Lawyers in the classified documents case against former President Donald Trump are in court in Florida for the first time since the judge indefinitely postponed the trial earlier this month. Trump's lawyers want to dismiss the case. This is one of four cases against the former president. House Speaker Mike Johnson says it's all unfair. I've called it a disgrace because it is. It's clearly law fair. They're clearly going after President Trump because of who he is because he is a, you know, he'll soon to be officially the nominee of the Republican Party for president of the United States. I've had him tied up for weeks in a courthouse when he should be out, have the ability to speak freely in the campaign. Closing arguments will be heard next week in New York and Trump's Hush Money trial. A judge in Tennessee is blocking an attempt to sell Elvis Presley's home. The AP's Margie Zara Letter reports a company claims Graceland was used as collateral for a loan. Shelby County Chancellor Joe Day Jenkins has issued a temporary injunction against the sale of Graceland that was set for Thursday. Elvis Presley's granddaughter, actor Riley Keough, had sued Nossany Investments in private lending after it posted a public notice of a foreclosure sale for Graceland. The company said Keough's mother, Lisa Marie Presley, had put up Graceland as collateral for a 2018 loan that she failed to repay. Keough's lawsuit says Nossany provided fraudulent documents. Neither Keough nor attorneys for Nossany were in court on Wednesday. I'm Archie Zara Letter. New research shows daily or near daily use of marijuana is now as common as similar use of alcohol. Alcohol is still more widely used, but 2022 was the first time this intensive level of marijuana use overtook high-frequency drinking. That's according to research published in the journal Addiction. In 2022, nearly 18 million people used marijuana daily or near daily compared to the 14.7 million daily or near daily drinkers. The trend reflects changes in public policy since most states now allow medical or recreational marijuana use. I'm Haya Punjawani. Tennessee will soon become the first state in the country to offer free diapers to families enrolled in the state's Medicaid program. Families will be able to receive up to 100 diapers per month for children under two starting in August. On average, newborn babies can require 8 to 10 diapers a day or around 300 a month.
