How you doing? What it do? Baby, you know that banger repeat, right? You know that it's the sound, the intro theme, the college football function. You know the voice by now, right? It is C-M, AKA CM Funk, AKA Mr. Grandma AKA Mr. Perfect. AKA the host that just knows the most about that college football, the NCAA action baby here with another banger of an episode. I hope you guys got it all planned out for you. Got my script right in front of me. The draft just ended a little less than a week ago. I'm coming at you on May the 2nd. Happy May by the way. It's officially off season, right? Especially if you're a pro football fan, of course, NFL, wants to draft, you know, wraps up and then free agency. I see free agency. I'll probably go through probably May because you kind of want to have a good idea of what your team looks like at the end of May before you get into June, July with your, you know, summer training camps and stuff like that. You want to have a pretty good idea of what you're going to roll out come September. So like I said, draft just ended. It's kind of bittersweet just because me being, you know, college football and these were all kind of my kids, you know, a lot of these guys I watched doing all that work, you know, from a lot during, you know, the season from writing guys names down here and there, guys that really stood out to me. And then after the national championship, you know, Michigan winning it, really getting into draft stuff pretty much four months of just looking at tape, looking at combine, looking at pro days, going back through those papers that I wrote down for scores and games, going, you know, okay, this guy played for Michigan. Did he have a standout game this year and going back and going through all my notes and throwing that involved with the draft process. Like I said, I did every single position in depth and at least every position had at least 10 guys, you know, I really tried to do at least 10. I probably should have done some positions a little bit more, especially the cornerback position. I will say I didn't do as good a job on the cornerback position as I wanted to. I'm not going to say in depth wise, like looking into these guys, I should have went longer with the cornerback position just seeing how those first couple of rounds went, how cornerbacks were just getting snatched up. So going into day two, I didn't quite know as much about some of those cornerbacks as I did, of course, those guys that got drafted, you know, Thursday and Friday. But I will say not putting myself on the back at all, but watching Thursday and Friday and of course on Saturday, everybody gets up for round one, right? You know, it is a festival, you know, it's a Thursday night, it's almost the start of a weekend, you know, so people ask off for the Friday after the draft because you turn around, you can have a three day weekend and just have like a draft party, you know, buy yourself a 30 pack, a bottle and have pizza and wings and, you know, whatever, dips and chips, yada, yada, and just have a festival. And I'm hoping there was a lot of people I did. Oh, so a lot of your funkies did. You know, something along those lines of sitting back and watching the draft because, like I said, everybody gets up for the first round. Of course, it's a festival. It's a huge deal. You know, it takes forever, not gonna lie, you know, 30 something picks, it takes three hours, you know, sometimes three and a half hours. But I get really excited about the draft Friday and Saturday because I saw it on the draft, you know, on the telecast. They always say, you know, first round draft picks are hit and miss, you know, it's a coin flip after time. What they want, which determines a really good team is where they draft and how they draft in those later rounds. You know, of course, you know, rounds two through seven. And I was excited about Friday, more more excited about Friday and Saturday than I was about Thursday, just because I had gone into so in depth on some of these guys that come Friday night, Saturday afternoon, these guys are getting their name called that I know about them. I watched them. I told you guys about them. And I hope all those shows and all that hard work that I've been doing for well over six months helped you out. And of course, now that, you know, I'm here doing this little draft recapping, I'll go over what, you know, how I kind of went through this. You can go back and listen to those prospects break down to, you know, position by position and re listen to it. Or if you haven't listened to it, go back and listen to it and go back and let's say if your team drafted a couple of cornerbacks, go and listen to the cornerback, you know, episode. If you drafted a couple of wide receivers, go back and listen to that episode as well. I think that was the same episode. Sorry. That's not a good example. But you can go back and listen to see maybe I talked about that guy, because on my prospect discussions, I didn't necessarily talk about anybody I didn't like. The only person I can really think of that I talked about that on one of my shows was probably Talia talk about Loa. And he didn't end up getting drafted, you know, the poor guy, you know, he's just a creature of circumstance, I do believe him being to his little brother and to a, you know, like I said before, one of my other shows just being one hit short of, you know, riding with crowds the rest of his life, it kind of hurt him. You know, as he had game, I believe so. I watched a couple of Maryland games this year. Kids got some game. It's just, he's another toa. And a lot of teams aren't going to risk a pick in the draft for a guy like that, unless they're really absolutely hurting or needing a fourth or fifth quarterback, which that doesn't happen very often either, right? But like I said, draft is coming went, sorry, I wanted to record this on Monday, Tuesday, but I got sick. I have been battling something. It's with a sorry about that. That's where that's what it was. I have been coughing, my throat's been hurting, a little head congestion, kind of like I've been in a fog body hurting, and my voice, my voice was just shot. And honestly, I don't even think I sound that great right now. So if you're saying, you know, seeing him doesn't sound very good right now, you should have heard me a couple of days ago. And I really wanted to jump start this, you know, off season thing in the draft recap and go straight into off season. But I wanted to get my voice back. Like I said, and it was just so bad. But I'm here. Like I said, I did all my draft stuff sat there with my homework. I had all these papers just kind of strewn about. I had a TV, a TV trade next to a desk. I had all this stuff just ready for the draft, you know, and I went in depth every single pick where the, you know, what number, what player from what team yada yada yada, and I went in depth, wrote down every single one of them. And that that's what kind of was fun to me was taking, you know, keeping up with the trades, you know, who traded for what, why did they trade that pick, you know, so on and so forth. But I'm here to do it, just a little draft recap. It's not going to, I'm not going to go into complete depth at every single team because that would take forever, right? I already talked too much as it is, right? But I want to talk about some of the picks that they made questionable picks, maybe at the right position, wrong pick, so on and so forth. And then give you like a sleeper guys that I may have talked about. One of my prospect discussion list that I said, Hey, watch out for this guy in the fourth, the sixth, the seventh round. If you get him on your team in a late round position, at a good spot, this guy can make an impact on your team could be the next Pucka Nakua. So I'm going to start this off just a little different. I'm going to start off AFC first, and then NFC and I'm going to do division alphabetically. So of course, I'm going to do the AFC North first Baltimore, of course, comes in first alphabetically, take their their first pick, of course, Nate Wiggins, cornerback out of Clemson. When I thought one of the best, you know, cornerbacks out there definitely fits the Baltimore organization, definitely a position they needed as well. Then they go out and get a Rosengarten, the tackle out of Washington at pick 62, great pick, I do believe. A DC Isaac is definitely one of my sleeper picks for Baltimore. They needed a linebacker, you know, a guy that can play that position, and it fits his style. These eyes that got a Penn State at 93, great pick, I loved it. And then TJ Tampa, this was a guy that I didn't see why he fell so far, the cornerback out of Iowa State. They got him in the fourth round, the 30th pick in the fourth round. So this is a guy I didn't see following that far. I love his game, I love his size, but it gives them a nice little duo with Nate Wiggins and TJ Tampa, a couple of rookie cornerbacks that can learn from each other, bounce things off each other. You kind of want, when you draft sometimes and you need a position, draft a couple of them. These guys go in together and at least these two guys can relate to each other. What they're going through, maybe they board together, you know, for training camp, you know, bounce ideas off each other. I love that pick TJ Tampa and the fourth round. And then Devin Leary in the sixth round, pick 42, the quarterback out of Kentucky, competent quarterback. I like Devin Leary. I liked him at NC State before he went to Kentucky. So definitely gives them depth in the quarterback room. And Baltimore, just one of those teams that they draft well, they perform well, they make five-star meals out of what's in the pantry type style team and didn't need a whole lot. So Baltimore, I feel like they cashed in and that's another thing. I'm not going to grade any of these teams, because I honestly don't think any team drafted bad. I might say, hey, I wouldn't have picked that guy at that position. But what the hell do I know, right? I was higher on some people than other people and lower on some than others, you know, you get a bunch of different minds together. Of course, sometimes that you're going to hit, but sometimes you're going to disagree. And that's what makes this game so great. And that's what makes this country so great is sometimes you don't have to agree with people. And that doesn't make you completely wrong either. Let's move on to the Cincinnati Bengals, pick to Marius Mims at 18. Definitely hit one of their core needs. Definitely one of the best tackles out there coming out. I love the pick. Jermaine Burton at pick 80. I do believe that's going to be a T Higgins replacement. I'm hearing he wants to stay. I'm hearing he wants to go a trade day. He was like, okay, you can put me in a trade package. I don't care. I don't know what his ideal is, what he wants to do. But they got a guy. I put a question mark next to it just because his demeanor, you know, sometimes he gets a little flustered. You know, he's gotten some PI penalties at Alabama. This is a guy that kind of needed us to grow up. And Cincinnati, not going to bash on Cincinnati at all. Not necessarily the place that you want to go if you need to grow up. If you know what I'm saying, like a Pittsburgh, like a more, it seems like Cincinnati is a lot of bark, but they got some bite too. I'm not knocking on the Cincinnati Bengals at all. A lot of talkers, you know, you think back to the Cincinnati of olden days, Ocho Cinco, Vonta is perfect. Guys that, you know, talked a lot, they backed it up, but got in trouble too. And Burton kind of fits that, that Cincinnati thing. Talk a lot, but back it up. But love the pick. Not regardless. I like, I like Burton. He just needs to grow up a little bit. Chris Jenkins at 49. Good pick. Good defense attack. Who definitely fits that mold. One of my favorite picks though, Cincinnati did was Eric All. The tight end out of Iowa in the fourth round pick 15. Love the guy have him very highly touted in my tight end discussion. I think the guy's going to step up. He's going to be a tight end to definitely going to get some ballstone his way. Definitely you want to draft Iowa tight ends. They just translate to the NFL. And this is a good guy. That's definitely probably going to see some snaps. And then they go double dip too. They go on with their next pick in the sixth round at pick 18 and get Tanner McLaughlin at Arizona. Another tight end. Another guy. I was very high on too. There's nothing wrong with having a deep tight end room and a deep wide receiver room when you have Joey Burrow, Jamar Chase on your team. Let's out score people. I love what Cincinnati did with their draft. They got the offensive lineman they absolutely need. Strengthened the offensive line a little bit. Got some weapons. Replaced Higgins maybe. Like I said, I do not know yet what's going to happen with him. And then got some pass catchers in that division. They're trying to outscore you. And I like what Cincinnati did. I think they had a solid draft. Moving on to Cleveland. Definitely a team didn't pick until '54. Didn't have a first round draft pick. But their hands are now officially washed with the Houston Texans. Everything's been paid up. Each side has gotten exactly what they wanted. First pick though at '54. They got Michael Hall Jr. In my opinion, one of the best players at that position. I had Michael Hall Jr. very, very high on one of my draft. I think I had him an edge. So very good, very good player. Definitely fits a Cleveland-style defense. Great pick with their first pick. And then they go Zach's Inter at pick 85. I love that guy. He was definitely high on my list. This is a Cleveland type guy. That guy needs to play in the AFC North or NFC North. That's just the kind of guy he is. Just a Smash Mouth type of player. He loves Zach's Inter at a Michigan 85. Sleeper pick though, Jamari Thrash. I love this wide receiver from Louisville. They picked him in the fifth round. I picked 21. This guy is going to come in. He's going to help out that wide receiver room. This is definitely going to be a two or three type guy. But there's nothing wrong with that with a lot of the players that they have on the offense with their wide receivers with Cooper and now Jerry Judy. I do believe it's Jerry Judy, right? Yeah, almost positive. But anyway, this guy's going to come in and he's going to get some throws. I'm probably not early. He's going to have to adapt first wide receivers. Don't always do it. But Jamari Thrash, watch out at Cleveland offense. Not going to throw the ball 40, 45 times a game, you know, with that rushing attack on that offensive line. But when they're throwing it, they got some guys to throw it too. So watch out for Jamari Thrash and love that pick. And then Nathaniel Watson, the Mississippi State linebacker that they got in the sixth round, I picked 30 sleeper linebacker. I love this guy's game. Didn't really talk much about him, but I started looking into him after he got drafted, but fits that Cleveland style defense. Cleveland's defense didn't need a whole lot, but they did need some linebacker help. And they got it right there with Nathaniel Watson out of Mississippi State. But I'm sorry about that, guys. I'm so sorry. I'm trying to get through this and not cough so much. But like I said, I've been battling this and I want to get this out. Pittsburgh is coming up last next. Sorry. Troy Faughton now with their first pick at 20. Talking to Mr. Howard Poole. I know he was super high on Jackson Powers Johnson. Dude kind of Phil a little bit. You know what I'm saying? But I do believe they liked with Troy Faughton. But then we're going to get a offensive lineman regardless right there at 20. Troy Faughton now, which it must have been just what they needed, what they wanted. They're going to kick him out, kick him in. I do believe in putting him at guard, the stand up guy from Washington, but I love the Faughton now pick at 20 and then go out and get Zach Frazier at 51, the center from West Virginia, probably my second best senior behind Jackson Powers Johnson. So you think about it. You get Faughton now probably one of the best guards and then you turn it out and get Zach Frazier, the second best center solidifies your offensive line, definitely going to help them at pick 51 with Zach. Roman Wilson at pick 84. Why receiver out of Michigan guy that was just jumping up my boards? This guy's going to be a baller. Definitely have Russell Wilson and or Justin Fields. So I'm going to play with not saying Pittsburgh needs to throw the ball 40, 45 times a game. But when you throw it, you have to have competent receivers and Roman Wilson coming from Michigan is a competent receiver. He's a guy who's definitely going to help his offense. One of my favorite picks though out of this whole Pittsburgh draft was Peyton Wilson, the NC State linebacker, me being a defensive guy. Love my linebackers. This was my number one linebacker. If he didn't have injury concerns, I love Peyton Wilson. He is a stud linebacker. Like I said, with Zach Center and Cleveland with the whole center type run style offense, Peyton Wilson fits the Pittsburgh Steelers defense. I love a physical linebacker smart. That is very underrated about Peyton Wilson too. He's a very, very smart linebacker. And Pittsburgh, just smart linebackers just go together in Pittsburgh. I love that to death. One of my favorite picks in the whole draft. And then Logan Lee, sleeper pick on this Pittsburgh draft, the defensive tackle out of Iowa. Another guy, an Iowa guy, a defensive tackle from Iowa. Love it. Got him in the sixth round, the second pick in the second round, six rounds, sorry. He's going to come in, add depth to that defensive line. Definitely a position they don't really necessarily need, but it's going to add that true depth that they're going to need to go with that smash mouth style of football that is the AFC North, which I thought Pittsburgh just nailed it. One of the best, best drafts period out of each team. Let's go to the AFC East, start off with the Buffalo Bills. Of course, everybody was kind of scratching their heads about Buffalo trading out of the first round. I do believe they traded twice to get Keon Coleman in the second round. Not a bad pick. Like I said, maybe they were thinking, hey, Keon Coleman could be there for us with the, you know, in the second round. And let's get some more picks. We need some help. Buffalo needs help. So I love the pick, Keon Coleman. I do believe he's a stud. He's a one. He is a day one type guy. Then they go defense at pick 60 and get cold Bishop, the University of Utah safety. Love that pick. Definitely a guy that was on my list. Good pickup. Dwayne Carter out of Duke, the defense attack will at pick 95. Love that helps out their defensive line. And then my favorite pick from Buffalo was Ray Ray Davis. They're running back at a Kentucky in the fourth round, pick 28. Love that pick. They definitely needed that. Buffalo could have used some more picks because I think, like I said, about Buffalo, so much admiration. There's so much hype on Buffalo every single year, but they just can't get over the hump. Losing stuff on digs might help. Maybe he was a distraction. Like everybody says, he was, you know, told me to ball, told me to ball, you know, he wanted to be the face of the offense instead of getting the car kids. We're going to T-Mobile. I thought we were going to Grandma's. Nope. We are switching to T-Mobile. We're getting four 5G smartphones and T-Mobile is covering the cost. Can I get one with a bigger screen for video games? Can I get a pink one? Can we get the deal where we get four lines for 25 bucks per line a month? Wait, does that mean I get a bigger allowance? Well, that's a lot of questions, but yes, yes. Absolutely. And probably not. Get four 5G phones on us and four lines for $25 a line per month when you switch with eligible trade-ins at T-Mobile, all on America's largest 5G network. Minimum four lines for $25 each per month with auto pay using debit or bank account, $5 more per line without auto pay, up to $830 off each phone via 24 monthly bill credits, plus taxes and fees for well qualified customers, contact us before canceling account to continue bill credits or credit stop and balance in a required finance agreement too. $35 per line connection charge applies to ctmobile.com. Hey guys, it is Ryan. I'm not sure if you know this about me, but I'm a bit of a fun fanatic when I can. I like to work, but I like fun too. It's a thing. And now the truth is out there. I can tell you about my favorite place to have fun. Shumba Casino. They have hundreds of social casino style games to choose from with new games released each week. You can play for free anytime, anywhere, and each day brings a new chance to collect daily bonuses. So join me in the fun. Sign up now at Chumba Casino dot com. Of course, they're quarterback. It's just Buffalo just needs to perform. And I think with some of these pieces, they're admirable. Of course, they're going to contend for their division. Absolutely. With Jared Allen, that's a quarterback man there. They're going to be fine. I just want to see what Coleman does, of course, as wide receiver being going to be pretty much a straight up one. He's going to have to start day one. They're going to put him. They're going to put him straight to the fire. So let's see if he or Coleman could perform. Miami comes in next. Chop Robinson, their first round pick at 21. Love the guy. I love Penn State edge, Penn State outside linebacker type style guys. This guy's going to get it done on the second level. Patrick Paul at 53. I thought it was a little questionable. The tackle out of Houston. I thought he was more of a raw prospect. The guy that's going to need a little bit of more work, but I still had him on some of my lists, but I had him towards the bottom at 53. Might have been just to reach just a little bit, but if he pans out and he ends up being, you know, a stud tackle in the NFL on Sundays, who's to say? I mean, I could be wrong. Jalen Wright, love that pick. And the fourth round, pick 20, running back out of Tennessee. Just adds speed. It adds depth to their running back position with a chain and all the other guys that they have in that running back stable. And I thought it was a smart pick because they kept have a chain kind of had some problems and running backs in Miami kind of have that Baltimore running back problem. They just kind of get hurt. And with a offense like the Miami Dolphins have, of course, they'd like to wing it, but they like to run the ball as well and get those swing passes, you know, the screens, the running backs and the flats on and so forth. You got to have to have a pretty deep running back room in Miami. And I like, I love the Jalen Wright pick, the Tennessee running back. These guys going to help day one. And then Malik Washington was my sleeper pick for this Miami Dolphins team. They got him in the sixth round, pick eight, the wide receiver out of Virginia. This guy was on the list, you know, he was on my top 20 list. And this is a guy that's going to play. They, they throw the ball a lot. You know, Waddle has had his injury concerns. Tyree can go down at any given time. You never know, you've got to have a deep stable wide receivers in Miami that because that's the kind of offense they like to roll with. Malik Washington could be a stud in Miami. Moving on to New England, of course, taking Drake May. That was a pick I thought made sense. You know, I didn't think Washington would go Drake May at two, because Jayden Daniels, he would have got snatched up, I thought, by New England, they needed a quarterback. But May fits, I love it. Jayden Polk, pick 37. One of my favorite receivers, a guy that I, like I said, I've seen live and in person a couple of years ago, because you donned that of Scarlett Black. You know, he was a red raider a couple of years ago and then transfers out to Washington and does his thing. Love that pick definitely gives May someone to throw to not quite a one. But it's got to get to the ball, you know, he seems to work on his drops. But, you know, that could get fixed, but Polk is a stud, he's a dude. Caden Wallace, the Penn State offensive tackle at 68. Love that strength and that deep, that offensive line. Sorry. And then in my sleeper pick, out of the whole New England, draft was Jevon Baker, the wide receiver from UCF, in the fourth round I picked in. Definitely another guy on my list. I said he was going to be a middle-round kind of guy, a three to five kind of guy. And I hit it, Jevon Baker, but he's a stud. Another guy, that's, you know, he's more of a two. But he's going to get some playing time. He's going to see some graphs on his cleats. I guarantee it, Jevon Baker, the wide receiver at UCF. Great player. Like I said, I love the guy. Get some quarterback depth. I love the Joe Milton, the third pick quarterback in a Tennessee in the sixth round, picked 17. If Drake may don't work, Joe Milton might. And it adds a nice little salt and pepper, not because they're one's white and one's black. It's, you know, you got a pocket quarterback and you have a guy that don't mind running. And Joe Milton's got a cannon too. And these two guys are going to compete. If you think Joe, Joe Milton, the third is going to go to New England and be content at being second string. You got another thing coming. He's going to battle Drake May to be the starting quarterback for the New England Patriots. You better believe it. And that's only going to make each one of these guys stronger because New England, the past couple of years, that's what's been holding them back for sure is quarterback play. And you got to have some wide receiver. So I do believe they got that right with Polk and Baker and just need a competent quarterback because I know New England does not like picking high in the draft for one and for two being one of the worst teams in their division. And I hate to say it. It's not you don't say that very often. The New England Patriots have had some really good formidable years in the past. But like I said, Bill Belichick's gone and TB 12 is not coming through those doors at any time soon. Jeheem Bell, though, I love this pick. One of their sleeper pick format, their last pick actually, round seven pick 11, tied in at a Florida State yet again. You get a quarterback, you get a couple of quarterbacks, you got a couple of receivers. Let's get a tied end. You never know when you need a good tight end and give them depth. A guy that you can put two tight end sets or some A stuff and get him on the field and secure your quarterbacks help and get him some guys to throw the ball to for sure. Jeheem Bell, the tight end out of Florida State. Let's go to the New York football Jets. Oleu Fasharnu, their first round pick at 11. Love it. I could have saw a playmaker there. Romaine Dunesay. I don't think Malik neighbors would have fell that far. I wouldn't have been surprised to hear if the New York Jets were trying to trade up. To be perfectly honest with you, the way 5 through 9 kind of was going. I would not have been surprised to hear that Jets were not trying to go up and get a pass catcher. But sat-pat actually traded of course with the Minnesota Viking. Sorry. Still got what they wanted. Oleu Fasharnu, I thought he is up there. You know, I know it's a 1A, 1B. Joel kind of took off a little bit from him, but Oleu Fasharnu is no consolation prize. This guy is going to be a stud in the second level. Love the guy. They got the Yack King, Malachi, Corley, Western Kentucky, why receiver at pick 65. Love that pick. You know, Aaron Rodgers, another toy to play with. Love that to death. And then one of my favorite runningbacks kind of hurt me to see him go up north. But, you know, him being a Wisconsin guy, he needs to play in the AFC North, AFC East, you know, NFC North type style up there just because that's just who he is, Wisconsin running back. Braylon, Allen, and around for pick 34 was texting Andy LaFon, you know, my cousin. I was texting everybody all during the draft. It was so much fun. That's another thing. But if I'd rather see him go to the Jets than the new one at Saints, you know what I'm saying, but this is a dude, you know, gives them depth at the running back position because as much as you love having Aaron Rodgers behind center with all those things he can play with now with all those great receivers, Mike Williams, we'll see. But let's run the ball a little bit, man. You got Bryce Hall. Now you got Breitlin Allen, man. Just two just studs. I mean, Breitlin Allen is his fucking stud. I love this guy. And then Jordan Travis, I love this pick. Round five, pick 36, quarterback out of Florida State. What held them back last year, right? Was, of course, Aaron Rodgers, the first drive of the season. Terris is Achilles, and then you're back to square one. You see how one pick, one play can completely change your whole season. And you got to go back to Zach, you know, you got to go back to him. And Jordan Travis is competent. Is he going to be a stud quarterback in the second level? I don't know that yet, but it gives you some quarterback depth. You know, I know he's Aaron Rodgers is a little one of those quarterbacks that doesn't like to help guys that are behind him that could potentially take his spot. But Aaron Rodgers has to know that I have to get these guys ready in case I go down. I had the I got to pick their brain. I have to get in their ear. And Aaron Rodgers did do a pretty good job of that after he got his injury rehabbed and his surgery and stuff. He was on the sidelines. He had a Mike, you know, a headset and he was helping out as much as he could. And I love that about him. Shows Aaron Rodgers is development. His character is maturity to to ledge these young quarterbacks that I don't think he should think of that could potentially take his spot. Say, hey, man, help us win. If I can't do it, I want you to do it, man. And Jordan Travis is a guy. I believe he can come in at the drop of a dime. Hopefully not at all. You draft Jordan Travis to not play for 2024 2025. You can ask a jet fan all day every day. You hope Aaron Rodgers starts all 20 games in the season because he say 20 games are going to the playoffs. And they have a good team. They love what they did in their draft. And the jets, like I said, they were very good team. Just misfortune just happened to but still up on the jets, but good draft. And we'll see what the jets have in store for us since next upcoming year. Let's go to the AFC South. Of course, we start with the Houston Texans. Kamari Lasseter, their first pick, I should say, didn't happen to the second round because, you know, they got Stefan Diggs, definitely one of the positions that they needed at pick 42. Kamari Lasseter quarterback at a, at a UGA sleeper dog. This is a guy that I, I love. I didn't didn't see why he was falling to be perfectly honest. I see so much good things. Kamari Lasseter fits Houston's defense. Then they go pick 59 and hit Blake Fisher. One of my best tackles at a Notre Dame. Sure is that that line gives somebody on the opposite side of learning me tonsil. Let's protect our sophomore quarterback, you know, CJ's job going into a sophomore year for sure, secure that offensive line. And then they go out and get Kalen Bullock, USC safety at pick 78, you know, get some depth in that back end of the Houston defense. Definitely something that they needed help with. That's what they should have done for sure, strengthen their defense. And Houston, their past two drafts have just knocked it out of the park. Houston is not the Houston Texans have old, the Houston Texans are a formidable fall if they are not predicted to win the AFC South next year. I mean, this coming up, you're, you're, you're smoking crack. I'm sorry, but Houston Texans are for real. They should win their division and they should be in contention to be a one or two seat in the AFC. I don't understand why not with that wide receiving group. CJ Strauss growth and development that defense being young but playing well, especially with the addition of Kalen Bullock could be a great thing to do. And then my sleeper pick for sure was Cade Stover, one of my favorite tight ends out of Ohio State. They got him in the fourth round pick number 23 gives them depth. Another toy to play with with CJ Strauss. Of course, she's probably not going to play much unless they run some two two two tight end sets. But Schultz goes down. Cade Stovers, a guy that's going to step up and perform. I love Cade Stover's game, man. Ohio State tight end, man. Remember that name. Houston Texans have done great and they didn't necessarily need a whole lot of pieces. They've done a lot in the free agency and then knocked it out of the park with this draft. This is a team, like I said, should be very, very scary. But with all that talk becomes can they perform? You know, you know, going from the hunters to the hunted is a whole different mindset. You know, you can play the underdog role, all you won't. But they're not going to be underdogs a lot of this year, unless they play, of course, the Kansas City Chiefs, Baltimore, you know, so on and so forth. But Houston should win that division. Moving on, going to in the lot too, lot too with their first round pick at pick 15. One of the biggest risks, absolutely. But great pick. I mean, I love it. I love lot too lot too. I've since seen it before. One of my favorite guys in the entire draft, just dog, Adam I Mitchell. I picked 52, you know, although I received red out of Texas, definitely needed it. They definitely need some help with their wide receiver room. Here's from someone, you know, outside Pittman to throw to for Anthony Richardson for sure next year. Matt Gunn Clavis, the tackle at 79, definitely love that pick as well. Definitely gives you some depth at the offensive tackle position. My favorite pick though, Tanner Bordelini, the center out of Wisconsin in round four pick 17. Love one of my favorite centers. This guy was right behind Zach's center, Jackson Power Johnson. This was a dude. Tanner Bordelini is, oh man, I hate to say it, but Jeff Saturday, man. He's got some of that in up, man. He really does. Great pick, especially at round four. Definitely good more boom for your buck. And then a guy, I think that's going to see some time for sure. Anthony Gold, the wide receiver out of Oregon State. They got him in the fifth round in the seventh pick. This is an inside guy. This is a two or three. This is definitely a guy that's going to see some playing time and a guy that could be very good friends with Anthony Richardson. So Andy is going to contend for sure with Houston this year and trying to win that division. Jacksonville. Next, they get Brian Thomas Jr. at 23. Definitely needed it. Definitely one of the best wide receivers out there for sure. Get Mason Smith, the defensive tackle from LSU at pick 48. Love that pick as well. Definitely what they needed. They definitely need to sure up the inside of their defensive line. And they got some depth right there. Jerry and Jones, the Florida State quarterback at 96. Love that pick as well. Definitely helps their back end of their defense. And then they go off double dip. They get Jordan Jefferson, the other defensive tackle out of LSU and get him in the fourth round at pick 16. Definitely helps out Mason Smith. Like I said before with, I can't remember who it was, two guys coming from the same position that you draft. They're going to bounce each other. They're going to bounce ideas off of each other. They're going to be each other's best friend. They're both going into this second level, day one guys rookies. This is nice to look over and see a guy that was just playing college ball last year with you. Not necessarily on your team, but they were playing for a college team last year. And they're going through the same thing you're going through. So I hope those guys bounce ideas off of each other. Help out that Jacksonville line, defensive line that was just woeful. So a good pick. But Miles Cole, this is my sleeper pick for the Jacksonville Jaguars, the edge prospect out of Texas Tech. The guy in the seventh round of course at pick 16. I don't have him as my sleeper necessarily because he played for Tech. But I've seen this guy. This guy flashes potential. This was supposed to be the next Tyree Wilson at a Tech this past year. Didn't quite perform. A little bit of injuries, just maybe some tempo, maybe some drive concerns with him. But if this guy performs like he can and also see him as a sleeper pick going to Jacksonville so he can learn from guys that are around him like Jared Allen, the stud pass rusher over there on that side of the ball. Learn from these pro guys and raw potential this guy has. He's huge. He's got long wings, and he's tall. He's big. He's fast. If you learn from these guys that are all around him, Jacksonville's defensive lines, you're hitting it first, can be one of the best defensive lines in all of football next year. You heard here first, especially if guys like Mason Smith and Jordan Jefferson hit, you already got some studs on your defensive ends, edge style guys. You throw in a guy like Miles Cole at depth. These guys can go 6, 7, 8 at a time and still perform. So you're hearing here first Jacksonville's defensive line could be very, very good next year. Tennessee comes in last. Jesse Latham at pick nine out of ammo of the tackle. I love the pick. I mean definitely it was a MIMS, Fashanu Latham, MIMS Latham. Yeah, one of those three guys, if you liked one more than the other, that's who you were taking. Not a bad pick. They need that help for sure on their offensive line. Then they sure up their defensive line with a guy like Tavondre Sweat. I was super high on. This was before, of course, she got in trouble. Like I've said this before in some of my other shows, I've said, sometimes these guys get in trouble in the offseason and sure as hell, it happened to one of my favorite defensive tackle guys. This guy is a straight up nose guy, but he's a baller. Tavondre Sweat is going to have something to prove for sure at pick 38. It's going to help out their defensive line. Love the Cedric Gray pick in the fourth round, the sixth pick, the University of North Carolina Landbacker. Love that guy. I had him very, very high in my linebacker list. Then Jaquan Jackson. This is my sleeper pick, the wide receiver out of two lane. They got him in the sixth round, the sixth pick. Going to help out their wide receiver room for sure. Jaquan Jackson, I looked him up a little bit last year. This guy can play. Let's move on to the AFC West. Let's start with the Denver Broncos. Of course, they get BONIX at pick 12. Been saying it for months. He fits and then with Denver picking at 12, don't really have the draft collateral to move up and get somebody like a Pinnix, Gigi McCarthy, so on and so forth. They kind of had to sit back and just wait until someone filmed their laps and BONIX was perfect for him. I think he fits their offensive scheme. I think he fits with Charlotte Payton. Those two guys are going to be best of friends. This is Drew grease 2.0. Denver's often should look fun. Then they go and get Jonah Ellis, the edge prospect out of University of Utah at pick 76. I love that pick. Helps out their defense. Troy Franklin helps out BONIX. That says, "Hey BONIX, we believe in you. We want to make you better." Let's get you a guy that you're familiar with. Troy Franklin, the Oregon wide receiver in the fourth round. Love that. Those two guys are going to work together. They work together very well. Oregon last year definitely helps out that Denver offense for sure. And then my favorite pick, the Denver Broncos did was Audrick Esteime, the Notre Dame running back in the fifth round, the 12th pick. Definitely add some depth in their running back. Stable. Get in the car, kids. Wait. Does that mean I get a bigger allowance? That's a lot of questions. But yes, yes. Absolutely. And probably not. You spent it over here. Let's run the ball a little bit better. Hey, have a underrated offensive line. I think let's run the ball a little bit. Let's go to the defending champs. The Kansas City Chiefs. Of course they get Savior Worthy at 28. Burner. Definitely a guy I talked about a little bit on my wide receiver, you know, draft prospect discussion. Burner. Like I said, is he going to fit? I don't know. But anything works with Patrick Mahomes, man. Like I said Patrick Mahomes, you give him something. He makes something work for sure. Love the pick Kingsley. Saw Mataya. The BYU tackle at 63. Great pickup. Definitely secures their offensive line. And then my favorite pick for the Kansas City Chiefs though was Jared Wiley. The TCU tied in. They got in the fourth round. Pick 31 gives them some death at tight end. This is another team that don't need much. But let's strengthen what is good. Let's get some depth at wide receiver and let's get some depth that tied in. Our defense is good. Let's just get some shit to play with for Patrick Mahomes. Let's score 45 again. This coming up here because a lot of people will forget Kansas City's offense. It wasn't the Kansas City offense of old, not, you know, 2018, 2019, 2020, so on and so forth. This was an offense that kind of underperformed and still won a Super Bowl. So yeah, they strengthened their offense for sure. And this is going to be yet again another team containing for a Super Bowl next year. Let's go to the Los Angeles Chargers. Of course they get Joe Alts at five. I was thinking pass catcher here. But let's get the best tackle available. Let's keep. Oh, sorry about that. That was a burp. Let's keep. Let's keep our quarterback wherever up right. Joe Alts, the best guy period. One of the studs can't miss guys. Absolutely. McConkie, man. I got Luke McConkie. I picked 34 with my Carolina Panthers jumped up into the end of the first round. I thought that's who we were going to draft to be perfectly honest with you and I would have been perfect on my mock draft mania one that I did because I did the Chicago Bears, of course, with Caleb Williams, easy peasy. I had the Rams with Jared verse and then I got picked 33 with the Carolina Panthers. I took lab McConkie. So I almost went three for three on that. But not mad about it. Luke McConkie's a bad ass dude. Got him at 34. He was going to help for sure. Junior Coulson at 69. Michigan linebacker. Of course, Harbaugh's going to get one of his boys. But also a stud. He didn't overdraft. Absolutely not at all. This is a stud. Love the Comeoni, the doll pick. They're running back out of Troy in the sixth round. Great fucking pick right here. This was the statistical rushing leader in the NCAA last year. They're running back out of Troy. This is a guy. It's going to come in and it's going to be expected to get some playing time. Is he had his work cut out for him? Probably. This could be a guy with especially with the loss of Austin Echler. They're going to need some help in the running back room. And I think they got it right there with Comeoni, the doll. Love the Brandon Rice pick, the wide receiver out of USC in the seventh round. And then Cornelius Johnson, another stud wide receiver out of Michigan in the seventh round as well. Wide receiver room was just completely dismantled. And they got Lad McConkie, Brandon Rice, and Cornelius Johnson. They're all going to have to hit. Or maybe two out of three in order for these Los Angeles Chargers to contend, of course, with the Kansas City Chiefs in trying to win that division. Las Vegas Raiders bring up the rear not because of their record. It's got an alphabetical order. Brock Bowers at 13. I love it. I said Brock Bowers wasn't going to fall very far and he really didn't. I didn't think he was going to fall past 15 because if he was there at 15 and he was going to snatch him up. Great pick. Jackson Powers Johnson though got that one underlined. They got him at pick 44. A guy that I didn't think was going to fall out of the first round. And he ends up falling. Sorry, 12 picks into the second round. So great pick up there. Definitely secures their offensive line. Love the Denmark glaze pick, the offensive tackle at 77 out of Maryland. Definitely another guy they needed to secure their offensive line. And then of course they get the best. One of my favorite linebackers coming out in Tommy Eichenberg out of Ohio State. And the fifth round, the 13 pick secures their outside linebacker. A guy that is a run stopping linebacker. But like I said, this could be a stud. I love Tommy Eichenberg out of Las Vegas. I had a stand up, stand up, good draft. Like I said, nobody really did bad. I'm not going to bash anybody for any other picks at all. All right. Sorry guys, I am battling this shit as I speak. Hold on. I need to get some of this hot tea. I'll throw it out a little bit, right? We'll throw a coat. All right, we're going to the NFC now, right? NFC North, let's start with Chicago. Of course. K the Williams, blah, blah, blah. That was set in stone for the longest time. Everybody knew it. It's just how fast they were going to turn in that card on Thursday night. But they go and get probably one of the best receivers in the whole draft. Romeo Dunes A at pick nine. Give him somebody to play with. DJ Moore, Romeo Dunes A. That Chicago offense wide receiver wise. It's going to look a lot like the Washington Huskies kind of did last year with some stud guys. Romeo is going to be a two. You got DJ Moore as a one. And they can kind of translate each other. DJ Moore, I think DJ Moore is more of a two. Maybe they put all Dunes A as a one, especially an advantageous defensive schemes. Let's say they go up against a team that has one stud quarterback that maybe isn't quite a man. They might put up Dunes A on that guy and let DJ Moore get the second quarterback. You never know. I like it though. The Kieran as a menagie pick, the offensive tackle out of yellow at 75. Great pick. They needed help on their offensive line. But my sleeper pick for the Chicago Bears came in the fifth round, the ninth pick, Austin Booker out of Kansas, the edge player. Don't understand why he fell that far. I do not see why he was picked in the fifth round. Love that guy, sleeper pick. The Chicago Bears had a great draft. Let's go to the Detroit Lions. Got Terry and Arnold, one of the best man style corners at pick 24. Love that pick. Then they go off and get Rachistraw, the Missouri cornerback at 61. Secure their back end of their defense for sure. And then they say, all right, you know what, let's go and get one of the best safeties, in my honest opinion. See on Ibaki out of the University of Utah, safety, the fourth round, 30 second pick. Love that pick. I said that guy would fall a little bit. But this was a guy I had at number one in my safety prospects early in the draft process. But this is a guy I think can play. And then they go, okay, we need some offensive line depth. We need some depth, especially on interior offensive line. They get Christian mahogany, the guard at a Boston college. I had this guy high on my guards list. So I hope he pans out. They got him in the sixth round, the 34th pick. Love that pick. Detroit hit it out of the park. Detroit, definitely going to be another team. They should contend for sure for winning the division again. Green Bay's next, Jordan Morgan at 25. I highlighted it. I didn't really watch a whole lot of him. I don't think I had him on my list of top tackles and they got him at 25. Questionable pick. Green Bay usually knows what they're doing though. Sometimes I'm not going to say they have hit their drafts out of the park past couple of years. But if anybody knows how to pick offensive lineman, I would say probably Green Bay. But I hope that pick pans out. I do love Adrian Cooper at 45. Yeah, linebacker out of A&M. Love that pick. Definitely one of my favorite linebackers for sure. Javon Bullard, the safety at 58. Love that pick there. Tyron Hopper, another linebacker from Missouri though. They got him at 91. Caton Almodepo, the Oregon State safety and around 534. Love that pick. Definitely gives them some depth, especially in the back end. And my favorite pick. Kaelyn King, the cornerback out of Penn State in the seventh round. I just can't believe that. They must have saw something I didn't see. But of course, I'm just an amateur at this shit. These guys get paid the big bucks to recruit and go through these guys, you know, into their mind, so on and so forth. Their tape into in-depth into their tape for sure. But Kaelyn King, I love that guy. They got him in the seventh round. I think this guy can perform and play. And then they got Michael Pratt. This is one of my sleeper quarterbacks. This guy can play. Michael Pratt didn't necessarily have the best year in 2023. But go look at some of his 2022 tape. That's the Michael Pratt that could be playing in Green Bay. It ain't giving time, right? It could happen. It ain't giving time. Love the pick. Michael Pratt to Green Bay. Let's go to Minnesota. Of course, they get JJ McCarthy. Yadda yadda yadda. Let's see if it works. And I'm not bashing other guy. I just don't see him as a top 20 pick. I would have had him the last cornerback taken in the draft in the first round, I should say. Sorry. I know he has great potential. He shows a lot, but I just don't see it. I don't. I hope it pans out though for Grimm. I know Grimm's high on him, and I hope he pans out. I really do. I don't ever wish it will on anybody, any player ever. But it is what it is. But they did hit their next pick out of the park. Pick 17, DJ Turner, Dallas Turner, stud, Ed Drescher from Bama. I do believe he's going to step in for Daniel Hunter, day one. He's going to make that position. You know, his absolutely. I love the Kyrie Jackson pick quarterback out of Oregon in the fourth round, their eighth pick. I love that. And then Will Richard, they go and get one of the best kickers in the game in the sixth round, the 27 pick out of Bama. Minnesota quarterback away. They have one of the best wide receivers. Let's secure their defense a little bit. And this could be a team for sure that could contain. I am so sorry, guys. I am trying to get through this. Okay. Sorry, I got to get some more tea. Get some dope, cool. Okay. In the east, of course, you got to start with Dallas Cowboys, alphabetical order. Tyler Gatton, 29. Big ups to Sean. My boy, Sean as a moron, called it weeks months ago, you know, text a month time. Who do you want? Who you thinking? Listen to my mock drafts on and so forth. He loved it. He said, I just see Tyler Gatton being a Dallas Cowboys and sure as shit, he got him 29. They moved back to the draft. And I guess that was a smart idea. I would have been more pissed if they drafted, guiding at what they were instead of, you know, drafting back. But who's to say that this guy can't be a stud in the next level? My favorite pick though, 56, Marshawn, Nieland out of Western Michigan. I think this guy's going to hit. I love this guy. I was he was one of my sleepers and he goes top 60. I love that. I guess everybody else is higher on him too, just like I was. Cooper BB though, guard out of Kansas State at pick 73. Love that pick. He is a run style guard. I know they like to throw the ball a little bit. But let's run the ball a little bit. Keep the ball in the tax hands. That too many times just makes too many stupid, stupid mistakes. But let's secure our offensive line and let's run the ball like the old school Dallas Cowboys used to do when they were winning the fucking division and hosting playoff games. I know they've done it before in the past couple of years, but they just got to get over the home. I love the Maurice Lough. I'll pick the linebacker out of Notre Dame. This helps out their linebacker, you know, core. I know they lost Fender Ash. This guy could take up that spot for sure at pick 87 and then killing Carson the corner back at a week, fifth pick 39th pick. I think this guy is a adds depth, but this guy can play, especially with digs going down every once in a while. They got some studs on that side of the ball for sure, but you need depth for sure in the corner back room for your dollars. New York football giants coming next, of course, getting Malik neighbors. One of the best wide receivers out there at pick six. Love it. They were going to get a doomsday or hell of Harrison fell. They were going to do everything they could to get a playmaker. And then they get my best safety at 47 at a Minnesota. Tyler Neuben. Love that pick. My number one safety that dude is a dude. Help out their corner back room at pick 70. They get Andrew Phillip from my favorite cornerbacks as well out of Kentucky. Great pick. And then my favorite pick though, sleeper wise, I should say, Theo Johnson, the tight end of Penn State, fourth round, seventh pick. I know he's more of a blocking style tight end, but let's have some tight end help. Let's help out our offense for sure. Gotta love it. The New York football giants, they've got the players that just got to perform big ups and DJ fucking cool. Philadelphia comes in next. Quinn young Mitchell at 22 and then coop reducing at 40. How the fuck did anybody let this happen? If Philadelphia, they had their problems, of course, they got thrown on the Kansas City show that two Super Bowls ago, their depth, their defensive backs and cornerbacks, they needed help and they fixed it right there with 22 and 40. Quinn young Mitchell and coop reducing respectively. Jalex Hunt, edge at 94. Not sure where he was from. He's from some small school. Definitely shows I don't know as much about this stuff as they do. They got a good stud, edge guy at 94. Love the wheel, Shipley pick. They're running back out of Clemson in the fourth round, the 27th pick. They lost Swift. They're definitely going to need some help in the running back room. This guy can catch the ball. Wheel, Shipley is a dude and he's a honky running back too. We'll Shipley in the fourth round, right there is a great pick. Of course, getting Jeremiah Trotter Jr, the linebacker at a Penn State in the fifth round, definitely probably brought a tear to his dad's eye as much as a linebacker is tough and nasty. He probably shed a tear because his son goes to his daddy's team. But my favorite pick, Philadelphia Eagles, whole draft. I know it's very bold to say with Johnny Wilson out of Florida State. This is my guy. I had him at like 21. I'm a wide receiver. But this guy shows me so much potential. The wide receiver out of Florida State got him in the sixth round, ninth pick. If this guy hits, Philadelphia is going to go to the Super Bowl. You got Quinnie on Mitchell and Cooper Eugene helping out that defensive backfield. Johnny Wilson helping out guys like Smith and some of those studs that they got on the wide receiver in the position. And you got Johnny Wilson incorporated. Ouch. And then well, Shipley, if he hits, Philadelphia's got a scary draft. Moving on to Washington, of course, they're getting Jane Daniels at two. Love the pick. Clef Kingsbury and him are going to be best of some friends. Absolutely. Love the Jershawn Newton pick at 36, even to tackle out of Illinois. Then you go off and get Mike Sarensdale on one of my favorite cornerbacks out of Michigan at pick 50. Ben Sanat at 53. I thought he was a stud. I think this guy's a stud tied in for sure. They definitely going to need all the help they can get for sure offensive wise. They get Brandon Coleman, the TCU guard at 67. Love that pick. They get some more offensive line depth. Luke McCaffrey, the rice wide receiver at pick 100. Love that. Love seeing bloodlines in the NFL. Love to see if the Washington commanders and San Francisco 49 play each other this year. Be nice to see the McCaffrey boys taking a picture together. You know, Jersey Swap, that'd be great to see. But Luke McCaffrey didn't just get drafted because of his fucking name. Look up this dude at Rice. This was a guy that was going to be my number 22 wide receiver in my prospect discussion. I wanted to go 25, but I thought it was overkill. But dude, Luke McCaffrey can play. Is he his brother? No, but this dude can play for show. And then Jordan McGee, the linebacker at a temple. Love this guy. I got him in the fifth round. This is a dude that's going to help out that Washington defense for sure. I am so sorry guys. Lucky Land Casino asking people what's the weirdest place you've gotten lucky? Lucky? Beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep. NFC South, Atlanta, Michael Pinnick Jr. 8. I, of course, the biggest question mark, the biggest fucking curveball, slurball, spitball. However you want to say on draft day, there always is one. Someone trades down trades up. It makes a big splash move. Michael Pinnick's going to Atlanta. Don't know. I don't want to bash Atlanta. Like I said, me and Mike, good friends, this is my boy. I just don't know. Yeah, you're going to secure your quarterback room for at least four years. But Kirk Cousins now is kind of questioning. What's going on in the front office type stuff. I know he thinks he's the man. He's going to be the man. You want Pinnick Jr. to sit for at least a year. Kirk Cousins go down and he ain't giving time like an error. I just, for sure, he's getting old. He, you know, father time is undefeated. But I'm not sure. But they nailed. They nailed their next pick at 74. They get Braylon. Braylon tries out of Washington straight up stud edge. God. Oh, sorry, guys. I love that pick. He was one of my favorite guys early in the draft process fell a little bit, but he's still a stud. He got the edge prospect that they needed. Rookay, a ROHO. ROHO. A lot of that defensive tackle out of Clemson. Second round, third pick. Love that pick. Definitely helps out their defensive line. But my favorite pick, though, is JB Bertrand, the linebacker out of Notre Dame in the fifth round, the eighth pick. Love me some linebacker. Love me some Notre Dame linebackers, too. Something about that. But Bertrand definitely helps out their linebacker room, for sure. Not a bad draft. Absolutely. Not at all for Atlanta. It's just that questionable first pick. But if Pinnox ends up hitting, let's say Pinnox starts week seven, week eight, because cousin goes down, or he just starts balling out. Atlanta's going to be scary. Absolutely. Let's go to my Carolina Panthers. We trade up and get Zavié Laguette at 32. Like I said earlier in the show, I, when we traded up into the first round, I thought we were going to get Ladnekonki, and that would have, honestly, I could have, you know, peed straight out, because I would have been hard as a rock, and you know what I'm saying. But Zavié Laguette is a great pick. I know why we drafted him. Someone to help out Bryce Young, give him a debo Samuel Stipe guy that can play in the backfield. He can be a third tight end. He could be a three, a four. You can put him out all different kinds of positions, and just making a nightmare for defenses. I mean, that's exactly what Zavié Laguette is. He is a guy that's just going to be, put him where you want, create matchups, and get him the ball. ASAP doesn't mind getting the ball in the middle of the field either. I love that pick. Jonathan Brooks, my best running back for sure out of Texas at 46 definitely helps out our running back room. Let's try to run the ball a little bit more. It's a lot like, you know, some of these other teams I talked about earlier. Let's not throw the ball 40-45 times. Bryce Young is just not that guy. We do not want him to throw the ball that many times. Why not run the ball just a little bit? Our offense lie underdeveloped, but can be do better for sure. Jonathan Brooks is a guy that is pretty good out of the backfield as well as two. Trevyn Wallace is my questionable pick though. At 72, we got the Kentucky linebacker. I would have looked better at that position a little bit, but what do I know? Maybe Trevyn Williams turns into a great linebacker for Carolina, but I'm very picky about my linebacker for one, and I'm very, very picky about my linebackers that go to my team. So this is a very questionable pick for me there. I love the J.T.B. on Sanders pick, the tight end out of Texas, the fourth round, first overall that round. Definitely going to be, like I said, someone do help out. Bryce Young gets some tight end depth for sure. This guy could play for sure. And my favorite pick though, J.T.E.N. Crumedy out of Mississippi State, the defensive tackle, got him in the sixth round, 24th pick. I love the guy. I had him very, very high on my defensive tackle prospect, you know, breakdown. I say when I have these guys, I say I want that guy on my team, and we got J.T.E.N. Crumedy out of Mississippi State, the defensive tackle. Let's go to the New Orleans Saints. Tylie Spounga nailed it with the 14th pick. We've been talking about that for well over a month in a lot of mock drafts that he fits that offensive scheme. More of a run style tackle, but he's a dude. They go out and get Kool-Aid McKinstry at 41, hated to see that because I'm very high on Kool-Aid McKinstry. You don't want to see guys you like play in that uniform, but it is what it is. I love this pick, Spencer Rattler, quarterback, South Carolina. They got in fifth round, 15th overall. I love that pick because I'm not high on Spencer Rattler. I think he's overrated. This is a guy that's been bounced around. He has character problems. I don't like his attitude. Definitely did not want to sit behind Caleb Williams in Oklahoma. Just created problems. And this is a guy that's played a lot of colors football and didn't really perform in college. So I think it's only going to make him harder make it harder for him in the second level. But this is also a guy scares the death out of me. This guy's going to come in with a chip on his shoulder. He's going to work harder than anybody else in that weight room. And he's going to learn and he's trying to grit on that field. And he's going to try to show people that people like me that doubted him, talk shit about him that I should eat my words. And I hope he does. But a good pick in how I don't think the New Orleans Saints didn't do well with that pick. Like Jalen Ford, though, out of Texas. Is it running back? Yeah, like I say, I think it's linebacker. Yeah, linebacker in the fifth round. Definitely gives him linebacker depth. Good pick there. And I'd truly mean that. Like if you're a Saints fan, that's a good pick. I like, I like the linebacker out of Texas for sure there. Good pick. Tampa Bay rounds out the NFC South, Grand Barton, great pick with their first round pick. Love that. This is a stud guy. This is a guy day one starter. They need help on the offensive line. Chris Broswell right here. Pick 52, the edge player out of Bama. Love that big definitely had him very high on my edge prospect division. I hate seeing him going to Tampa Bay because Tampa Bay edge rushers just give you fits. You know, it gives you nightmares. It's guys you don't want to see kind of like New Orleans. Love the Jalen McMillan pick at 92, the wide receiver out of Washington. Definitely needs some help with some wide receiver help in Tampa Bay. And that is a dude. A lot of people, generally McMillan played on some other college football teams last year. He probably would have got drafted a little higher. This guy played with Jalen Pole. This guy played with Rummy and Junze. This guy was like a three. They kind of moved him around a lot, but this dude's a baller. This dude can fucking play. Jalen McMillan sleeper pick for sure for Tampa Bay at 92. Love that pick. And then of course Tampa Bay gets one of my favorite running backs. Bucky fucking Irving out of Oregon, the running back in the fourth round pick 25. Definitely going to use him for all kinds of stuff. I know he's small, but this guy just shows me so much. I see so much of Bucky Irving. I love the guy. And then Devin Kope. I love the tight end on Washington. They got in the seventh round out of 20 at pick 26. This guy can help. And if Baker Mayfield is going to have the year that he had last year, he's going to have to have some guys to throw to, not just Mike Evans, guys like McMillan, guys like Bucky Irving and this cult guy gives them depth at tight end. And this guy can play tight end out of Washington for sure. And he's got that Jalen McMillan on his team now too. So these guys work together. Their routes will run together. They, their timing is a lot together. So on and so forth. You want guys that kind of played at your same school sometimes and then even at the same position sometimes because it helps you. But Devin Kope watched that name for sure. The tight end of Washington in Tampa Bay. Let's get to the last one. The NFC West start off with the Arizona Cardinals. Sorry guys. Marvin Harrison Jr., of course, we all expected him to go to Arizona. Arizona would be a fool to not select him at for not talking to much about him. He's a bonafide guy. Him and Kyler Murray are going to be best as friends. Love the Darius Robinson pick at 27. Max Melton 43 overall pick. The cornerback out of Rutgers. Great fucking pick. Trey Benson pick 66. The Florida State running back definitely gives him depth at a position they absolutely need. Let's not like this is a lot like another teams I've talked about. Let's not let Kyler Murray throw the ball 50 times. I know Club Kingsbury is not there anymore. But let's you know let's not throw the ball very much. You know like I said a very underrated line too as well. Let's run the ball a little bit. I love the Isaiah Adams pick. The offensive tackle out of Illinois at 71. Great pick. But my sleeper pick right here is Daedrian Taylor Demerson aka the rabbit at a Texas Tech University safety pick for round four. I had him in my list and it's not because he played for deck. I think he was one of the top five safeties in the guys I talked about. Dude's a straight up baller. I know he's more of a strong safety. I'm not real sure what they're going to do with Buddha Baker. Do you believe Buddha's more of a free though? So those two could work together. Not real sure. I have to really look at their depth chart. But this dude is going to find the the field. Absolutely. I love Daedrian Tyler Demerson man. Remember that name especially in a Arizona backfield defense of backfield with Buddha Baker and some of the playmakers that they have on the back end of their defense. This guy could get a couple of interceptions. So remember the name Daedrian Tyler Demerson. If you're an Arizona Cardinals fan and you don't quite know him look him up. This dude's a stud. Christian Jones coming in the UT tackle in the fifth round. This was a guy I had as one of my sleepers that let's say it was the third sixth or third through six round and you need a tackle and they're kind of and this guy is available. Christian Jones the tackle out of UT is there and they end up getting him in the fifth round the 27 picks. So they got some offensive line help. They got some people to throw the ball to. They got places and pieces everywhere. Arizona probably could have used a couple more picks to be perfectly honest with you because like I said it's one of the worst teams in the NFL last year absolutely but I think they did what they can in this draft that just happened in order to be a competent team and you know fight with the likes of course you know San Francisco and the Rams but are they still going to bring up the rear? Absolutely they're just kind of like my Carolina Panthers. They need a lot of help and they need things to happen for them and against them for well you know to perform and you know and not pick in the top 10 next year. Let's go to the Los Angeles Rams. Jared verse at 19. I have been saying that forever in mocks and then in my mania. I nailed it. This is a guy that fits their defensive scheme fits what they're looking for in that in that player for sure. Love that guy out of Florida State day one starter and then they go off and get Fisk at 39 defensive tackle out of Florida State. Love that. I like what some of these teams do. They draft guys from the same school and these two guys are going to go in there. They've already been buddies maybe their friends and they're going to go into this program together and have some sort of familiarity going into the second level that they could kind of translate from Florida State. You know what I'm saying? It's nice to have a guy next to you that you have played with and you can trust. So I love what the Rams did there with Fisk at 39 and then they go out in the 83rd pick and get Blake Coral running back out of Michigan straight up. Dude dude dude dude fits that Los Angeles Rams style zone run attack that they like to do and gives them depth. Like I said what's his name? I freaking ain't. Sorry Matt Stafford. You know he ain't getting no younger either. You know Hall of Famer for sure. Let's run the ball a little bit. You know Kyra Williams is still there. But let's get some running back depth and they got Blake Cormor the best running bats period in the draft and my favorite pick though Cameron Kenchins out of Miami thumping safety at 99. Love this pick. I love Cameron Kenchins out of Miami. This dude. I love this guy. If you do not know that do not know the name Cameron Kenchins watch some Rams games that's coming up here. This dude's going to find the field for sure. And then one of my other favorite picks. Bo Limmer the Arkansas center got him in the sixth round 41st pick. Love this guy. Bo Limmer was up on my list of some of the best sinners period. Love the guy Bo Limmer. This guy could find the field for sure too. Seattle Byron Murphy first round pick. You know defensive tackle. Definitely what they needed. They definitely were going to go defense for sure with their first round draft pick. Byron Murphy not as high on him as some other people were. I know I didn't really talk about him and that's really my fault. I'm not going to say I'm perfect at all never have I ever claimed to be perfect. But Byron Murphy is still a dude and I think he's going to fit that Seattle style defense. I do love the Christian Haynes pick at 81 though. Secure your interior offensive line. The guard out of Yukon definitely fits. I like his style of play. Definitely one of my highest ranked guards. This coming up for sure. But my favorite pick though Seattle Tyreece Knight the linebacker out of UTEP. They got him in the fourth round. I can't believe that the 18th pick. Definitely going to have to take over for Jordan Brooks. I think that's why they drafted him there. They're going to put him in that mic inside linebacker type style position. And I like him. Tyreece Knight was on my list of some of the best linebackers coming out. And this guy can play Tyreece Knight. Seattle fans you're okay. Are you still going to be a middle dweller in the NSC West? Absolutely. But who's to say you guys can't contend? But I love them. I love Tyreece Knight. The Byron Murphy pick can hit. But time shall tell. So Chris if you're listening you know Seattle should be fine. I like their draft. They did well. They replaced Jordan books. I know that's what you were worried about. Let's go on to the last team. San Francisco 49ers. Ricky Pearsall man. They got him at 31. This is a guy I talked about in my wide receiver list. He was he was rising rising rising rising. Ricky Pearsall man. He fits too. He fixed a Kansas City style. Pretty offense. Don't mind blocking. Has some good catch radius. him. Debo and just love it. Love that pick. Love the Dominic Puni pick at 86. The Kansas offensive tackle. This is definitely a guy I had a very very high. I think they're going to move him inside though. They're going to move him to guard. I do believe that that's what is more natural position should be. I believe what they're going to do. I love the Renardo Green quarterback at a Florida State pick at 64. Love that pick. I had that guy on one of my lists for sure. Great pick. And but my favorite pick though for the San Francisco 49ers. Isaac Garindo. The running back out of Louisville got him in the fourth round. Pick 29. This is a guy. You know Christian McAnfrey like I said he's not a spring chicken anymore either. The guy starting to get some miles on him too as well. And he's also a guy you don't want to play. A whole lot. That's why they get some of these other. That's why San Francisco has a stable of running backs is because you gotta keep Christian McAnfrey healthy. You know these especially San Francisco being a teammate is going to contend for Super Bowls for the foreseeable future. You got to have some depth at key positions. And I think they nailed it for sure right there with that Isaac Garindo play at running back out of Louisville got the burner. The guy came straight up play. So that does it guys. That was my 2024 draft breakdown. Went through some of my favorite picks. Questionable picks. So on and so forth. Didn't quite go through every single draft pick. You know because I just don't feel like that's necessary. But I went into some six round guys. Seven round guys. If I liked them or if they were on you know some of my lists I'll talk about them. So I hope you guys enjoyed that. And now you guys can go back and listen to some of my older episodes. You know listen to my prospect division or my prospect discussion and how I ranked them, how I talked about them. And you can go and say oh let's see what CM has to say about Will Shipley. You know let's see what CM has to say about a bike fisher. You know just go back and listen. Now because now you can really start seeing your team get molded. You know this is the time of year where you got the clay and you're making the pot and you're just now finishing it. Now you got to put it in the kiln and you'll see what you have after it's done baking. You know what I'm saying? Because these teams they're getting free agents of course. Now and you know unrestricted free agents are signing these guys to practice squad so on and so forth. And you still got guys out there big names that need to be signed as well. So like I said but these teams now are about 75% done. You pretty much know what you got now after the draft if you were already buff a little bills fan. If you're a lost leader's greatest fan you kind of know what your team is going to look like. Especially how you draft it too. Did you go after position need? Did you go BPA? Did you strengthen something that was already strong? Like I said I love the draft. I love the draft stuff. It's so much fun. And I'm so glad it's over though because I can get into college football. I can start talking about all the stuff I'm going to talk about you guys over the summer because like I said I'm thinking about taking a week off. I think I deserve it. Like you said my voice is already starting to go out and it's been out for a while but after all this draft stuff and I don't know if you can hear this. There's all these papers all these prospects that I delved into over the past so many months. I hope you guys enjoyed it. Go back and listen to it if you haven't and you'll know more about these guys that are going to wear your colors and your helmets and you're going to see more often. So thank you guys as always. I appreciate you guys so much. I cannot thank you guys enough for listening. Big ups to the guys at the football function Mr. Ritter. Mr. Minifield. I know they're probably going to put out one of these here pretty soon. I can't wait to listen to what they got to say about some of these players and some of this stuff that goes on. So big ups to those guys and well done on y'all's end for all the draft stuff y'all did for me as well. So big shout out to all the countries out there. Portugal, Canada, India, Ireland, Morocco, Poland, Germany, Australia, Ecuador, Myanmar, France, the UK, Venezuela, Haiti, Indonesia, Ghana, Saudi Arabia, Gambia, Turkey, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Peru, Mexico, Slovakia, Uganda, Israel and New Zealand. Thank you to all those countries out there that listen to me or if you listen to the guys at the football function, I cannot thank you enough. Just a couple of small town guys in Texas and just love football. I love putting out quality content because I hope you enjoy this coming at you guys. 80 minutes. Oh my goodness. I talked too much. I know but I had to get this draft stuff out. I had this whole script done. So like I said, all that work into 80 minutes of draft that took place for three days. I kind of summed it all up in one episode. So I hope you guys enjoyed it. Go back and listen to those other prospects and like I said, learn these guys names and look them up for yourself. See if you're high on them as I am and so on and so forth because that's what makes this country great is all these people's respective opinions. So thank you guys. United States of America, thank you so much from Washington to Maine to Florida to California or if you're in the great state of Texas baby where the stars at night are big and bright. I cannot thank you guys enough. Keep listening to us. Keep promoting us. Get the patreon out. Like I said, 81 minutes into this. Pay that dollar a month. So big ups to everybody else out there. All my people's, you know, KG, Kevin Watson. Sorry for getting you guys confused on those episodes. Like I said, it's been a long process. You know, a lot of sleepless nights, a lot of long days doing this stuff. I hope you guys enjoyed it. Big John, Detroit, Kyle, DJ for walking and cool with mold, the Grandmary for my boy. Howard, pull my dude. I love that guy. We in him texts all the time. I hope you enjoyed yourself on that draft. I enjoy texting you that night for sure, especially on Friday as well. I hope you guys are doing well out there. Cousin, Mike loves you to death. Big ups to, you know, Drew, Drew, Andy LaFawn, my dude. Like I said, without knowing Andy LaFawn, there'd be no CEM. There's probably people out there cursing Andy LaFawn probably going, man, if it wasn't for freaking Andy LaFawn, I wouldn't have to listen to CEM. But you know what it is, what it is. So I love you, Andy LaFawn. That's my dude. I love bouncing ideas off you as well. Of course, Shawn was my cousin as well. Big Dallas Cowboys fan. Big shout out to you as well. My girl Bell, my home girl Bell, man. She's fucking awesome. She's a Cowboys fan as well. Hope she's doing well. Haven't heard from her in a while. Joe and Drew, Drew and Richie and Chris, Matthew Darian. There's so many other people if I missed you. I am so sorry. So big ups to you guys. Thank you guys so much. Stay tuned in the next week or so. Like I said, I think about taking a week off and start getting into college football. Start breaking down these divisions, these conferences. We're down to a power four. You know, we got the Big 10, the ACC, SEC and Big 12. There's no pack 12, no more. So it's the Big 4. And I'm going to break down these new teams that just joined those conferences. I'm going to start doing schedule breakdowns to see how many games these teams are going to win. I got a lot of stuff up my sleeve because it is now May. We only have a few more months of summer and then it is August and then it is time for college football, baby. So I cannot wait to be back with you guys and stop and talk straight college football. You got no more draft stuff. This is going to be college football from now on after this show nods off. So take care of you guys. Know who you are. Know where you're going. Know what to do when you get there. Okay. Because of my gloves, you to death. I will talk to you soon. God bless record.
