AP News for Friday May 10th, I'm Ben Thomas. In a report to Congress, the Biden administration says Israel's use of U.S. provided weapons and Gaza likely violated international humanitarian law. But it says wartime conditions have prevented the U.S. from determining that for certain and specific airstrikes. White House national security spokesman John Kirby would only say the president has been briefed and is obviously aware of the contents. New time Israeli troops in Palestinian militants engaged in heavy fighting Friday in the North Barack Hamas has regrouped and on the outskirts of Rafa in the South. UN's Georgia's Patropolis says aid isn't getting in and people are fleeing. It's now counting 110,000-plus displaced people having to move north. Most of these are people who have had to displace five or six times. Police have made dozens of arrests as pro-Palestinian protest camps were dismantled and the University of Pennsylvania, MIT and the University of Arizona.
