Nový majitel oslovil architekta Jiřího Fialu, který spolu s týmem z ateliéru Fiala Architects měl za úkol zařídit novostavbu s prostory k rekreaci. Zároveň měli přetvořit zahradu s jezírkem tak, aby spolu s roubenkou tvořily spojený a vizuálně působivý celek. Výsledek je famózní.
