[MUSIC PLAYING] AP News, I'm paying up your 20. Sources close to the Associated Press say that the Biden administration report won't conclude that Israel violated terms of a US weapons agreement. That news comes shortly after a United Nations Assembly approved a resolution granting Palestine new rights in reviving its UN membership bid. In remarks, White House National Economic Council Director Layel Brainerd says, "The Trump tax cuts in 2017 did not deliver the promise benefits for the non-wealthy." The expiration of President Trump's 2017 tax package next year will put the issue of tax fairness front and center. Do we want a tax system that favors the wealthy or the middle class? We can't ever let this happen again. Harry Dunn resigned last December from the Capitol Police. He's a Democrat among two dozen candidates running for Maryland's Third Congressional District. Dunn says he couldn't stand to watch lawmakers he had protected go on to deny the violence that led to the deaths of some of his fellow officers. I put country above self. The problem is a lot of them didn't. Republican Derek Evans, a former member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, is challenging Representative Carol Miller in Tuesday's primary. We're him, we're him, we're him. Derek Evans is in the Capitol. Evans was arrested two days after the riot at the US Capitol and served three months in federal prison. At his sentencing, Evans apologized for his actions, but didn't about face upon leaving prison. I had the courage to exercise my natural, God given lots of free speech, to stand up and peacefully and patriotically protest the stolen election. He's considered a long shot that has endorsements from pardon, felons, Roger Stone and Michael Flynn. I'm Jennifer King. This is AP News. AP correspondent Charles Della Desma reports on the evacuations of citizens and refugees from Gaza's Rafa. People in Rafa continue to pack up their belongings as they prepare to leave the city on Friday. I'm Ed Abunah Hill, a Gaza resident says, they told us that these areas are not threatened and are safe, but it turns out this area is dangerous and shells are falling in East Rafa, about one-hundred years. One-hundred and ten-thousand people at least have fled the southern Gaza city as heavy fighting between Israeli troops and Palestinian militants on the city's outskirts leaves aid crossings in excess of-- [SPEAKING SPANISH] As if Abunah, a Rafa resident says, we have to evacuate, but we don't know where we're going to go. We can suddenly find a tank in the middle of the city and we don't know anything about it. A UN official says food and fuel supplies are growing critically low. I'm Charles Della Desma.
