Your morning ray of sunshine by Anand Siv Kumarin – nothing lasts forever. It's easy to become despondent when facing adverse circumstances. Like not getting funding for a venture, not finding a job, not meeting the right romantic partner, being afflicted with an illness, so on. And one of the main reasons why these situations make us feel so miserable is that when they have continued for a while, we decide that this is the way things will always be. We are doomed to be in this state forever. And that destroys all hope and happiness. Hey, look back on our lives. At multiple times we have been hit by some suffering or catastrophe. But which of them was perpetual? They came, we suffered, we dealt with them, they vanished. That is the reality of life. Nothing lasts forever. Sure, we may not be able to envision a time frame in which the current reality might change, might find love tomorrow, maybe next year. But find we will. The one thing we cannot lose is hope. And that is totally up to us. Remind ourselves of how every sad time we have been through, how miraculously one morning things just changed. The same will happen, be sure of it, believe it, decide it, feel it. But also once that hope is firmly in our hearts and we feel uplifted, don't sit around waiting for it. Live life fully, every other aspect of it in the meantime. Don't let this one area of life define us or a happiness. Fill every other box with exciting, fulfilling, delightful things and enjoy them completely. Let's not lose out on precious days of our life waiting for one circumstance to change. Rather, know it well and in the interim, make the most of everything else. Sun shine in your day. [MUSIC] [BLANK_AUDIO] [BLANK_AUDIO] [BLANK_AUDIO] [BLANK_AUDIO] You [BLANK_AUDIO]
