Last six guys we started chatting with, all turned out to be creeps. Okay. Dokka said these bouts of insomnia are age related and there's nothing he can do. Okay. A parent or sibling insists on being a complete pain in every conversation and meeting. Okay. No one is taking away from the frustration of pain that any of these events or any other depressing happening in our life can cause. But why make it a big deal? Why brood on them? Why allow them to make us feel like a victim? Why let them overshadow everything in our life that is good and beautiful? Everyone gets some koto of suffering and a lot more of goodness. How great or sad our life is. Just depends on which part we choose to look at. No one's saying deny the bad. But if nine things are going right and only one is dismal, why spend the day crying about that one? Instead celebrate the nine. If we have to do a song on Anandse and make a big deal, let's do it about all that is working in our life. The movie focus on those, the better the day seems, the more positive and joyous we become. And we attract more happiness, more things to celebrate. But the reverse is also true. So decide, is it a good life or not? Is it a good day or not? It is up to us. Sunshine in your day.
