AP News. I'm Ben Thomas. The Trump's Hush Bunny Trials ramped up to the weekend. Jake Offenhart sums up today's testimony. Prosecutors continued to breeze through a series of records witnesses. There were four people they called today to authenticate data, phone calls, messages. These are key to the prosecution's case against Trump. It's not the edge of your seat riveting testimony that we saw the last few days with Stormy Daniels. And that was reflected in the jurors' reactions in the courtroom. They were yawning at points, staring at the ceiling, stretching their arms. But there were a few key developments today. For one thing, prosecutors said that they may rest their case as soon as the end of next week. Meantime, the judge has warned prosecutors to direct their star witness, former Trump attorney Michael Cohen, to stop taking jabs at Trump. Cohen expected to testify Monday. The fighting has been heavy between Israeli troops and Palestinian militants on the outskirts of the southern Gaza city of Rafa. Charles Dallitesma has a report. People in Rafa continue to pack up their belongings as they prepare to leave the city on Friday. Ahmad Abu Nahil, a Gaza resident, says they told us that these areas are not threatened and are safe. But it turns out this area is dangerous and shells are falling in East Rafa. About 110,000 people, at least, have fled the southern Gaza city as heavy fighting between Israeli troops and Palestinian militants on the city's outskirts leaves aid crossings in the assessment. As if Ahmadine, a Rafa resident, says, "We have to evacuate, but we don't know where we're going to go. We can suddenly find a tank in the middle of the city and we don't know anything about it." A UN official says food and fuel supplies are growing critically low. I'm Charles Dallitesma. Pope Francis is urging Italians to have more babies, as a measure of hope for the future, and a way to stave off the demographic challenges that come with declining birth rates, Epivaticon correspondent Nicole Winfield. While Pope Francis didn't get into the details, demographers have been saying for years that the Italian economy could really collapse under the weight of Italy's aging population. The conservative government of Premier George and Maloney has mounted a campaign to encourage at least 500,000 births annually by 2033. He's called it the demographic winter that is really threatening the future of many European countries and other Western countries. So on Friday, Pope Francis again made his appeal for Italians to have more children and to be open to having children.
