This is AP News, I'm Rita Folley. The judge in Donald Trump's hush money trial says he expects closing arguments now on May 28th. The Tuesday after Memorial Day. The trials back on this morning and just before entering the courtroom, Donald Trump told reporters he didn't do anything wrong. They have no case and have no crime. His lawyers say they haven't decided yet whether he'll testify. He did not respond to shout a questions from reporters this morning about whether his lawyers have advised him not to take the stand. Both Israel and Hamas are slamming the chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court who says some Israeli and Hamas leaders should be arrested because of the war in Gaza, including Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Karim Khan is trying to get arrest warrants issued. Nothing on earth can justify willfully depriving human beings, including women and children. Babies. The old and the young. Shock overseas after word that Iran's president and foreign minister have been killed in a helicopter crash in Iran. Eight people were killed in all. It was foggy when the chopper went down. Storms have damaged some homes in Oklahoma and Kansas, but in the Houston area, most powers back on after those deadly storms last week. The container ship that caused the deadly collapse of a bridge in Baltimore has been refloted and removed from the crash scene. The dolly began backing away at 6 a.m. this morning under sunny skies and began making way roughly two and a half miles to a marine terminal with an escort of tugboats. Pieces of steel bridge trusts are protruding from the bow. Officials have said they plan to unload the ship's containers and complete some short-term repairs while it's docked in Baltimore. A preliminary report from the National Transportation Safety Board found the ship experienced four electrical blackouts in the hours before it left port, lost power, and crashed into one of the peers of the Francis Scott Key Bridge on March 26.
