A.P. News. I'm Haya Panjani. Manhattan prosecutors have told a judge that they are evaluating new claims of sexual misconduct made against Harvey Weinstein. A.P. correspondent Margies Aralatta reports. Manhattan district attorney Nicole Bloomberg said during a court hearing Wednesday, more people have come forward with assault claims against Harvey Weinstein. Bloomberg said prosecutors are assessing those claims and could possibly file a new indictment. Weinstein's attorney, Arthur Idala, told reporters after the hearing, Weinstein is not worried. He's confident that there will be no more complaining witnesses. That is the appropriate term. That's the courtroom term, complaining witnesses. So, you know, he did not seem to be very concerned about that. Weinstein's 2020 rape conviction was tossed out earlier this year. His retrial is tentatively set for some time after Labor Day. A.P. correspondent Michael Sisak reports that the jury has started deliberating in Donald Trump's Hushmani trial. Ultimately, it could find Trump guilty, not guilty, or if it goes on long enough, there could be a hung jury and a mistrial. Now, the jury can also find Trump guilty on some charges, not guilty on others, guilty on all, not guilty on all. The jury must be unanimous in its finding. That means all 12 jurors must agree either way. Judge Juan Mershan excused jurors earlier today, ending the first day of deliberations in Trump's Hushmani trial. In remarks, President Biden says Donald Trump petals, lies, and stereotypes in a bid to win black votes. This is the same guy I wanted to tear gas you as you peacefully protested George Floyd's murder. The same guy who still calls the Central Park Five guilty, even though they were exonerated. He's that landlord who denies housing application because of the color of his skin. He's that guy who won't say black lives matter and evokes neo-Nazi third-right terms. This is AP News. Wall Street's momentum this month is losing steam. I'm Seth Zutel, and this is the AP Market's port. Stocks closed lower on Wall Street under the weight of higher yields in the bond market. The S&P 500 fell 7/10th Wednesday, sinking further below the record high it set last week. The Dow fell 411 points, it's about 1.1%, and as that composite gave back 6/10% a day after setting its latest all-time high. American Airlines dropped 13.5% after cutting its profit forecast for the spring. Other airline stocks also fell. Treasury yields moved higher in the bond market, that puts pressure on stocks by making borrowing costs more expensive across the economy and increasingly appeal of bonds over stocks. The yield in the tenure treasury, which helps set mortgage rates, rose to 4.61%. Seth Zutel, New York. Defending champion Novak Djokovic will face 31-year-old Roberto Kabbalas Bayana at the French Open Grand Slam tennis tournament. I'm Haya Punjwani, AP News.
