going to be a hundred percent but it will be 99 at least 99 percent that's that's one issue because i i pay us the resolution to counsel me you can be out of johnson's office as illegal dumping as three hundred to a thousand dollar fine if they get court residential trash and also the uh a commercial trash illegal dumping was a five thousand a ten thousand dollar fine that was one solution but now it seems like the people are too lazy to go to sixty third and pass chunk that's what the incinerator is at so now you have to have the oldest illegal dumping around around the city it's just horrendous they're not going to solve it a two-day a two-day uh pick up yeah the other thing is the other thing is um uh parking we have hardly any parking in philadelphia and i wish uh and then mayor parker gives me a call their office as to i said a meeting i'll have a sit down with them and i could saw i basically saw that problem but also because the parking is horrendous right we had no parking but we will rank i can rank i can see your phone number on my screen we'll pass it along to shirrell's office and i think she'll probably get to you by lunch time today frank for parking czar that's right he's going to fix the sixers the trash and the parking i love it and makes great homemade wine that's i mean this is a man this is a man mighty mighty man mighty mighty man gets things accomplished in the city i am blown away by the fact that they didn't try to do something else and it's interesting that amazon comes in there and takes advantage of that property and besos is buying up stuff i mean there was definitely space when you're talking about the wells Fargo center to do something different there without having to move to where they're hoping to move now if you've ever been to it lanta and i'm not sure that many have but with the new stadium that the braves have they have this thing called the battery and it's like a shopping dining entertainment district all kind of built around and attached to the arena and if you did that around the wells Fargo center or a new building that you built there it would also bring people in especially the time of the year where there's crossover between the winter sports and the fillies it would be like a like a affinity live on steroids and i don't know that that idea was ever even considered and i think it would have made a ton of sense but and again Atlanta did it and filly didn't when we i remember we went to i don't know one of the concerts that we went to at the wells Fargo center in the last couple of months and so Larry's like yeah i pre-bought this parking and then so it took us over the it was in jersey i was like here's a deal what did you guys do kayak across the door like honey what the heck and he's like i i go we're not doing this he goes i prepaid for it i got parking for ten bucks i'm like we're not leaving for ten bucks like somewhere for five bucks you can park in Wilmington yeah it's like what the heck but it really was over the right i said babe we're not so that we went back over the bridge and then you pay in the toll by the way and then it was but but we do we have such a parking issue going on yeah it not usually not in south philadelphia though i will i will point out i'd rather just pay for the parking and but it is it's such an issue here and then keep in mind that with our parking garages they have to update them because all of these electric vehicles are so heavy yep and so for all city older cities like us or new york or boston we have to redo all of our parking garages because these ev these uh electric vehicles are what they're like ten times as heavy or whatever that they are super heavy yeah so they cause cause collapse etc so i would love i would love to hear franks proposal well i'm getting tech saying that frankie's the best make him a regular yeah like we could just somebody uh road where i think says he sounds like frank rizzo from the jerky boys oh not a different frank rizzo right yeah hey frank telling you get away from me and not that frank rizzo that's right eight five five eight three nine twelve ten i will get to this nfl story now so the uh this is courtesy of the blaze uh the blaze dot com glenn beck jason whitlock those guys on that site uh a houston tech i actually saw this live on the red zone channel on sunday in the early window before we had to wait again for the eagles to come on at four thirty by the way can we get an eagles game at one o'clock in the last three years please does that ever happen anymore it's just frank when you become the czar could you help out with that too frank also needs to fix the nfl schedule and take over for roger godel i also think that they need uh they they need to listen to us we need uh they need our schedules i like an 11 a m game actually yes i'm telling you the best thing i ever did was in 2005 when we took a trip with my wife's parents to hawaii yeah we watched the nfl wildcard weekend the first sunday in january in hawaii it's like eight a m kick off right that's great that's great that's just buffet with football yeah it's not the way you're in-laws i mean they you know paid for your honeymoon have taken you everywhere they have they're they're great in-laws they're just my mother-in-law just has voting issues but but generous is voting it's generous as a mom and grandma she thinks you have voting issues she does she does and we clash although we didn't clash this year so the the Texans and jaguars did clash on sunday and i want to play you these two clips and then lead to the conversation that we'll have briefly here where once again sports and social issues are crossing over so a houston texans player is blaming racism and islamophobia for the outrage following his hit that caused the concussion for jaguars quarterback who was of course coached by dog peters and former eagles head coach and the nfl is issuing a three-game suspension so i've got two clips here i'm going to play you this hit in full speed and then we i think it's with commentary and then we'll play it again in slow motion and then we're going to get to the quotes from the league and the player with these accusations phil if you could uh this is clip k-1 this is houston texans linebacker uh aziz al shayir crashing into jaguar quarterback trevor lorance listen and watch this no doubt the trevor represents that oh my that will be al shayir who's flagged for the big hit on the brawl breaks out yeah a little bit strong afterwards is the jack i mean lorance is laying there lifeless two terrible teams two two terrible awful teams sorry now phil if you could play k-2 just in slow motion here there's no sound but the visual so he's giving himself up he's sliding here comes the linebacker boom head off the ground he puts up the fencing posture of his arms you see that that's a dead giveaway that he's suffered severe traumatic brain injury which is usually a dead giveaway for a concussion so john runyon who was the left tackle for the eagles in the mcnab andy reed era is now one of the executives for the national football league and after reviewing it he has decided to issue a sus suspension he's the vice president of policy and rules administration for the nfl and he goes on and says your lack of sportsmanship and respect for the game of football and those all of who play coach and enjoy watching it is troubling and does not reflect the core values of the nfl video shows that you are guilty you're now suspended for three games so as these al shayir the texans linebacker says quote you don't know my heart nor my character which i don't need to prove to any of you he then goes on to make this about a social issue now boy and says that he is being yes he's being targeted because he is black and he is muslim now boy and he says to the rest of the people who i've been called every single name in the book from reporters with their hands ready for a story to find their villain to racist and islamophobic fans across the league and people and fans around the league you don't know my heart nor my character god knows my intentions and anyone who has been a teammate or friend of mine knows my heart all praise to a la uh my cause my cleats which is a charity campaign he also wants to uh free palestine and he's got the whole gaza messaging on his nfl cleats which the league allows you to put a uh you know charitable or social justice message on your uniform look is it a bad hit yes you can't do it you've been taught for many years now that that is outlawed it's difficult to give up full speed i get it but when we go to the social issues uh first of all hit you know honestly we talk about identity politics this has nothing to do with al zai al um as these al shayir's identity it actually has everything to do with the guy who you hit the guy you hit's identity right? Trevor Lawrence, yeah Trevor Lawrence and it's not that it's you know because Trevor Lawrence is white it's because Trevor Lawrence is a franchise quarterback and they want to protect these guys because it's awful watching bad quarterbacks ask ask phil almquist he's been dealing with this in super bowl three since joe name is retired right so and the thing with shayir here is it's like i just want to say like dude you're missing the boat you're eight years late to the victimhood social justice NFL wars that Kaepernick waged right your four years removed from social justice at its peak in america and it doesn't have a damn thing to do with you being black or muslim and truth be told i i don't follow the Houston Texans at all but nobody doesn't use tonight but this guy this guy this guy's kind of known to be a cheap shot artist a little bit yes he's got a reputation and he's not even a great player to begin with yeah but this notion and again all of these fans that hit me with the racist and islamophobic stuff okay i i'm guessing he's on social media you have receipts why don't you retweet the hatred show us all of these these uh racists and bigots and this and that out there that are giving you crap over the hit doo doo doo jackasses exist on social media and bombard pro athletes yes but you also sign up for that it comes with the turf right you're being paid a lot of money to play a game you committed an egregious act and then you go from being the perpetrator to trying to play the victim that's what i hate about america as soon as somebody is under quote attack when they're the one who committed the wrong they immediately try to go from one side of the table to the next and say no i'm the one who's being victimized here we got to eradicate that mindset in this country yeah especially with the use of today i i but you know what we see with these pro athletes with their so with their entitlement oh there's a lot of yeah there's a lot of islamophobic people in the NFL and you really think john runyon or roger girdell or the league or punishing you because of your race or your religion stop yeah i mean not for nothing but doesn't he know you can do that to to women in your life but you can't do it on the field yeah as he's got a better chance of playing in the NFL if you knock up a chick then you do a franchise quarterback come on man you got to know the league better but i just want to get to that story he's always had it i can't believe that he's blaming oh i can yeah it just never ends i'm so tired of it but well that's all he's got there's a stamp sending you guys this but there's a thing on like trending that is he the NFL's dirtiest player and they have like his dirtiest hits yeah he's a real i'm telling he's a cheap shot he is yep and that's why he's bounced around from i think three teams in the last four years so that's all he's got yep it's to say oh it's my religion no it's the way you play your dirty yep eight five five eight three nine twelve ten cut sheet is coming up next here on kaolin company and talk radio twelve ten wphd you may have heard i've fallen in love again with it's how you yeah hill cherry hill bobber where relationships a matter um new york city mayor eric adams says that he will work with trump and the borders are tom home and regarding deportation deportations excuse me in fact in fact mr adams even said you don't like it cancel me oh cancel me well this guy's really had it hasn't he so i'm i'm very interested i know we're gonna have shawn uh pharah shawn on friday he was he had some strong thoughts on this yesterday guy on twitter so i we should uh put a little pin in this yes and remember to ask him about this on uh right as a native new yorker all right uh phil cut seven go also i hear committing crimes robberies shooting at police officers raping innocent people uh have been a harm to our country our country i want to sit down and hear the plan on how we going to address them those are the people i am talking about and i would love to hit sit down with the borders are and hear his thoughts on how we're going to address those who are harming our citizens open to them open to hearing what their plan is to deport some of these folks and you think the city in some circumstances should cooperate with us and let me let me you know what's interesting and i was talking to the team the other day i want you to all go back and and googoo uh hillary clinton uh and barack obama googoo what they said about those who commit crimes in our city do they say go it they said those who commit crimes they googoo's for old people need to get out right away mmm that was their position let me put on a new position you know because in the state of in the in the um era of cancel culture no one's afraid to be honest about the truth well cancel me oh because i'm going to protect the people of the city yeah oh i'm coming to this country in this city and think you're going to harm innocent new yorkers and innocent migrants and asylum seekers oh this is not the mayor you want to be in the city under oh is that right he's uh this in my opinion this guy is just uh putting his finger in the wind and seeing which way the political landscape is going and that's the way he's going but he didn't he didn't he run on making new yorkers sanctuary yeah it's very interesting the uh complete 180 hey this guy is is honestly full of crap uh but at least maybe having uh in epiphany in the 23rd hour but it's a major it's amazing the uh change of his tune since he ever that remember he was investigated by the feds still as being invented yes under the Biden administration that's a wild story and since that day happened all of a sudden he's made this complete pivot yep against migrants against crud he's having like a fetterman moment where all of a sudden and he didn't have a stroke all of a sudden to have like a regaining of his common sense yeah he's telling the left to cancel them and by the way the barack hillary stuff we've played that on the cut sheet we have we've played bill and hillary bill in 96 hillary in '08 and i believe obama in 2013 yep saying what republicans are have been saying for the last four years get out uh joe biden is in africa well yes yes nigga given a lot of dolan out more money uh yeah yeah a billion dollars right now for does joe know he's in africa though um so let's start uh phil with cut nine here so he's in uh angola and for those of you don't know there's the it's a very poor area in fact i think there's one part of it that they're trying to revitalize where they literally live in mud huts you know how you joke about you know these areas and they live in huts made of mud that's exactly what this and they're trying to revitalize that area because they're trying to make it more of a tourist place because they're saying that that is where a lot of the uh of the african-americans uh came from on the slave ships in this 1600s okay so uh he's he's there to um yeah to dole out as don't set some some cash each uh but he's also just he doesn't know where he is he calls it a city um he wrote cut nine phil you know with you and angola a vibrant city and and i look not the city the city i know he's not angola right right and then go in a vibrant city what what what was that anyway i it's over if i be you know honestly it's it's embarrassing just to be like humane for a moment the guy is completely out to lunch he's been out for two and a half years right yeah i mean we're sending him there with 47 days 46 days left in his presidency and dishing out a billion dollars do you think i for honestly do you think he knows he's there and do you think he's on board with this just to kind of flip the bird one last time to i don't know people that have been impacted by natural disasters in the carolina's georgia florida yeah those that are still seeking yeah there might be people in north carolina living in a mud hut right now but angola is getting a cool bill uh he this is cut ten it's i don't i don't he's such an embarrassment i'm gonna miss this i really am roll a roll cut ten without any explanation if you earlier when i said rebidance are like poor relatives uh here we show up and we're invited we stay longer than we should be all your food and don't wind of the home oh my god oh pressures in other news hunter biden knows uh allegedly three hundred grand and back pay for rent yeah since he kind of said it softly there let me let me just read what he said okay we bidens are like poor relatives we show up when we're invited we stay longer than we should we eat all your food and we don't know when to go home yeah well i mean look joe has stayed way longer than he probably should have in politics he didn't want to go home they forced them to go home and they swapped about for carolina it's again it's the pandering of this guy he always tries to claim like he's one of you yeah right no matter what the venue is no matter what the community is i'm just like you yep it's the ultimate politics 101 can you imagine all those diplomats everything from africa sitting there as he's saying this they're just like what what what is this i probably looking over at each other anything maybe we don't have it as bad as we've this is what america has this is what they're trotting out really uh it's one billion dollars here you go oh it's fun oh if we get great when you can't give a billion to zolensky you you know go to angle speaking of uh speaking of democrats i've been sitting on this for a couple days here the uh this is an ex-democrat representative tim ryan uh former representative from ohio uh he told msnbc over a weekend that democrats need a complete rebrand we said this earlier because we were talking about how you know with all these nominees you know these are not the hills we should die on we should you know the other side say hey we should uh we should not give into democrats the democrats are are broken right now so i i you know i don't know how much of a fight they're going to put up with much uh this has got one philko please reset i mean we need a rebrand we've been i think you and i have been talking about this since 2016 like our brand is toxic in so many places and it's like you're a democrat like that's the stuff we get like in ohio and so it means that we need a complete reboot we need a complete reboot with the dnc we needed complete rebranding we got to get back established into our values what does it mean to be a democrat people want to trust us they don't want to go to donald trump i'm telling you the middle of the road to you and we're like holding their nose to vote for him but we did not give them enough like we're re-industrializing you know we're talking about american competitiveness we're moderate on things like natural gas in western pa which ended up being a big issue that we can't even be for natural gas displacing coal or a huge fight with the crypto industry like what are we doing why why do we be in a fight with the crypto industry right now we've got to get back to the bread and butter policies uh we are the party of the middle class white black brown gay straight man woman north south if you're a working class person the democratic party is for you so he's he's still missing the boat though because you have spoken down to white middle class males in the working class and you can sit there and talk about crypto and natural energy you're going in the weeds dude it's not it's not chess it's checkers okay you don't resonate with the everyday american the democrat party's been hijacked by the far left which hates america and i said this in the big take on monday i said how does the democrat party figure it out show me a relatable dude that can lead your party i said it verbatim in the big take name me a nationally recognizable democrat figure that a guy like me would say i'd love to sit down and have a beer and watch a football game with they don't have anybody none yeah nobody like me would like to sit down and talk football over a miller light with Gavin Newsom or Tim walls or Pete boot edge edge without fetterman of pencil they know cuz fetterman can't even comprehend the sport and he here's the thing of the whole the whole the whole thing with fetterman where they go wrong and people that and we realize it but they don't they think fetterman resonates as the everyday man because he wears a car heart hoodie and looks like he just worked at a local jiffy lube he lived at home until he was 50 with his parents that doesn't resonate with a guy who's been out there working at home with them he was supported by them ah same thing yeah like you can't go to harvard and then live at home into your 40s or you know have mommy and like i thought the point of going to harvard was so that you could make a ton of money and be financially independent yeah got stopped there's the whole fetterman and i've given fetterman credit he's been very common sense on a handful of issues handful but like oh so josh superior let me ask you this would you like to watch a ball game with josh superior no no wait what so he can work on his obama in person asin no they've got to find a regular dude and they don't have one and i know trump or a regular gal or or i don't even know i see i don't even know about that i really don't do you i mean who's who who would be a regular gal well let's not calla let's say uh unless they attracted Tulsi gabard back to her she would be her party she would be a regular gal yes that's a great example she said the democrat party left her it's not hillary it's not comela it's not grutchen whitmer uh speaking of that james carville was on um uh with arty melbert last night and we were talking about all of these nominees uh that trump put out like the matt gates and the peat hexes and all that stuff he thinks that the trump administration is picking them just to irritate people like rachel matt out which i don't know if i'd buy i don't think i do but i think it's hysterical mm-hmm uh this is cut eight phil uh go you have quite eight there we go look i think that they pick a lot of these people just to irritate people like us i have to stand it that the more angst they cause rachel matt out the more likely they ought to pick that person they're literally driven by resentment and people have to understand that and if hasmith goes down his gates certainly did or the d e a guy or the next person you're not you're not going to get jarsie marshall i promise you they don't have any intention of doing that and i think they're just going to keep going in this direction i really do well what if they go down the road of ronda santis like we've been talking about with this wall street journal report i mean he's effective he gets under the skin of the left but it's not as trollish in nature pick and i don't really think honestly god like we're and i get these dms especially from some of our hardcore listeners that says i got this one guy who will always DM me about certain picks and it's uh well he's just sitting on the cash patel one that's going to be the holiday troll i don't know that it's waiting for the right time to troll i do think there is a lot to not only does trump look at the guys that are loyal but the ones that he can also value as an outsider that can do the job so let's talk about like cash patel i think i think cash patel could do a really really good job same thing with guys like hegseth but if the temperature gets too hot then maybe you do go to the alternative and this isn't honestly carfields not too far off from what you were saying Greg about you know hegseth and gates when maybe in reality it was bondy and desantis all along right it's kind of like you poke them a little bit you know you're gonna fan the flames then they're gonna come out to try to get them out of the position and then if you bring in the person that maybe is more qualified then you get those results that you're talking about it the trolling era is over it's time to get to work it's the it's the tony hinge cliff uh scenario that happened in october the comedian from mattison square garden who made the porter engine the media and social media was was uh spinning around in circles saying i can't believe he said this i can't believe he said this i can't believe he said this meanwhile trumpeter's team were sitting around saying yeah yeah focus on that because we're we're winning an election so i i believe that this is just these picks they had no they had no uh i they had no thought that they were gonna get through so you think you're putting out the bait for the left to take i do i do knowing that that this was never meanwhile he's building a cabinet that he actually really wants the pambondys the rondesantis that's yes that's my that's my thought i i do think that that this is all by design to get the media talking and all uh in a frenzy and you know he's quietly the building the cabinet that he actually wants could be right but let let's let's go to the next element to this that we haven't talked about what happens to matt gates now what will happen cares to pete hegseth well those guys care well he hegseth they would be their box they be being used yeah yeah does he get rehired by fox oh not after not after all this right now you have two people out of careers way and forgot whether it's true or not whether you like the individual or not hegseth gets used gates gets used and had they not have been used they're still in their current roles which is matt gates as a congressional leader in florida and hegseth is a television personality by the way in all likelihood was making more money on fox than he would be to go to yeah defense secretary yeah i know i i have a crappy thing to do in all honesty right you know in war sometimes there's casualties dude i know i i get it i'm just i know i i really believe that this is you know they were they're putting people out there that they had they had no uh no faults that were they were going to get confirmed and by the way if if gates can't get confirmed for what trump nominated him for gates is not going to end up in the next governor of florida oh no absolutely not because once this is out there he's he's cooked me he's gonna be on news max doing a podcast or whatever else you know what i mean like that and and by the way i'm not pooping it there's there's a ton of money in that yeah he's gonna make way more money than he ever did being whatever he was up for and forget what he was up for and if you're if your theory is correct that trump's using these people as sacrificial lambs i'll say something that'll be very unpopular for this audience don't tell me any more about loyalty with donald trump then i don't want to hear he values loyalty because if matt gates was loyal to him then he did matt gates dirty unless matt gates wanted this unless matt gates went to him and said because i i i need out of this because of you know these uh these these uh this house how ethics report that's going to come down i don't know i'm never getting into politics hey it's a it's a scummy bit i want to take a shower just talking about yes exactly gross gross uh let's talk about the woke snow white shall we now she's back in the news a oc's doppelganger the uh the trailer for the upcoming snow white movie is not being well received by viewers oh shocking the new adaptation of the classic Disney story uh stars rachel a ziegler and galgo doe in the leading roles galgo doe however the movie ran into serious problems before even getting off the ground because ziegler who plays snow white felt the need to trash the movie before it even hit theaters or a press tour could really get rolling could you imagine if i trashed this station before you put me into morning drive like you had already hired me you promoted me i'm popping on with you and dawn and zeoli and i'm simultaneously saying things that are negative yep do you think i'd have a chance to succeed probably not uh in case you forget what she said she says i mean you know the original cartoon came out in 1937 and very evidently so there's a big focus on her love story with a guy who literally stalks her weird weird so we didn't do it that this time ziegler said long before the movie came out when discussing of the new version she also unleashed an insane rant about people who voted for Donald trump trying to avoid alienating potential customers is marketing one-on-one but she apparently missed that class in school by the way i'm taking that from out kick um all right so you guys want to see this trailer um yeah all right role of film this was my father's kingdom police of fairness but the queen changed everything take him away your majesty what did you say the people need some kindness you know i really don't remember you being this opinionated magic mirror on the wall who is the fairest of them all famed is the beauty majesty the beloved maiden i now behold i look at you and i just want to be the fairest of them all the queen is evil being free into the woods march 21st my parents always said this forest was a magical place hello i mean i'm seriously about a year it doesn't look super well got a very dark kind of that's cool yeah that's cool i look i'm uh they are they called dwarves yeah no no like are they calling them dwarves in this oh they're probably not appropriate anymore that's what i mean yeah what did you think i was nothing ghost hey you'll see you'll be safe from the queen here the queen stole everything from all of us your help it's time to restore our kingdom burning on a wish oh boy find snow white give her a mega hat this is our kingdom now we're here to take it back you were saying i mean it looks like every other disney crap movie yeah it doesn't do much for me there's nancy polosi there is disney snow white in theaters march 21st so on march 21st the first day of spring i believe you have two options you can either see the woke snow white or you can consume the travis manion foundation radio thumb in that day i would go tmf over woke snow white but that's just me look at you so rachel zegler takes on a more opinionated so in theaters in her in her act she's more opinionated as snow white which is not too far off from how she is in reality true true uh any wagers on whether or not this bombs oh it's definitely gonna bomb i give it a 90 percent chance of tanking yeah has this in all seriousness does he come out with anything in the last 10 years or so that hasn't no i actually think bob eiger should be replaced with frank itself philadelphia he'll fix disney yeah real quick then look i you know i'm the disney channel or disney plus is my world right now with my son but i imagine it is i i don't know anything any movie that's come out recently that they've tried to do that has worked my all those other star wars adaptations they've done in the last couple years bomb aside from the mandalorian my father-in-law took the uh the girls my daughters and my brother-in-law's daughters all four of them to see wicked on thanksgiving night but really not thanksgiving night black friday night i'm sorry cool yeah and hey the girls loved it cool yeah uh best movies tangled princess in the frog which i agree um beauty and the beast monsters ink aladdin pokahanas Hercules a bug's life but i think the classics are the ones for the boys like cars right what like your what um nemo nemo you think about all of those they're they're still uh toy story toy story the original that's well but little kids right now i mean i imagine dylan is he into he was yeah yeah so how many toy stories have there been now there's like four a billion of them right yeah there's like four of them yeah i mean all this stuff i've seen them all a million times now like you know the cars soundtrack right you know it i could sing it so so all of those are classics yeah but especially the ones i will say for that are you know i i'm not saying they're aimed at boys but the cars but think about how story nemo but think about what you're talking about them those movies are 15 20 years old you know what i mean like i'm talking in the last couple years disney has just churned out crap they really have right so yeah because they're so obsessed with identity politics within their characters uh speaking of disney former micky mouse club star britney spears did you see this instagram post let me guess she's dancing with nine oh no guys no this is sad remember i said a couple months ago i said she's the accent my death pole you didn't say that i remember that yeah she's um she's not well never so she uh so she turned 43 on monday for those of us who feel old that is 40 she she turned uh 43 on monday but she claims in a disturbing new instagram video that she's really five and she's moving to mexico but she's not moving to mexico because trump won no she's no she's she's you have to hear this video bro she's she's lost it unless this is some weird performance art that we don't know of i think we're went witnessing a psychotic breakdown happening okay uh roll it film i'm not really sure why the paparazzi have me going on a plane looking like i'm wearing a jason mask it doesn't even look like me i don't know why i have a torch in my hand honestly i think my friend accidentally gave that to me but anyways and it's my birthday i'm not turning 42 i'm turning the five this year i'm turning five years old and um i have to um go to kind of curtain tomorrow baby strawberry a very very cute baby baby cake no boy but my own friend it really kind of hurts my feelings that the paparazzi make my face look like i'm wearing like a white jason mask um it doesn't even look like me they've always been incredibly cruel to me um the paparazzi in pictures and the way um they've illustrated me to be in some of it i know i'm not perfect at all by many means but some of it is extremely mean and cruel and that's why i've moved to mexico so there you go ladies gentlemen is that a or she be dead by the new year yeah that's it for Brit man oops she did it again by the way started as a Disney star that's that's why yeah that's how i started yeah that's why it's what that's another story we gotta we should we should talk about i'm not put that into a trial tv in a second all right so is that artificial intelligence with her voice or is that how she is she trying to imitate like she's obviously altered it it's altered in there oh my altered like surgically or alternate digital with digital the way that she's produced it wow just say that i'm a five-year-old and living what's worse identifying as a five-year-old when you're 42 or identifying as a woman when you're really a man it's going back to our big take here to small mental health what is it with these child tv stars that all grow up to be nutbags yep you notice that yeah mccully coke in home alone uh it was um the kids from growing pains the Olsen twins from full house i don't know if they're all nutbags but you know they all go through issues being child stars is not a it's not a glamorous thing is that bad parenting is that putting like profit ahead of your child's well being yes absolutely yes because i've thought about you know my daughters you know there are gorgeous twins and if hollywood came knocking i i'd ship them off and daddy daddy's done a 12 thing get me a golf membership honey but the difference is if daddy is present and a lot of times i mean you bring up the point but if if they back in the day they wouldn't allow the parent necessary now the laws are changed yeah but if dad especially a man i'm going to say this maybe it sounds sexist but any parent but especially a dad is on the set with the kids right fantastic present right there watching them guarding them because a lot of these kids they end up abused yeah a lot of them i i remember a lot of the shows that i watched as a kid in the 80s and 90s you know the cast a lot of the cast members from save by the bell ended up having all sorts of issues uh it's just like it's i don't know i mean some of them don't even do they go to school and live a normal life while they even do some of them have tutors on the set it depends on how famous they are you know they but the laws are that yes they have to go to school yeah but i mean the the quote unquote tutors on the set are just like yeah i hear take this test and if you don't want to take this test i'll take it for you you know what i mean um so last night there was this rumor and it was a this weird thing was going around on the internet about oj did you guys see this yes getting our news from twitter so minnesota police say they have reason to believe that they have an audio recording or they had an audio recording of oj simpson confessing to the murders of nicole brown and uh ron goldman so a search warrant was obtained uh by tmz it says the police were tipped off about a thumb drive with a recording okay uh what's even more interesting is how the police how police of the recording allegedly implicates an unknown third party yes so apparently and i have the news report here apparently the the um they the minnesota police went there and they found no confession okay uh here's a little bit of the news report that we're just in the last hour bloomington police say that they did not find anything of evidentiary value related to the oj simpson case yes the oj simpson v at five we told you about a new search warrant it said that bloomington police may be in possession of thumb drives in which oj simpson actually confessed to the murders of his wife nicole and roddled goldman now this all comes from a 2022 case a man named iraq a valley was arrested for assault and several of his things were taken into evidence but bloomington police confirmed there wasn't anything of note for the los angeles police department but still uh an interesting investigation that brought the oj simpson case to bloomington yeah i believe a valley was a former bodyguard yes of oj's and if you recall watching the one-on-one sit-down interview maybe 16 to 18 years ago i want to say it was like oh six oh eight maybe when um oj sat down with judith um i forget her last name and he was juneth reagan juneth reagan and books yep and if he said you know was the whole premise was around that book if i did it this is how i would have done it and he starts going into like i think his confession where he's giving these grisly details that only he could know had he have done this right and i think we all know he did it and he talks about the third a third person and the third person's name is charlie and he keeps bringing up charlie i personally have always been of the belief that charlie is his son jason and i always have thought that there was a second person there that one person based on the uh autopsy reports with the angles of the slashing and the sheer volume that it couldn't have been just one person and they've long suspected that there was a second accomplice i believe personally that it's his son jason simpson but interesting i've read every damn book on that case i i've been infatuated with that story for 30 years i don't think it's jason you don't think so you think it was just him yep okay wait actually that's a good question i know how nickville is done do you think that he he murdered them oj yeah yes yeah one hundred percent there's no theatre you know it's amazing too is the detective and also shapiro before he died said that this was one of the most boring cases that he ever litigated not from the media cut i mean obviously the way it was salacious it was tabloid but with the mere facts of the case that it was very open and shut like it just wasn't what everybody thought it was it turned into a racial thing and you know we all we know all the components to this case but on the sheer merits of it from a law standpoint it was yeah yeah it was like run of the mill murder yep yeah domestic yeah but the kids were the the kids i think it messed up the kid Nicole Brown simpson's kids sure who were home that night right you know um but no i don't think he received any help i think it was a bungled case and then the media was complicit and just the judge was a judge ito was a yeah the media swirl over all of it the judge became enamored with the media coverage the prosecutors just did not prove their case and then oj simpson could afford an incredible defense team i guess that could create that that reasonable doubt if you if it doesn't fit you must acquit and then the the gloves didn't fit if you ever get the chance to watch the ten part um netflix or not not not net not netflix uh fx yeah with Cuba gooding as oj yeah so good yep i mean the the the clothes in the laundry in the uh wash machine yep you know what i mean they they had all of it but they were able to they had DNA evidence and they were able to question the um look at the evidence you know we talk about all the time and i said this yesterday with the menendez case the the menendez cases is that it it all depends on the mood of the country yep at that time the mood of the country 1995 when that was going on the the race issue the racist cops that was a huge thing raking they uh they they buried mark ferman uh because you know he allegedly said the n-word and they made the entire case about race and because they did that they won and nothing to do with murder nothing it it was all a social commentary of where the united states of america was around a celebrity b race in 1995 that's all that case was which is why norma donald is it should be called a a justice warrior because that was why he was fired from you know why he was fired from nbc because everything that punchline was oj simpson yep but truthfully he i mean he got to give it to norm we're talking about him last night fact that he just in the face of of of an nbc executive who called him up and said oj is a personal friend yeah and he still oj simpson you know yeah good for him uh we should break uh to stay on time i have by the way we have a couple more uh cuts we can get to before our guests before our guest comes in we have a former state department official named mike bens who is on with joe rogan who talks romco 1 800 gambler it's a killing company on demand from talk radio 12 10 w p h t and the free honesty app when did the government realize they had to get actively involved in censorship and what steps they initially take to get involved in this it's starting in 2014 with the ukraine fiasco the coup and then the counter coup uh the coup was great for internet free speech i mean you really do need to start the story of internet censorship of the story of internet freedom uh because censorship is promotion of censorship is sort of the flip side of promotion of free speech and we've had this free speech government diplomatic role for 80 years now when the when World War II ended we embarked you know that we had the international rules-based order that was created in 1948 we had the u.n. we had nato with the IMF the world bank we had this big global system now there was a prohibition in 1948 under the u.n. declaration of human rights that you can't acquire territory by military force anymore and have it be respected by international law so everything had to move to soft power influence and so the u.s. government took a very active role beginning in 1948 to promote free speech around the world and this was done through all these you know initially CIA proprietaries like voice of america and radio free europe and radio liberty and then the whole wizners worlditzer state department cia apparatus of the early partnerships with the media and the war the war machine around propaganda for world war two continued through the cold war and then that that hit the gas with promotion of free speech on the internet when the internet was privatized it was initially a military project so it was a government operation from from jump street and then in 1991 the world wide web came out civilian use and right away the with the state department the military our intelligence sphere was promoting free speech so that we could have a basically government pressure on foreign countries to open up their internet to allow basically groups that the u.s. government was supporting to be able to combat state control over media in those other countries so that's very fascinating some of it in the weeds but some of it makes a lot of sense and the reason i threw out 2007 was because i felt like that was right around give or take a year or so when the internet kind of morphed from websites and chat rooms and message boards to social media platforms where it was more of you know initially it was my space and then it became facebook and then it went from like you know posting pictures to sharing opinions and commentary but i'm a little surprised that it was it was 2014 so i mean we're talking midway through the second obama term well that's the real and that's why i think so many of these bureaucrats and these these people that really want to put these you know cartels out there so to speak and i've got a story on um uh brendan car of the fcc i want to get into tomorrow and attacking the censorship cartels but if you think about it where it went from in 2014 to where it went to so quickly in the trump administration to where it got to in 2020 with the pandemic and now where we're at now it's it's funny you say it's funny nick you said 2008 is that what you said seven seven yeah because when you really think about twitter and what that eventually became twitter really started to be a thing in like 2009 yeah it's the one i created my account eleven and something like that and it really took off and i think i think the 2014 i know he's citing you know what was happening in Ukraine at that time but what i think is more interesting is the fact that the government was not happy that so many citizens voices were being heard sure and so much other information and media it was getting out there so i i would i would have said around that time that he said but i would have said for a completely different reason i am the rise of social media and like dawn always says said it's a journalist yep and think about where it's been the last two years since elonmer musk purchased x yeah and now with the fleeing of x for blue sky social i mean if you don't think by the way too for all of these people that are fleeing if you don't think the government's going to try to suppress your speech on blue sky social you're out of your mind oh yeah blue sky social i'm glad you brought that up yes um so the c o o of blue sky was interviewed on msme c over the weekend um i'm going to start here with cut three fill this is so she says look look all these companies all these other other companies social media companies are run by men were run by women well that explains why certain people are fleeing for it so what could possibly go wrong cut three go uh go was one of the big challenges of course for all social media platforms now is the the concept of of moderation um specifically how you fact check what your responsibility is to those who spread propaganda disinformation misinformation while also cultivating and allowing for an environment that welcomes various perspectives and point of views how are you at blue sky walking that tightrope well i just heard you guys talk about what the responsibility is to women and i think first of all there's so many women on social media platforms and most of these platforms are run by men blue skies run by two women me is this yo and j graver who's this eo and i think fundamentally one of the biggest differences is we've just put safety as a priority and what does that look like it means last year when we had invite codes we didn't open it up because we wanted to have a stronger moderation team and we brought over and roder x who used to be the head of election integrity at twitter under jack to blue sky and lead head to trust to lead trust and safety here at blue sky and then there's our stackable moderation approach and it goes back to again user choice there are so many things in between intolerance hate speech and people having a bad experience that isn't governed on the social media platforms and there is deep fakes rude posts speculative information other platforms there's nothing you can do about those sorts of content or you can not be on it a user can go and create a labeler and that can sit on top of our moderation service where if you don't want to see political content there's a labeler that hides all of that content for you and all you have to do is describe to that or you can just not go on it there she is what's her name rose wang rose just a wang she's just a wang okay the i will do want to create a site where everybody's like this i'm gonna label you and ban you i will for you that's that's the beauty of the marketplace yeah i will say what i said when everybody would say you guys should go to this you guys should go to that you guys should go to rumble this that no i i want to go where the most people are that's that's why we're on youtube that's why i'm gonna because i want to go where the most people are and if you're in these echo chambers and it's democrats now who accused the right of doing this are not doing the same thing and and the hypocrisy is just staggering so you're just going to be in in echo chamber with a bunch of people that think the same way you do what so what is so what is some negative about seeing all viewpoints i don't know if you don't like social media don't go on it i know well x is not a safe place anymore but if you don't want like root math or if you would just want to talk about punk and latte's all day go with the blue sky this this self-absorbed bs is just sickening first of all i don't care if you're on social media secondly i don't care what social media app you choose to be on and i damn sure don't care if you are leaving a social media app and you feel the need to tell the world that you're leaving nobody cares just go but if you want to live where people aren't rude i mean think about so basically blue sky is twitter under jack dorsey and you hear the word moderation right i i don't want any speech being moderated let society sift through what they believe is real what's not real what's rude what's not rude what whatever if you can't handle what other people are saying on a stupid internet app then just delete it yeah but this is the choice so good for rose she's their spokesperson and she's trying to make an appeal to people to join up with blue sky get off get off of x good for you you go be you maybe they won't troll all of us as much and call us names i as you know they're not rude and i can live with the trolling i mean shawn fairs does it all the time the troll is fun trolling is is hilarious i don't really do it anymore i just observe it those three people that troll us all day every day like yeah it's amazing it's it's it's fun you know and actually you know what being trolled whether no matter what side of the aisle you're on should be a badge of honor you know why because you on the receiving end of the trolling are living rent-free in the trollers hey yes that's true i just feel like the more we get in these groups and these echo chambers it's like we're just not we're such a tribal society it's it's nauseating it's tribal it's it's getting worse and all i heard from democrats was then was this exact thing it's like well we can't we have to hear what the other sides is right and then they go they start their own thing well what do you guys do it and let me ask you this where does it stop so you want to just be around like-minded individuals on social media you work with people that have different beliefs you go to the grocery store with people with different beliefs you've played sports or extracurriculars with people of different beliefs and genders and religions and political ideologies so why all of a sudden in a world where we're all together in this society of living our lives when you do spend way too much time on social media you just want to be insulated around a little bubble in a cocoon yeah grow up uh-oh something outside your window she's Stephanie Mack just got them doing a bike run she's ready to kick my camera all right we should break we should and she's gonna break me in half you know i'm scared by the way can she stay in your seat she actually gives me the really widgets i don't feel comfortable around her your ass she could yeah you could all right cal and company will continue families behind the badge joe conklin a lot of fun along the way all for a great cause they're right there this is the kaolin company podcast from talk radio 1210 WPHT and on the free on a c-app mark o'conner good morning sir every unique morning i am doing well it's great to have you guys in here we'll get to the fun we'll get to the shenanigans uh just let's start right off the top here with the cause today obviously the eddy chan block party fifth one coming up on december 20th down at second in old city a great time uh stuff i'll start with you i you know we've we've done this two or three years in a row now it's obviously for a great cause but the cause is the result of tragedy now let me ask you and i hate asking this does it get more difficult as each year goes by or does it get easier um the first year was kind of strange obviously um last year was i think last year was tougher because i got a tattoo beforehand yes um but last year i obviously knew marissa i knew more of the widows in the club shall we say um so it was both exciting to see everybody to hang out um but stressful because you know you're getting there to honor you know loved ones who are no longer here and this year it's more than just one beneficiary there's seven yeah and um two of them are state police and i know both of their widows and you know i'm friends with jasmine from uh philly pd with jamie roman and it just doesn't get easier the club just keeps getting bigger and bigger so while the event is about getting together and celebrating the holidays it's still about a fundraiser to honor those that are both injured and killed in the line of duty or off duty too it's uh it's interesting to see the dynamic of it all but it really is friday december 20th four p.m. to nine p.m. second street old city support the cause you can attend the block party twenty dollars you can buy a t-shirt for thirty purchase raffle tickets five for twenty and joe concan i know this is something that's on your radar as well you were tweeting about it just a day or two ago so uh your thoughts on what fbbcf means to you i think it's a no-brainer for anybody who cares about anything i mean these guys you know they gave their life to for us basically and you don't support the cops and families of fallen officers it's uh it's pathetic i think it's yeah just come down it's twenty dollars for that six twenty dollars show up and we need numbers too we do because uh you know donate online what's that website again mark uh Greg stocker sucks dot com yes that's truly the website you can go to yes bbcf families behind the badge children's foundation dot org slash andy chan yeah uh come on out and uh if you if you can't get out in the cold or whatever it might be nice that day but it's a fun night and you know there's bars you go inside you don't have to stay outside that's right so you get off the street and go ahead you warm up how many bars how many bars are taking part in it i think we have six bars in office you're great nice yeah and they're very excited this turns out to be one of their big nights of the year now and and by the way if you show up you can do shots with don't stand that's right that's right and then she'll stream you live on youtube on her on her phone like she was last year she was she was reporting live from the scene last year but i remember you can you it was a time yeah everybody else damlin yes Stephanie and i were dancing on the bar yeah baby yeah i am not on the bar i hear the bar not on the bar i'm just using stuff there's a shot this year i don't know some of the locations are bootleggers rotten rouse nix bar and grill it's right there second street between market and chestnut everybody knows the block it's the allen iverson block is where i call it used to be the after hours club but it's everything plowing the stars and bootleggers uh-huh kubilibre right we're gonna have a great party there yep so all those bars all the action right there come on down and show your numbers come on out and support this great cause in these families yeah speaking of numbers by the way it seems like trump's nominees the numbers are starting to stack up a little bit as far as the resistance that uh he's facing and i know you've got a lot of more lago connections yourself we're doing tremendous work with our nominees and we replace kates kates is that uh bondy you know if bondy doesn't work out i'm thinking i'm leading towards don stencil and i may lean right against her yeah baby i think she's getting tremendous support from not only this area all over the country she's been a favor for her and i'm thinking the youth here for defense yeah and uh you know i got ze oldie in mind for security guard down at mary lago it's true and though he works security in the bank a number of years ago he's a fantastic person i don't know if he can handle much more than that but we got him i got a uniform for her and everything you know he only with a musket he did fight with that christmas elf in the jersey mall once he's a nasty man he's a nasty way love him and it's all about you know the families behind the badge children's foundation friday december 20th come on out there she see how we come back it's the weave we weave around we get the nominees we get all the day parts in and then we go back to the cars right oh he's going back to the cars that's amazing tremendous work uh it is tremendous joe conklin stephanie mac marco conner families behind the badge we'll have some more stories on the other side about this tremendous night which is coming up two weeks from friday and uh who knows maybe you're going to hear from maryl reese perhaps joell and bead i've heard joe biden might make a physical appearance please i don't know where he is he doesn't know either yeah there's no idea where he is coming back from the rainforest i don't know in all seriousness this is a great cause and even if you can't go buy tickets you know i mean like buy a handful of tickets or 20 bucks what do you get to do with that 20 bucks anyway like three gallons of cash for that enough this is going for a great great cause i love this organization i've loved this organization for 20 years you guys have been doing great work uh so come out december 20th all right more of this all on the other side as we continue fourth and final hour kaolin company next flint talk radio 12 10 start your day with kaolin company week demoting six till ten on talk radio 12 10 w p h t and the free go to see it up it's amazing how quick time flies because it feels like just yesterday we were there last december after we found parking which which for me like it's a parking garage right across the way i usually park down the street you know me i get lost going to the bathroom around here i'm like in garage decks i'm inside how am i gonna park roll my window down uh sir the gps says that he's just waving at me i don't have cash and he just ignored me so we get in there and then of course Marissa Fitzgerald comes out oh we're doing this story and i i just wanted to have fun trust me but it is the story i think we're going with this is just one of the best speeches i've ever seen and i didn't mean to make you tear up i didn't mean to make you cry but it's just the unbelievable story and we talked about it don't had it in her news and we're all just sitting there and it was a raucous time and as soon as she took the podium or lack thereof it was just like this is one of the most courageous speeches i've ever seen and it was all fresh in our minds and obviously it tugs at your heartstrings oh so we weren't going down the rabbit hole of me silencing the entire street well we can talk about anything you would like i thought that's where we're going on the rabbit hole and anything away from that stuff i'm well aware that story we're going with today we can talk about how you did the bike ride two hours faster than i did which we'll talk about and how i taunted you at the end that's right you weren't by the way you weren't even sweating after the bike ride because i was already drinking i was wondering you're either dehydrated or you're in incredible shape in 65 miles means nothing to you it was like the Super Bowl for me by the way by the way Steph don't worry i'm training as we speak so he's gonna fall off a curb in june got it yeah he's he's partaking this year the game set is for beginning of june he's gonna fall off a curb like ouch soccer you come in here with crutches and all of a sudden within the issues somebody say partake i don't know i mean i know don't we have enough big-time celebrities in philadelphia and crutches that can't partake in physical activity like joell and bead is there a joell and bead uh is joell and bead around me last night no uh uh good morning let me uh i was here early upon i was afraid to uh sit down because last time i sat down like i heard i hurt my leg again and it's it's a little disappointing because i just got a new man it's this is christmas thank you my dear hurts i'm a little tired by the way i got i want to update my schedule um oh i thought i got diphtheria i feel the correct i feel cramps coming on early menopause that should take me through the holidays this updating my schedule for the injuries after the new year um i got um bells pausing again welcome back it's back and a little bit of leprosy but i'm gonna be fine for the playoffs stephy we can forget marissa obviously if it gets you too emotional but when you think of some of the speeches that you've seen in the stories that you've heard what comes to mind to you anybody specifically any specific moment well step step tang every year is tang is always oh yeah she's she's become a very good speaker yeah absolutely and this will be six years this january that time flies and it's not a good flight i mean like tang speaks tremendously well when she gets on the stage and you know i hate the phrase i can't imagine right so i don't like publicly speaking i usually do it just because you always have a spiel but tang my story is always the same you know marty is marty um but there's updates with andy like things could go great things could be going terribly wrong um you know then there's the updates on the children and like tang just does it with ease and this party this event this fundraiser is just massive and she makes it look super easy to just speak out loud about everything and she's the most thoughtful person to give back and you know to honor all these additional people along with her husband so tang is number one for sure you know nick it was at her insistence that we included other other families sure to get some of the money she said no no we have to share this yeah so it's it's pretty amazing she's an amazing person and uh she also she also says often it's really great that andy's not forgotten right so that's a big part of this besides the money we're raising yeah and you go to fbbcf.org/andychand to donate to buy a shirt to buy raffle tickets right but it's also great if you can come out and show tang and all these other families how much we support them and love them and care about them and that we're not and i don't know what we'll get to but we'll figure it out it's kaolin company here on talk radio 1210 this is the kaolin company podcast from talk radio 1210 WPHD and on the free odyssey app as you know and you've been paying attention every wednesday the first wednesday of every month right around 9 30 on kaolin company we talked to one of our great heroes and veterans all a part of the travis manion foundation as we are joined by marine core veteran brad adams this morning brad good to have you here in studio how you doing i'm doing good nick thanks for having me i appreciate it you look like you're still ready to go into combat right now guns out jacked up i mean my god jeez i'm jealous making this real awkward now yeah i thought we were gonna talk about my service i'm married okay all right yeah i got three kids okay little sum for the ladies on youtube that ladies flock over to youtube right now youtube dot com slash at 1210 WPHD so brad you are an infantry officer for eight years 2011 to 2019 take us through that eight-year stretch and you're running the military what was that like and what what was the really the calling for you to dedicate such an early portion of your life to this um i mean it honestly it was uh something i kind of wanted to do earlier on as a child we took a field trip when i was in grade school to anapolis um yeah so i mean you're talking like third fourth fifth grade fifth fifth fifth sixth grade this wasn't like 16 years old i don't know what i mean it was it then it kind of took a turn after that um you know so when i was in high school i got uh recruited to neville academy i thought i was gonna go there um ended up not going um last minute changed my mind um stayed more local for college um and always kind of regretted it so while i was in school i wanted to get into NROTC and then go into the marine court after that uh so that's kind of uh i wanted to take a little bit of a different path than my peers in you know in college and and go that way and you went to st. Joe's prep correct you lower bucks county south hampton yeah and you said you were recruited by the navel academy athletic athletic you recruited uh yes for uh for rowing for rowing mm-hmm okay i had you pegged as a football player or a wrestler but you were a rower mm-hmm wow and for you man so you get done and your full-time duty ends around 2016 correct end of 2016 yes and then tmf comes calling for you yep not not literally but that was the next step in the process and here you are another eight years later what has that journey been like being a part of such a great foundation um i mean it's been awesome um as a as an infrastructure officer uh in the marine core you know dealing with young men you know what i mean like a lot of guys age 18 to to early 30s right that's like kind of that was our wheelhouse um in ages in those units at that time so now i i do um a program at st. Joe's prep and i've worked um at other schools like father jobs and other places like that so it's kind of nice to to teach um character and leadership to young men you know what i mean i like dealing with the the guys are a little bit older like the junior seniors um better 16 17 18 a little bit closer in age like to the to the marines that you led you know what i mean and the guys you served with so it's it's um it's pretty fun it's it's interesting um you know keeps you on your toes right you know what i mean with the younger guys yeah it's interesting you talk about the younger guys let let's go there for a minute this audience we do well with young men dawns boys at times will listen to the show uh not to make it political but we've seen the youth of today gen Z are starting to lean more right than left um for those that are listening or those that are involved or thinking about getting involved with tmf just take me behind the scenes in the military because we see so many stories today about recruitment numbers and not to get into the politics of the military but right you know everybody says oh it's got to be unbelievably difficult which i believe it is how difficult was it just getting yourself ready to be in that position for when that moment comes and you have to serve your nation the training the give me the physical and the mental of how tough you need to be inside and out to make it like you did at this level for eight years um i mean i think almost anyone could do it if they set their mind to it right you gotta um you gotta build a foundation from the start you know what i mean like that so that starts at the younger ages because it's usually an ad there's usually an athletic background right you've been coached you've been drilled you've been trained yeah you gotta be a good teammate and a good um you know a good member of the team before you can be a good leader so the culture yeah a freshman is never the captain of the team typically right it's always a senior so you got to come up so being being part of a team being part of a group is definitely very helpful to get that teamwork aspect you know what i mean that's something that we do touch on with tmf that's one of the um when we do the the programs for the high school students that is one one of the sessions is a teamwork session you know with that in mind that you got to be able to communicate and and work within a team before you can actually be a leader um but i don't know if like i don't know if you're ever fully ready for for everything um like the funny thing i always said about the marine corps like um once you like finally got good at your job you got a new one you know like you're a between commander then you're a company right executive also in your company commander and like once you're at the new role then you're looking back like oh man that other job was easy i wouldn't have done this this and this so like you never know right you know at the time and you're never necessarily doing the right thing yeah just got to do you just kind of got to do what you think is is best and what's best for the you know for the men from them for the boys you know what i mean underneath you sure for those that have served that are looking for something for from a fulfillment standpoint you have done with tmf operation legacy service projects the 9/11 heroes run and marine corps marathons anyone specifically that you really enjoy spending your time and and dedicating yourself to more than the other one that really love well i do really like running the the courses right because you actually deal with um students young man for for more than just like a two-hour quick like presentation you see them every week for you know eight ten weeks in a row or something um but then on top of the the operation legacy stuff is is really good um i know there's some members of tmf some excellent volunteers um bob craven connie wale on who have organized stuff at uh washington's crossing national cemetery and we've gone i brought my kids out there you know they're young so it's it's good on the moral day to do something you know what i mean rather than um you know and teach the meaning right it's tough to tell little kids like what it means and have them you know go buy you know headstones and and lay a plaque on it on a gravesite but um it's something everyone needs to understand um and it's probably should be taught at a young age you know so i think that that's a very impactful one for me doing that beyond just the courses with the students mhm brad adams united states marine corps veteran travis manian radio thon the foundation we get ready for that it'll be here before you know it just over three months from now march 21st if you don't have anything on the schedule that day you need to come by okay we're here all day from six in the morning until probably eight o'clock at night yeah and we could chat again we'd love to do it okay sounds good yeah i'll clear the schedule we'll be here great to meet you nice to meet you too i appreciate i need one of those polos by the way okay yeah yeah we'll wait and a set and a set of arms like listen i'm just a volunteer man i have no pole there you know so i'll put in the good word for you well if you can't get me the shirt maybe you can help me with the one okay all right we'll do that with the workout routine okay all right there you go brad adams great to meet you man nice to meet to thank you you got it brad adams united states marine core veteran all brought to you twelve ten w p h t and the free honesty app today in music history coming up in just a couple of minutes as well as what is on tap for the dawn show but before that let's find out what's going on in the world of news it's been about two and a half hours since we checked in get the dawn stencils big three at 943 it's the big three and nine on killing company now let's get you up to date this morning and we are sponsored in the big three sponsored this morning by american heritage credit union so we do have a breaking news story this morning and that is that the ceo the biggity big the head of united health care fatally shot gunned down this morning outside uh hilton hotel in manhattan and what police say was indeed a targeted attack what did he know and what was he about to say so i yeah i don't know this is uh wild but it's uh making obviously national news brian thompson served as ceo since april of twenty twenty one and the report is that he was gunned down they have a description they're searching for that suspect it happened um right near west 54 street six av outside the hilton hotel this is manhattan according to police the victim was shot in his chest rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead suspect wearing a backpack six-foot tall man slim build that's pretty cream colored jacket i mean war had gloves and fled north on six avenue wow so that's this is a crazy story that we're following for you but the motive we don't have a motive we don't have a suspect but this is this the ceo at the helm of health care giant united health providing health insurance for more than forty nine million people across the united states and their optimum segment also provides care runs one of the nation's largest pharmacy benefits management businesses and offers tech services as well so not every day a health care ceo is uh killed in a targeted attack right in uh manhattan new york so is it a domestic situation is it having to do with health care you know i don't have that information but yeah obviously the police are on it in new york cities want to bring you that breaking news story and then as well we do have the story of um in philadelphia as we look at the sixers uh seventy sixers place and the controversy over the seventy sixers and will they get the stadium will they be lured to jersey to the oversight the other side of the river i think not but certainly the sixers sweetening the pot because city hall says 50 million in community benefits is not enough in this one and a half billion dollar deal by the way so the latest here is that the city the city city council is pushing for at least 10 million more so we're looking at sixty million dollars for the community benefit community community benefit what what is uh what does a community benefit entail like what does that mean like it means businesses will be businesses septa transportation everybody affected by the you know two years of construction of this crime congestion all of that yeah it's like the little yellow community chess card you get monopoly yeah remember that yeah sure uh septa costing septa millions and added operational costs yeah they have to adjust and so people saying you got to protect neighboring china town to preserve the culture but you also have to make sure that you keep it safe and so it looks like the minimum number now is sixty rather than fifty million that's the minimum yeah to even come to the table on this so i just wanted to update you um on that situation and you know joe conklin was mentioning rocky yeah because you know this i i have to mention that this is uh you know this is uh rocky week in philadelphia oh is it what does that mean well for example did you realize so i was trying to think of this as far as when we had jimmy matthews running this museum steps a couple weeks ago a couple weeks ago rocky the rocky statue remember they moved it from the top of the steps to the side now it's back to the top oh for the all the festivities okay cool this is the first time in 30 years that the rocky statue is back at the top of the steps at the philadelphia museum of art interesting you know if i never saw that statue again i die a happy man no they do rocky fest i mean this is people come from all over seriously yeah they do tours right here on filming locations right filming filming locations and all of that phil almquist have you ever done the the uh that i have not he would know if you too was performed if who was you too you know where were you yesterday phil uh get the lead out at seller's like an old man such a great band uh uh cal froze again there yeah by the way phil did say when he came in do we had no camera issues during all of our in studio guests allegedly and i said give it time we still have about 18 minutes less true it's true and without fail the camera crash plenty of time to f it up don't uh don't underestimate um our it's our it departments ability to f things up remarkable get those in here i say that as a joke they're all wonderful people i'm saying that cuz what uh obama said that about Biden right yes that's right he showed it so rocky fest taking us through and uh it's a lot of fun a lot of festivities and all that good stuff so i just want to mention rocky fest okay we are sponsored by american heritage credit union ready to buy a home with american heritage credit union their home connection you get cash rewards lower mortgage rates and discounts visit american heritage c u dot org slash home connection insured by n c way not a member join today n l s 43 38 38 that's our big three all right don thank you very much we'll see what's on tap for the dawn show in just a couple of minutes so i have some uh i have some tweets we haven't read any uh social media stuff lately in exile jersey says wait blue sky is run by women so we'll eventually become the cat the cat picture clearing house uh oh that's true erin rights don't forget mawanna to and mawanna from 2016 they're fantastic movies they were disney movies when we said and has disney made anything worth watching in the last year ten years okay um christian jersey says vacation tips stop traveling to countries where they will rob you and cut your head off yeah i agree with that it's a very good point it's a good point um the deal breaker uh rob says pete hegs has bringing his mom on fox yeah what's defending him she was on this morning live in defending her son really yeah will you have some we have some of that audio coming up in the dawn show sure and that's interesting to me because they would you bring your mom on to defend you well i would never say the awful things that mrs hegseth said about her son so because i'm a i'm an exemplary individual thank you thank you where are you hello thank you i mean this is this is damage control now right well hegseth i i just saw a quote from him a few moments ago on social media that he had a conversation with trump and trump told him keep going keep fighting so baby desantis is not in the bullpen warming up because we talked about the story from the wall street journal earlier today the six o'clock hour when i first saw that at like four thirty this morning i was like i was like there there has to be because you know desantis is going to come out and deny this right mustard that's right he's going to finish up his duties in florida he's focused on the great state that he governs the whole bit you're going to hear all the cliches and prepared statements so before we get to your your music history can you unplug that and plug it back in i don't say he did it before it unfrozen me now i'm frozen again i'm like scratching my forehead it's a great it's a good look it is a great look i put that on holiday cards yeah lot of shakeups on the in the other mandate by democrats are things going the other way leaning to the right on these suburban school boards so the fallout is happening and so we'll i'm going to cover education and flipped from being a democrat to a republican so we'll get her taken on everything that's going on she is a specialist on education but also taking a look at you know thinking about the supreme court taking these arguments on the issue that we started out with six o'clock this morning okay i'm thinking about scottis looking at the issue of uh transgender treatments for children but then looking at how will that impact us here in pennsylvania at the school board level and even the most recent win for president-elect trump so we'll zoom in zoom out get experts and a lot of local moms and dads calling in and get your take on what is going on but there's a ton that's breaking i believe guy sharaq you might check in with us i'm not sure nice so um so guy bethan rasica and many
