Maledivy, Sicílie, Dominikánská republika… Zdá se, že i české celebrity propadly trendu pořídit si letní sídlo na krásném místě u moře a strávit tam pokud možno co nejvíc času. Nebo minimálně celé prázdniny.
Mít možnost kdykoli se sebrat a odjet „na chalupu“ u pláže zní neodolatelně. Do nemovitostí u moře investují Češi čím dál častěji a ve většině případů jde o dobrou investici. V kurzu jsou apartmány i domečky ve Španělsku, Řecku, Itálii či Albánii, výjimkou není ani Dubaj či egyptská Hurgáda. A zájem vzrostl rovněž o exotické destinace, jako jsou Seychely nebo Dominikánská republika.
