It's the same system moving eastward that caused devastation across the south. Governor Greg Abbott on WFA-TV. "Lives lost property reduced to rubble. The hopes and dreams of Texas families and small businesses have literally been crushed." At least 21 people have been killed in tornadoes that raked through Kentucky, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Texas. Police in Southern California have arrested a man who's been terrorizing in neighborhood with a slingshot for months.
