AP News, I'm Adonahie, sources tell the AP the White House is finalizing plans for a clampdown of the Mexico border that would shut off asylum requests and automatically deny entrance to migrants once the number of people encountered by border officials exceeded a new daily threshold. Boeing told federal regulators how it plans to fix aircraft, safety and quality problems. The AP soccer McGonnie has the story. The FAA required Boeing to come up with a plan after one of its planes suffered a few sludge panel blowout in January. Boeing leaders today told regulators how they'll fix things. Boeing has laid out their roadmap, and now they need to execute. The FAA limited production of the 737 MAX, Boeing's best-selling plane after the Alaska Air incident, and Administrator Mike Whittaker says the cap will stay in place until the agency satisfied Boeing's making progress. Bottom line, we will continue to make sure every airplane that comes off the line is safe and reliable. And thirdly, really, most importantly, is that we pasteurize our milk.
