We're coming on the air with breaking news about President Biden's son, Hunter, where they verdict apparently reached in his federal criminal trial. Gentlemen of the jury, have you reached your verdict? Yes, Iran. We have. We find the defendant incredibly guilty. Live from the Matthews Brothers Studios. Both indoors of opportunity, attacking the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion. You can believe the banning books about black experience in there. Oh, I should have had that second cup of coffee. Who do you love, Howie Car? That accusations of anti-Semitism are wielded against people of color. And on the way out, I think one of them might have something anti-Semitic. [indistinct chatter] Rum swabs, hacks, and moon bounce beware. It's... Howie Car. 844-542-42 will be joined at the bottom of the hour by Turtleboy, Eden Carney, talking about a, you know, doing an advance on the trial tomorrow. The Crooked State Cup, Michael Proctor, CHIP is back on the witness stand, cross-examination. But first, we wanted to talk about the Hunter Biden verdict today, guilty on all three counts in federal court in Wilmington, Delaware. And one of the groups that was instrumental in actually making sure this case didn't get broomed. I mean, I don't think he's going to prison. I don't want to overstate. I don't want you to think I'm Pollyanna. But at least he's convicted. And one of the groups that made it possible was Judicial Watch. They've been on this case from day one. And joining us now to talk about the case is Tom Fenton. Tom, you could take a victory lap, even though I don't think you think he's going to prison either, do you? Well, I don't know. I don't know. It's a substantial series of charges that he fought to the map. And so the judge may decide that some type of incarceration is appropriate. But you have to mitigate that against the fact that father's president, who... And he can step in at any moment and pardon him, in respect to eventually will. Right. I mean, the more he vociferously says he's not going to pardon him, the more sure I am that it's in the cards. I have no plans to pardon him at this time, because he is telling us. Thank you, Mr. President. We get it. Wink, wink, nudge, nudge. I mean, it's a sliver of light for justice, right? Yeah. You know, the process of getting here is quite ugly. As I noted in our statement, the Justice Department was dragged kicking and screaming into conducting this prosecution. They had him criminally dead the rights back in 2018. They immediately investigated what went on. Of course, they had the laptop showing his misuse of the gun. And it's handling of the gun in 2019. Right. And it was only after that, frankly, pressure from our case, our FOIA cases to get more information about the Secret Service/FBI cover-up of it. And then the judge in Delaware, who, there's more egg who, you know, asked a simple question about the plea agreement, one based on law and sense, and blew it up, as, you know, it fell under the weight of its own corruption. And here we are. Yeah, you know, I think people tend to forget, and they're not going to read about it in most accounts, that the, like the, like the incident at the Chateau Marmont, when he was, when he had this credit card that wasn't going through, and with the, with the Russian or Ukrainian hookers, and the Secret Service from LA came to get him out of the mess and went into the lobby of the hotel. The Secret Service was directly involved in this, this abandonment of a, of a firearm in Delaware, weren't they? Tell, tell everybody about that, Tom Fett. Well, there was reporting about, from Politico on that, and so we asked the Secret Service what it actually went on. And the material we got back was cagious about what actually did go on, and we did get some emails from one of the official Secret Service agents officials were saying, after looking at the story, hey, maybe we had a favor that was called in, and maybe someone called in a favor. Trump's president, remember, that's the key here. Trump is president, and they're fixing, they're, they're, they're brooming a crema, a major criminal case for the, for the corrupt ex vice president. It's amazing. And, you know, remember this, Justice Department didn't want to prosecute this case. They were essentially going to give them a get out of jail free card for this, and it was public pressure, and the exposure of their cover up by whistleblowers. You know, this is, this is a case that would never have happened if the Justice Department had its way. Right, and, and now Hunter is suing the whistleblowers, right? Isn't Hunter's lawsuit ongoing against the whistleblowers? Yeah, I think that's right, and of course those whistleblowers have been retaliated against by the Biden administration as well. Now, on the other hand, Hunter did get a fair trial. I mean, it was an ugly path here, but the trial was fair. You know, the jury wasn't distracted by the intimidation efforts by the Biden family. And, and I'm sure there's a lot of pressure up there in Delaware necessarily, and they had to know that this is a hometown favorite. But the jury did what the jury did, and to pair contrast that with the corrupted process and corrupted trial, targeting Trump. And it doesn't compare favorably. Yeah, I'm just looking at your press release. You guys, a judicial watch, Tom Fenton's group sued the FBI for records regarding the gun owned by Hunter Biden in a joint status report to the court. And when the lawsuit was, was considered, the FBI stated it would not produce records about the incident due to a quote ongoing criminal investigation. How many times have we heard this, Tom Fenton, the ongoing criminal investigation? Yeah, I mean, it's every excuse in the book under, under the sun we get. Even when there is an ongoing criminal investigation, there might be some in the future. I mean, that's what they're telling us about Joe Biden's audio tapes with his special counselor interviews. Oh, we can't give you these audio tapes because there might be other criminal investigations where people don't want to be recorded. Like the president of the United States, it's crazy town. And the FBI went bent over backwards to protect that material from coming out. What do you even tell us how many records they had as I recall, which is pretty extraordinary. They won't even tell you how many records they have. They were treating it like a state secret, very unusual position by the FBI. And, you know, the protection, the protection racket collapsed up in Delaware today. And, you know, the other big headline out of this, how we used to, they confirmed the laptop for real. Yeah. And it's valid. It wasn't messed with. It wasn't Russia disinformation. And that all of the fake and false attacks on it and those who were concerned about its contents were baseless and knowingly so. Are you guys trying to get the records of these 51 intelligence community officials or at least the ones that were still in government at the time? They were putting together this fraudulent statement that it was Russian disinformation. Again, as you said, the FBI got this thing in December of 2019, instantly verified that it was real. And then the director of the FBI and the attorney general, both Trump appointees, sat by and let this lie go through. But, you know, if there was anyone in the so-called intelligence community that was still on a government payroll setting this thing up, wouldn't that be a crime, Tom Finn? Well, it's funny you asked because I recall we did, too, for records from the CIA that were following up on reports that the CIA was rushing through approval of this statement by former CIA employees. And it looked like a politicized process to help the Biden campaign at the time. The CIA's involvement in domestic politics has been proven time and time again. And, you know, they're refusing to give us basic answers under FOIA kind of suggest that we're onto them rightly so. Yeah, I know we got a local case here in Boston where a guy, a couple of ATF guys are going to maybe jammed up for using government computers in a private matter. And I mean, this is the same thing, isn't it? I mean, if you could ever get through the sources and methods ongoing criminal investigation cover-ups that they use. Well, you know, the new rules under Trump are that any attempt to manage, suppress, or even promote news stories and public information in the context of campaigns is illegal. So, live out the laptop, you can be prosecuted, you know, every live out the laptop is prosecutable, according to boss brag there in New York. I say that sarcastically, in a sense, I know no one would be prosecuted for that. But it just highlights the absurdity of the abuse of Trump while, you know, a completely different set of rules apply for critics of Trump. And you can misuse government resources to target him, basically use the entire United States law enforcement community as a campaign arm, which is what's happening on right now, which is happening right now with the target of Trump by the Justice Department. And who knows how many other federal agencies are helping him do that. Go hands on deck, but Trump deems legal expenses, legal expenses, and he's facing what the rest of his life in jail. Terrible, terrible rule of law crisis we have as a result of this. And now they have a spillover, they're talking about in New Jersey, they're talking about taking away the liquor licenses at his club. I mean, how absurd is that? You know, I mean, they're going to use the so-called felon, felony conviction to basically further attempt to destroy his business and obviously move far in that regard already. This is why I think even short of the sentence in the Supreme Court or the federal courts, you know, should somehow be asked to intervene here. Because this is just making election interference. Every news story you see attacking Trump is an obvious result, foreseeable result of this political trial. And, you know, the question is, what did Judge Merchant, should he be running our presidential campaign? I don't think he should. And I think the federal court should tell him, no, this is not the way he was going to run out of a problem. The Supreme Court, though, in 2020 should have told Pennsylvania that they couldn't have the secretary of the state change the election laws by fiat when it was up to the legislature to change the laws. And they didn't. And look what happened. They simply have braver, braver, braver approaches this time around, if they're asked. I sure hope so. They dropped the ball 2020 on election issues. Maybe the election interference process will kind of alert the, you know, will. Yeah, we've reaped the whirlwind to use Chuck Schumer's phrase from their refusal to do anything about what happened in 2020. And it's just been a disaster for the entire country. Tom Fedon, from Judicial Watch, where can people go to learn more about your organization? Yes, at judicialwatch.org, judicialwatch1-word.org for all over social media and such. Today's poll question, which you can vote in at HowieCarShow.com, is Are you saddened or gladdened by Hunter Biden's conviction? Sadened because it would have been better for Trump if they've broomed it, gladdened, or who cares? He's not going to prison. Honestly, I know it's a minority opinion, but I'm saddened because it would have helped Trump. 11% say they're saddened, 32% say they're gladdened, and 57% say who cares? All right. I understand all of those sentiments. 844-542-42. I put this in Howie's Homework. You can always go to Howie's Homework and see a bunch of the stories that you might want to consider checking out on the website. We talk about them often on the show. Illegal alien kills mother, daughter, and traffic crash. Prosecutors charge him with misdemeanors, moving violation causing death. Moving violation causing death. Karen Reed would like to have a moving violation causing death misdemeanor. A beloved grandmother and great-grandmother were tragically killed in a car crash on M-53 in Shelby Township, Michigan last Thursday. 63-year-old Crystal Brunon or 88-year-old mother were killed after. Jose, Eugene, Medina, Haifan Hernandez. And I get compliments on the Haifan. Sure you would, sure you would, yeah. An illegal alien rear-ended a truck causing a multi-vehicle pile-up. He was driving a box truck rented from Enterprise. And I assume that as an illegal alien, he did not have a driver's license. He was charged with two counts of moving violation causing death, one-year misdemeanors and a $2,000 fine. This is another one I put in, how he's homework. Ohio Sheriff calls for death penalty to be renewed among soaring illegal alien crime. This is Sheriff named Richard Jones from Butler County. We had one guy that was deported eight times. He was in my jail under eight different names and that's what we know of. He's here. He's committed murder while he's here. And we believe this isn't the first time he's committed murder. And we've had people that have been hit with vehicles killed. We've had people that have been stabbed. So the crime with the illegals is increasing. The sheriff singled out some particular incidents that haunted him with one being a nine-year-old girl who was grabbed off her bicycle and molested by one of Biden's third-world newcomers. And another involving a paraplegic American who was hit by an illegal who fled from the scene. I don't need the extra crime coming in from other countries where they empty their prisons out. What would happen if Biden was re-elected? I believe our country's in danger, but I'm not the only one. The government believes that if we continue with this trajectory, we're all in danger. That's why we're training our civilians here to protect themselves. Check out Berna. I'm Howie Carr. Live from the Matthews Brothers Studios. No trial today in the Karen Reid murder case in Dedham because it's the hackarama. They can't work a full week, you know that. So tomorrow's going to be a big day. A lot of fireworks, I think. So we wanted to check in even though it's a day off from the trial with Turtleboy, Aiden Carney to see what's going on. Aiden, the first thing I want to tell you is I call the state police for a statement. I'll read you what I said. Any statement on all the state cops who are in on the sexist text messages with Proctor. Any disciplinary action planned question, Mark. And I got back a one sentence response. "We are not going to comment while the trial is still going on." I'm shocked. Yeah, I mean, seriously, why would they want to comment on this thing, this elephant in the room that everyone's talking about. It's like a huge thing. So it's funny, the spam guys, the state police union president former release, his name is Patrick McNamara. He had this article in whatever the periodical they published there with the union about a month ago. And in the article, he was praising Proctor, and he's like, "This whole thing is a witch hunt, and he's a tremendous, he's a professional." Well, I shared it on my Twitter today. It's gone. It's down. It's forever wrong. The police, they are officially ashamed of Michael Proctor. They don't want anything to do with him. And it's got to mean, I mean, how does this guy still have a job? There's no way he can survive this. Well, as you said, I think you tweeted out, you used to be a teacher. If they ever caught teachers doing this, and I know teachers have good union protection, too, they would definitely be on the bench at the very least. Oh, 100%. I mean, how? And there would be pressure from other teachers to not want to be associated. Like, if you were that baby teacher that, you know, you stayed at school with some 16-year-old girl a little too long, you know, everybody knows that teacher. The band teacher. There was a little too comfortable with the kids. And, you know, you don't want to be that guy. Well, we would all shun them. Like, nobody would want to be associated with that teacher. But with, you know, with this guy, people don't mind being associated with Michael Proctor, I guess. So they erased the Pro Proctor story in their publication. That's good. We got to have to try to find that. I'm just told that the MSP Facebook, Mass State Police Facebook page is, you know, the comments section is just full of people quoting Proctor's text messages. And, you know, it's shocking to me, too, Aiden, that nobody, that none of these other state cops, just to cover their rear ends, if nothing else, would report this or say, "Hey, lay off, stop this." But none of them did, apparently, according to Proctor on the stand. It's a culture, Howard. It's a culture. It's not just Michael Proctor. I mean, they get rid of him tomorrow. The rap still remains. And they're going to have Tully come on this week, I'm told. So, you know, he's the guy. I mean, he's the boss of the boss. And he felt comfortable telling us to lose time. Like, like, fanning. I'm sure. Don't tell me. Tully didn't know. All these guys knew. And, you know, the fact that Michael Proctor felt comfortable saying stuff. I mean, what did he call it? He called it the retarded lawyer's client or the lawyer. And he said he hates the lawyer. Like, who hates the lawyer? I mean, it's like, this is a job. Everybody's doing their job, right? Yeah. And, you know, he doesn't seem to be a particularly incendiary personality to me. I mean, he's, and why did he hate Karen Reed from the very beginning of the thing? Why did he despise or so? And the terrible things he said. I mean, it's just... She fought back. They didn't like that. They didn't like that. In her booking video on June 9th, she says that you're kind of that she said something to the effect of the Albert did this. Brian and Colin Albert did this. She goes, we're all in the same joke, right? You know, my tail lights cracked and John's head is pulverized. You know, what's going on here? Obviously, that doesn't make any sense. And they don't like that. They didn't like that. She fought back. They wanted to shut up, take the deal, go away. And as we're going to see tomorrow in the text messages, the ones that haven't been displayed in court yet, he says he wants to hurt a kill herself. Yeah. I don't know. So, they'll be bringing that up. Is there any other texts that we know about that they're going to be bringing up tomorrow? I'm told that I was not given any specifics. I asked people within the recamp. They were kind of tight-lipped about it. I think they were kind of, you know, they used to get leaks and stuff like that. But then, you know, the state police took the phones and they go through them. And now they burn my sources. So, I don't get the same leaks that I used to. No news so far on the turtle-boy's phones. God knows what they're going to find on my phone. I wouldn't have to clean their eyes after that, but I wouldn't recommend it. But, yeah, I mean, it is crazy that these people could just take your phone. It's like a bunch of high school media from 2000 that never got out of high school. And the mentality that these people have, "Let's go do this, man. Let's go." It's just a bunch of oversized meatheads that never grew up. They've got guns and badges now. So, they have all this power. The fact that they feel comfortable talking to each other like this is just bizarre. Again, feel silenced for more easily. You'd think that she would have something to say about this. But, you know, considering she ultimately is in charge of the state police, but not at. Well, here's another thing that we discovered today. And I confirmed it through Meatball Morrissey's office. He is a delegate for Joe Biden to the National Democrat Convention in Chicago in August. So, you know, what I'm wondering about is, you know, you've got all these feminists and people who are worried about cop abuse like Ayanna Presley and the fake Indian and Mara Healy, you know, and are they going to be comfortable with this guy who's running the He-Man Woman Haters Club of Norfolk County? The thing about this, these people don't really care about police reform. Karen Reed is the wrong skin tone for them. That's the problem with this. They could give a crap less about Karen Reed. As a matter of fact, a lot of these people who are like, "Pro P.L.M. are on the, you know, support the blue now side now because I'm on the opposite side of it." A lot of people just take what I do and do the opposite. So, a lot of people who are formerly like, "Pro P.L.M. back in the day." Now all of a sudden they're like, "Yeah, go state police. Raw, raw, raw." Because again, Karen Reed is the wrong skin tone for them. And ultimately she can burn as far as, I mean, it's just silence. I haven't heard from any of these people. I haven't heard from Ayanna Presley. I haven't heard from anyone. Your state senators, state reps, literally no one, no elected officials are talking about this at all. Yeah, I just, and you know, I would think too that I have a feeling I'm the only reporter who made a call to the state police today. I hope I'm wrong, but I'll bet I'm the only one that's asked them what they're, what they're, I mean, come on. Yeah, there's like five or six things that were said that would get anybody in the media, anybody in large sections of state or local government canceled permanently fired for saying, and these guys are just going on about their business. And they all were, when they were doing these statements, I got the salaries. They're up on the website, how we car show.com. And I think they were tweeted out as well. None of them, they made all between 203, all the names that the Proctor listed yesterday on his chat stream or whatever. They all make between $142,000 and $230,000 a year. Barely getting by, barely getting by poor guys. You know, it's like, because he wasn't the only one on these shoes, not only were they all condoning it, a lot of them were participating in it like donkey lips David DeChico there, that guy, I mean, poor chops. He was in the, he said some pretty unsavory things about Karen Reed as well. He actually is like, you know, he called them a rookie for not getting, for not pressing medical exam and are hard enough, you know, and not getting that. And that's the other thing that's kind of being overlooked in these messages is enough, besides just the misogyny, which is pretty gross and all that. But how about the fact that they're telling, he admits in there that they called the medical examiner twice that are over, but they told the medical examiner prior to the examination that he was hit by a car. So she's going to work backwards from there. Like she's being told a medical examiner is supposed to look at it that body and you look at it and you're like, what happened to this guy? You tell me. They told her she got hit by a car. So make the pieces of the puzzle work. But they, but they also told the medical examiner on the day down in Brockton, didn't they tell him that it may have been a domestic dispute? Yeah, they did. 1041. They, they call it. That's what mechanics are. What do you call it? We believe this is the method. Because they found that shattered, uh, cocktail glass at the scene, right? And I think the original plan was to make it look, because that's the only thing they found out there was the cocktail glass. They didn't find any tail light. They can't please them find it. So they, I think the plan was to make it look like can we go out of the car, bang them over the hat in a fit of rage with the glass and then skedaddle out of there. But then as fate would have it, as luck would have it, five o'clock comes around, she's got a broken tail light all of a sudden and they kind of switched plans. So tell us about the misspellings and you know, just like the hope she kills herself, that's like out of the J Edgar Hoover's playbook with Martin Luther. Martin Luther King. The misspellings is out of Anthony Fauci's playbook, isn't it? Yeah. Well, there's one report in particular. I forget who we, who we talked about, but he mentioned that this, the names of five women who were inside the house. Sarah Levinson, Caitlin Albert, Catherine Doody, who is the daughter of the former fighter chief and now town manager, Charles Doody, all five of their names are spelled wrong. You know, so like if you Google that five for five, five for five and this, I've talked to a lot of police about this and they say that one of the things that they're taught is that you never fill names wrong in reports, you make sure that you get that right. Five on a five out of five, they're all spelled wrong. This is a cover up from the beginning. They're trying to hide these people's involvement in this and their needs as much as possible and blame it all on care and read who they clearly have a visceral hatred of. And this was a rat how are you like any, it's just so obvious that she didn't do this. If you just look at all the facts in the case, look at the autopsy photos. And this is a basic litmus test. Like if you think that Karen Reed killed John O'Keefe, you're too dumb to be a state trooper. Fear, you're just too dumb. We need smart people who are going to police us. And if you can't, I mean a child can figure out that Karen Reed didn't do this just by looking at the autopsy photos. You're too dumb. You can't be a state trooper anymore, dog. You lift the two go get out of here. We'll replace you and we'll find someone smarter. But again, I don't think they really care. They just, they wanted to pin it on her from day one for whatever reason there is. So, is it going to take the whole day tomorrow with the cross-examination continuing a proctor? No, it very well could. It'll at least be a few hours. I don't know who's going to come after that, but I'm told Tully's on the list. They got to get him in there. After seeing those messages, you would think like the Chico's got to get in there and Connor Keith, I guess, is the one that's involved in this. There's a whole bunch of troopers in there. They got to get it in the medical examiner and the cell bright person and their other cell phone expert who's going to try to see Jennifer McCabe did in Google that. So, yeah, they get a bunch. I don't see how they finish this up this week. Tell us about the social media that Proctor's wife put out last night. Oh, she's a real gem. So, she makes this post in defense of her husband, says she couldn't be prouder of him. And then she does what these people always do. They hide behind children. They always say, "Oh, my children are getting threats. No one's threatening your kids. Calm down." Jennifer McCabe said the same thing. There's literally all these people do when they get caught is hiding behind their kids like Hamas or something. They're like, "I'm the children." And they say, "Oh, you kid throw stones at me. You'll hit the children." And she says she couldn't be prouder of her husband. She's just as bad as he is. She's one of the ones that be attracted with the witness intimidation because she called people's workplace and tried to get them fired for saying negative things about her husband. But she forgot to start six, seven, one of them. So, I got her. I called her off on the show. I confirmed to her. And then we posted her workplace. And then they called that witness intimidation. But she could do it to you, but you couldn't do it to her. Yeah, she's a special class of citizens. She's a family member of a witness. So, you know, they get special protection that nobody else. I mean, this is a joke. Imagine looking at Michael Proctor and saying he's a victim of Turtle Boy. Give me a break. Oh, he's a victim of Michael Proctor, you know? The old things. Sometimes the fate is not in the stars, but in ourselves that we are underlings, you know? I mean, that's what... You think with the money these guys are getting paid, they can go visit Dr. Leonard and get a hair transplant. I mean, what would the shave tags all these guys if they were feeding their lives? No, Dr. D. Stefano. He's our guy. Dr. D. Stefano's our guy. They get by one of those laser caps like I got, you know? It's a little late for a laser cap for him, though. I don't know what he's going to do, you know? Maybe... They're all making a quarter million dollars. They can afford it. All right, Turtle Boy, thank you. We'll talk to you tomorrow when the trial resumes at 9 o'clock tomorrow, correct? Absolutely. And your show, you got your show on tonight, right? I got my show tonight, 9 o'clock, the Turtle Boy Live YouTube channel. Come on, join the fun. All right, thank you. Aiden Carney, Turtle Boy. We'll be on the scene tomorrow. Tomorrow we'll be talking about it. I'll be covering it. And I got a good call. I'm going tomorrow with all of the salaries. 844-542-42. You also don't have to keep your favorite radio station on all day to hear a particular song or show. You could just play me or Grace when you want at the click of a button on your phone. The same rule applies to real estate. You don't have to list your property at a price and then start negotiating. You don't have to wait an unknown period of time to sell. You don't have to listen to negative comments arising out of a home inspection. You can now choose to sell your real estate in a well marketed auction event with JJ Manning under your terms, and best of all, with no contingencies. Times have changed, processes evolve, and people do things differently. The way to sell your real estate is changing, too. JJ Manning uses their own 30-30 marketing plan. 30 days of marketing and 30 days to close. They have refined this process over 48 years. Luxury homes, rental properties, commercial, land. JJ Manning knows how to squeeze all of the juice out of the orange. I wonder who that could possibly be. 844-542-42. I think I'll tweet out the message from the state police. I'll have Emma tweet it out. It's just the one line, but it kind of sums it all up. We're not going to come. Any statement on all the state cops who are in the sexist text messages with Proctor, any disciplinary action plan, let me know by five. They get back at four, so that's good. We're not going to comment while the trial is still going on. Nothing's going to happen to any of these people. Look at all the people who stole out on the turnpike on true B. They disbanded it. It was so bad. A couple of them went to jail for two months, but most of them just walked away with their pensions. It's just like with the FBI. I've been looking into that again since I've been working on this Angelo book. Stevie Fleming testified who just turned 90. He testified at Whitey's trial that he had personally bribed six FBI agents in the Boston office. He named them. Not a single one, lost their pension. One of them set up a double hit on Northern Avenue, a guy named Vino Morris. He became the director of the training academy for the FBI. Zip Connolly, he was actually convicted of being a hitman. He's out. He got out of prison in Florida two years ago because he was going to die within a year. He's still alive, collecting his pension. All of them are collecting their pensions. Just like all these guys, all these six people involved in these text messages, they're all going to get their pensions. They probably won't even be punished. Proctor is gone, but he'll figure something out. 844, it's in the halls of justice. The only justice is in the halls. Hunter's probably going today. Why is it just me? All those state cops are getting away with it. The FBI agents in Boston, why is it just me? I'm how we guard. (dramatic music)
