Jste vyčerpaní, unavení, ale přesto ne a ne usnout. A tak místo zaslouženého a potřebného odpočinku jen ležíte, koukáte do stropu, počítáte ovečky a tikot hodin vám nemilosrdně připomíná, o kolik času spánku se nedobrovolně okrádáte. Problémy s usínáním trápí hodně lidí. Jak se jich zbavit, nebo je alespoň zmírnit?

Problémy s usínáním jsou nepříjemné, ale nejdřív je potřeba specifikovat, co je v normě a co ne. „V našem vysokorychlostním světě hodně lidí věří, že dobří spáči usínají okamžitě. Tento postoj může vyvolat úzkost, když nástup spánku není rychlý, což dále oddaluje usínání,“ říká Rubin Naiman, klinický psycholog a expert na spánek z Arizonské univerzity.
