(upbeat music) Your morning ray of sunshine by Anansif, tomorrow. Does your car take you anywhere? Imagine that we have this car that actually hardly works. At best, it can take us to their t-shirt five minutes away. And even then, might break down halfway. Most of the time, we hitch rides from friends or take a cab or public transport. Why then do we think we have a car? Wouldn't it make sense to just junk it and get a real car? Now let's extend the analogy to a relationship. For name sakes, we are in one. But it gives us no fulfillment, no support, love, joy, nothing. At best, an occasional physical companion. Many spurts of joy and then long arid spells of sadness, loneliness, frustration. Why do we think we're in a relationship? Wouldn't it make sense to break free and make room for a real partner? We can extend this logic to every aspect of life, bear a job, an enterprise, a fitness regime, friendships, et al. That are just not giving us what we want or expect. Why in the name of security are we underselling ourselves so much? Do we love ourselves this less? These are a sense of worth so low that we don't think we can do any better? For heaven sakes, a cycle would be better than that junk heap of a car. Let's take a good look at our lives. Whatever needs to be junk, turfed out, let's. So that the universe can send us something special. Sunshine in your day. (dramatic music)
