MSNBC is openly admitting that this lawfare was a blatant attempt by the powers that be to rescue, to save, to extricate Biden from his inevitable impending colossal defeat at the ballot box come November!

And I think we just heard another admission. The legal pundit at MSNBC is saying, ‘alright, our weaponized legalism isn’t working, so let’s go back and figure out how to steal another election’! Their world is falling apart and we’ve got the receipts.

Are we seeing the revitalization of conservative civilization? All over the world has been a massive backlash against globalization, its leftist leadership, and its anti-cultural liberal values. And it's just the beginning. I'm Dr. Steve Turley. I believe the liberal globalist world is at its brink, and a new conservative age is rising. Join me every day as we examine these worldwide trends, discover answers to today's toughest challenges, and together learn to live in the present in life of even better things to come. This is Turley Talks. Turn to Georgia with us for a moment, Joyce. An appeals court there now might disqualify Fannie Willis. If she would have recused herself months ago, would we be in trial territory at this point? You know, it's tough to say there are so many variables here, but the reality is that what the Court of Appeals in Georgia will do is they will decide whether or not the trial judge, Judge McAfee, got it right. They're reviewing his decision. They will accord him broad discretion. I think it's unlikely that they'll reverse him. So the real issue here is the amount of time it will take. It'll probably take months. And then, of course, whichever party loses in the Court of Appeals will almost certainly take an appeal to the Georgia Supreme Court. So it's less the ultimate outcome of this case and whether or not what Fannie Willis did was correct at the beginning. This was always going to go on this appellate path once the issue arose, and it's unfortunate. You know, we can, I think we all have views about why we got here, but the reality is this case is now delayed severely. Delay, delay, delay in Florida, delayed indefinitely. Now, Georgia, it has been a rough few days for Jack Smith and Fannie Willis. Mark, do you think we are going to see any progress here before the election and after the election? Do you think these trials are ever going to happen? Well, I don't know, but I mean, the key question is anything going to happen before the election. And I think the answer is no. The days of magical, legal thinking are over. The Calvary is not coming. The legal Calvary is not coming to the rescue of Joe Biden, which is, I think it's good. I think voters should focus on the election. The way to beat Donald Trump is not in court ultimately, but at the ballot box. That's the way you humiliate him. Today is a magical legal thinking are over. Did you just hear what that ultra woke left us over the MSNBC is admitting? Did you hear that? There is no legal Calvary coming to the rescue, Joe Biden. That guy, that ridiculous excuse for a legal pundit just said the quiet part out loud. They're openly admitting that this was all law fair designed for one purpose and one purpose only. And that's to rescue bumbling Biden from himself. MSNBC is openly admitting that this law fair was a blatant attempt by the powers that be to rescue, to save, to extricate Biden from his inevitable impending colossal defeat at the ballot box come November. And they're now admitting they're now admitting that this deliberate election interference law fair isn't working. I mean, you've got two admissions there. And you heard him at the end. Say, yeah, I think this is a good thing. Let's defeat Trump at the ballot box. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. I know leftism is not known for its logical consistency, but wait a minute here. If this is a good thing, let's go defeat him at the ballot. Why did Biden need a legal Calvary to save him in the first place then? Again, I just, I think we're hearing admission after admission after admission here that the left's world is falling apart right in front of their very eyes and they simply don't know how to make sense of it. We got the receipts on that. You're going to absolutely love this greetings. Everyone, it is live stream Friday. I am your host, Dr. Steve Grapp, a professor here to help you to stay sane in these insane times. Maybe I can even help a couple of liberals do that. Make sure to smack that bell and subscribe button. This is another special live stream Friday, not simply because even the legacy media is admitting that Trump has officially beat their pathetic and demonic lawfare efforts, but because of the rollout of our brand new Turley Talks app, our very own platform that can never ever be canceled. We built this private platform in response to the news that YouTube has once again demonetized this channel for a second time in a row, even though we complied with everything they required of us in the first demonization. Unfortunately, when we reapplied, they moved the goalposts and came up with an entirely new infraction to keep us completely and totally demonetized. We don't even have super chats up. According to Google and YouTube, our channel now features quote "harmful content." Our videos are now deemed harmful to YouTube's audience and we have been cut off from any and all monetization for the foreseeable future. But what these big tech tyrants did not know when they were trying to cancel us is that we have been preparing for this moment for months. We are calling it our arc. Our brand new Turley Talks app. It's a beautiful personal app that you can download completely free just by clicking on that link below or going to fight.turleytalks.com. You can also sign up to join one of the levels of support to help us out financially during this very difficult time for us. Just click on the link below. We're going to fight.turleytalks.com. You can put your John Hancock on it informing these tech tyrants that a new day is dawned. They are no longer in control over us and we are taking our nation back. I believe we have nearly 2,000 of you who have signed this petition. It's awesome. It will be my honor. All right, gang, let's dive right in here. So as you saw there, that was an MSNBC panel led by Stephanie Rule admitting, all of them admitting that the Democrats attempted stealing another election this time through law fair through the deliberate derailing of the Republican candidate for president by way of weaponizing the legal system against them. They're all admitting it has officially failed. It is completely and utterly collapsed. And they're not alone. Politico, which is for all practical purposes, the mouthpiece of the DNC is now openly admitting that Trump has successfully beaten the Democrats at their own law fair game. And he's winning across the board. Let's take an account of what they're seeing here. First, you've got Jack Smith, classified documents case against Trump. The case that crossed the Rubicon by rating a former president's home at Mar-a-Lago never been done in the history of our nation. This is what got the whole law fair train rolling. That very case has now officially imploded. Judge Eileen Cannon has postponed indefinitely the trial date. And that indefinite postponement is the closest thing you can get to a judge completely tossing the case out. In fact, in many respects, it's even better because Judge Cannon has left Jack Smith bereft of any ability to appeal her decision. It leaves Smith nothing to appeal. A prosecutor has no basis to appeal. A judge's decision declining to set a new trial date. So the case is basically frozen. Now, the indefinite suspension, the case, comes on the heels of revelations that this rogue prosecutor, Jack Smith, admitted in court papers that the prosecution did indeed tamper with the evidence central to the entire trial. Remember that image? Remember that legacy media image that legacy media just published all over the place showing the classified documents scattered all over the floor at Mar-a-Lago? Remember that? It was all set up. It was all a set up according to court documents. The cover sheets on all of those documents were literally planted by FBI agents. Everything you see there. You know, with the Capitol letter secret, secret, classifier, clever, all of that was planted. According to court filings released by Judge Cannon, Jack Smith admitted that the FBI brought those cover sheets with them to the Mar-a-Lago raid. They paper clipped those cover sheets onto the documents and then scattered them across the floor for the sole purpose of creating that stunt photo, the crime scene to make it appear as if the documents were mishandled by Trump. And unfortunately for Jack Smith, unfortunately for him, it went beyond just a photo op. That's actually how he presented the evidence to the court. In other words, Smith and the FBI didn't just tamper with evidence and violate the whole chain of custody protocols, but then he turned around and lied about it to the court in the process. Jack Smith basically admitted in his latest filing that he misled the court, that he presented as solid sound evidence that which was fabricated for a photo op. So it's not simply that he made a mistake in his filing. He literally admitted in court papers that he misled the court and legal experts are saying that is absolutely fatal to Smith's case. There is no coming back from admitting that you misled the court. And that's the classified documents case. So that's basically dead. Then of course you got the J6 case. The other case that Jack Smith is trying to take Trump out with. And that case is in limbo while the Supreme Court considers Trump's claim to presidential immunity. And the key here is that no matter, it's not only that the case is on ice as long as the Supreme Court is considering immunity. The key here is that no matter what, the Supreme Court is going to make a decision, it's going to send the case back to Chuck in that Marxist judge, to the Watkins court. And here's the key, no matter what Chuck can decide from that point forward, it bears directly with the Supreme Court's immunity decision. And so by definition, no matter what she decides, all her decisions are immediately appealable to the DC Circuit and eventually to the Supreme Court. So in other words, no matter what, no matter what, this trial, this J6 trial against Trump, no matter what is going to be appealed way beyond November, way beyond November, no matter what Chuck can rules. Any appeal on Trump's part guarantees this case doesn't happen until after November at all. So there's down two cases. And then of course you got the third, right? Three out of four now. Then you've got the Fannie Willis, big Fannie Willis case in Fulton County, Georgia. Now that's probably the most hilarious turn of events in them all because now she's the subject of interrogation by the Georgia Senate. Now she's on the dock. They're investigating whether she misused state funds flying around with her boy toy all over the world, taking these elaborate vacations after she was paying him nearly a million bucks to try this felony case, even though he's never tried to felony case before. And at the same time, Trump's legal team is successfully appealing that idiot judges decision in this case to keep Fannie Willis on even after she admitted to having an affair with a subordinate during the whole process of the trial. And that appellate process may indeed end up booting her off the case entirely. So there were down one, two, three were down with, were left with a single case now of the four cases against Trump, the four felonies, four felony cases. Finally, what does that leave with this fourth case? It leaves us with a freaking porn star. It leaves us with a freaking porn star. That's it. And again, I can't believe, you know, this, this, this, uh, judge, what's his name, merchant, whatever, and the one merchant in New York, how he dare. I mean, what a clown. What a clang. He threatens Trump with jail because he says Trump, you are not taking this court seriously. You are not respecting the sanctity of this court. He says that literally on the very morning that he then turns around and says, all right, now bring out the porn star. What a, I mean, this is an insult to clowns. This is an insult to circuses. So as it turns out, all they've got left is a porn star. And to make it even worse, it looks like that porn star stormy Daniels just doomed Alvin Bragg's case. Well, it was clear reversible era today committed by the judge and by the prosecution under the reasoning of the recently reversed Harvey Weinstein case. So much information came out. That was utterly irrelevant. Let's start with whether they had sex at all. Utterly irrelevant. The only issue is whether she threatened to expose him and whether she extorted him and whether he then paid money to avoid the embarrassment to his family, to his business, to his children. And according to the prosecution, to help himself get reelected. The issue of what actually happened is utterly irrelevant. And then we get to the details, the silk pajamas, the kind of lotion he was wearing. I can't imagine how the Court of Appeals in New York that reversed the Harvey Weinstein conviction, which was a harder case to reverse, wouldn't reverse this conviction if it got up there. I would certainly recommend to the prosecutors in this case that they study the Weinstein case very carefully because it gives a road map to what you can't do. And this prosecutor is just following the road map of what you can't do. My name is Aik Jonathan Turley is basically saying the same thing. He's arguing that the Court is already blatantly biased the jury against Trump by asserting all kinds of things that the prosecution has not proved. And they're asserting it as if it's a matter of fact. And they're obtaining the jury with completely irrelevant testimony. You're not allowed to bring in things that are basically inadmissible. All that matters in this case. Again, if you just want it very clear bottom line, when all said and done, all that matters in this particular case is the objective nature of the hush money payment. That's it. The $130,000 that Michael Cohen paid to store me down. All that matters is simply this. Was that payment, again, not even made by Trump, made by his lawyer at the time, Michael Cohen, an admitted serial liar, all that matters is whether that payment was a campaign finance violation. That's all that matters. Okay. All that matters is whether or not that payment was a campaign finance violation. It's very simple to determine whether it was or not. Okay. It's very simple. Was that payment solely a campaign expense like paying for a pollster or paying for a campaign advisor, right? Can it be shown that that payment was only an ever a campaign expense? Or are there objectively other possible reasons for the payment? Did the payment serve multiple purposes, such as trying to keep this hidden from Melania or from his kids or from business partners or investors, whatever? Objectively speaking, whether anyone involved in this likes it or not, hush money payments do not fall solely under the category of campaign expenses. It's that simple. When all is said and done, hush money payments can by definition be made for all kinds of reasons. People who are running for office are not the only ones who do hush money payments. It's that simple. If hush money payments can be paid for reasons other than campaign, then they by definition cannot be campaign finance violations. Case closed. Write it down. It's that simple. If you've got woke friends who are still trying to figure this one out, explain it to him. It's very simple. That's what sunk the case against John Edwards in North Carolina. And a lot more evidence for that was paying off all kinds of people to try to keep it hidden from his campaign. But again, he just pointed out, but I did it for other reasons. It's not specific to a campaign and therefore cannot be a campaign violation. It's that simple. Now, of course, you would never know this if all you were doing was listening and reading the legacy media, the dwindling audience of the legacy media. These over the last several months, all they've been doing is telling us that Trump was losing. He's losing news week. The pathetic left wing chills at Newsweek actually been calling Trump's case in the Stormy Daniels fiasco a disaster. They'd be calling Trump's case a disaster. This is insane. It's navigating the sea of media bias and misinformation is exhausting. Gang, I got to tell you, that's why I rely so much on our sponsor, ground news to streamline my research here. I simply could not recommend them more. Few ground news is available as a website and an app and instead of sifting through all of these multiple sources of myself, trying to figure out who's telling the truth and who's not, ground news doesn't for me. Let me show you. It's really neat how it works. You take this article on Trump's lead over Biden in six of the seven swing states. When I use ground news, I could see that exactly 61% of the articles in the story covering the story are right leaning. Isn't that interesting? Isn't it interesting that the left is not covering that story? Well, why wouldn't they be doing it because it destroys their narrative? You see, that's one of the ground news's best features here. They cover the blind spots and legacy media's reporting failures. If you just go to ground.news/doctorsteve to check it out, you're going to love it. Head over right now to subscribe through my link. If I click on the link below and you're going to get 40% off unlimited access to the vantage subscription. So that's what I have. When you subscribe, you not only support our totally talks movement, especially in the view of us being demonetized, but you also support an independent platform trying to make the news more transparent. They're doing God's work as a word. So click on that link below right now. You're going to love them. All right, so let's take stock here of just how much President Trump has won. That Newsweek had a disaster. What's happening to Trump and storm again? Oh, really? Is it a disaster Newsweek? Let's take stock of just how much President Trump has won in all this. Larry Schweiker, very helpful summarizes it all for here. I really owe it to him for laying this out for us. Take a look at this. Trump got the Supreme Court to strike down that pathetic Colorado Supreme Court decision that's got knocked him off the ballot. They struck it down nine zero. Well, it's such a good disaster for Trump. Oh, really? Right. Supreme Court nine zero decision. Then they won a permanent delay in the Jack Smith classified documents case permanent delay. They won the New York civil bond deposit appeal. That's the one that overturned Leticia James and that weird, freeze miser judge and Goron's attempt at finding Trump half a billion freaking dollars. Leticia James did everything she possibly could to make that fine stick. Trump was able to overturn it and pay cash as he appeals. He won the immunity appeal at the Supreme Court. He got, he was able to argue it and then most argue that he will most likely win. He will win when all said and done the majority of what he needs in the immunity decision. So that I think is just based on what remember when you're when you have arguments in front of the Supreme Court, they've already made their decision, okay? It's a formality. So that's why when you kind of listen to how they're questioning, either the defense or the prosecutor in the sense the state's case, in this case, Trump's case, you get a sense of where they've already decided, right? Trump is most likely to win the vast majority of the appeal details. You cannot just sue a president for any reason you want. There's got to be some objective standard, otherwise every president is going to be held accountable to law affairs, Trump has. And then in the process, they're destroying Stormy Daniels. He calls her Stormy Daniels in here. It's very funny. They're destroying Stormy Daniels on the stand and turn and just revealing the whole Alvin Bragg case to be an absolute circus. And they're putting Fannie Willis, Fat Fannie in massive legal trouble in the process, basically destroying the Fulton County case. That's what the left wing freaks in MSNBC are freaking out over that. That list of win after win after win after win after win after win and all of this law fair, it'd be nice if all he had to do was just campaign, that'd be really great. Fortunately, it's all been working in our favor this whole time. Every time he gets indicted, every time there's some new law fair nonsense, all of a sudden his poll numbers go up. I wonder why? Well the legacy media has just been bending over backwards over the last several months trying to convince the evaporating audience. The Trump was getting crushed by law fair. All the walls are crawling in on Trump and all that. This is what's been actually happening while they've been saying that. Trump has been winning, winning, winning at the Supreme Court. He's been winning on his appeals, he's been winning with Jack Smith, dealing blow after blow after blow against him. He's been winning in the New York appellate courts, he's been winning in Fulton County and he's been successfully winning in this Alvin Bragg case by holding, he's been holding ad hoc Trump rallies in downtown Manhattan every week. What talk about a parallel reality? Now, why is this all important? What is when all said and done? Before we go to your Q&A, remember if you want to ask me your questions, click on the link below, join any level of support on our app and you can ask me any question you want. You're automatically inducted into our Insiders Club where you could have access to our virtual platform. That's where you can ask me your questions. Remember, our super chats have been disabled forever because of YouTube claiming that our content is harmful. But regardless, what is the real takeaway in all of this? Well, again, I have Larry Schweichert's very, I think, very astute observation to thank for this. The left decided back in 2022 when we saw them in the summer of 2022, when we saw the Mar-a-Lago raid, again, a totally unprecedented crossing of the Rubicon, raiding a former president's house, never been done before in the history of our republic. The left decided back then in 2022 that they would take Trump out through lawfare. They knew, they admitted, and we talked about this at the time of the Mar-a-Lago raid. That was an open admission they all knew that Biden did not legitimately win 2020. They knew it. The Wisconsin Supreme Court has since thrown out 200,000 ballots for the 2020 election as a legal violating the Wisconsin State Constitution, which militates against ballot harvesting. Biden remember only won by 20,000 votes. So 200,000 votes were cast out. We see the same thing with the Georgia State Election Oversight Commission. We had a video on that just a couple of days back, how they uncovered a radical discrepancy between the amount of ballots that were counted originally on election. Or as shall I say, at 3 a.m., on literally on election night. And they compared that to the subsequent recount and found a dramatic discrepancy in the amount of ballots that were counted, and the Secretary of State's office in Georgia cannot account as to why that is. They know the Democrats know Biden did not win, legitimate. He underperformed in every single state throughout the country, except for the very five swing states he needed to win. That's where he didn't just overperform, he superperform. They know he stole 2020. They know it. They stole it. The media knows it. They're part of it. The media likes to act like they're just this, they're this objective, objective observers and all this. What false claim, no, the media was part of it. We know the media was actively involved in stealing the 2020 election. The problems, they don't think they can pull it off again in 2024, especially in light of what happened in the Arizona and Georgia and Wisconsin cleaning up their voter rolls, tightening up their mail-in voting laws, making 2020 impossible to pull off again. And without Arizona, Georgia and Wisconsin, they don't win. So they knew they couldn't pull off 2020 again, so they went all in with the law fair. They certainly didn't want to take their chance on a free and fair election because they know Trump would most likely crush Biden again. And so they tried to take Trump out through the weaponization of the courts. And then they figured that Biden, because their advisors are a lot more astute and keen than Republican advisors, they figured Biden would pretty easily beat relatively unknowns like Nikki Haley or Ron DeSantis. And they were right, by the way. Biden would have beaten either one of them handily. There was no way either Hillary Haley or disaster DeSantis, not as a governor, as a presidential candidate. He was a disaster. There was no way they were going to win states like Pennsylvania or Wisconsin or Michigan. Even Iowa and Ohio would have been toss-ups with either one of them. So this is why the Democrats did not rid themselves of Biden when they had the chance to do so. They thought it was easier to rid themselves of Trump through law fair than it was ridding themselves of Biden and then dealing with the cultural Marxist warfare they would have to deal with, trying to get rid of Kamala, maybe replacing her with Gavin Newsom, getting rid of a woman of color and replacing her with a white male, what are you kidding me? And they did not want to deal with the hornet's nest that that would have erupted. They figured Biden could beat the alternatives to Trump. And then after the election with four more guaranteed years, they could force Biden out and then figure out what to do, maybe replace them with Harris, maybe get another replacement. Who knows? In other words, in Vegas terms, in Vegas terms, they gambled it all on law fair. They gambled it all on Trump, getting taken out through the law fair that'll bring Biden back in because there's no way Hillary Haley or disastrous Santas could compete. And then they'll figure out how to get rid of Biden. They could have gotten rid of him back in 2022, but they went all in on the law fair. And they lost. Even MSNBC is admitting that even MSNBC, the single most loyal Democrat arm of the legacy media is admitting they have lost there is no legal Calvary coming to Biden's rescue. So now they have to face the Godzilla of politics in November and make no mistake. That is every Democrats worst nightmare. All right, you guys, let's see what you think. I want to hear your questions. Remember, if you want to ask me a question, just click on that link below, download our beautiful brand new app, and join one of our levels of support. You have access to our own virtual platform where you can ask me any and all questions you like. And by the way, here's your chance at getting even with the likes and Nancy Pelosi. And you know exactly what I mean. She and her ilk have been getting insider trading secrets for decades now, enabling the returns to beat the market every single year. But thanks to a little known SEC database. Guess what gang? We can have access to the very same trading secrets that these politicians are privy to. We get to see what stocks corporate CEOs are buying up in real time, and then we get to piggyback on their trades to gain the same advantage for ourselves that Pelosi and the crooks in DC have. My good friend, Ross Givens, has been tracking insider trading for years now, and his recommendations have led to investment returns of over 200% some of his high as nearly 1500%. You heard that right, 1500%, and now it's your turn. Click on that link below right now and learn how you too can learn a trade like Pelosi. Click on that link and learn how to gain an insider advantage for yourself today. All right, Josh, what's the questions we got today? Load them up. Joshua McKay, good to hear from you, Josh, Dr. Steve with the House passing the bill for illegal immigrants to be able to vote in the upcoming election. Are we screwed? I've been hearing more and more talk about it, and it's like it's making my stomach turn. All right, so right now as we speak, I do not believe, let me see, let me just double check before I give you this, my assessment here. All right, so where we are is it's actually the House is in the process of voting on legislation that would stop illegal immigrants from voting. All right, this is, let me, let me give you a little, a little fact chair fact check here. This is this, believe it or not from Newsweek immigration remains a central political issue in the minds of US politicians, the public is 2024 presidential election approaches with recent polling by Gallup showing Americans rated country's top problem for the last three months. This week in a post viewed 60 million times on social media, it was claimed that Democrats had now given illegal's new electoral representation by opposing a bill. That's given by opposing a bill that would have changed how the House of Representatives is organized a post on X by Stephen Miller for a former advisor Trump claimed that House Dems just voted unanimously to give illegal's representation in Congress and the Electoral College House seats and Electoral College votes will be added to areas with the most illegals include blah, blah, blah, and the post was viewed many, many times. Some line as I understand it, that is not true. Now we'll see, we'll see as it pans out because again, it's the cloud of war, but right now I believe that is not true. As far as the federal laws concern, illegal immigrants cannot vote right now. They simply cannot vote. It is illegal and what Mike Johnson and the Republicans are trying to do is to make sure there are safeguards in place so as they can't vote. But as I understand it, 2024 is no different than 2020 or 2016 when it comes to the law of the land not allowing illegal's to vote. Now again, can they cheat? Well possibly, but it's going to be again, it's going to be very difficult to pull off in Arizona, in Georgia, in Wisconsin, and in the three states that they need to give in sort of the crackdown on their voting laws. So I don't think it's great, but I don't think it's anywhere near as bad as Stephen Miller is representing it. Now as time goes on, we'll find out, but be very wary, remember, what tends to sell in Republican circles is sky is falling reporting, okay? It's doomsday reporting. There's all kinds of reasons for that, but be wary of that. I think a tweet like that was there in order to get 60 million views to be honest with you. I don't think it was there in order to inform. So we'll see how it plays out, but right now I do not believe that we have to worry about mass amount of non-citizens and illegal aliens voting in 2024. Again, if they do, the country's finished, then we break apart into red state, blue states, and we create a 2728 state, red, MAGA super state arc, and we just keep them out and expel them and put them into blue states where they eventually end up voting conservative because the vast majority of the illegal immigrants coming over are conservative Catholics. So that's what's happening. Latinos are switching over. So anyway, we'll have to see how that works. But I don't think you have to worry about that at this point. Again, focus on what we need to focus on. Don't focus on distracting things like that unless it gets, unless it's getting reported. Very, very widely incorporated by multiple sources that yes, this is happening. So until then, I wouldn't worry about it. Malal McLean, what's the Speaker Johnson supporting the not special counsel Smith? No, I love that. It's looking increasingly as though the Dems know something he fears will get out, maybe reference of green was right after all, yeah, you know, to be honest with you, I think it was payback to the Democrats for keeping him in office. So if you don't know, he's not the funding, Jack Smith's office, which a lot of Republicans want him to do keep it, keep in mind, this is the infuriating thing here. Keep in mind, there are more threats coming from Republicans against the ICC, the International Criminal Court for wanting to investigate Israel for war crimes. There are more threats coming from Republicans against the ICC and its lawfare against Israel than there is from Republicans towards the Democrats in their lawfare against Trump. So that just tells you donors are behind the scenes calling the shots. And there are a lot of donors until recently have been very nervous. They thought that you could take Trump out with the lawfare. They realize you can't and now they're backtracking. But in the end, yeah, Michael Johnson, this is his payoff to the Democrats for keeping him in power. This is the way every single speaker since Newt Gingrich, he was our only true Republican speaker, true grassroots Republican speaker doing the will of the people that we ever had. It doesn't matter who you're talking about, Bayner, Dennis Hasser, Bayner, Paul Ryan, McConnell, McConnell, McCarthy, and now Johnson, I mean, they're all bought and paid for by donors. The donors control both parties. So it all goes back to oligarchy, basically a billionaire, oligarchy, and he's just doing their bidding at this point. He's pathetic. Again, I don't think there's anything we can do. I would just F the Congress right now. Focus on Trump, focus on local elections, state, county elections, focus on Trump. Get him in. Let's get our majorities. It looks like we're going to get the Senate. Let's see if we can keep the House. I don't know if we can, but get our majorities and then let's let Trump go full animal, control the donors, and thereby control clowns like Johnson because he's just pathetic at this point. Dave, in what ways does Trump not behave like a Neocon and what ways does he behave? What ways? Oh, in what ways does he not behave like a Neocon? What ways does he behave like a Neocon? There's three, maybe four, four ways he doesn't behave as a Neocon. Number one in his demeanor and think of it in two sections. Number one in his demeanor and number two in his policies. In his demeanor, number one, he insults the deep state, he insults the swamp, he insults the establishment. No Neocon ever does that. No Neocon will ever do that because they are the establishment and they are perfectly in line with the deep state, with the three letter agencies. They don't want to be taken down by them, basically. So they give them whatever they want. So number one, and then numbers two, three, and four fall under the heading of the policies. He's for border control, which the Neocons are globalists so they don't believe in borders. He is all for bringing back manufacturing and industry, what we technically call economic nationalism, as well as energy and independence. Neocons are all about keeping the WEF happy and their green policies happy. He's all about defending traditional values, Neocons, or secularists, they care nothing about Christianity, our traditional values, and I'll throw in one more. So this is fun. And he's all about getting rid of permanent wars, he doesn't want to have anything to do with permanent foreign wars, doesn't want to have America as the unipolar interventionist police force, because he doesn't believe the unipolar world exists anymore. We're in a multipolar world with multiple power poles around the world. How is he like a Neocon? He's way, way, way too comfortable. With Neocons. I mean, he had Frickin John Bolton in his first administration, he thought he could bring Neocons under a new nationalist populist rubric. He thought he could, very similar to a certain extent, what we're seeing with the National Conservatism movement under your own, which has a lot of Neocon vibes to it. So it's just sort of, it's redressing Neoconism and making it more appealable to an increasingly, you know, America first. I don't even like the term isolationist, but America first more, you know, mega sentiment. And so he's just, he's just way too willing to, Mike Pompeo, I mean, my God, I mean, people like that are just, these are some of the most horrific people you could ever imagine having in your administration. So hopefully, hopefully he's learned his lesson, but we'll see. I don't know. He's thinking of Tim Scott or Kristin Om, you know, people like Mark Rubio for VP is just scary to me. So I don't think his policies or his demeanor have anything to do with Neocons, but unfortunately his relationships do. Kenneth Bryant, voice talent, good to hear from you, Kenneth. I'm curious as to why SCOTUS hasn't simply adhered to the precedent established by presidential records in the Department of Navy versus Aegon and up to held 45s immunity, right? I believe is you're going back to, is that the Nixon one? If I recall is it that is it the Fitzgerald or is this completely different? It sounds like it's something actually more I'm looking at, it's different. Either way, there are, I'm not familiar with that one. I'm familiar with the Fitzgerald case that did give, give the president immunity. Everyone goes back to. Well, Ford, pardon him so that they wouldn't indict him. That was Ford's interpretation of things. Again, we never had a situation like that before with Nixon. The Supreme Court most likely would have overturned any possible conviction, indictments and fell any conviction against Nixon saying he did, unless he is convicted in the Senate after being impeached, that's the constitutionally prescribed process by which holding a president legally and constitutionally accountable, unless that happens, a dinky court in Fulton County can't do it. A DC Circuit, a corrupt DC Circuit Court can't do it. It is not in their jurisdiction to hold the president of the United States under any kind of criminal investigation, unless the House impeaches him and the Senate convicts him. If that doesn't happen, the president is free. That's just the way our system works. So I'm with you. I mean, I think they are going to uphold his immunity. It's on ice until they make the decision, the decision will probably be in June or July, and I think it looks like they're going to uphold it based on the questions that they were asking. It won't be a blanket immunity, but it's going to be pretty strict, I think, because they know if they don't, the presidency has been destroyed. And for both parties, well, that's if Republicans actually fought. But they do the pleasure of their donors, but thank you, Kenneth. We just returned, this is American Free, good to hear from me American Free, we just returned from a two week vacation to Ireland where national popular sentiments were expressed by people everywhere. I know. Are you seeing what's going on with those huge rallies? I was going to do a, I just didn't get to it and I was going to do a bit on it. It's amazing. So many citizens conveyed unsolicited opposition to immigration and absolute disdain for their globalist government, one person said, we're not far from a revolution. We also heard a lot of support for President Trump. We've been to Ireland numerous times before and have never heard strong and unified sentiments like this. Any thoughts? Yeah. So the right has gone through, sorry, I need to send a note. The right has gone through a number of setbacks. No question of the abortion setback was huge, their latest ridiculous vote. Their own version of Trudeau or something as their prime minister. It's just been ridiculous. And then something seemed to happen in terms of the setback stopping and then a massive backlash coming out. And that was the attempt to try to revamp their constitution into basically probably the single most woke constitution on the planet by removing any gender specific language and parental language and the like the, and the Irish rose up and pushed back against that. I mean, it was, it was mind boggling how huge of a backlash that vote was. And that seemed to get the ball rolling that and then we had the prime minister resign. You know, I mean, that seemed to get the ball rolling that seemed to galvanize the right. And again, it's not even the, as you know, America, the free, it's not even the right. It's not ideological. It's the people. It's very similar to what happened with farmers starting in the Netherlands and then going all the way throughout Europe, including Britain, where, you know, these aren't right wingers. These aren't guys reading happy cannon or they, they aren't reading, you know, Murray Rothbard or they're not reading political theorists. They're not on the left. They're not on the right. They're freaking farmers. And their way of life is being threatened. And I think that's what's happening to more and more Irish. They're waking up to the fact that through the radical, globalist, WF policies, Brussels-based policies being imposed upon them in ways they have no say over. They are losing their way of life. And the more and more we can convince populations throughout the West that these globalists are trying to take away and destroy your way of life, the way of life that your grandparents fought and literally died for, the more and more we're going to see a populist revolt rise up like never before. And that, that is what it's going to, I think, in the end, win the day. It's called civilizational populism. And it seems to be awakening finally in Ireland after many, many setbacks. So awesome. It's great to see Sean, rock dog, Dr. Steve, when Trump is reelected, if he goes after these law fair criminals, I think people look at it as justified in punishing people violated the law, or look at it as retaliation, very, very, very good, of course. So what's the political ramifications of that? Well, first, let's state the obvious, I don't think Trump cares. I think it's going to go after them because for Trump, it's the same. There should be retribution. There should be retaliation against such blatant criminality, right? Because when all of a sudden done, the retributive nature, punishment has a retributive nature to it. So retribution and legal punishment and restoration are actually one and the same. The left will obviously try to temper it very similar to what we're seeing right now with Israel in the Palestinian situation. Pro-Palestinian are trying to, in effect, saying that this response is completely disproportionate. So they're turning the aggressors originally October 7th into the victims and the victims of October 7th into the aggressors by pushing this notion that this retaliation is completely disproportionate to the crime. There is a retribution that is allowable, but the retribution has to be proportionate. So I'm sure they're going to try to do something similar with Trump when he begins to round these guys up. But to what, how successful they'll be in turning the swamp into the victim, that remains to be seen again. Legacy media will be doing that 24/7, but their audience is just bledging. I mean, their audience is evaporating as we speak. More and more people are just going to independent content creation and social media for their news. Ironically, TikTok and the like, that kind of nuance for what Trump is doing. I don't think is going to be conducive to those platforms, but we'll see. So what all of a sudden, I think they're one and the same. I think retribution and punishment are one and the same. People punishment, but then they're going to, the left is going to try their best to differentiate and paint the swamp as a victim. And we'll see how successful they are. They may be. We'll see. But it'll be fun to see. Paul, I've heard some from some quarters that China wants to conquer us, but that they are incapable of doing that militarily, and that's why they are trying to erode us from inside. We've had our politicians enforce the trans agenda, which besides being all too prevalent in our schools, weakening the next generation of men has also creeped into our military. We can that too. This long game makes us vulnerable to attack. Thoughts. Okay. So I have a definite opinion on China. My view is China has no interest whatsoever in conquering us. None. Zippo. It's not a, it's not in their history. That's not what they do. They're not a militant, you know, imperial, expanding people. We are. United States is. We love using our military. China far more prefers to beat you economically. They far more prefer very much like what Japan was doing in the 1980s. They far more prefer to solve problems, build bridges, build roads, right, the Belt and Road Initiative, build roads to Beijing, as it were, and make Beijing the, what do they call it, the Tianxia, the center of the heavenly center of earth. They're basically the source for global harmony. They don't tend to use military to do that. That's just the Chinese don't. That's not their history. I mean, you can look at over the last century, they tend not to do that. So that said, they do want to weaken us because they actually see us as a threat to them. They see the United States as the one threatening them with Taiwan. They see the United States as the one threatening them with intellectual property, retribution and blowback and retaliation. So they see the United States is actually getting in the way of them being able to bring about that Tianxia vision of the world, which again, they see much more economically and diplomatically. And so they're trying to weaken us so as to thwart our attempt to thwart their civilizational rise, as it were. So yes, they're doing all kinds of nefarious things in the United States. But ironically, I would argue that they're trying to do it to damper the threat we pose to them as opposed to weaken us so that they can become more of a threat to us. I just don't I don't see China that way. I know a lot of a lot of our fellow ilk on the right do, but I don't think it's I don't think they understand the kind of confusion, civilizational turn that China's taken over the last certainly since dang over the last 30 years or so. They've just they're much, much more interested in culture, civilization, religion, and and restoring a sense of Chinese cosmos in the world than they are about militantly conquering and taking over through warfare. They're just not now they rattle their sabers periodically with Taiwan because they feel threatened. They feel like we are encroaching on their space just the way Russia felt with what NATO was doing with Ukraine. So we have to be very, very careful there, no question. But in the process, they are certainly trying to weaken us. So as to thwart the threat that we pose to them rather than to increase the threat they pose to us. That's my opinion. We'll see. We'll see how it works out. Thank you, Paul. Brilliant question. Mevid Aloka, when Trump and his vice president take office, whomever that may be, what are the odds that General Flynn will be the new attorney general? I don't know if he'll be AG. That'd be a great question. I doubt it though. I don't think AGs tend to be lawyers. And he's he's a military guy through and through. So I see Flynn function more in a military capacity. I can see him, you know, joint chiefs of staff, just something, something akin to that. It'll be interesting to see. But I think Mike Flynn will have a definitely central role. And I would hope it would be to finally destroy the deep state that that deliberately tried to take him out. Dragonish, your opinion on the top contenders for Trump's VP, I have no, Dragonish, I gotta be honest with you, I have no clue. I literally have no clue because everybody we think is like top of the line this week goes to the back of the line in four weeks from now. Tucker was on that. I mean, even Don Trump, Jr was talking about how much you'd love to see Tucker as Trump's VP. Yeah. And now there's no talk of Tucker, which is crazy. And remember, they were going to UFC fights together and all that sort of stop. Maybe Kid Rock wouldn't that be wild Trump and Kid Rock, man, talk about a rock and ticket. I just don't know, bottom line, they have, whoever the person is, has to freak the deep state and the powers that be in the establishment out more than Trump. Otherwise they're going to take out Trump and just put in there. That's the way they're going to get their guy in it. So if he puts Tim Scott, if he picks Tim Scott, Tim Scott is establishment rhino neo con as you can possibly get. I'm sorry. Whether we like him or not, it's irrelevant or like, I mean, he's Lindsey Graham light. And so he picks Tim Scott, he's going to get impeached overnight. They're going to take, they're going to take Trump out in order to bring their, their person in. So that's, he needs to find somebody that the deep state is more frightened of than even Trump. That's why I believe in the end, MAGA gets Steve Bannon's talking about this. In many ways, MAGA in the next three to five years will make Trump look moderate by comparison. MAGAs go in full animal. They're going full America first in very, very bold ways that will, that will be, that will hardly be subtle. Bill Morrison, do you think that Democrats and Republican leaders had the upcoming election rigged for brain dead Biden? Well, so yes, yes, it's already rigged with the law fair. So the law fair is part of the rigging. It's an extended rigging of the election. But now the law fair has failed, failed miserably. So now they're going to have to go back to the 2020 kind of rigging. But the apparatus for that rigging isn't there. The mass mail in ballot apparatus simply isn't there. And so that's why people are getting freaked out with the illegal aliens voting. Because it just seems like they have no other choice. So yes, they're going to do what they can. They're going to get their 105% turnout in certain Philadelphia districts as they bust in Camden, Camden voters from New Jersey from over the river into Philly. Philly's notorious in terms of, it always has been notorious in terms of fraud. You can see the same thing in Chicago and all that. But there's no chance of Trump winning Illinois. Really the question, I mean, they're scared. The question is, you know, I mean, they're seeing Trump. They're seeing the polls coming in. And on average, Trump is just down not even two points in the RCP polling aggregate. He's down not even two points to Biden in freaking Minnesota, in freaking Minnesota. And by the way, again, Biden tends to underperform or Democrats in general tend to underperform Minnesota Republicans tend to overperform. So I mean, Minnesota was the sole state that voted for Mondale in '84. I mean, it's just, you know, they've never, I'd never since I think 72 is the last time they voted Republican. I mean, Trump may actually be taking Minnesota. So they're, they're, I mean, they're freaking out. They don't. The law fair was supposed to solve this. And it's not. So now they've got to go to some kind of shenanigans. But I mean, more maggot folk are volunteering at the polls or becoming poll watchers, precinct workers than ever before. Thank you, Steve Bannon. Thank you. Early vote action with the, we're getting our ballot harvesting. We've got Pressler in, in, in shape and in order. It's going to be hard. And again, think about all the massive cheating that went on 2020 and still in the end Biden won by only 40,000 votes only. Right. The guy who was the guy who supposedly won 80 plus million votes won the election by only 40,000, 10,000 Arizona, 10,000 Georgia, 20,000 Wisconsin. You could scratch off Arizona and Georgia, I mean, that's right now there's just, there's no conceivable ways going to, well, I mean, he's, he's lead is way beyond the margin of fraud there. They would have to double their population basically in Arizona and Georgia to, to do it, pull it off. We'll see with Wisconsin, just with the kind of fraud that you'll see in Madison Milwaukee and Kenosha and all. So we'll have to see. Yes, they are already, they are already doing everything they possibly can to fix this election, whether they can or not is, is the issue. Terry, good to hear from you. Can Trump make a case for the federal government or any state government making enforcing a bill of a tanger and or an ex post facto law? Dude, what the heck? You are stretching my mind here, Bill, ex post facto law. Ooh, okay, oh, you're good. Dang, Terry. You're good. Bill of a tanger, an act of legislative, an act of a legislature declaring a person or a group of people guilty of some crime and punishing them often without trial. Very, very interesting. I don't know the answer to that. I honestly don't. We would need someone likes my name, St. Jonathan Turley or Robert Barnes to answer that for you. That requires a legal expertise. I do not. I do not possess very, but so you taught me something today, Terry, that's cool. Very cool. Rich, Dr. Steve Schinde, the spelling of Disney BT, I love it. Oh, Rich, that's awesome. That's awesome. If you weren't already an insider club member, I'd give you a free membership. That is too cool, Rich. Oh, that's awesome. DEI's knee. I love it. Bob C is Biden's refusal of arms to Israel, a result of recent polling in Michigan. Yes, you caught that. Very good, Bob. Very, very good. That's right. So we're looking at, look, he needs Michigan. I've read some strategists who said it is so serious for the Democrats right now. It's all coming down to Michigan. Michigan is a win or lose state. If they lose Michigan, it's over. It's absolutely over and Michigan has the highest Muslim population, most densely Muslim population in the country, particularly Dearborn. And remember, during the Michigan primaries, Biden lost Dearborn and he lost it like three to one because they voted for undeclared or whatever it was as a protest vote against Biden. So yes, they're very nervous. I have personally spoken with Arab Muslim-American voter from Palestine. Yeah, he's nine kids. Really neat guy. He told me he voted for Biden in 2020. He will not, under any circumstances, vote for him again in 2024. He believes Biden is basically a war criminal at this point. Now, again, right or wrong, because of his support of Israel and a BB, right or wrong is irrelevant. It's absolutely irrelevant. But he made it very, very clear, he's not alone that virtually everybody he knows in the Arab-American, Muslim-American community is not voting for Biden. Now, they're not voting for Trump either, but that's okay. We just need to cut out that margin that he got because that was a 70 percent vote. Muslim-Americans voted for Biden by 70 percent. I forgot what the margin was, but the total was 70 percent. We can figure that out, was that a 40 percent margin. That's fine. Cut away that margin. That's all we need. So yes, you got it. That's very astute. By the way, gang, I did do a video, if you didn't catch it yesterday on Christians and mega churches taking over California's public schools, you'd definitely want to check that out. It's going to pump you up in terms of just the, oh, just the way that patriots aren't waiting around for the Republicans to get their act together. They're actually taking action themselves. When I pointed out how that's actually becoming par for the course and the way patriots, particularly Christian patriots are rising up and taking over, if you take for an example, our good friend, Jeffrey Cowsky, he has a strategy out now to use real estate acquisition to basically take over pockets of the country. He already owns over a quarter of a billion, yes, that's a billion with a B, dollars worth of real estate across America. He's the one I always go to for real estate advice. What's so awesome is that Jeff is actually doing something comparable to what mega churches and Christians are doing in taking over the public school system in California. He's leading a movement of Christian patriots to buy up tons of real estate in order to perpetuate a culture of faith, family and freedom. I know a lot of you have been wanting to get into real estate, to learn to invest in real estate, to have a mentor who's a patriot, a Christian patriot, mentor you in investing in real estate. You just didn't know who you didn't know how. Guess what? Today's the day, gang. Jeff is here to help you do just that. Jeff and his team have opened up some time to talk to you guys about your goals, about how they can potentially help make those goals a reality. It's just a quick 15 minute intro call and I really encourage you to take advantage of it. Just click on that link below or go to free intro call.com. That's free intro call.com. Right now, book a call with Jeff and his team. This really is a once in a lifetime opportunity to work with a guy again who a Christian patriot who owns over a quarter of a billion dollars in real estate assets. Absolutely making amazing. He's here to mentor you, to get into a whole real estate market in a way to flourish a culture of faith, family and freedom. Just click on that link below. Book a call with Jeff and his team. They're absolutely amazing. All right. Who else we got? Who else we got? Sean Erickson, Rock Dogg, Dr. Steve, first Happy Easter, Kristal Sinesti, Christ is risen. Thank you, Sean. The amount of treason and criminality of Biden is puppet mount given the amount of treason and criminality of Biden as puppet masters. If Trump goes after them for their legitimate crimes, do you think a majority of the people would support Trump doing that? I do. I think if Trump, I think if Trump does it right, the Republicans do it right. Big if with the Republicans, right? But I think if they do it right, if they don't listen to Kristi Numb's publicist, for example, yeah, I think most people, most people do recognize there's a swamp. Most people do recognize that DC is totally compromised to big business, big money interests. We're going through a crisis of legitimacy in virtually every major public institution where you take the latest Gallup poll, but just the Gallup polls over the last 20 years and trust and confidence in our and faith in our public institutions has just been imploding. It's just been, it's at its lowest levels, it's ever, ever been. It's known as the process of de-legitimization. And if you want to see where de-legitimization ultimately ends up, just look at the Berlin Wall. I mean, when you have a critical mass of people just no longer trust their public institutions, they do collapse, they do fall apart. And I think Trump can play off this crisis legitimacy and show that he's actually, he's now the one who can restore confidence and faith back into our public institutions. But he's going to have to do that by rolling out the criminals as it were. Yeah, I agree. Joe Wells, have you seen that Oklahoma's rejected the new Title IX? Yep. Told them. We would not comply. More states fall. Yeah, it's already happening. Texas is going, their Florida is going, their Tennessee is going, their Oakland. You guys in Oklahoma are freaking awesome. I did that video on why the tallest building in the country is about to be built in Oklahoma. We're moving away from New York and Chicago and L.A. and we're going to red states now. And yeah, Oklahoma has been on the front lines of pushing back against all the LGBT stuff, all the trans stuff, I think every single county is a sanctuary, a second amendment sanctuary county. I mean, you've got the trifecta, you've got your governor, you've got your both, you've got super majorities and both legislatures. I mean, you're amazing. I love Oklahoma. I've, you know, people say when they asked me, you know, because I'm in Delaware, right? You're asked when you, when you finally moved to red state, where are you going to move? Are you going to be Texas? Are you going to be Tennessee? Are you going to be Florida? And I often said, you know, I am looking at Oklahoma, Oklahoma is just freaking cool. So anyway, yes, amen, Joe. There are many states following Oklahoma's lead and you are leading leading the red state revolt. I love it. Sean Rockdog, Dr. C, after Pedro Joe, who did the Democrats really have in 2020? It's really interesting. They don't have much. Their bench is pretty depleted. I mean, you're seeing it now, they're looking, they're looking at Michelle Obama. She's, again, she, number one, she doesn't look very interested. And number two, she's not that popular, believe it or not. She doesn't pull very well. Kamal is a joke, gruesome nuisance, a joke. He pulls even, he pulls even worse than Biden. He's not even that popular in California. They really don't have too much. They got Buttigieg. He's a joke. I mean, a literal joke. They just don't have that much. So I don't know who they're going to pull from. They'll find somebody. They always do. But I don't know. They'll probably have to go into Hollywood at some point. But again, that's, yeah, those guys, I mean, that'll be fun. So Jules, a great doctor just did a true the vote interview. Yeah, she claimed that in her title, VX, XV is at 25. Criminal code says the illegals can vote if they relieve themselves to be citizens at the time of voting. Yeah. What the hell? Yeah. No, I know. I saw that with Tucker. We're going to have to see. I don't know. I found that a little bit of a stretch. Tucker can sometimes be a little, a little too much. The sky is falling for me. Again, doom and gloom tends to sell on the right because we do, we do see what the left, well, the left sees it as well. But we do see the left's world falling apart and, and we see them trying to hold on to control by using the mechanisms of control that results, that turns liberalism into tyranny. And so, so I get it. I get why doom and gloom prevails, but I don't know about that. That seemed like it was a little bit of a, of a stretch, but we'll see, we'll see it. I'm glad, I'm glad it's front and center. So now we can monitor it and see what's going on there. Bill post, would you say the Supreme Court is culpable to 2020 Trump loss as only two justices, Alino and Thomas were willing to hear the Trump case and the election fraud. But that's the case. Do you think the Supreme Court heard Trump's case that Trump would have prevailed and been given the election? It's a good question. It just seemed to me that because, because state legislatures, legislators have the sole plenary authority on all matters of elections, federal, state, local elections. It just seemed like the Supreme Court wanted to stay out of it and just allow the states to work it out. That's the way Roberts approached it. Now with legalized warfare, right, law fair, now it's in their jurisdiction. They have no choice. It's, it's, now the law, it's out, it's out of the hands of the state legislatures. Now it's in the hands of courts. Now when they tried to do this, what made 2020 interesting is that they tried to turn it into a court issue and the Supreme Court shut that down. Whereas the law fair is by definition a court issue and the Supreme Court is swooping in and it looks like they're being very, very aggressive with trying to shut down this law fair. They recognize what's going on. They don't like it. So that's, that's, so in the end, I don't, I don't know what they would have ruled in 2020. They just saw this as a, you know, they saw this as a total separation of powers issue. This is a legislature issue, all sole plenary authority belongs with state legislatures. You worked this out. They didn't, Arizona didn't, Georgia didn't, Wisconsin didn't. They all could have. They didn't all, all Republican, by the way, dominated, but they were never Trumpers. And so they, now, now, by the way, they are saying maya culpa, you saw that with Brian Kemp signing just this week alone, three election integrity bills designed to basically fortify the Georgia's elections to make sure that Trump wins, he's trying to get back into Trump's good graces so he can run for the Senate and what is it in 2028, I think. So, so, and Trump will give it to him, I'm sure. So they've changed their two now that they see that Trump is coming back, but back then they, they thought Trump looked very weak and this was the way they could take Trump out. And they work with Democrats to do it. So, so that's a Supreme Court said, this is all you guys is politics, you get, get, get different Republicans. Randy, will the Dems move to switch out Biden during their upcoming convention? So my argument, and this is Larry Schweikert's argument, they had a chance to get rid of Biden and they blew it because they went all in on weaponized legalism. So they had a chance. I don't think they're going to do it. I know P again, we're, you know, we tend to be prone to those kinds of speculations, but I know I think they're stuck with Biden. I think they're going all the way with them. And if things work out the way they look like they're going to work out and the shenanigans are awarded at least to a point again, that's where Republicans have to really think creatively. How are we going to thwart those shenanigans? I don't care how you do it. Just ward it. I don't care how you do it. Just ward it. Right. We can thwart those shenanigans. We're looking at Trump being number 47. Bill, what, what they make, will they make the polling stations count as ballots before going home? They make the polling stations count all ballots before going home. When they stop for the night, that's when the election was altered. Yeah, we'll have to see Bill. I mean, that's obviously, again, those were part of the shenanigans, the 3 AM shenanigans. And and by the way, Biden is pulling very, very well with 3 AM voters. I think 99% to one right now, I think that was a battle on the headline. So yeah, again, I'm, I think I caught the Georgia bill, the Georgia bill that was just signed into law was that all mail-in ballots have to be counted the day of the election. So they are really clamping down in Georgia, Trump's got Georgia. So you don't have to worry about that. And it looks like Trump's got Arizona. They've clamped down there as well. They screwed up a bit on 2022, admittedly. Kerry Lake got caught flat foot on that on election day shenanigans. We weren't expecting that with machines, you know, failing to operate and so forth. But again, with all those shenanigans, we have to remember they barely won. They won by just a few thousand folks. So I mean, I don't expect them. They don't think they're going to be able to pull that off. If they did, they wouldn't be given Trump the time of day. They'd be like, let them, let them run around and campaign those blue in the face. We got election day all squared up. Don't worry about it. They don't feel you, you can sense Democrats do not feel that they have this shorn up. They just don't. So we'll have to see. Maximilian, you told me that one of the six parts of worldview was political cosmology. Please elaborate and tell me where to learn more. Okay. So, Maximilian, yeah, you keep putting political this. So a worldview is not necessarily politics. It's not. So the worldview is your is everyone has a worldview and in your worldview, you've got this cognized hierarchy structure and by which we make decisions, by which we order our values, our priorities and so forth at the top is some kind of, some kind of sacred like we've talked about, which we would tend to call theology. And then you have like a cosmology, you can have the metaphysics as part of that as well. Then you have your anthropology, you have your epistemology ethics and aesthetics. You're losing like half the people, people are going, well, if you don't know if your first time here, Maximilian is always asked quite the deep question. So when you get into cosmology, the basic gist here is not political cosmology. It's just cosmology. The cosmology can then be instantiated in our politics, right? So whatever your sacred is, whatever your sacred is, it's inevitably going to affect the way you see the cosmos. Hero is where the Lord our God, the Lord is one, right? The Hebrews Shema, right? That's why they're called the semites. The semites are the people of the Shema, the Sema, the heroes of hero is where the Lord our God, the Lord is one, that confession of faith. Obviously their view of the cosmosis could be very, very different. If your sacred is, science is the only way we can know. Or in the beginning was the big bang, and that's it, right? So one is going to see creation, the cosmosis creation, whereas the other one is going to see the cosmosis more just as nature that operates by blind random processes or the inherent properties of matter, what have you. So whatever your sacred is, it's inevitably going to shape your cosmic conceptions of things. And then the cosmic conception of things are going to shape your politics. So the politics of ancient Israel are going to be radically different than the politics of a Darwinian culture, for example, right? So one is going to be seen as a king who operates as the son of God, and the other one is going to be seen more as, I don't know, a social engineer technician, right, who's supposed to exercise control over biological chemical mechanisms because that's all reality ultimately is. So that's kind of the hierarchy you work at in trying to discern what the nature of a culture is in terms of its unique civilizational vision of the world, starting in its sense of the sacred and divine going all the way through its politics, into its ethics, into its way of knowing, into its structuring of beauty and literature and art and architecture and music and poetry and the life. So there you go. We'll chat more on that on Monday night if you want during our live Q&A, which you guys can join by joining any tier of support just by clicking on that link below. My second oldest daughter is graduating from college the day before. So we have big celebrations family coming into. So things are a little and then in the process, he and my wife are going off on a wonderful trip, a school trip to Greece and Rome to Athens and Rome. So there it's a little bit crazy at the Turley household right now. And I've got some other interviews lined up as well with the Lotus channel. I think we're taping on Monday. Great, great. If you guys aren't watching sticks as analysis, you've got your missing out. It's phenomenal. Lolly, what's your take on the US media reporting is real bombing Iran that turned out to be fake news. I'm reminded Biden's intelligence chair raising huge alarms publicly about a security. Well, it was so as it turns out, yeah, a lot of. That was very choreographed. It was meant to be choreographed, both the retaliation by Iran and the retaliation against that or retaliation by Israel. In order to placate expectations by both their own populations and populations surrounding them that they were going to retaliate because if you don't, you look weak and then other nations could take advantage of you and then the confidence and trust in you among your people begins to wane. So I think it was choreographed to keep everyone satisfied looking for retaliation. But the retaliations were so measured, so as not to escalate. And it achieved it. And again, make no mistake, Russia was buying the scenes, Putin was buying the scenes. Putin is very important in that region because he's only one of the only powers that are friends with both Israel and Iran. China as well, ironically. America tends to make lots of enemies around the world. So America refuses to talk to Iran or America refuses to talk to North Korea. And so what we end up doing is we end up putting a straight jacket on ourselves, diplomatically speaking and geopolitically speaking. So that's all. It was in the end that it was, yeah, it was a little bit of kabuki theater just to keep retaliation expectations satisfied, but not escalating. That's where we are. Browning man, a question with all these Nazi Islamic protests going on these campuses. How come Republicans are not calling the Democrats out? Well, they are to a point. Yeah, well, so Trump is, Trump has been every morning, he talks about the riots and the disarray and the breakdown of law and order on our college campuses. That's key. That's what you got to do. The Republicans, for whatever reason, tried to or did a successive pass that anti-Semitism Awareness Act, which again, regardless of whether you think, what you think about any of that, it's getting, it's involving itself in the civil war that's blowing up the left right now between the pro-Palestinian progressives on the one hand and the pro-Israeli liberals on the other. They're beating each other up right now and when your enemy is beating each other up, beating himself up, stay out of it. The vast majority of the country looks at what's happening on our college campuses, very similar to what happened in '68. They see radical leftists taking over institutions and causing all kinds of chaos in mayhem. So what's the solution? Exactly what Nixon made it. Vote for me and the Republicans and we will restore law and order. What happened in '72, Nixon got the biggest landslide re-election victory we've ever seen in American politics. And then you had a reprieve in '76 with Carter and then three Republican landslides in a row. Boom, boom, boom, 80, 80, 40, 88. So that's what Republicans have to do. We are the party of law and order. Put us in office and we will restore law and order once and for all. Stay out of the Democrats civil war. Don't get involved in Israel or Palestine, just let them beat each other up. We're restoring law and order. Yeah. And to the extent the Republicans don't do it, they're just Christie gnoming themselves in the foot. Bill, will they make the polling stations count? Oops, I. Good morning, Dr. Steve from France. When a country like Georgia pushes back on globalism, it's referred to as civilizationalism. Is there a term when a population pushes back against a theocracy like in Iran? Well, I mean, you may not like it froms, but I mean, I think it's called globalism. I mean, so the civilizationalism of Iran is theocratic. If the last 40 years don't prove that, I don't know what can be the population in Iran overwhelmingly supports their Shiite theocracy. They see themselves as in effect the the caliphate of the of the Shiite Islamic world, which is about 15% of global Islam. So and they become very, very successful in the geopolitical in the region with the Houthis in Yemen and and Hezbollah in Lebanon, both Shiite. And with the Shiite forces in Iraq. So they really do. They're not. I mean, anyone who's going against the theocratic regime right now tends to be supported by people like Soros and, you know, the deep state and again, you have to remember the United States was publicly humiliated by Iran after the revolution back in '79, absolute and an 80 publicly humiliated doesn't even begin to, I mean, it doesn't even begin to describe it. And we're still pissed at that. We still hate Iran over that. But taking a step back, right, making sure we understand civilizationally what's happening in the world, theocracy is actually becoming more and more popular today. Critics a lot of critics argue that Russia's a default theocracy right now, a Russian Orthodox theocracy. Of course, we have the new Islamic Republic of Afghanistan that was just formed thanks to to Joe Biden to full blown theocracy. Saudi Arabia is a full blown Wahhabi theocracy, theocracies are actually the norm. That's where people are going in terms of the civilizational move for right or for wrong. That's just where it's going. People like John Bolton want to stop that, right? People like, you know, Soros want to stop that ironically, Bolton and Soros on the same side when it comes to Iran. So you just have I think a lot we I think there's a lot of unlearning that has to be done for us via Iran, because we saw them as a backward, nutty, fundamentalist, insane radical group that took over a nation that was going very liberal, very pro-Western under the Shah. And then they humiliated us in the process of we've hated him ever since, and we seem as a bunch of radical terrorist thugs, maybe, but in the rising up of the civilizationalist world, what happened in 1979 takes on a whole different meaning. And when you read the analysis of the return of civilizationalism, many analysts actually mark 1979 Tehran as the beginning of the age, if you can believe the beginning of this new civilizationalist age, it's pretty, it's amazing stuff in terms of the way it forces us to rethink things here. So very good friends. All right, guys, I am running out of time here. Just a couple of more. Let me see if I can zip through these. Do you think President Trump will be criminally convicted? If any of these in the any of the shams cases, the only one I see the possibility of is the New York Alvin Bragg case, which again, it would be an indictment on just how crooked and corrupt Manhattan courts have become. If that's the case, Trump wins. I don't know. He's going to have to do some serious lawfare of his own in cleaning up these courts and have to figure out how to do that. John, what do you think of Trump pardoning Biden as a show good faith in the United States? And would that seal the deal for upcoming Republicans? Good question. I don't know the answer to that. Biden would have to be convicted of something. Again, I will, you know, it's a good question. Do I want to be consistent or do I want to get even? Good question. I have to think about it, but he hasn't been convicted of anything. So it's a moot point at this point. Dave Jackson, who would Trump fare with fitting American to a mole? How would Trump fare fitting American to a multiple or world? He likes being first. Could he accept a supporting role while America recalibrates itself? Yeah. I think in many ways, we were already very much, he was operating in accordance with a multipolar world. Look at what he did. Again, I brought up North Korea. Look at what he did with Kim Jong-un. Well, that was amazing of going out and actually visiting and being the first president to step on to the, on to the SOAP, past the 38th parallel, the soil of North Korea. I mean, he's willing to negotiate with anybody. And that's the world of multipolarism. Time is learning to negotiate with everyone, seeing everybody as an equal partner in the process of bringing about world order and seeing our economic interests as being genuine, bona fide, mutual interests, shared interests, common interests, and then, and to leave our cultures alone. Where Japan is dealing with China, it's always just to try to get to a good common sense agreement. They're not trying to convert China, they're not, they're not talking about regime change in China. They're not talking about China's violation of human rights, you know, enough of this virtue signaling bullshit. And the beauty with Trump is he just never went there. And he just, he wanted to negotiate bilaterally, nation per nation, and he punished China because China was taking advantage of us big time, but then China turned around and actually China and Trump had a pretty good relationship. So yeah, so I think he's perfect for a multipolar Jules. Hey, hey, hey, for Steve, my family is from Kenosha. They're full maga. Oh, yeah. No, no, granted, granted. And I'd have written house. It was a sheriff over the governor of that Trump talk to incent the garden at 3 a.m. Yeah. Yeah. And I was talking about Wisconsin and cheating and I think I brought up Kenosha. No, no, no, I got, I gotcha, Kenosha is big maga countries. Well, but, but you know, I'm just saying no, no, no, it's nefarious forces working, working beneath the surface, not, not, and not trying to implicate any citizens. France, we've covered how mattress money is now a double-unched mantra thanks to Fanny Willis. Oh, I thought the bed bugs, bravo France, bravo, I love it. Love it. Love it. Old polar, what does your take on the report that the jury was not impressed with the porn star performance? That's what I'm getting. I'm, I'm getting the jury was kind of like this is, this is getting to be a clown show. So we'll see. We'll see. I mean, again, she could be enough to overturn this thing on a, on an appeal, just in terms of having inadmissible evidence admitted. And that was a violation of, of Trump's due process. Lolly, what are your thoughts on so many celebrities? Turn to Christianity, Russell Brand, Kat Von D, Justin Bieber, Black China, Debbie, Lavato, Kim Kardashian, any signs of hope from this? Yeah, I, I, I liked what Russell Brand said the other day. He said something like, look, we don't trust. We don't trust our, our mediating public institutions anymore. We simply don't trust them. They lie to us over and over and over again. So where else are we going to go? We're going to eventually return to God. We're eventually going to return to the sacred and we're, and everyone's turning it to it in their own way. You're seeing a renewed paganism going on as well, which I see is all part of the same re-traditionalization. But many are going back to Christianity because they do see the church as much more trusted than the, the secular institutions that are constantly lying to them. So I think that was a very, very, very poignant point that Russell Brand made. Where else do you, where else do you expect us to go? Of course, we're all going to go back to God. So ironically, all the corruption that we see around us is turning people back to God. Lolly, how far do you think President Trump will go in draining the swamp? Do you think it was, let me lay dead. Oh, Argentina, did you see the Argentine peso is one of the strongest currencies in the world right now? Because of what? Malay did. He's going basically full Reagan deregulating, um, Argentina cutting, uh, department after department after department. It's just amazing what he's doing. He's actually got a surplus first surplus and what 40 years there, Argentina, amazing stuff. I hope so. He could get a lesson from him and a more even a lesson from Naiibu Kelly in El Salvador. Naiibu Kelly is in, in my view, uh, Naiibu Kelly, um, Victor Orban, a hungry, uh, these are, these are model leaders. I mean, I know a lot of people will find it controversial, but I would even say Vladimir Putin, just in the sense that he had to deal with a massive Russian swamp. When he came into power in 2000, oligarchical swamp, Kremlin swamp. And he did. And he effectively, um, crushed the swamp and crushed the oligarchs and he crushed, he crushed the, um, uh, the deep state swamp that he had to deal with in the Kremlin at the time. Now again, you may not like the way he did it. And you may not like what, you know, what he replaced it with that's neither here nor there. Just the point is he was able to do it, but I see someone like a Naiibu Kelly or Victor Orban, uh, and certainly, and well, certainly a Javier Malay at this point as being bottles of how to handle our own. I agree. Well, and we'll have to see, but to see right now it's schedule F. That's the big thing where he would fire upwards of about 60,000 employees, like literally overnight and then replace them with mega loyalists. Again, you don't create a vacuum per se. You have to create, I mean, you do want to get rid of some extraneous departments and so forth. Sure. But then you definitely want to make sure you bring in mega loyalists in there for the foreseeable future. So as to provide the immune system against wokeness ever returning. Browning man, uh, as a veteran from a family of veterans is a Christian. We are at the place where we should remove our Congress and re-established with folks who have served the people. It's exactly, exactly the sentiments of more and more people around the world, Browning man. And again, that's what's, that's what's animating the new government in, uh, in India since 2014, that's, that's what's given, uh, the Putin, uh, back-to-back, um, landslide victories. That's what gave Naibu Kelly, uh, an 85% landslide victory. There is this overwhelming sense among the people that their representatives simply don't give a rip about them. There was a you gov poll in Europe, I think in 2016, 2017, that asked Europeans, I think in the dozen nations, do you think your rep, your MPs, your members of parliament care about you and your concerns and your, your, your issues that you have on average 70% said, no, our representatives don't care about us. That sounds sustainable. And so eventually there's going to be a populist revolt where the people want to replace these professional politicians with, who rule for their own values, for their own benefit, you know, in accordance with their own values, interests and concerns and replace them with representatives, not rulers, representatives who represent the values, interests and concerns to the people. And that's what's happening. That's why, that's why India is going Hindu nationals now, the vast majority of the people said, you know, our politicians all get educated in Britain and they come back and all they do is institute secular policies. We're Hindu. We want Hindu policies. We want our faith represented in the public square. That's why the BJP, the Bharatiya Janata Party is poised now to win the third biggest landslide election in human history of any democracy. So that's your, your, you are definitely sounding the, the, the bell of many, many people around the world. I've been hearing for years, this is a lot of years and still hear how China is collapsing. Is it true? And so how do they still hold so much power on the world stage? There's, there's, there's two views on China, okay? And we don't know which one's right. So that's bottom line. I mean, you just have to be patient in terms of seeing how things play out. One view is China's going to take over the world. Okay. So this is a Jacques Martin view. The China's rising is the new quintessential civilization state. It is establishing its own, what it calls Tianxia, its, its own mandate of heaven in the world, where it's establishing its own literally own world order, where all roads ultimately end up in Beijing. And there was nothing anyone could do to stop it. They're just too big and they're too economically viable and strong. That's one view. The other view is the paper tiger view that it only looks like they're insurmountable. Actually we're about to implode. So this is the Peter Zion view that their demographic depletion, their, their economic mismanagement, their corruption within the government, all of this is working to basically keel over and collapse China. For me, the answer is obviously somewhere in the middle. I think China is going to continue to be to remain very strong and very powerful in the world economy and in the new civilizational order, but not as strong and as powerful as many predicted because of their own internal limitations. So that's what, but when you look at the scholarship, those are the two views. That's what you're going to get. You're going to get one, China's just, they're, they're going to take over the world. They're going to, they're calling it literally the, the, the China age or the, the, the China world on the, and the other, the Peter Zion's are like, now they're, they're, they're ready to collapse and then probably break up into multiple different countries because of their own inherent futilities, demographic, utilities, economic, utilities and like, and I, I see, I see the answers being in between. I see them as playing a very prominent role, but nowhere near what some were saying they were going to do because admittedly internal problems. America, the free, will it take a miracle from God for us to ever have a good Republican speaker? The house, the fools have been stuck over the past decade that we've been stuck with have been a disgrace. Yes. It looks like it does look like, I got to tell you, man, an active God for sure. Bottom line, we're going to that the speaker is going to be reflective of the paradigm that reigns over the establishment in DC. And the establishment is a swampy uniparty establishment that cares only about ruling the world at the behest of billionaires and bureaucrats. And unfortunately every single, every single house speaker we put in there is going to eventually reflect that in some way, shape or form. To his credit, Gingrich resisted that, I think quite well, but the rest all seem to go in that direction. So yes, I think eventually we'll get there, but it's only when we replace the regime that rules DC. And that is what 2024 is all about. And I think that is it, correct? It is.
