Hunter Biden tax evasion trial pushed back until September. That's the one I was looking forward to. Because that's the one in LA. And that was going to be right around the same time as the first debate, if there is a first debate, which I'm still skeptical will occur. But his lawyers said that it's too tough to have to prepare for the gun case out of Delaware. And then to go fly out to California three weeks later and have to defend the income tax evasion thing. The judge said that he would give them the extension to September the 5th. After the judge made the defense team promise not to seek further postponement. Good luck with that. Yeah, sure. Sure. They're going to not seek further postponement. So that would be around the time of the second debate should it come off. But I don't think it'll be a first let alone a second debate. But I just-- if Tim Scott adds six points, and there was a poll out saying he does add six points, the rest of them were all either no one, no change one way or the other, or a negative. I'd go with Scott. Just it's-- they got it. They got to get this guy out of here. The FBI agents at the Mar-a-Lago raid were not authorized to use deadly force. They were authorized to use deadly more. [BEEPING] I think it was-- it was deadly force. And just as we predicted, they said, oh, it was just stand-- that's standard operating procedure because we're so darn good. Which, like the inverted US flag was carried by rioters at the Capitol on June's January 6, 2021? Wait till they hear about the don't tread on me flag. [LAUGHTER] You know what, I dare say a lot of them were carrying Visa and MasterCard stuff. Also known as the pine tree flag. It's Maine, VIPs. It's a Maine flag. It dates back to the Revolutionary War. But largely fell into obscurity until recent years and is now a symbol of support for former President Donald Trump. [LAUGHTER] It is for a religious strand of the Stop the Steel campaign in a push to remake American government in Christian terms. [LAUGHTER] This evil appeal to Heaven flag was aloft at the Alito home on Long Beach Island in New Jersey in July and September of last year. A Google Street view image from late August also shows the flag. Boy, is this the biggest story since they discovered that the Hunter Biden laptop was rushing this information? This could be the biggest story they've had in the New York Times since they discovered that Donald Trump was colluding with the Russians. And that was through the Steele dossier. The photographs each taken independently are from four different dates. Wow. That's really damning. [MUSIC PLAYING] Superceding indictment issued against Justice Alito for flying the flag, not three times, but four times. It is not clear whether the flag was displayed continuously during those months or how long it was flown overall. [LAUGHTER] So the New York Times has taken a lot of grief, Taylor. Yeah, they're getting roasted on X. Bye. Bye, everybody. This one, I remember, Marco Rubio, they got him for a yacht. I think it was like a 20-foot fishing boat in Florida, which everybody-- he got like a $70,000 advance that he spent it on a boat. I remember that one because there was a former Harold reporter wrote the story. She didn't know a lot about yachts, but she didn't know a lot about a lot of things, as I recall. But it was a big story for about-- until Marco Rubio tweeted out a picture of the boat. And everybody said, hey, much of a boat for a US senator. Sketty, you're next with how we car. Go ahead, Sketty. Hi, hi, how are you? Hi. I'm sorry. That was me cracking up. I'm going to try to keep my composure. That was really funny. I didn't know what-- yes, that flag. They said she was being leaving and coming home with that flag upside down for a day. So who knows what that is, but I definitely want to tell you thank you for having Turtle Boy on all the time. That is, to me, the best thing for all of us when we can't hear the trial and all that there. Some people got to work, Sketty. Fortunately, I'm not one of them. I know, right? Yeah, well, I do some health care work. Right now, I'm concentrating with health care with my own brother. Yeah, no, we like having him on, and he's doing a good job. And the fact that they threw him in jail and that they despise him that much, he's got to be doing something right. You know, by their enemies, they will know you. That's just the way it is. There was a column in the Boston Herald today by Stephen Moore, and he summed it up in one paragraph, or most of it. Could a second Biden term be any more injurious to the economy than his first term? Stephen Moore's Moore. It seems unimaginable, given that the first three years gave us 20% inflation, the $2,000 loss in average real incomes for the middle class, 6 million added illegal aliens on welfare, a war on American energy that has caused gas prices to rise by more than 40% to 364 a gallon, the collapse of our many major cities, another $6 trillion added to the national debt, the unaffordability of new homes in the chaos on college campuses. That's crazy. That's a good thumbnail description, isn't it? Of what he's done? Now, for more years, give us four more years. That's what they say. 844, 542, 42. So this is James Comer, the head of the oversight committee from Kentucky. And he's asking this guy, Dr. David Morris, who was a deputy to Fauci. And he was bragging. He was writing emails, which have now become public, because nothing on the internet is ever gone forever, unless it's Hillary Clinton's emails. Apparently they are gone forever. But Chairman Comer from Kentucky is asking Dr. Morris about destroying the emails. Cut 11. You previously testified that you did not delete any federal records. But on February 24, 2021, you wrote, quote, I learned from our Fauci lady here how to make emails disappear after I'm Fauci it, but before the search starts. So I think we are all safe. Plus, I deleted most of those earlier emails after sending them to Gmail, end quote. And the next day on February 25, 2021, you wrote, quote, but I learned the tricks last year from an old friend, Marge Moore, who heads our Fauci office and also hates Fauci's, end quote. Yes or no, is Marge Moore the Fauci lady you were referring to? She was at the time. I believe she's retired since then. Did the NIH Fauci office instruct you on how to delete emails or avoid Fauci? So he learned how to destroy emails, delete emails before they were Fauci it. Kind of sounds like that, that cop, that Boston cop in the Karen Reed trial, you know, they told him to turn over his day before they told him to preserve all of his email and text conversations. He got a new phone. Just the, it was the darnest thing. He just said, the day before, cut 14, this Dr. Moran's. On June 16, 2020, you wrote, we're all smart enough to know to never have smoking guns. And if we wouldn't put them in emails and if we found them, we'd delete them. Now, did you ever have conversations with Dr. Fauci regarding deleting emails? I don't remember any such thing. You don't remember. No, sir. And I couldn't be daring. Tony and I don't have those kind of conversations. Did you ever delete any official records? Not to my knowledge, but again, we're at the issue of defining what's a federal record. I deleted a lot of emails, I do it every day. But in my mind, they're trivial things not related to government business. And to the best of my recollection, and I do not recall. You delete emails all the time. Okay. So then there was this eco-health. That's how they, that's how Fauci, you know, they were banned from paying for this gain of function research because it was so dangerous. It's into the world stuff that was going on. And even in the Obama administration, they were banned from doing it. So first they moved, they tried to move it overseas. Like when Fauci was killing all the Beagles, you know, they couldn't do it in North Carolina. So they started killing them in North Africa. But so they, first they said you can't use federal funds and then they said you can't do it at all, period. You can't have any of this gain of function research. So they moved it to China and they laundered the money. Democrats are real good at laundering money. Just look at the Steele dossier, for instance. Just look at Hunter Biden's paintings and all the millions he's made. Look at the 10% for the big guy. They know how to do cutouts. Real good, they do cutouts a lot better than they do the national economy. But so anyway, they were getting the money to China to produce this virus that killed 20 million people. They were doing it through eco-health, which was run by this guy. Peter Dossack, a good American fellow. And so Representative Comer is asking Warrens if he's talked to Fauci about this cutout that they used called eco-health, cut 12. - Dr. Rens, did you ever have any conversations with Dr. Fauci regarding eco-health? - Well, the ones you just mentioned, I don't have any recollection of that. - No recollection, no recollection, no. But let me just say what I do remember is one time in a face-to-face meeting, he referred or alluded to some stuff that was in the press. I don't even think he said what it was, but it was about, I assumed it was about Peter's grants and press reports about it, and the ending of the grant. And I said to him sort of out of the blue, guessing what he was really thinking. I said to him, Tony, I know you would have never been involved in getting rid of that grant. And he didn't respond, he just sort of looked at me and so Dr. Fauci was always a big defender of eco-health. - He didn't want to say anything 'cause he was smart enough to know never write when you can speak, never speak when you can nod, never nod when you can wink. And don't send any emails, okay? Cut 13, this is Dr. David Morin's. - I can't speak for him. - I think he had great respect for them. And when the grant problems came about, I think he was troubled by it. - The grant problem. - I just thought of something that I'd forgotten to say. At some point, somebody, it may not have been Tony, but it might have been Hugh Altoncloss. Somebody said to me, you know, Peter's his own worst enemy 'cause he made some mistakes on that grant. - I would say that's a factual statement. - Hugh Altoncloss, you know who he is, right? He's the father of Jake Altoncloss, the congressman from Newton. And he's the one who succeeded JoJo, Jo Kennedy. And you know, actually he's not one of the worst congressmen in our country. - Altonclossoss? - Yeah, Altonclossoss. Brandon thinks he's a female too, I think, doesn't he? Is she here? Is Altonclossoss here? Is she here? I think he said something like that. But Hugh Altoncloss was busted by the Wall Street Journal during the COVID. He was a short selling stocks. All those people were short selling stocks once they saw that, you know, that they were gonna succeed in their mission of shutting down the entire United States economy and the entire society in order to defeat Donald Trump. That's the way it worked out. I mean, these are people of unsleeping malevolence as Bulger used to put it. This is Ted Cruz, Senator Ted Cruz, talking to Anthony Blinken, the Secretary of State at a Senate hearing. And again, you know, Anthony Blinken, he's the one who was, Biden has sometimes called the Foreign Minister. I never heard an American, forget President, I never heard an American call the Secretary of State of Foreign Minister until what is he like Cardinal Richelieu or Otto von Bismarck, the Foreign Minister? But here's Ted Cruz laying into the Foreign Minister and rightly so, cut one. - Mr. Secretary, you have presided over the worst foreign policy disaster of modern times. When Joe Biden became President, he inherited peace and prosperity in the world. We now have two simultaneous wars waging the worst war in Europe since World War II and the worst war in the Middle East in 50 years. Both, I believe, were caused by this administration's consistent weakness. And indeed, your foreign policy is precisely backwards from what a rational American foreign policy should be. To our friends and allies, this administration is consistently undermined, weakened, and attacked them. And to our enemies, this administration has shown constant appeasement and indeed has flowed billions of dollars to the enemies of America who want to kill us. - Don't need a fact checker there, don't we? It's all true, every last dot of what he said. Cut two. Washington Post on May 11th wrote an article, I'm gonna read the opening paragraph, the Biden administration working urgently to stave off a full-scale Israeli invasion of Rafa, is offering Israel valuable assistance in an effort to persuade it to hold back, including sensitive intelligence to help the Israeli military pinpoint the location of Hamas leaders and find the group's hidden tunnels, according to four people familiar with the US offers. Is that paragraph accurate? - Exactly the opposite, first of all, no one has done more to defend Israel than Joe Biden. - Is that paragraph, no, let me finish it if I may please. He was there right after. - I'm not interested in a campaign speech. I've limited time. Is the paragraph in the Washington Post accurate? - As you read it, no. To the contrary, we're providing everything we possibly can to Israel to help them find. - So the four sources that briefed the post, and by the way, briefed multiple other media outlets, they were lying? - Absolutely. - And you could trust the foreign minister because he's not like the others, okay? All right, another good cut here. This is Senator Eric Schmidt. I think he's the former Attorney General of Missouri. So he knows, he was pretty successful as an AG. And he's talking about the FBI deadly force authorization when they went into Mar-a-Lago. And he makes some really good points last night with Laura Ingraham, cut three. - Okay, a new court filing unsealed today, Senator. This just in provided a behind the scenes look at how federal agents prepared for and executed the raid on Trump's Mar-a-Lago residence. That was back in August of '22, including deadly force being within the mission's guidelines. Senator, they were actually thinking of using deadly force, or it's on the table that might be necessary at Mar-a-Lago, really. - Yeah, if you ever needed any more evidence about the two tiers of justice, you compared this authorization of deadly force for the former president versus essentially the kid gloves they put on for Joe Biden who had classified materials from his Senate days in a garage where 100 Biden shares who's compromised by foreign governments, right? They treated these very differently. This is just sort of like the explanation. - Well, it's not just that. - Senator, they gave a heads up to the, or the lawyer was allowed to go, the White House lawyer was allowed to go to the garage and kind of check out the lay of the land first, right? Isn't that how it went down? So it was deadly force. Okay. - Yeah, yeah, absolutely. - That really, it's really-- - It's not funny. I mean, honestly, honestly, it's crazy. - It's not funny. - It's crazy. - Well, something actually could have gone down, I guess, at Mar-a-Lago. I'll tell you, though, one thing they didn't have to worry about any guests being assaulted, 'cause there weren't any guests, 'cause the place had been closed for two and a half, three months. The FBI couldn't figure that out, though. It's the world's premier law enforcement agency, you know, but apparently they couldn't Google when Mar-a-Lago's rooms were available. - I told you no buzzers like you will ever put me cuffs on me. 844-542. This is in Guatemala, Savage, now charged in Florida. Palm Beach County Sheriff's Department was arrested Saturday for kidnapping a minor under 13 and sexual assault. Here's a Guatemalan came into the country illegally, was stopped by the Border Patrol's release and made his way to South Florida. And now he commits a crime where he held an 11 year old girl against her will and sexually assaulted. That's the sheriff of Palm Beach County. Illegal alien mother allegedly hired hit man to kill witnesses to her son's crime. This is another one from Palm Beach County. Josephina Cardona Cardona. (tense music) Why isn't her first name Cardona? Cardona Cardona Cardona. She's the mother of Manuel Marcos Cardona who was sentenced to 15 years in prison for stabbing death at a birthday party in Lake Worth just south of Palm Beach.
