they didn't have an expert to dispute it this Jessica Hyde woman doesn't appear until five months later so my question is like how many they must have gone shopping around for specialist until they found somebody that just couldn't stop talking about themselves and wanted to promote their company on its international stage and then they would maybe just you know word salad the jury of death and get the attention they so desperately needed and I still don't understand a thing these people think and more importantly needed as a jury the jury was just not listening to this guy he was another soft-spoken guy got up there doesn't know how to like teach an audience teach a copy of what he explained to them in their own words and they left there at best at best wondering like I'm you know could this have happened I don't know but it doesn't matter because Jennifer McCabe's not the one on trial Karen Reed is and if there's any reasonable doubt that she might have googled that then Karen Reed is off the hook now Gerino you you tweeted this out I had to come on the air so I didn't see much of the green I didn't see any of it he is that he's the what he's their forensic IT guy that for the state police another another mastermind and he didn't he didn't find any of the deletions off Jennifer McCabe's phone and he didn't find hose long to die in cold is that correct nothing nothing of the sort he didn't find the 624 how long dying cold search never minded to 27 search she handed her phone over and it was like all in the clear here and the defense is like well can we take a look at Matthew Farwell with a cop who was dating or impregnated a legendary right is it a legend or is it no he did no he did impregnate her he allegedly killed it right but he did impregnate her right and he was there that day so he was the last person in her apartment he seen leaving she found dead later on that she allegedly killed herself she wasn't suicidal as far as anyone knew and so they asked to look through Farwell's phone and they extract all the data down from it and according to the report that I published there on my Twitter today it says that he couldn't find the deleted messages that he had deleted all the text and he couldn't find them what kind of forensic experts can't find deleted text messages like he got outsmarted by a guy that just pressed delete like there isn't a that that there isn't software that can be used to extract somebody's phone and find everything that's been deleted after it six one seven says MIT and Harvard are about a half an hour away but they need to go to Canada to get an expert because no one at MIT and Harvard wanted to embarrass themselves this way I think is probably the reason that's all I'm sure they tried MIT and Harvard now I'm just really mean by shopping around what number were you on the Commonwealth's list that's what I would like to ask these people like how many other people that they called before they got you and they weren't satisfied with the testimony they would give and so they went shopping around and they found somebody somebody who would say you know maybe this didn't happen and they finally found these there that way oh okay so that would the so was a rumor but now it's been now it's been debunked I mean as much because I called them last week about it and that no one ever got back to me but it's like over the weekend they said we better start answering some of these these rumors that even if they're not true anyway yeah it's not going away I did not see the comment from the acting colonel by the way they haven't had a colonel in like a couple years now for the state police me they should get one and I'm sorry like oh he's real outraged how about you do something about it I mean you have a boss you can do something about this right like how about you discipline this guy I mean how is he not been disciplined yet how is he still on the job he's been under internal affairs investigation for how long now is anything ever gonna come in that or is that just a way to kind of pass the buck well I think he said in the statement to the Herald you know we we had we can't say anything more because of the ongoing investigation you know that's what the FBI says right you know they can't say anything because of the the investigation continues Proctor was a Norwood cop too right I'm not sure someone just to text someone just texted that I don't I don't know if that's true but he's probably from Kent so but we know that I think though you know I don't think I'm positive Joseph Paul will never testify again I'm positive Michael Proctor will never testify again I'm pretty sure the sergeant Sergeant Yuri is never gonna testify again none of these I kind of doubt that the that what's his name the lieutenant is got Tully is gonna testify either do you think I mean you never know these people are arrogant and I never thought they'd make them testify in this place they knew did they even prepare this guy for the you know the cross-examination that he was gonna go under like have they have they seen Karen Reed's legal defense team like these people are the best of the
