It says Phoenix is experiencing dangerously high conditions, hitting a new record high of 113. At a Trump campaign rally in the city Thursday, 11 people fell ill from heat exhaustion and were taken to the hospital. All were treated and later released. I'm Ben Thomas. President Biden's in France for D-Day observances. He's meeting today with Ukraine's president who is also in Paris. And then... President Joe Biden will speak from Juan Duhog, marking his second trip to the Normandy Coast during his visit to France for the 80th anniversary of D-Day. The cliffs of Juan Duhog were scaled by army rangers during the invasion, and the mission became legendary. Over the years, it was memorialized by President Ronald Reagan in 1984 when he paid tribute to the boys of Juan Duhog. How's the jobs market? We'll get a new look this morning. Economists surveyed by the data firm Faxet say that employers likely added 180,000 jobs last month, about the same as the 175,000 in April.
