The Justice Department says it will not prosecute Attorney General Merrick Garland for contempt of Congress after refusing to turn over audio of President Biden's interview in his classified documents case because his actions did not constitute a crime. House Judiciary Committee Chair Jim Jordan disagrees. "Our oversight and impeachment responsibilities are too important to allow the Attorney General to willfully disregard this." The Justice Department informed House Speaker Mike Johnson Garland will not be prosecuted. The Princess of Wales says she will make her first public appearance since her cancer diagnosis. Today Kate says she faces a few more months of treatment but is making good progress. "It was bump stocks that resulted in 60 people being dead in Las Vegas and Nevada on one October. And what the Court did today is really rolling back what otherwise is important progress to be made to prevent gun violence in America." The Court ruled the Trump administration at the time overstepped.
