Hello, this is Jenny Caverson with the Camp Grayling Range Report. Each week, we report the ranges, training land, and road closures to keep our communities safe and informed. This report can be found on all our social media platforms, the local newspaper, and here on Q100. The busiest training months are upon us and run through August. Michigan National Guard State Annual Training will take place June 1st through the 15th and northern strike August 3rd through the 17th. 30 complex gates and trails will be closed through the 22nd due to live fire training. 40 complex gates and trails will be closed through the 23rd with day fire and A-10 gunnery embalming near the air-to-ground range of waters May 20th through the 23rd with night fire. South Camp near Lake Marguerite will also be active with small arms. We appreciate your understanding as these training exercises ensure we remain prepared to respond to a wide range of scenarios.
