How's it going? It's going good. We've been really busy recently. So we've got a Christmas pop-up bar going at the upside. Ooh. Along with all the other stuff we usually have going on. Explain this Christmas pop-up bar. Basically, we throw up Christmas all over the bar. And then just everywhere you can look, there's Christmas lights, Christmas. There's mistletoe, there's just everything. It's just everywhere. Yeah, Hannah helped decorate for it. She's back with us, so we're excited to have her back on the team. And yeah, it's been fun so far. We've kind of started to talk about it more and more and people call in and reserving tables and stuff like that. So yeah. Walk us through the drinks. Normal stuff, anything new for Christmas specifically. So we brought two for you. We've got the, I'm dreaming of a white Christmas Cosmo. That's the one with the cranberries in it. Okay. See, I can't say I've ever had a Cosmo. Oh, now you have. I don't know. About you. Yeah. I like to say it's kind of just like a bougie vodka. Yeah. Yeah, that's good. Right. Simple, but good. Mm hmm. I'm not eating the fruit. I'm not doing that. That's pretty good. I like the fruit taste, but you can't trick me into drinking or eating my fruit. Good try. Yeah. So definitely like a sweet and creamy little cocktail there for you. Caramel? Yep, there is caramel. Okay. It smells like caramel popcorn. Oh, okay. That's nice. There is a two pieces of caramel chocolate candy inside of a salted caramel. Oh, so you gave me one with fruit and one with chocolate? Yeah, yeah. I found my favorite already. So once you get through that, you'll get to the candy. That's good. Right? That's a really good one. Yay! The caramel, I love it on the nose. It's so subtle in the taste. Coffee-based? Yeah, it's got Louisa's Coffee-Carmel Pecan score. Yeah, yeah. It's a bunch of a mouthful, but yeah. I like it. And then like whipped cream on top. Yeah, cream. And then some caramel drizzle with a little bit of salt. Yeah. Two for two. Yep. Nice. That's a really popular one. And at the bar, we serve in a really cute mason jar mug. Oh, yeah. All the drinks look very cute and Christmassy. Yeah, not on plastic cups like we bring here. Yes. But that's good enough for me. They're aesthetically pleasing at the bar. Yes. That's awesome. So Christmas pop-up bar, normal hours. There are hours changed for that. And you said reserve tables. Obviously it's popular. Do you recommend people reserve tables for that? Yeah. I would say if you have a group of five or more, it doesn't hurt just to make sure we've got a spot for you and you're not trying to cram in. And like we've got trivia, we've got Christmas trivia on Wednesdays, so we've got a couple more of those left. And we've got music bingo on Tuesdays. Christmas karaoke. Yes. That's next Friday and the Friday after that. We are closed tonight from seven to 11 for a private party. But then tomorrow we've got the UFC fights, which is why we're here. So promoting that. And also the Christmas pop-up bar. We've got a cocktail making class, a Christmas cocktail making class on the 21st. Sorry. So lots of stuff going on. What cocktails are you teaching? One cocktail, multiple cocktails. It'll be three cocktails and it's $20 a person to sign up, but that $20 gets you your three cocktails and the ingredients and so you get to sit back. And after you make them, you get to enjoy them as well. Nice. Where do people sign up for that? You can call the bar or you can message on Facebook as well. Like where did that idea come from, too? A lot of customers actually kind of came to me and are like, because we did the same Patrick's Day one and that went really well. And they were just, you have to do Christmas. You have to do Christmas. Like we love it. Like it'll be so much fun. Your bar is perfect for it. And so I just kind of listened to the masses and we did it. And I love the holidays, so you can't go wrong. Fair enough. Fair enough. Hannah, do you have a, do you have a preferred Christmas cocktail for you? Oh. From the cocktail. Either one that you're going to make or just like even you're just, you're off the clock, you're at home, you're making yourself some of the drinks or someone else is making it for you. I definitely like sweeter stuff like the white Russian. We've got a salted caramel martini on the menu. I definitely had one of those last night. So that one's really tasty. And then we have like, what's the Grinch one? Grinch. I think it's the Grinch. I don't even know. I don't know. I can't remember. I can't remember. Yeah. How horrible that we don't know. It's green though. Yes. It's green and creamy. And it's not fuzzy. It's not hairy like Grinch. No, no, no. And it tastes good. It doesn't. Yes. All of them are delicious. Obviously. Yeah. We try them all out. So. Nice. Same normal deal for UFC. No cover. Get their early sort of thing. Yep. Definitely get there early. We actually have a birthday party for a customer beforehand. So we're just trying. It's going to be pretty packed. I know early on. So yeah, the sooner you get there to get your table, the better. So. Very nice. Well, you guys left me a lot of alcohol to drink and I do appreciate it, but I'm alone because DP will be at UFC this weekend watching in person. We recommend people go out to the upside and watch it, obviously. But he's also got Husker wrestling tonight, WWE is in town. And one of his favorite things that I do not understand is power slap. Yes. DP goes to power slap whenever he can. Like, what the heck? We put it on the TV set upside, actually. Oh, no way. It's pretty hilarious. It's definitely entertaining. Oh, yeah. Yeah. I actually take, you know, bets, not real bets, but that's, you know, like, oh, I have this guy. I have that girl, like, who's going to win? And you could just, I feel like you can almost tell when they walk up the ones that are just like tough and then the other ones that they're not going to take the slap so well. Absolutely. Would it take enough drinks for you guys to be power slap? Is it like a monetary signing me to a contract sort of thing to power? Definitely. I'm out on that. Yeah. Also, I would be a worse side. There's no way I'm getting slapped. No amount of alcohol. No, or money to do that. Or money. No. That's why I have a price. I think I would sell, you know, I'll get slapped at the upside.
