The African Union High-Level Panel on Sudan led by the Chairperson, Dr. Mohammed Ibn Chambass is in Juba on a mission to reinforce the working relations between the African Union and a God in the search for peace in Sudan. And with me is Ambassador Jerome B. Swair, OK. So just provide help us give us an insight into the ongoing discussions and the developments within the African Union High-Level Panel on Sudan. Indeed, the High-Level African Union Panel on Sudan arrived yesterday. It's led by the President Mohammed Chambass, accompanied by honorable Specials from Vice President of Uganda, and said, "My dear, for my head of arms only, it's a commandeo. I will be here for three days working with it." Yesterday, when alive, they paid cut a score to the Foreign Minister, Secretary of Ambassador Morgan, and they continued with a meeting with the U.S. representative in Sudan, along with the special envoy of the U.S. Now, tonight, today, they are expected to meet the Excellency President of the Republic of South Sudan, the Khavakil, and they also have top leadership in the country. The game, essentially, is the full consultation on what should be done in the situation in Sudan. Right. So today makes the second day here. How important is the working relationship between the African Union and regard in the such for peace in Sudan? Oh, it's very important because they are both regional and the continent organization of Africa. They complement each other, and it is a complement in the efforts of African Union and vice president, whenever there is a crisis, the entry point is the regional organization. In this case, Sudan being member of Israel and the entry point for African Union should be eager. Therefore, these efforts for consultation, they will go around into all countries which are neighboring Sudan in Africa, and then go outside, who is who, in retrospect, within the context of African-solution and African programs, we hope that the end of the day, they will consolidate their working relationship and they come up with a solution, which must come from all their continent and specifically from Sudan. South Sudan being in its core of the Senaba, it is very, very significant, and also because of history, what is the leadership we are, the family of the situation, contribute immensely towards that resolution of the continent. How many days do the Sudan conflicts? Right. In Africa and somewhere, you will believe that Waipishiwengi, Waalibum-Fusi, that is unique is what is it. What is it? It is translated in the literature, and it has many books. It was part of the book, yeah. Now, they need to coordinate and work together, where the soup comes, the right one. Right. And Ambassador, speaking about preparing the soup, are there any specific initiatives or strategies being discussed to promote peace in Sudan? All those, there are many, there are many on the table, but it is too early to say on the soup. Okay. Right. And even if it's too early, how do you see the current situation in Sudan evolving in the coming months, and I mean just being optimistic, and what role do you see the African Union playing in facilitating these peace negotiations? I think, firstly, it's very unfortunate, there was a situation with preparing in Sudan. However, it has to be addressed, and it is in this context, that the African Union in the collaboration is taking this initiative of setting firstly the panel, which will coordinate the African efforts and the administration with the sub-regional organization that is eager. Therefore, to the end of after this consultation, it is expected that would be a confidence which would involve all stakeholders, and obviously, there will be somewhere in Africa. So, and I think those efforts put it in by African Union to address the situation. Right. And speaking about the efforts by the African Union, are there any challenges or obstacles that they are facing with regard in their efforts to promote peace in Sudan? Obviously, the fact that there are two pre-organized forces, it's a challenge to convince those forces, first is the question of ceasefire, what to observe ceasefire, a question of accessing the humanitarian needs, and the question of having a prominently peace, which calls for coming on the table and the negotiation where we're going to find a political solution rather than the military. Right. And Ambassador Jerome Viswaro, thank you so much for making our time to speak to us today. Thank you for having me.
