AP News! Good morning, I'm Ed Donahue. The Supreme Court is hearing arguments over whether state abortion bans enacted after its ruling overturning Roe vs. Wade can extend to medical emergencies. The case comes from Idaho, which is among 14 states that now ban abortion at all stages of pregnancy with limited exceptions. This is Justice Sonia Sotomayor. Subjective medical care requires you to treat women who present the potential of serious medical complications. And the abortion is the only thing that can print that in fact you have to do it. Under current regulations, airlines decide how long a delay must last before triggering refunds. Ukrainian officials are expressing thanks for a fresh batch of U.S. military aid.
