We are Morning Ray of Sunshine by Anand Sifkumar. Do I have time? That's a question that pops up in our head, wary of. When a new opportunity comes our way, when people invite us out, when we want to take a holiday, sell a new hobby, etc. The answer is a resounding yes. Everything else is just fear and apprehension. The trouble is, we just totap a list of everything we need to do in life and feel overwhelmed. But what we actually need to do is break down how much time in a day we spend on doing each thing. All of a sudden, huge gaps will reveal themselves. Intervals that are now being consumed by time pass activities. No one is saying we don't need leisure time, but how much and what kind of leisure? Chatting with friends, going for a walk, listening to music, are rejuvenating. Random social media surfing, hmm, upshot is, whatever comes to us, has been sent because we have the time and the ability to do it, enjoy it. There's no need to second guess or doubt, just dive in.
