AP News, I'm pay up in 20. The Biden campaign sent allies like Robert De Niro to Trump's Hush Money trial. AP correspondent Julie Walker reports. New Yorker and actor Robert De Niro was outside Donald Trump's Hush Money trial, Tuesday with two January 6th officers to put a focus on the former president's actions that day. Judge Juan Warshan says some jurors have made childcare and other arrangements, allowing them to stay until 7 or 8 p.m. President Joe Biden will be formally nominated as the Democratic presidential nominee through a virtual roll call ahead of the party's official convention in Chicago this August. It's a maneuver that will allow Biden to appear on the November ballot in Ohio. At a news conference, Kent County prosecutor Chris Becker says charges won't be filed against a police officer who struck and killed a teenager who was running from a stolen vehicle. Some technology stocks remain particularly strong, including chip company NVIDIA, which added another 7%. That helped the NASDAQ composite rise 6/10% to another all-time high. Bond yields rose following a stronger than expected report on consumer confidence and an auction of treasuries. The yield on the tenure treasury note rose to 4.54%. Seth Sootel, New York.
