This is AP News. I'm Rita Folley. Today a judge will hear arguments on a request by Donald Trump to dismiss an indictment against him in his classified documents case. The AP's Jennifer King. Lawyers in the classified documents case against former President Donald Trump meet today in Fort Pierce, Florida with Judge Aileen Cannon. The defense is arguing once again for a dismissal alleging the case fails to clearly articulate a crime in amounts to a personal and political attack. A newly unsealed defense motion was made public on Tuesday along with hundreds of pages of documents. It reveals defense lawyers are asserting the FBI's search of Mara Lago in 2022 was illegal. MasterCard says its latest software update should stop a criminal from being able to use a stolen credit card or debit card number. MasterCard is integrating artificial intelligence into its fraud prediction technology, which it says should see patterns and stolen cards faster and allow banks to replace them before they're even used by criminals. Johann Gerber, MasterCard's executive vice president of security and cyber innovation, says generative AI will help determine where a person's credentials were compromised. How it possibly happened and how MasterCard can quickly remedy the situation. Even for customers who don't yet realize they've been compromised. I'm Donna Warder.
