Ergo, the first time someone slips up on something, be it an employee, a service provider or a friend, we get annoyed and exhibit extremely harsh behavior with them. Why do we forget that everyone is human and can make mistakes? We have two on so many occasions. As long as we can see that the error was genuine and not stemming from carelessness or taking for granted or just paying cockiness, it's really fine to point it out with a smile and be gracious. On the contrary, giving them a bargeing, making them feel like shit will either get their backs up or act their morale, both alternatives pave the way for more errors. But yes, this privilege can be extended once, anymore and by inviting the other person to abuse our decency.
