Your morning ray of sunshine, bahana sephkumar. Don't be afraid to say no. Why are we so scared anyway? Fear of losing, upsetting people and losing them, losing out on opportunities, fear of missing out. Question is, shouldn't we be more afraid of losing out on ourselves, our peace and happiness? If the reason we want to say no is cause whatever people want us to do is something that is not in line with our aspirations, our priorities, our way of being. Then how will we ever be fine if we agree to do anything? Isn't that more important? Secondly, if something is really meant for us, it will always come. As a people, the kind of folks who are so egoistic, they are not honest, no, embitters them against us so much. We really need them in our life. Agreed, one shouldn't say no cause of fear or of self doubt. But if a heart honestly isn't in doing something, then by all means fearlessly say resounding. Sunshine in your day.
