We interrupt this program to bring you a special report. I can't believe it's news. Here's Brad and John. All right, try and picture this in your head, like one of those buddy cop movies from back in the day. A couple of weeks ago, a police officer in Colorado was chasing the suspect that had committed some kind of theft. He was wanted on some kind of warrants and whatever, and he's running on foot through this neighborhood. And the cops chasing him. The guys jumping over fences and cutting through yards. And the cops ride on his tail. But then the criminal jumps on and steals a motorized scooter and takes off. And the cop starts falling behind. He's like, I can't keep up with this dude. And then he sees that there's a bike there in one of the yards. So he picks up this bicycle. Some kids bicycle jumps on and starts pedaling like crazy. Catches up to the dude. And then there's some video from one of the neighborhood security cameras riding down the street. There is a cop on some kid's bike chasing another man on some kid scooter. Eventually, he catches up to them. They corner him with another cop. The thief was charged with a felony theft. He had three outstanding warrants, one for armed robbery. The department posted a video of the pursuit and said, it's not about the wheels you're riding, but the heart and dedication behind them. And they did give back. The family says, have no problem with the cop borrowing the bike. He brought it back with no damage, whatever. It's all good. Well, good on him. Remember what you already took it from. You know, you're chasing a bad guy. You're just not really even thinking about where. Oh, yeah, where'd I as you're pursuing him? I'll have to remember to return this bicycle. 51 18 Elmore Street. All right, we got a couple of Delta flight attendants who are in some trouble probably out of their jobs after they failed their breathalyzer test before a flight to JFK. They were pulled from a New York City that they were flying out of Amsterdam. And they were pulled from the New York City flight for failing a random breathalyzer test with one of them blowing seven times over the legal limit. Now, keep in mind, the legal limit is different for flight attendants than it is. If it was seven times for you, for us, that'd be pretty bad. That'd be a number that pretty jarring number. Routine breathalyzer tests were given Friday. Five, six or so. Yeah, routine breathalyzer tests were given Friday to 445 airline employees, Delta employees at this Amsterdam airport with two of the Delta attendants slated to work a flight to JFK in New York. And they were found over the Netherlands legal limit of 0.02. One of the employees had a blood alcohol content just above the legal limit, blowing 0.024. So that person was fined $290. The second blew, listen, the second one blew a 0.14. That's out of bounds anywhere, you know? And what else did they have from Amsterdam? That's seven times the legal limit for flight crews. And that fine was almost $2,000. A third flight attendant also blew well over the legal limit. Yeah, that's entrapment, man. They're in Amsterdam. They're going to be up to something or other. And some perps in Puyallup are on the loose. And the Puyall Police Department is asking people and businesses for their help. Check your surveillance cameras and see if you notice anything from last Saturday. Last Saturday at 9 in the morning, East Main Street. These three guys, all dressed in black whiskey masks, tried to steal a BECU ATM, a Boeing employees credit union. ATM. And they tried to do it with a stolen excavator. They started getting 911 calls that there was a group using an excavator to dismantle the machine kiosk and loaded into the back of a Ford F-350 pickup truck. They're all in black. The officers arrived just as the truck is pulling out of the parking lot. The driver notices they speed off. They get to Sumner. And that's where the cops had to stop because they'd reach the city limits. The department says they learned the excavator was stolen from a construction site on River Road. It has large rubber tires and was driven to the ATM site. They also learned the truck was stolen out of Kitsap County. And they're looking for some help. But I mean, stealing an excavator and going tearing apart an ATM. That's next level stuff. Most of these ATM things don't end right for these criminals, right? I mean, they can't-- they can't get them out of the building. They can't get them up into a vehicle. They can't get them open once they get them home. Yeah, they can't do that either.
