And even then, we later found out later from the radio host that the Biden campaign had given her a list of questions to ask President Biden. He has a huge no-no in journalism, and the host was fired for it, but remains quite telling, that in the Biden campaign's efforts to show that the President has not missed a step, his campaign felt the need to feed questions to the hosts for a call-in radio interview. And the President still, even then, failed to deliver in many of his answers. And he railed against what he called the elites. I'm getting so frustrated by the elites. Now I'm not talking about you guys, but about the elites in the party who they know so much more. President Biden seems to be trying to frame what's going on right now as the average voters who want him versus the elites of the Democratic Party, donors and lawmakers and opinion makers, many of whom have serious concerns about Biden's ability to be the candidate and have called for him to step down after that debate performance that let's call baffling. In reality, 72% of voters say that they believe President Biden is too old. That's according to CNN's most recent polling. Voters have been saying this for quite a long time. The reality is that the Democratic elites are mostly late to acknowledge these age and ability issues compared to the rest of the public. The elites have been forced to reckon with it after the debate just 11 days ago. Now I'm tempted to say here that pigs really do fly. What you just heard there, perhaps, for the first time in three and a half years, you just heard CNN contradict Biden. Biden made a claim and absurd, as he so often does, an absurd claim. But this time, Jake Tapper, fake Jake, actually pushes back and tells his dwindling audience that what Biden just said to them was not true. It's not the so-called elites in the Democrat party that think Biden's too old. It's the American voter. American voters overwhelmingly. We're talking 70, 80% of the voting electorate think Biden is too old to be President. Again, you have to let that hit you. 70 to 80% of voters don't think Biden should be President. That's the hard truth that Jake Tapper and CNN is reporting as of today. Look at my career. I've not had many of those nights. It was a terrible night, and I really regret it happening. But the fact of the matter is, how can you assure you're going to be out on, you know, fake back and intervene on your way to go to, you know, work tomorrow? Age wasn't, you know, the idea is not too old. The fact of the matter is, how can you assure you're going to be out on, you know, on your way to go, you know, work tomorrow? Age wasn't, you know, the idea that I'm too old. Keep in mind that somebody is supposed to be reassuring to those Democratic supporters who have gone wobbly. Dude, dude, I mean, seriously, dude, that was brutal. What we're seeing here from Jake Tapper, Tapper made explicit for CNN's dwindling audience just how utterly incoherent Biden really is. Many Democratic officials with whom I've spoken are worried that President Biden and his family and his inner circle appear to be in complete denial, not just about whatever might be wrong with him, but the state of his candidacy right now. Did you ever watch the debate afterwards? I don't think I did now. He doesn't think he did. He doesn't think he did. I remember watching that on Friday. That was one of the first questions Biden got. And I really, he blew it. Did you see the debate? Did you see the debate? Oh, I don't think so. What do you mean? I don't think I did. I mean, I think you saw it or you did. I mean, how could you forget seeing a train wreck like that? Now, for his part, Trump, by radical contrast, is just crushing it. Now many elected Democrats are expressing concern about this answer to, although it was quite coherent, George Stephanopoulos asking him how he would feel if he ultimately loses to Donald Trump, which polls have suggested he will. I feel as long as I gave it my all and I did the goodest job as I know I can do, that's what this is about. As long as he gave it his all and did the goodest job he could do, that's what it's all about, is it? The President has said that Donald Trump, his opponent, poses an existential threat to democracy in the United States, is his giving it his all and doing the goodest job he can do enough? Wow, I mean, seriously, that was utterly brutal. Now, gang, here's what's really happening. This is why so many in the Democrat party, the Democratic League, as Biden would say, are completely flipping out and panicking. It's not just the polls. It's because the money's drying up. The donors, particularly the mega donors, are abandoning ship. And with no donors, the down ticket suffers. It's not just Biden that's going down. Remember, with Biden's collapse, the big fear now is the extent to which that collapse begins to drag down the down ticket candidates, the Democrat senators, representatives, the governors, the state legislatures. Here is a longtime Democrat donor, Whitney Tilsen, again, on CNN. Check this out. The dam has broken and more and more people will come out publicly. I can tell you with certainty that as recently as last Friday and Saturday after the debate, there were quite a few people who felt like it was just an off night. As of today, there is -- I can't find anybody. Even the -- and I am a hard, hard core. Democrat and Biden supporter. I love Joe Biden. I respect the fact that he's an optimist, that he's a fighter, and that has served him well in the 52 years since he was first elected to the Senate. But it's different today, I'm afraid. The ship has sailed, and there is basically no -- almost no support remaining for him as a candidate, not against him personally, but because nobody thinks he can beat Trump. And I think, unfortunately, that's correct. So that, my friends, is exactly what the Democrats are freaking out over. The money is drying up. Donors are beginning to turn their backs on the Dems. Now, we mentioned a few days back, we now got a Disney heiress threatening to withhold all high ticket donations until Biden steps down, and that's from all Democrats. Abigail Disney granddaughter of Roy Disney, one of the two original co-founders of Walt Disney Company, she's come out confirming that she is indeed trying to pressure Biden to drop out of the race, and she's withholding her mega millions from the party as a whole until Biden does just that. She's encouraging other mega donors to follow her lead, which more and more of them, as you can see, are doing. The mega donor class is basically trying to starve the Democrat party into dropping. Biden, so it's going to be very, very interesting to see if Biden stays in this race. And keep in mind, all indicators is that he is going to stubbornly defy these growing coals for him to step aside. He's all in. Biden is going down with that sinking ship. But if that's the case, it'll be very interesting to see what the fundraising numbers are at the end of this month. I mean, if Trump continues to rake in the mega hundreds of millions like he's been doing over the last couple of months, right? We're talking a quarter of a billion dollars ever since that vile conviction coming out of that corrupt Manhattan courtroom. If Trump continues to see that kind of financial support, which all signs show he will, if Biden's campaign finances dry up in the face of that, I mean, it just could be pouring oil on a fire at that point. So we'll continue to watch how things develop over the course of this week, but it does indeed seem that with every passing day, more and more rats, demerats are fleeing the sinking ship of USS Biden.
