AP News. I'm Ed Donny Heer. During former president Donald Trump touched money trials, some of his supporters have been showing up at court. Today, some supporters of President Biden were outside the court, including an Academy Award winner, Robert De Niro. He said Trump wants to destroy the country. This is not a threat. This is a reality. Also with De Niro, a pair of former police officers in an effort to refocus the presidential race on the Capitol riot. Jason Miller, Trump's senior campaign advisor, says this shows the Hush Money trial was political. Joe Biden is losing nationally, is losing in every single battleground state, and President Trump's numbers continue to rise. And the best that Biden can do is roll out a washed up actor. The prosecution is presenting closing arguments in Trump's Hush Money trial. Joshua Steinglass told the Manhattan jury, "The former president was part of a conspiracy and a cover-up, while a defense lawyer branded the star witness, former Trump lawyer and fixer Michael Cohen as the greatest liar of all time and pressed the panel for an across-the-board acquittal." The Pentagon says the U.S. built temporary peer. Taking humanitarian aid to starving Palestinians has been damaged in rough seas and weather and will be removed from the coast of Gaza to be repaired. Spokeswoman Sabrina Singh was asked what happens to the aid. Some of that aid that is currently in Cyprus is being loaded onto vessels. So when the peer is re-anchored back onto the Gaza shore, that aid would already be pre-positioned and can roll off pretty immediately. The White House is condemning the loss of life of dozens of civilians as a result of an Israeli airstrike in Rafa, but said it is not planning any policy changes as a result of the Israeli actions. More than a million homes and businesses are without power from severe weather in Texas, including damaging winds and baseball-sized hail. Stocks finished mixed the Dow down 216 points. This is AP News. A new study of Hollywood blockbusters finds hardly any of them discuss climate change and whether a character knows about it. Here's the AP's Margie Sariletta. That's Batman and Aquaman in the 2017 movie Justice League. According to a study by Colby College in Maine, it's a rare popular film that addresses climate change. The study looked at 250 movies from the last 10 years that were set on Earth and took place between the years 2006 and 2100. Fewer than 10 percent incorporated climate change into the story. Some of the ones that did are surprising, like the Houdonik Glass Onion and the horror movie Midsummer. Lead researcher Matthew Schneider-Mayerson says most popular films are not portraying the world as it is. I'm Margie Sariletta. It's draining services had a higher percentage of movies that included climate change. I'm at Donahue, AP News. You see a family SUV. We see a support system for more than 960 wildlife species.
