Your morning ray of sunshine, the Anand safe command we can't live tomorrow, in this moment we can't, not tomorrow, not this evening, not even ten minutes from now, just this very moment and yet consider how much time we spend worrying about events and situations that will happen in the future, in the process losing out on this moment the one time we actually have control over and can make the most of. What do we accomplish anyway by this angst thing about a meeting later in the day or a difficult conversation, doc appointment, we can imagine multiple scenarios happening for sure, but we cannot impact them or alter them in any way, even if we tell ourselves we are preparing for the worst eventuality, that is nonsense because we have no clue what we will face in the actual situation, whatever it is we are capable of dealing with it, but imagining them in our mind only freaks us out and ruins the time in between, we have no say over the people we will encounter, they will say and do what they will, all we have control over is our reaction when the event happens, not right now, but this moment is completely us, we can create what we want, live it how we want, be as happy as we want, why squander it, that too in preparation for some imagined scenario that may or may not transpire, leave each moment fully, do what we are doing well with all our heart, that is the only way to have a good life, sunshine in your day. . . . .
