[MUSIC PLAYING] Better strap yourself in. It's time for the Howie Car Show. Shame, shame on that judge. How dare he threaten to not allow Donald Trump to put on a witness because the judge didn't like the way he looked at him. How do you look at that? Yeah, come on. Can't you see we're close? Live from the Matthews Brothers Studios. Order president Donald Trump using his time off from court in Manhattan to court voters in the Bronx. President Trump came here to the South Bronx. Would you attend the rally? Of course. I've been wanting to meet Trump. I want to shake his hand. He's the only president that I see that can ever make America great again. Should Joe Biden come? [BLEEP] Sleepy Joe, sleepy Joe. Sleepy Joe got to wake up if you want to come. Who's your captain? Howie Car. What do you think about a big Donald Trump rally in the Bronx? New York City's blue, Brooklyn's blue. No, no. Blue. Blue. What's an app? [INTERPOSING VOICES] Rump swabs, hacks, and moon bats beware. It's-- [MUSIC PLAYING] Howie Car. 844-542-42. We're not on the air on the Voice of Maine WVOM. They're having technical difficulties today. And I hope they get them straightened out very shortly. But if you're-- if you hear my voice now, you've figured out how to get the live audio streaming in various places. You know, elections have consequences. Catastrophic elections have catastrophic consequences. They put 200 new judges onto the bench, the federal bench. They're matching Trump's pace. And this is a calamity that will endure for many, many years, long after Brandon has gone to whatever reward he gets. And this one yesterday is this nominee that was up there. This is really appalling. I mean, this isn't not knowing what the rules of evidence are, what the Fifth Amendment covers. This is a decision to endanger women by a federal judge. They call them judge magistrates. They used to call them clerk magistrates, but they got a promotion. That's the way it goes in the Hakorama, federal or state, local. So she's a judge magistrate. She handles the rain months and stuff like that, not trials or anything. Her name is Sarah Nettburn. Sarah Nettburn. Sarah Nettburn, graduate of Brown University. But you probably already put that together. With what I said earlier, and UCLA law school, UCLA law school where they had the the pro Nazi rallies going on the last few weeks, she's a graduate. So a couple of years, 2022, she has this guy before her, William McLean. And now he means ma'am, it is ma'am. Yeah, his name is now July Justine Shelby. Don't call him June. His name is July. July Justine Shelby. He has been convicted of molesting a nine-year-old boy. He's been convicted of raping a 17-year-old girl. He was paroled, violated his parole, sent back to prison, released again, and then was convicted of distributing violent kiddie porn, violent kiddie porn, to other sex offenders. So then he decided he's a he's a woman, OK? In a handwritten petition filed in April of 2020, McLean, also, I'm going to call him a he, said she, as is Fox, feared for her safety, health safety in life, and suffered from gendered dysphoria. How about the boy that he molested, or the girl, the teenage girl that he raped? Do you think they felt they feared for their lives? So he says he's a woman, and he goes before this clerk magistrate, this judge magistrate, who's now up for a US district court judgeship. Sarah Netburn, Ivy League. And she lets this-- the Bureau of Prisons, I think they were saying, should a rapist really be in a female prison? So this is first, Judge, Senator John Kennedy, cut 11. Ms. Shelby said, I don't want to go to a male prison. I don't want to go to a female prison. And the board of prisons said, what planet did you parachute in from? You go into a male prison with this kind of record, and you sent him to a female prison, didn't you? You said that the board of prisons was trying to violate-- Bureau of Prisons. Ms. Shelby, former Mr. McLean's constitutional rights, didn't you? [MUSIC PLAYING] So here's Senator Ted Cruz with the big question that we always have in these cases, cut 12. And this individual, six foot two, biologically a man a minute ago, you said that when this man decided that he was a she, you said this individual was, quote, I wrote it down, sober and entirely a female. That phrase struck me as remarkable. Did this individual have male genitalia? I think what I said, or at least what I-- That is a verbatim quote, entirely a female. Sorry, what I meant to say was, hormonally a female. OK, but that's not entirely. Did this individual have male genitalia? Yes. I'm going to put him in a female prison. And he's raped men at boys and girls, boys and girls. He's a child rapist. He's a petarassed in a pedophile, cut 13. So you took a six foot two serial rapist, serial child rapist with male genitalia. And he said, you know, I'd like to be in a women's prison. And your answer was, that sounds great to me. Let me ask you something. The other women in that prison, do they have any rights? Yes, the other women in that prison, do they have any rights? Of course. Do they have the right not to have a six foot two man who is a repeat serial rapist put in as their cell mate? Senator Cruz, I considered the facts presented to me. Are you saying that I put an abnormal brain into a seven and a half foot long, 54 inch white? [INAUDIBLE] She considered the facts. Just the facts, ma'am. Just the facts. Cut 14. What I'm saying right now, that if you put this person in a female prison, there will be a risk of sexual assault to the women. And you know what you did? You said you didn't care about the women. I'm going to quote what you wrote. You wrote, quote, the bureau of prisons claim penological interest in protecting female prisoners from sexual violence and trauma. This interest is legitimate. That's kind of you to say. But there are no signs that petitioner is at risk of reoffending. The record is devoid of evidence of incidents of violence or assault during petitioner's incarceration when she was the perpetrator, only the victim. A theoretical risk of sexual assault by the prisoner, without more, cannot support the BOP's position. Yikes. Have you ever read any of the statements that have been made by former female prisoners that have been locked up with males about how frightened they are? There was a male prisoner in New Jersey who had knocked up two female prisoners while he was there. He claimed he was a woman. But he somehow impregnated two women. I don't know if it was rape or if it was consensual. But he impregnated them. 844, 542, 42, really, really bad. All right. The good news is I got my box from Omaha Steaks today. And so did Grace. Don't be fooled by imposters with similar names. If you're unhappy with your smile, you need to visit Dr. Bruce Houton in Nashua. I was there this morning with the mailroom manager. And it was great, as it always is. He has the best dental office I've ever been to. Everybody there is top-notch. He's got two new partners, so you don't have any kind of wait time now if you need anything done. And he's got the best dental hygienists around as well. And thank you to Larry for doing a great job of my teeth this morning. Call 1-844-a-perfect-smile, 1-844-a-perfect-smile, or visit PerfectSmiles.com. Taylor, what's the poll question? What are the results thus far? Today's poll question, which you can vote in at HoweyCarShow.com, is Illinois wants to change what felons are called. Which of these descriptions do you prefer? Offender? That's the current one. Justice-impacted individual. That's the one they want to change it to. Returning citizen? That's ours. Ex-con-- pardon me. Ex-con, jail bird, or I on a Presley's husband? I'm going with jail bird. 30% say jail bird or ex-con, 22% say I on a Presley's husband. All right. Not too many for the new woke expressions, not too many votes, as I anticipated. 844-542, 42 Limerick I says they should have asked this bird brain judge magistrate what you would think if every male prisoner in every prison suddenly decided they were all female and all demanded to go to a women's prison. I think more and more of them are doing that, Limerick guy. That's just the way things are going. This is ridiculous what's going on. Summer, you're next with HoweyCar. Go ahead, Summer. Hi, Summer. I mean, how I love the show. The reason I'm calling is I think he said that if a woman can sense she's in prison, she can sense having sex, it's OK. But I don't think a woman can sense to sex if she's behind bars. I mean, what are her choices? Plus, isn't that part of the punishment, too, to be in prison and you're denied all the benefits of being a free human being, right? Well, yeah, but you can't consent to sex. Yeah, it's-- and again, this guy is huge. He's 6, too. And that's larger than 98% of women, you know? I mean, this is-- and he has a record, a violent record. And he's a-- he's not just a serial rapist. He's a recidivist criminal. He's been a criminal his entire life. And this woman wrote in her decision that he was a female, that he was a-- what did she call him? That she said, hormonally-- oh, no, she-- sober and entirely a female. Entirely a female. Well, we're still having junk, and-- Right. So it's ridiculous. And then she said, well, I meant to say hormonally. You didn't-- you know, Gee, you went to Brown University, and then you went to UCLA, which is one of the best public law schools in the country, supposedly. And you've-- and you've been a hack-- a hack clerk magistrate, judge magistrate, since 2012, appointed by Obama, of course. And this is what you-- this is what you do. You send-- you send this guy in to a female prison. He was in Otisville. What's wrong with Otisville in New York? That's where they have a lot of mob guys. That's where they threw Johnny Monorano in the hole. You know, when they wanted-- when they wanted him to testify against Whitey and Stevie and Zip Connolly, they-- you know, a lot of people have done time in Otisville. What's wrong with this guy doing time in Otisville? Obviously, he's a he-she. So he's now in a protected class. He's changed his name to July. Thanks for the call, Summer. Mike, you're next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, Mike. You know, Howie, I had an opportunity to talk to a couple of guys. He would just got out of federal prison about five years ago. And they were telling me, did you cannot call him a pedophile? If you call them a pedophile, they'll write you up. Three write-ups, and you go in a hole. So the-- so the guys made a name up on them. They're called Chilmoves. That's short for Chilm of us who are in a federal prison. Yeah. Chilmoves, that's what they call them. I'm sure they will be, you know, just like they're rewriting the criminal statutes in Illinois. I'm sure they'll be rewriting the rules in the federal bureau of prison so that you can't call anybody at Chomo. All right, thanks for the call, Mike. 844-542-42. Have a look for a picture of this guy. I can't find him. William McLean/ just July Justine Shelby. July Justine Shelby. How do you come up with July? Richard, you're next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, Richard. Hey, how you doing, Howie? Basically, I have to say, how come these judges just can't say no? It seems like everybody's catered to it. You have a rainbow flag. You're, like you said, the special class citizen. You're already segregated to be protected in a male prison. Growing up in Central Square, Cambridge, I saw the guy with the purse. We all seen it. We all walked around it. He didn't bother anybody. But if you go into jail, I don't care what denomination, whatever you are, religion, or ever, you did the crime. You do the time. You're all segregated in jail. So these IVC, like you said, you're from Harvard Square. There's no common sense at Harvard. They all figured out to scam, just like the illegal aliens. Oh, I'm fleeing persecution. Oh, you're in. You're in. You go on welfare. And in the prison-- oh, I've decided I'm a woman. I want to go to a female prison. Oh, you're in. You're in. Five O8 says she was really impressed by his clean record. No child raped while he was incarcerated. Yeah. I'm sure he bragged about that. I'm Howie Carr. [MUSIC PLAYING] Live from the Matthews Brothers Studios. OK, so we found William McLean on the Bureau of Prisons website. One of my favorite websites, BOPs at the-- Excuse me, it's ma'am. It is ma'am. By the way, it's not William McClellan anymore. That was a little longer than usual to find it. His name is now, as was mentioned at the Senate hearing, July Justine Shelby, BOP number 15472-028. And they have the three descriptions as they do for every inmate, age 60, race white, sex female. Two out of three ain't bad. He's at the Carswell FMC. That means federal medical center, which is not a bad place to be. I mean, if you're going to be incarcerated, that's where you want to be as in a federal medical center, like deafens. That's where the mob guys want to go. Or is one in what Springfield, Missouri, or Illinois, I forget which one. But that's where some of the Boston guys died, like Larry Bayoni and J.R. Russo, Carswell FMC. So he's in until September 23, 2029, July Justine Shelby. So on, so how did he come up with the name Shelby? What was wrong with McLean? I know he didn't want to be a guy anymore. But I mean, McLean, you could be a woman and be named McLean. Why do you have to go to Shelby? Charlie, here next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, Charlie. Hey, Howie, thank you for taking my call. Sure. I just wanted to point out the enigma of it all. I mean, if you watched Adam Sandler's movie with Bert Reynolds, The Longest Yard, the cheerleaders were gay guys dressed as women. So now, why wouldn't he want to go to a male prison if he identifies as a woman? Wouldn't it be like going to Disneyland? I think he claimed there were references to the fact that he may have been bullied in the male prison. So he was tired of being bullied. So he wants to go somewhere where he can do the bullying. Yeah, well, any other part is in Maine, you get a pedo in jail. Behind bars, they call him Skinners, because if they don't want any hair down there, you know what I'm saying? Kind of like Biden taking a shower with his daughter. Thanks for the call, Charlie. Tony, you're next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, Tony. Yeah, so I'm a correction. And I can tell you that this is 100% like a pre-of violation, Prison Rape Elimination Act. And that's a federal regulation. It's not exactly optional. So I kind of-- Oh, I think we just lost him. I want to find out. We got a couple of texts about that. There's something called Priya, Prison Rape Elimination Act. Call back, Tony. We'd like to talk to you about this. Find out what the elements of the Priya Act are. Dennis, you're next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, Dennis. Howie, today at our White House, Biden hosted the president of notoriously LGBTQ unfriendly Kenya. And we're, by the way, he contrasted our withdrawal from Afghanistan and our call for the Kenyans to contribute troops to Haiti. He said that our withdrawal from Afghanistan was because it was an unnecessary need. I was wondering, did any of the honchos of Biden's administration, the LGBTQ honchos like Buttigieg and Rachel Levine, force a handshake on the Kenyan president? It seems like me to me that forcing such a gesture would be unnecessarily needed. Unnecessarily needed. I don't know if they did or not, Dennis, but it's-- It's a whole day of events with the president of Kenya. They did the reception. They did-- Well, they welcomed him last night. Right. They did joint press conference. They're having a state dinner tonight. And they're also having entertainment this evening as well after dinner. Entertainment? Yes. Some of the people who entertain children and some of the public libraries around the nation, perhaps. I don't have the itinerary. Thanks for the call, Dennis. 844-- oh, Tony's back. Tony, go ahead. You're back. There we go. You should have better connection now. Yeah, the Prison Rape Elimination Act basically says that under no circumstances are prisoners of mixed inmates of any sort of mixed gender sex, whatever, they're not allowed to interact, period. It enforces some pretty strict regulations on who's allowed to interact within any sort of general population pod or anything like that. And it also says that, basically, anyone who's like a sex offender, anything like that, they're pretty much-- But see, now that you explain it, Tony, though, you know very well what the July Justine Shelby said. She said, I'm a woman now. So this is not a violation of the Prison Rape Elimination Act. Here's the thing that's confusing about that, though, is that it's just a county pattern where I'm working. But when we have anyone who's transgender or anything like that, they have to be put in their own separate section. We don't mix that with anyone else. So I kind of wonder how that part even happened, because if I'd say they've got to be segregated themselves. Yeah. You can't-- I know in Massachusetts in some jurisdictions, you cannot ask anyone about their immigration status when they're arrested. You can't do it. It's just not even on the form. But you do have to ask them about what pronouns they want to use, Tony. Yeah, that's the important thing. What? I'm not surprised about that, honestly. I mean, we have to ask all that. We don't really have an option, because we'll be liable to lawsuit if we don't. But yeah, I'm surprised that he even got even a tent as far as it did. I'm surprised I got behind the county even, so-- Yeah, I remember the first time I saw this. There was a guy-- he had killed his wife. He had strangled her to death with a wire. This was a long time ago. And then he claimed that he needed a sex change operation. He went into the federal court, and Deval Patrick was-- Cozolic? Yeah, Michael Michelle Cozolic, yeah. Yeah, he went into the federal court demanding that he be given a sex change operation. And Deval Patrick was the governor, and he fought it. And you know who approved it? A guy named Mark Wolf, a judge named Mark Wolf, who was appointed by Ronald Reagan. It was insane. But you know, again, you think these things are aberrations in their one-offs. And here it is 15, 20 years later. And it's standard operating procedure. And now they're promoting this woman who led a serial rapist into a female prison. 844-542-42, Dave, you're next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, Dave. Hey, Howie, I can't help but wonder how much it costs at the Kenyan president to get this kind of treatment. Must have been a real big one for the big guy, yeah? Really? Maybe it's a favor for Obama, you know? I mean, Obama, he said in his cell sheet for his first book that he was born in Kenya. So this is his homeland. This is where his father, if indeed that guy was his father, Obama, that he said that's where he came from, you know? So I guess it's kind of a homecoming for him. I wonder if-- is Uncle Omar still around the uncle? He's from Kenya, too. Is he-- he was living in Framingham. He worked at the liquor store. And when he wasn't getting arrested for driving under, he had a fake-- he had a phony driver's license. He did it for a long time. Is he still alive? I know he retired from working at the liquor store, but I don't know if he's still alive or not. Maybe he's invited to the dinner tonight. If it's an open bar, he'll want to be there. If he's still above ground, I'll tell you that. 844-542-4271, why don't they give the transgenders their own prisons, let them figure it all out in there? Well, that's what the-- the guard, the county guard was saying that that's what they do. They segregate them. I know that's a bad word, isn't it? If Uncle Omar is still alive, he'd be 80 years old. Uncle Omar, yeah. As of four years ago, he was still kicking. OK, well, you know, I mean, he's not-- he hasn't been lugged by the Framingham PD lately. So maybe he's turned his life around. Got right with Jesus, et cetera. 844-542-4242, and the judge magistrate says that July Justine Shelby has likewise gotten right with Jesus. 844-542-4242. There's another appalling hearing that was going on today, involving federal misfeasants, malfeasants, and nonfeasants. This was a congressional hearing. We'll get to it when we come back. It's about an ETF raid that killed a Little Rock airport director, Jim Jordan held a hearing. We'll tell you about that when we come back. I'm Howie Carr. The Howie Carr Show. He's Howie Carr. Before we get to that, Jordan hearing on the weaponization of government committee, Julie Kelly, who's a great reporter. She's been covering the Florida case against Donald Trump, as you know, the judge, Cannon, has been unsealing, classified, unsealing documents from the case. And Julie Kelly just tweeted out some more of the documents. This is from the official FBI report dated June 3, 2022. This is two months before the armed raid of Mar-a-Lago. Trump had delayed his plan trip to relocate to Bedminster, New Jersey, where he has the golf club for the summer. And because he wanted to greet the people from the DOJ, and one of them is Jay Bratt. Julie Kelly calls him a degenerate midget. I wouldn't know. But he now runs Jack Smith's persecution in Florida. And there were three FBI agents as well. This is the official FBI report about what Trump, who is now charged with obstruction, said to the group, the FBI agents. This is a quote from the FBI about the guy who's now charged with obstruction. Former President Donald J. Trump entered the Mal Mar-a-Lago dining room and greeted the agents an attorney. Trump advised there was very good security at Mal. Trump stated he wanted to be open and transparent, and that he was an open book. And therefore, whatever the FBI needed, Trump thanked the DOJ and FBI for their good work prior to departing the dining room. Coming at me, Kapas. Coming at me, Kapas, you flat-footed three brains out there. He sends a midget. So the report goes on that Trump's attorney advised Trump not to permit the feds into another area of Mar-a-Lago. Trump overruled that council and led Bratt, the degenerate midget, as Julie Kelly describes him, an FBI, into the basement storage area where the boxes were located. Two months later, they hit the place like it was a terrorist hideout where Osama bin Laden was hanging out. You want to play with us? OK. Shout-out to my little friend! Counter to advice from the lawyer, Trump gave his authorization to allow the FBI to view the basement storage space in Mal. So what was the problem? What was the problem? 844-542-42. So this hearing, it started yesterday. Byron Malinowski was the little Rocky Airport director. He was seriously into firearms. Oh, excuse me, Brian. Brian Malinowski. And his home was raided at dawn in West Little Rock, an hour and 15 minutes before sunrise. And they taped over the peephole on his front door so he couldn't see who was out. And they just started knocking. And they had postponed the raid. They were planning to raid his house and grab the weapons. But they wanted to raid his house when he was there. So they waited until he was there and then they waited until he was still asleep. And then they came in. And he didn't know who was coming in. The ATF has said Malinowski, 53 shot first, wounding an officer. And the question is, though, the search apparently was illegal because of the forced entry. And quote this according to Malinowski's estate's lawyer. And the lack of time they gave the occupant of the fairly large home to get up in the morning and answer. Federal agents had planned to conduct the search a week earlier, but rescheduled it after learning Malinowski would not be home then. So Jim Jordan was asking the ATF director today, Stephen Dettelbach, what are you trying to hide? Cut 22. Why'd you put the tape on the doorbell camera? Why'd you cut the lights? And why didn't you wear the body cans? And what are you trying to hide? And Mr. Chairman, the reason that we called for the investigation is we're not trying to hide anything. The reason I'm not going to talk about what's going on in that investigation is to respect its independence and out of fairness. There's a reason for the Department of Justice privacy that's existed for so many decades about not commenting and pending matters. To cover up everything. It's not fair to people. And it risks the perception that people try to influence this one. The investigation continued. Stop me if you've heard this one before. Yesterday, it was Dr. Moron saying it was all a big joke. Today, they went back to the sources and methods. The investigation continues. Jordan continues. 23. Why'd you ignore the rules? Because don't the rules say you should only use a no-knock entrance into a property if it's the absolute best way to do it. I mean, I can read from Ms. Monaco's directive. Limit the circumstances and which agencies may seek to enter dwelling pursuant to a work without complying with the knock and announce rule because of the risk posed to both law enforcement and civilians. So you want to limit this. Why'd you guys do it all in 57 seconds? Respectfully, with respect to what I said before, is that we are not trying to hide anything. An independent agency is investigating it. And we are pursuant to longstanding policy or not going to comment. The Department of Justice has already told us you guys weren't wearing cameras. I'm just asking why. For the cameras, our body-worn camera policy, I can talk about that. I think I can answer the question without talking about this case. You can talk about some things relative to the investigation but not others. We want all the answers to what's going on here. Cut 24. That's a simple question. We just want to know why they weren't following the rules. Their rules say, wear body cameras. Your rules say, wear body cameras. You weren't wearing body cameras. I go back to my original question. What were you trying to hide? We saw the video where you walked up and you put the tape on the doorbell. We know there were no lights to the foyer. And we have Mrs. Malinowski here who can testify to that. And we know you weren't wearing body cameras. What were you hiding? Again, Mr. Chairman. We're not hiding anything. And with respect to the hiding we're now. The people there hadn't been welled out. Why didn't you go in when he wasn't there and take the guns out? That was the next question we don't have time for. We'll be right back on how we go. [MUSIC PLAYING] ♪♪
