AP News. I'm Ed Donoghue. Stormy Daniels' testimony is over in New York and former President Donald Trump's Hush Money trial. Defense Attorney Susan Nichols tried to show Daniels changed her story over time about her sexual encounter with Trump in 2006. The AP's Michael Sisak was in the courtroom. "Nacles pressed Daniels about the $130,000 payment she received from Trump's then lawyer, Michael Cohen, right on the eve of the 2016 election. The prosecutors say that payment was made by Cohen on Trump's behalf to bury the story, to keep Stormy Daniels quiet." Trump scowled and shook his head through much of Daniels' descriptions about their 2006 encounter. Defense attorneys asked New York's mid-level appeals court to expedite a decision on Trump's gag order appeal. National security spokesman John Kirby says the decision to hold back bombs from Israel is to prevent it offensive in Rafa. And if that happens, it would benefit the leader of Hamas. "And I'm seeing innocent people falling victim to major significant combat operations in Rafa, then I have less and less incentive to want to come to the negotiating table indeed." Iowa Republican Senator Joni Ernst called President Biden a Hamas propaganda tool. "Folks, he's lying to Israel and he's lying to all of you." Body camera video shows a Florida sheriff's deputy announced himself as law enforcement just before he shot and killed a black Air Force airman inside his apartment. This is Pentagon spokesman Major General Pat Ryder. "We need a lot of time for the investigation around his course and we'll certainly have more to say once we've had the opportunity to see that." A new Biden administration rule aims to speed up asylum processing at the southern border. Stocks finished higher. The Dow up 331 points. This is AP News. System of a down singer Serge Tonkeon is releasing his autobiography. The AP's Margie Zaraleta has the story. Serge Tonkeon wanted to be an activist and had even considered a career in law. He found that music allowed him to bring his beliefs to a wider audience. Tonkeon says any musician must decide are you an entertainer or an artist. He says an entertainer should avoid politics and just perform and that's fine, but he feels his calling his art. "An artist's definition, part of our definition is the telling of truth of our times." Tonkeon's book Down with the System is out on Tuesday. I'm Archie Zaraleta. "You may soon be calling Justin Bieber a dad." "Baby, baby, baby, no." Haley Bieber confirms the model is six months pregnant. It would be the first child for Haley and Justin Bieber. The couple also renewed their vows. I'm Ed Donahue, AP News.
