Yes. I mean, the only other thing I could think of that you might want to chime in on, that I don't know much about. Honestly, I know the NBA draft was last time. I know my Atlanta Falcons, my Atlanta Hawks got the first overall pick. Was it a good pick? I have no idea. I don't know much about the NBA draft. That's my... I'm up on the NBA, not up on the NBA draft, and this was a pretty weak draft by all accounts. That's what I've understood. I don't know really anything about calling it a basketball, and my surface level NBA knowledge, mainly through the gambling aspect of it, that's how I know most of the players and why I watch most of the games. And I enjoy that. I do enjoy the NBA, and I like watching the playoffs and the finals and stuff this year in the last couple years. But yeah, I was kind of hearing that this draft class wasn't the best, and this was the first time the Hawks got the first overall pick, and it was like, "Oh, that's awesome." But there's not really like... You know what I mean? There was one definitive game-changing player that they could take. And I don't really have anything with Trey on yet, because there was a lot of speculation they were going to move him. Yeah, a lot of speculation they were going to move him. They haven't done anything. Don't know if they will. Do anything. Deontay Murray's got interest. They got a lot of players that teams probably have interest in. I just don't know what they're asking prices or where they're really going to go with a... I don't know if it's a rebuild or whatever you want to call it, a re-tooling with the roster, because I don't know how good this number one overall pick is. You might turn out to be a good player. I don't know if he's going to be able to contribute right away like some rookies do. Well, the problem with Trey Young is, you know, I was lucky enough to go to a lot of the games this season, at least like a decent amount of them. And a lot of the games that I went to Trey wasn't playing, but Murray was. And it felt like what Murray was contributing was just as good, if not better, than what Young was, if that makes sense. It was one of those things where it's like young, I don't know. I don't know enough to speak on it, but it was one of those things where I think most of the Hawks fan base is like, yeah, he's going to get rid of Trey Young. Like, keep Murray or build something new, but I guess Young just isn't working. Like with, I guess, with the money they pay him and like what his status is and we're not winning with him and he doesn't. You missed a lot of games last year. So I don't know, but that's all the NBA talks that we got. I feel the draft was last night. So if you're going to bring it up, but I know people are going to want to listen to us talk about wrestling anyway. So, you know, we can get into that. All right, let's jump into the wrestling here. Over a million fans and a great number in the demo tuned in, and it was a great show. And I think it's been a run of great shows. AEW New Japan for Pit and Door is this weekend. As always, it's a big lineup with a lot of crossover talent. We got starting talent. We got CML talent this year, and it's all headline by Will Osprey challenging for the AEW world title against Swerve Strickland. First thoughts on the overall card, Jensen? Um, stacked, but confusing in some ways. If that makes sense, like, when you look at this on paper, especially when you look at like the actual graphics, like the, like all the matches and their graphics all together, it's like, damn, this is, this is a pretty stacked show, as you'd expect for Ben door to be. But then there's also like head scratchers in there. For instance, I don't know why this isn't anything against Hichasero, but I don't know why of all people literally in the world across multiple promotions. That's MJF's match at Forbidden Door. I just feel like MJF has been like, I don't know what the right word is. And I think people know when I'm like, where I'm, I think a lot of people would agree that like, like MJF's your number one kind of like homegrown talent in the company was the world champion right before he dropped it to Joe, obviously, and went away for injury. But since these come back, it's been like this really weird booking of him. I've talked about this before, but like it doesn't help that like the majority of the top star than AEW or tweeners. And I know that MJF is, he's technically a babyface, but he's saying heel-ish stuff still and kind of like has that heel edge to him. So it's just, it's just a strange position. I feel like to be MJF in how MJF's using, or AEW using MJF, mainly because you would just figure he'd have a bigger name. Like, I mean, I really don't want to downplay how good Hitch of Sarah is because he is very talented. Like, I like his matches. He should be on the show. But do you agree with me where it's like, wouldn't you feel like MJF would have like a way bigger name in like New Japan or somewhere worldwide than Hitch of Sarah? I think that when it comes to MJF, my disconnect is he should be gunning for the world title. Immediately. And him not doing that is a little strange. I don't think that Hitch of Sarah matches all that strange based on where he just came in. He went to an immediate feud with Rouge. He's always talked down about basically people from other promotions, certainly New Japan. And that's why maybe a New Japan opponent would have made more sense. But he's always just kind of shied away or thumbed his nose at other talent and their style and, you know, what they do and everything. So, Hitch of Sarah, I mean, Hitch of Sarah was picked by him for the elite. The elite were like, no, you're going to face Hitch of Sarah here. I think Hitch of Sarah is a really good wrestler. I think no matter who you put about, or who you put MJF against, people are just going to assume he's going to win. And so it's kind of a almost a no win situation for the opponent. So they kind of just like, hey, let's get a good match between Daniel, or that keeps saying anything. Let's get a match between MJF and Hitch of Sarah, MJF's going to win. But I think what I liked last night about the MJF stuff is now I'm kind of seeing a bigger picture with it is he's being overshadowed. That was the kind of the story last night of Will Osprey coming in and taking that moment that he was having with Daniel Garcia. And now that he's only facing Hitch of Sarah at Forbidden Door, it feels like, oh, this is an MJF thing that's being a little bit overshadowed by the rest of the guard. So I think that's what they're trying to tell a little bit. Maybe I'm giving them too much credit. But there are certainly some scenes there, especially with what they did last night. I think you're, I think you're on the money about all of that. I just don't know why they would intentionally do any type of story that would put MJF in the background. Like it's just weird to be. Like he should be very front and center and like going for the title. But yeah, that's the issue I really have is like, he just comes back and he's not going for the title. Like he lost that, basically banged up, injured. He said as much. And then he got screwed over by his former best friend. And it's like, oh, the world title, like why wouldn't he be? This isn't my complaint when they released the the own heart tournament brackets. Like why isn't MJF in this thing? Why wouldn't MJF want to be in this tournament where the winner gets a world title shot in the main event of Wembley Stadium? Yeah, it doesn't make any sense why he wouldn't want to be a part of that. Um, yeah, it just it just it just strange to me. Like, I think it'll be a good match. Like Wakey said, I just like last night with me and you did the interview. By the way, you're already here with Corey Michael and this show. When we were when we were when we were wrapped up, I missed the first few minutes of Dynamite because we were wrapping up our interview and stuff. I would and I went back and watched. I want to make sure it didn't miss anything. Essentially, last time I was reading the show, MJF challenged Dana Garcia to all in and then Will Osprey challenged Dana Garcia to a match next week for so that he could challenge for his international championship. And then MJF was like, you need to focus on this and left. And it's like, why would one match have any? Why would one match have any, anything to do with the other with forbidden door being as far out? There's not enough for been door with all out being as far. I know it's not that far away, but like, there's enough time to like, why would it? The only the only connection those two matches would have to be would be if Garcia won the international championship and then what you're gonna have MJF versus Daniel Garcia for the international championship, but all of a sudden, I don't see that happening. I don't see Will Osprey going in belt list to all in. And I also think it's weird as hell that most likely Osprey is going to be taking an L to swerve and the title match it forbidden door. And so they'll be coming off like a big loss at a pay-per-view going into all in. It just, I don't know, maybe it's maybe it's the placement of forbidden door. Maybe that's the problem. If that makes sense, like, like should they even be doing this pay-per-view this time of year before all in? I also feel like that's the reason why like the ratings might dip and stuff because people like just don't care that much about like New Japan and CMLL and they just kind of want to get back to like the AEW based storylines. So they kind of like maybe take a break from AEW plus WWE is getting ultra hot right now. It doesn't help AEW. WWE is getting ultra hot. So a lot of those fans are probably watching maybe instead of AEW. There's a lot of things working, I guess, against AEW at the moment is my point. But does that, does that make sense to you, Jeremy? Like, does that seem weird? Like how they're, how like you, it's like you kind of like you have to do this. But then you also have to, between now and all in, do an entire own hot, own heart tournament to get to all in, but you're already setting up all in matches, but you have to do forbidden door first. So you have to like deal with that. It just kind of seems like it's, oh, it's just seems like it's too much. Well, that's always been the knock on Forbidden Door is the sickos love. The sickos love, you know, the New Japan talent coming in, CML talent coming in, started talent coming in. But the, the, I want to say mythical casual fan, but there's certainly people who watch weekly who are like, okay, now you're introducing this talent who doesn't stick around past this event. Now you're introducing this talent who doesn't stick around past this event. And it kind of worked in the past because New Japan was hot in the past. And New Japan right now, their top guys are now in AEW. Like, New Japan's bringing in, okay, they have Naito, Naito Moxley, obviously a big match. Naito's a guy who's been, been on the AEW cards before. That's fine. We get that. Shingo was the other kind of top guy taken on Danielson. So, of course, the hardcore fans like this match and are excited for this match. But Shingo's a guy that I'm pretty sure he's been on Forbidden Door. I think he, because he teamed with Sting. But he, what, like, that was it. And he wasn't like someone that was a long, that was like a long term storyline. That was a, hey, here's Sting, Darby Allen, and Shingo. Here's their team. I'm not even sure Shingo appeared on television before that. Everybody else. It's, the New Japan influence on this card really isn't that much because in the past, you would have Osprey, White, Okada. And now they're all just AEW wrestlers that you see weekly on AEW. So it's like, oh, we got Naito and this, this guy here, yeah, like, there's just not a whole lot of New Japan influence. Like, I think that's, there's a reason why that's, there's no New Japan AEW World Title match. The World Title match is AEW, AEW, because they felt they needed something. They didn't have a New Japan guy, like they could have in the past, be able to come in to fight for the AEW World Title. Like, who was going to make sense in that spot? I guess you could have done, like, Swerve and Yoda Sugi, but I don't think they really want to beat, like Yoda Sugi. You do Swerve and Tanahashi again, Tanahashi for the 18th straight year challenges for the AEW World Title and Forbidden Door. Like, there wasn't a big name for them to put for the AEW World Title. So they went with Swerve and Osprey, which I don't think was a bad call. But yeah, you look at the rest of the card, it's a lot of guys who are just being introduced and aren't going to be sticking around for a long time. And I do think for people who want to try to invest weekly, that can be a turn-off. You're totally right about all that. I hadn't really thought about that so much, but like, you're, it's a really good point that a lot of these, a lot of the talent is just an AEW now. So, like, it almost makes the Forbidden Door concept on, like, for the pay-per-view, especially just kind of, like, unnecessary. Like, even like Shabbatah, you know, like, he's a new Japan legend. We never thought we'd see him wrestle again. And now, like, we're used to seeing him every week with, like, hooking some other Joe and stuff. Like, that isn't, you know, which I, I like, by the way, I like the pairing of those three a lot. I'm actually interested in their trio of match against the learning tree. But I, uh, that's, that's a really good point that I actually hadn't considered is, like, a lot of the talent that would be the crossover from New Japan is just straight up signed AEW now. So, like, it's pretty much just like an AEW show. It's basically sprinkled in with a little CMLL, which are also people that we see, like, fairly often on AEW. Like, we've seen it's a share of something like that. So, like, it's not like, yeah, it's a problem. The problem with this, the problem with the CMLL stuff is most of these guys come in and look, like they, they don't exactly put over the CMLL talent to where you view them as viable threats. I know Hetchiserro, Hetchiserro has picked up some wins. So they've at least done a good job of building him up. But otherwise, when they bring in these CMLL talents, they typically just take a bunch of losses. And so you're not viewing them as like, oh, I can't wait to see this match. This guy is going to be a top guy. Or this guy is going to, you know, potentially win. Like, we know Hetchiserro is not going to beat MJF. I, again, I do give them credit. They've had Hetchiserro just kind of win quick matches. I know he's beaten like Matt Menard. Like, all right, cool. Like they've, they've given him wins over very, very less talent that you knew he was going to beat. But then he's jumping up and it's like, oh, well, now he's chasing MJF. There's not a chance he's beating MJF. And the rest of the CMLL guys, it feels like every time they come in, they never win. Yeah. No, you're, you're right. I mean, there's no chance that Hetchiserro is beating MJF on this show. And I highly doubt that Stephanie Viquor is going to be beating her city's nonay, even though she's technically representing New Japan, but she was also that AAA women's also. I don't know. Did she still hold that title or no? Pretty sure she does. Okay. So, but on the flip side, I'll, let's spotlight real quick. The only match that I could potentially see, like the other side winning, do you think Naito is going to beat Moxley? Yeah, 100%. Okay. So that's really the only win across this entire thing that is non-AW. I think that's going to, like, when you look at this card, just like super quickly, like Swirvin Ospers, both AW, I doubt anyone outside of AW is winning the TNT championship in the, in the latter match. Monet is probably not going to lose. I doubt time was Tony loses. Orange Cassidy and Zachary Rejuna, that's an interesting one. That one, I guess, could go either way, technically. Naito, you would expect to beat Moxley. No lamb, Jeff's losing a Hetchiserro. Danielson to Kage, I guess, could technically go either way, but I highly doubt that Kage is going to make a run in the, like, this is an AW tournament. So Lorraine Trie matches all AW, elite matches all AW, except for Tanahashi. So, like, and I doubt that the Cesarace is going to be winning that one. So, like, really, the reason I did all that, by the way, went through that, just to kind of highlight, I think, of the quote, unquote, outside talent, I think Naito is the only one winning outside of maybe Z-S-J. So, it's really not much of like, they probably don't need to do this thing anymore. Like, I think it's a cool, like, it's a cool, it was a cool concept if there was more people from the outside coming in that had a chance. But, you know, and it just doesn't seem like that's the case this year. I also think the concept, the concept definitely gets hurt when AW signs New Japan's biggest stars. I mean, that, because then New Japan doesn't have anybody descend that feels like a big deal. And that's, that's not an AW's fault. Look, I'm not going to begrudging them for signing Osprey and Okada and Jay White. New Japan's got to just kind of rebuild. And they're slowly doing that, but they just don't have guys on that level anymore. Naito is the only person that's really there. It also doesn't help that a lot of these guys will just show up on random shows. Like, when you're doing matches with CML talent throughout the year, when you're doing matches with stardom talent throughout the year, the Forbidden Door show just kind of loses luster as like a one-off dream match show. And yeah, like we can see Mercedes against Stephanie Vacker. It seems like any time of the year, we've seen the CML matches throughout this year. Like, we've seen stardom talent come in and compete throughout the throughout the year. They were part of the the ROH show earlier this year. Like, they, they just kind of, when everybody just kind of comes and goes as they please, is like, we had Zack Sabre Jr and Brian Danielson at WrestleDream last year. Like, that when you kind of do these dream matchups on other pay-per-views instead of saving it for this, what's considered a dream match pay-per-view between multiple companies, all of a sudden this dream match pay-per-view doesn't look so great when it's like, oh, well, I can just, I can watch this match at Wrestle Kingdom. I can watch this match at WrestleDream. Why do I gotta wait until we're been in door? Right. Once again, I completely agree with all that. You know, and I think that part of it, on one hand, I appreciate it, right? Like, I appreciate that Tony Khan is for the sickos and I appreciate that, you know, he's putting on, it's, it's like the best Paul, my guest really to have as a wrestling fan. Because like, I've forgotten some, I've forgotten more about AEW and I can remember probably as far as like the amount of like dream matches and stuff that actually put on in like the five-year history of the company. Because like, it happened, it's almost just become like the norm now or like, you know, great matches. Like, so once again, like, this is good stuff as a wrestling fan. I know when I tune into an AEW pay-per-view especially, now like, from top to bottom, like this card right here, there's some critiques I have about like the booking of it or whatever. But at the end of the day, like, these are all going to be great matches. This is going to be a great show. It's going to be definitely worth my money. Like, I, you know what I mean? So it's one of those things where like, I appreciate it on one hand that they do as much of this that, that we're talking about. But also part of my concern, like I keep bringing up is, you know, all in right around the corner. And, you know, all in still basically an entire month away. Yeah, but that's not that long though. You know what I mean? That's, that's like four weeks. But then it's, I'm not going to fully knock them on that when basically, WWE does monthly pay-per-views. And most of theirs feels like they're about three weeks in between. Like monthly, I don't think monthly pay-per-views is really the issue on this. I think with AEW, because they didn't do monthly pay-per-views, it looks, it looks like a bigger deal. But it's just, it's just a monthly pay-per-view. I don't think that's really the issue in that the all-in build because they're actually, I think they're doing a good job so far of making, of almost turning their attention towards all. And maybe that's why Forbidden Door is losing a little something. It's like, okay, cool, Forbidden Door matches, but we got the own going on where the winner gets the title shot at all. And we have MJF and Garcia challenging each other for all-in. Like they're looking past Forbidden Door. And that's not a problem with Forbidden Door necessarily. That's a problem in AEW's writing and scripting that they are overlooking Forbidden Door. They don't have to do that. They can put focus on Forbidden Door. Instead, they're deciding to put more focus or some focus on all-in. And so people are just like, okay, Forbidden Door, cool, let's look at all-in. Again, they can do a better job of not doing that. But to do that, they kind of need a little bit more meat for Forbidden Door. You basically just articulated what I was basically the point of trying to get across. Like that's pretty much exactly what I'm talking about. I feel like Forbidden Door is being overshadowed. It is what regardless of if we're used to the month-to-month pay per views. It just feels like it's kind of been overlooked. And I also know that people are concerned about the ratings and this and that. And it's like, I honestly think that a part of it, I'm not trying to like cope for AEW or whatever. I'm just saying, like honestly, the part of it is there's a certain part of the fan base that just like, they're like, they're ready for all-in. They like to build for all-in. They want to see all-in. They're hyped for that. And like, this just kind of feels like an unnecessary thing to do, like before all-in. Because it does take focus off of all-in. And also, I'm a bit concerned about the positioning of Osprey. I think, I get that he's going to, like, let's all just throw it out there right now. Do you expect Swerve to beat Osprey at Forbidden Door Hurricane? I do. Yeah. That seems like where they're going. And that's what I think as well. Now, I'm not going to take anything away from Swerve. I think he's done a great job. I think it was the right move to make him the champion. He had the fan support, the character and the gimmick, and everything. He has great matches. Like, I'm not going to sit here and be like Swerve shouldn't have been the A.W. Royal Champion. That's not at all what I'm saying. But what I am saying is, if the idea for Tony Khan, which I don't know, because I'm not in the guy's head, obviously, you have to think a big part of signing the Osprey the way that they did, for the length that they did, then a big part of it is highlighting him at Wembley every year. And that's probably a big part why he signed also. Which is probably a fair assumption to make. I mean, he got the tattoo after Wembley last year. It obviously means a lot for Osprey to be a big deal in front of his home crowd when we stay big a show of the year. It's like their WrestleMania and he gets to be a centerpiece of that, which all makes sense. All totally makes sense. But what my concern is, is like, okay, so if you beat Osprey going into Forbidden Door, regardless, let's say he retains the international, well, assume that he beats the end of RC and he goes into Forbidden or goes into all in with the International Championship and defends it there. Probably has a banger match, you know, it probably provides a great night and like the hands go nuts for him. But like, is Tony Khan's long play Osprey becoming like the world champion next year at all in. Because if that's the case, so many things can happen in a year that can make that not happen the way you plan for it. And I just wouldn't risk it. Like you just have such, I just feel like you have such a unique opportunity here. It's right there in your face. Like you could, Osprey's the most over guy on the show right now. I don't, I don't know if that's even really debatable. Maybe it is and I'm just missing something. But like, I feel like Osprey is getting the biggest reactions. He's having the best matches and he's about to be the most over guy at your biggest show of the year with your biggest crowd of the year. I just feel like, like if you, if you have any plans to make the other world champion, you might as well just do it before something happens. Like, don't, I like the idea of long-term storytelling and slow-burning stuff and, and bigger payoffs and listen, look behind me, right? Like, I think that Cody went into the championship this year at, at WrestleMania. It was bigger this year. Like they waited that extra year and it actually turned, it worked out. But that wasn't always the plan. And the rock was going to swoop in. And like, a lot of things could have changed. AEW was going to do Cody, Cody said it himself. They were going to do Cody Rose versus Sting. And Cody was eventually going to turn and they had this whole plan for that story. And it didn't happen because Cody left the company. Like people can get hurt, contract stuff can happen. So it was just one of those things where like, I just, I don't like the idea. If the idea is, okay, we'll wait until next year to strap up Will Osprey and give him his big moment of Wembley, one like you can literally do it a month from now and be set for like the next few years with that guys or top guy. I see what you're saying. I don't disagree because it did seem like all roads were pointing to Osprey winning at all in. And then he won the international title. And then he won the gauntlet thing and ended so it's challenging for the title now. It looks like it could be wrong just based on sort of what the direction is on television. The wild card will be hangman and then hangman and swerve at Wembley makes a lot of sense for the overall story. Where does that leave Osprey? I assume he'd still be the international champion. Don't know who he's going to face out of that. I don't fully love that. I think it's part of the story. I mean, I know it's part of the story of Osprey coming out last night and being like, Hey, I'll face you Daniel Garcia next week international championship and I'll put the world title on the line if I win. It almost felt like they were tipping that Osprey is losing. And I don't really love that they would go that direction of, Hey, why are we setting up this match? And the story is Osprey is losing focus and Osprey is basically, he thinks he's running everything. He's trying to overshadow MJF. He's basically saying, I'm going to beat swerve and then I'll just face Daniel Garcia next week. It's fine. He feels like he's bulletproof right now. So I understand what they're trying to do there. I don't know. It's almost a heel-ish type thing to do of this person who's trying to overshadow this other guy or this person who is looking past almost the world title, which feels weird. The story, the story with Osprey and swerve feels a little disjointed compared to what it could be because then you have swerve mentioning Osprey's family to get an Osprey's head. But then he does turn his attention off of swerve. It's a little disjointed to me. It's going to be a great match. I know it's going to be a great match. It feels like they're trying to do too much with it when, honestly, you don't need to do a whole lot with this match. Yeah, you're right. I mean, all these matches are going to mind of being good. I'm looking forward to this stuff, but it is confusing. I'll let me put it this way. If Will Osprey is not going to be challenging for the world championship at Wembley or be the world champion going into Wembley, I feel like the move is 100% to do MJF versus Osprey then. So maybe they just tease that they're going to do Garcia in MJF. Maybe that's a red herring, like to get to India versus Osprey. I guess that because maybe MJF really is targeting the international championship. But once again, why would you be doing that when you were the former world champion and like have a total claim to coming back and like getting back in that mix? I mean, listen, I love to end Garcia, by the way, people, especially who follow the weekend or podcast, I would cover in his career, pretty much his entire indie run up until EEW. So like, I'm very familiar to Daniel Garcia, I'm a big fan of Daniel Garcia, and I like that it looks like he's getting a push. But once again, this is to both of our points about like kind of the weird booking of AEW and all the titles and stuff. It's like, we've seen Daniel Garcia and recent memory unsuccessfully challenged for multiple championships in AEW. And now it's like, okay, push the hell out of him now, like get him in there with MJF, get him in there in the national championship. It's like, it's just, it's just strange. Like, I don't know how else to say it. Like, I think Daniel Garcia should get pushed. I think he's super talented. He's a young guy. He could be one of the top guys, top bases of AEW for a long time. In-ring work, I really, really enjoy. I'm not a big fan, like, the whole dancing thing, but like, I get it, people are into it. It's over like, so, so it's one of the things like, I liked that they're pushing him, but like, don't you think it's weird? It's like, okay, now let's give him the mega push after he like unsuccessfully challenged us for the TNT championship and, you know, all that kind of stuff. It's like, well, AEW's got so many titles, just go for the other one. Like, I don't like that idea. Like, lose this chance, lose this chance of this title, lose this chance of this title. Well, there's this other champion, but just go for this one, Max. Like, just like, overkill. Well, I thought it was weird. One, I thought I should have won the TNT title earlier this year. I thought it was weird that when he said he wanted to go out to the international titles. Like, okay, that makes sense. But then Kyle O'Reilly gets an international title shot, even though Kyle O'Reilly had a worse record than Daniel Garcia, and now O'Reilly just loses basically every week. Anyway, I got no problem with Daniel Garcia. I'm just getting this title shot. He has racked up wins and everything. Setting up like, at some point, you got to give the guy the victory though, because if he's just going to lose to Osprey and then lose to MJF at all end, then it becomes the case, almost the Danielson case of, all right, well, this guy just, he's a loser in these big matches. Like, it's cool that he's getting these big matches, but at some point, like, he's got to win one of these for me to take him serious on this. Kyle O'Reilly is like the best example of that, by the way. I'm glad you brought up Kyle, because he's actually a better example than Danny Garcia is of what I'm trying to explain, because he's gotten a chance after chance. He keeps losing, and he's like my favorite wrestler. I love Kyle O'Reilly, but like, he keeps losing, but then he keeps getting more shots, which is weird. Also, not having Garcia, like, really, yeah, prominently featured, basically, since he lost to Christian, he's won a lot of matches. Don't get me wrong, when I say prominently featured, it's not that he's not on television, because he is, and he's won basically every match he's been in, and he's won them very quickly. But it's not like he's this promen- Ooh, gotta lose Jeremy. Do you guys hear me? Oh, okay, you're back. Yeah, it's true. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, he hasn't been, he's been on collision, he's been winning matches, but he hasn't been featured in like a big story, or big, like, he hasn't faced, I don't think a lot of times, AEW accomplishes as much as they think they accomplish by giving a guy a one-minute victory over a no-name. Like, you just don't think they accomplish all that much, at least what they think they do. Grainger for the ones who get it done. Do with that. I think a win, a 10-minute victory over, let's say, Penta goes longer for Daniel Garcia than a one-minute victory over three guys who literally lose every single match. That's super true. I couldn't agree more. And there was a lot of that. I mean, even with like Roush, that's another thing that was weird. Like how MJ after that mini feud with Roush. Roush was pretty much only on collision. And he was just having those kind of matches. He's just like racking up wins against nobody super fast. Nice with the bull, get the horns, just run into people in the corner over and over and pin them. And then all of a sudden, it's like he pops up on Dynamite, has this feud with MJF. And it's like, I didn't expect him to beat MJF at any point in getting it. So no, I think you're right on the money, Jeremy. I think we're both on the same page about this. It's one of the things that's unfortunate. It's this double-edged sword, because there's a lot of things that we can kind of criticize about kind of where AEW's at with the build to this show and this being overshadowed by All-In. But to be totally fair, this weekend, I think this card is going to be a banger. The next time we're talking about this, I think I'm going to have a lot of really positive things to say about the stuff we saw on Forbidden Door. They were not really good matches. But I'm just, like I've said, I'm just a little bit concerned about some of the top people in AEW and like how they're going to be kind of booked going forward. But hey, it's not my company. It's not, I'm just a fan from the outside looking in. Like, I want to have, I want good matches and good stories. And I think the whole wrestling landscape right now is great. Like, I think WWE is doing better than they've done in a long time. I think AEW is still doing great. And the indie scene is thriving. So like, as a wrestling fan, I'm definitely spoiled. And these are all kind of first world problems that I'm bringing up. But it's one of those things that's kind of keeping your mind, you know, like, I'm just, I'm big on, I just feel like guys like MJ F&M will all spray Swerve as well. I mean, there's others, but those type of dudes are like just super, super, super valuable to the future of your company. And you can't just have the mindset of like, well, we'll just do it later. What does do this later? We'll do this later when like things happen, things change. What happens if another free agent becomes available and MJF or MJF, AEW swoops them off and like, that wrestler gets hot next year. And it's like, well, you got to go with that hot hand next or somebody gets injured or somebody leaves the company or like, I mean, just, there's too many intangibles, too many things can happen. I feel like when you got sucked right in front of you, you might as well just pull the trigger while you can. So that's where I'm at with it. But I think, as far as like MJF and Garcia, I think that there's a chance to do that at all on still because they did tease it. But I think that there's a better chance to be actually open when they want to get off to versus MJF to that show. Yeah, I think MJF and Osprey is more likely than MJF and Garcia, which makes the decision to kind of tease it last night. You know, I guess interesting to see where they end up, where they wind up with it is MJF screw over Garcia and was like, no, you were, I, we were in Buffalo. I just wanted to come out and, you know, make the challenge because it was your hometown. Then I was just trying to basically use your clout in Buffalo to, to make myself look better type of thing because I don't think teasing that match, basically having this big challenge and then not delivering on it. I don't think that does a whole lot for Daniel Garcia, certainly. So if you actually are trying to invest something in Daniel Garcia, I think that makes him look a little foolish. It did not give him that match after kind of doing this challenge. So I think you've got to factor him in somewhere. I don't know if it's a triple threat match or what it is, but you got to do something with him after doing that segment. Like it, you do that segment. He's doing the match against Osprey. It's going to be at least for the international title. And but then don't give him the Wembley match feels a little strange. Exactly. We are totally on the same page there. And if MJF goes out route, once again, that's kind of like a heel-ish move. That's very tweener-ish, which I'm not one of those people that like you have to be a defined like black or white, you know, heel or baby face. But I've said it a thousand times. There's too much gray area going on with the majority of the top stars in AEW. And I think that also makes it kind of confusing to the crowd and to the booking and stuff. So like, you know, we'll see where it goes. I mean, it's all a good match. It's like MJF versus Garcia when it eventually happens. It's going to be a banger. Like I've no doubt about that. It just matter of like, does it make sense once they do it, you know, and where does it go from there? Anything else from this show that you want to you want to spotlight? I mean, Danielson versus Shingo is going to be a banger in the Owen Hart tournament. I know that you're obviously, you know, Danielson's your guy. What are you looking forward to doing that one? Do you expect Danielson to advance in the tournament? Now, I expect him to win because I don't think Shingo is going to win. I don't feel like she's a Japan person is going to really advance in this tournament. I mean, the match that I'm really looking forward to the most, the thing the story that I think has been the best is Tony Storm and Mina Cherkawa. I think that's been the best television I've had for really months now really since Mariah Mae entered the picture and then Mina coming in her history with Mariah. They did the clovenis dance last night on the show. Mina and Mariah, Tony was not happy about that. Mina accidentally hit her with the champagne last night and they were both checking on her. Like, that's been really good. And now it becomes of which side is Mariah Mae on as our two friends now face, I forbid, indoor. I think everything Tony Storm's since Mariah Mae has come in, like that underlying story. And as it hasn't been the full bore story because Tony's obviously feud with like Thunder Rosa, Tana Praso and Mariah's been there. But you can see the all the underlying stuff. It's all been story advancement week to week. I think that's been really good. And now it's really going to ramp up and it has ramped up with Mina Cherkawa entering the picture. The match on Sunday, Mariah being in the own heart tournament. I assume winning that to face Tony Storm at the pay-per-view. Like, I think all of this is really good stuff. And I'm looking forward to the actual match between Tony and Mina and how all of that plays out. Yeah, same here. I totally agree with that as well. I think that I think Tony Storm in general is doing the best work of her career by far right now. I think that's pretty undeniable. I think Mariah Mae has definitely added to all of that and had the intrigue of also having the history of Cherkawa. So like I totally agree with everything you said. And I also think that you know, we talked about it before, but it's probably it's pretty clear that Mariah Mae is going to win the women's own. So like we'll get Tony Storm versus Mariah Mae at all end, which is going to be massive for both of them and for that crowd. So all I can really want here is I could be as I feel like the outcome is predictable because I expect Tony Storm to retain and set up versus Mariah Mae. So I just want just a great match out of these two and I expect that that's going to happen. So, you know, I mean, I think this is it. This is a giant win for everybody here and is going to build up a, I mean, I think we said, I think he said the same last week, right? Like he was trying to Mariah Mae to win the Owen and get that, that magic for win late. Just once again, that's another one of those things. It's like, it's right there in front of you. Pull the trigger. Like, I know Mariah is newer to the AW crowd and stuff, but they have built this story. They're both from the UK. Like this is, it's the time to do that match is going to be all in. So we'll get a little taste of like some seeds being planted, probably, you know, towards that at the show and going for the next month. But I'm with you, man, this, this has been, it's been one of the best things that AW has done in recent memory. It has been everything that has to do with Tony Storm, honestly. We got a couple super chats from our guy, Tommy, Tommy Saints, Tommy Bishop on Fightful. Appreciate you, Tommy. And also he says, For Vin and Dora, concept sucks now. It disrupts the flow of storytelling. Osprey should win the belt and be built around. He's way more over. I'm also English. He's a little biased there, but dude, I honestly, I mean, I've been saying the same thing. I mean, there's a lot of fans saying the same thing. And it's, once again, it's kind of like a good problem to have because listen, it's, it's a, obviously there was nothing that anyone can do about this and the way things played out. But when you really think about this kind of like critically, and you go back to MJF as the world champion, clearly, this was all heading towards Adam Cole, beating MJF for the championship, the whole devil reveal and all that stuff, like things were going to go in a much different direction for the world championship. Things went the way that they did. Adam Cole got hurt on that freak injury that he still doesn't back from. And you know, they kind of had to like hotshot the title over to Samoa Joe. I don't think that there was like long-term plans to put the title on Samoa Joe. He was just the best option at that time, had the most credibility, had some history with MJF and they could kind of work him into that devil storyline as kind of like the paid assassin or whatever and all that stuff. And like, so they, they got the belt on Samoa Joe and I liked Samoa Joe's run as the champion. Like Samoa Joe is always going to have credibility with me. I'm always going to be a fan of the guy. No matter how often he loses, he's pretty bulletproof as far as like, he can put him right back in the mix in any situation. He's going to kill it. He's going to be credible. So he has that goal in form and I like this title run. But because Swerve got as hot as he did at that same time, you had to belt up Swerve, like you had to do it. And I think it was the right move to do it. But it's like, it's almost like a hindsight. If they could have had the foresight or whatever of knowing like, let me put it this way. I guess the simplest way I could put this. If it was Swerve beating MJF instead of Samoa Joe, like if we never got the Samoa Joe title reign, I feel like all this makes way more sense because now would be probably a good time for Swerve to maybe drop the title. Because it also feels like you can't take the title of Swerve yet because he just won it so recently. You know what I mean? But like, how do you want it against MJF at World's End? We never had the Samoa Joe run. I could see it way more likely now that like Swerve would lose going into forbidden or go going into all end. Does that all make sense? Like that timeline? Because I feel like that's a big part of it too is like it isn't so much just like we need to get the title on Osprey. It's also like, well, we don't want to get the title off of Swerve yet because he just won the title. But if he had won it back then, we'd be probably ready for a title change. So it's it's it was just a tough spot for you to be in. And once again, this all goes back to like this was all going to be out of a hole to begin with. And then that didn't happen because of the injury. So like plans just got totally screwed up and now we're at where we're at. But now Osprey is like the guy. But you don't want to take it off of Swerve yet. So it's a tough spot to be in. It's an interesting spot to be in. Yeah, I think Swerve is going to retain, I don't know, but like, but I mean, I said it when the match was first announced. Osprey felt like the guy and nothing's really changed my mind over the past few weeks month since he earned the number one contender spot. Nothing's really changed my mind off of that. Like, I think Osprey is still the guy. I think he maybe you should maybe just play the hot hand here. But for the story they're setting up, I can't just credit that either because it does look like they're setting up Swerve and hangman for all in. And that's that's the biggest story they can do. That's a year in the making of a hangman potentially winning that. And you know, just the history has overall was Swerve. I don't think anybody's going to complain about Swerve and hangman taking place at all in for the world title extra, you know, extra stakes on the line compared to the last time that they met. I think anybody's going to complain about that. So I understand why they're going to kind of let things play out in that sense. But yeah, Osprey got, he came in, he was immediately over. It's like, oh, maybe you should put the title in the sky. But I, I'm cool with them. If this is the direction they're going with, I'm, I'm cool with it. I think it's probably, I don't think anybody's going to complain about it a lot of times Swerve and hangman rolls around for all. And everybody's probably going to be like, yeah, that was, that was actually the right call. Right. And I mean, the last week, I said that I expected hangman to be the wild card. And then I think that he should win the whole thing in that they should set up hangman versus Swerve. If Osprey is not going to be involved in the world title at all, and then it should be Osprey versus Swerve, or sorry, Swerve versus hangman. That should be the, the match. But to be honest, like whenever that match happens, I think hangman should win that one. So it's like, do you end all in in Wembley last match with like a heel hangman winning the championship and the crowd like booing to end the show? Or do you have like, Osprey's match closed the show regardless to like send the fans home happy? I'm interested to see how they kind of play this. But I definitely agree that like, that Swerve versus hangman, I would definitely do that again. If you have the opportunity, they have the most history and if hangman wins the tournament, he gets the title shot. So I could definitely see that being what we wind up getting. And I don't think you need to do, I don't think you need to do a send the fans home happy type of thing. Like if the story calls for hangman winning the title at all in, and he wins the title at all in, like, yeah, if the crowd's booing fine, but it's not necessarily a bad thing. Like you can at some point heal, heal is going to have to win in the main event. Like last year was a let's do happy everyone is just send everyone a happy Adam Cole MJF for best friends coming out of this shake hands hug, no turn, a lot of looking at hands and looking at other stuff type of story. Like if the story calls for hangman to win the title, he wins the title. I think the crowd's probably going to react well regardless just because their crowds always when it comes to AEW are not fully in the let's boo everything type of mode. They instead like to cheer a lot of stuff that because they just like the cool wrestlers, which okay, understandable. So they're probably going to cheer a hangman victory anyway, because it's going to be a good match. But I'm I don't think it's a bad thing if they just put the title on hangman and then the big celebration is the elite. We're at the end of the show with all of the titles. I think that's okay. I agree with you. I'm just trying to think like, you know, just throw the scenario out there and like do they want us in the fan's home happy? Do they care about something like that? They don't have to. Like I could definitely see a scenario where the elite ends the show altogether with all the championships. Um, they haven't announced the why they have not officially announced that hangman's the wild card yet, right? Right. The elite said it was their choice for the wild card. So that throws more so it's a good thing. I was gonna say the only other scenario that I could possibly play out and I don't think this would be the right move, by the way, just the only thing outside the box would be if if hangman came back at forbidden door and screw to swerve out of the title and Oscar won the title at Forbidden Door and then MJF wound up being the wild card won the thing and you wind up getting um MJF and Oscar for the title at Wembley that way because MJF would have to win the tournament. But once again, I don't think that's gonna happen because I do think that hangman is going to be the wild card and win the tournament. So it's getting this throw. I'm just throwing scenarios out there for possibilities. Yeah, the problem with, I understand that scenario where it comes to swerve screwing osprey or swerve throwing the hangman screwing swerve screwing going on hangman screwing swerve at Forbidden Door. The problem with MJF being the wild card is the elite said it's their pick. Right. Exactly. They're already kind of against MJF. So why would they help MJF here? For sure. So that was right. No, you're right. It doesn't make sense. No, you're right. I'm just I'm just throwing out there. That's the only other scenario that I think like as far as like getting kind of the matches that we're talking about, you could make those things happen storyline wise if you go that route. But if the elite's choosing the wild card, it's it's hangman. It's got to be hangman. It should be hangman. So um so yeah, is there anything else on Forbidden Door you want to you want to cover? I know we uh we had a pretty fast for a lot of the other. Yeah, brother. All right. Here we go. I need to finish the story in the WWE. The story never finishes. Jacob Fatu officially debuted in WWE. He closed Smackdown where Solo was cornered by Randy Orton, Kevin Owens and Cody and Fatu are solo. Famed that he was in trouble and then smiled because here was Fatu. Few super kicks handed out and then he put Cody through a table with a splash off the top rope through the announce table. He's here. Jacob Fatu, you know a lot about him from the independent scene. What did you make of his debut? I mean, they made him look like a killer right off the bat. Um, which is great. Great for him. Uh he's a super talented guy. I'm sure at the very least people have seen like highlights and clips of him. Like the athleticism, you know, you know split like it moving salts and, you know, uh, Fosbury flotch and outside and stuff. I mean, the guy's an athletic freak and he's super, he's super aggressive and super, he's strong. I mean, he checks every box. Um, it was obviously was widely speculated. He was going to be coming in soon and we got it. I'm glad that this is happening the way that it is. I know that they're setting up. It was like a three on three match at Money in the Bank. So I don't know if he's going to be in that match or like they it is a three on three match. They've already announced it, but they had all four members of bloodline in the graphic. So they had solo, Tama, Tang, Tonga and Jacob in the graphic. So my guess is they actually don't put that until Friday. They're in Canada also on Friday though. And I don't know what Fatu's travel is like. Yeah, that's the one thing that I've brought up before on the show. There may be limited places that Fosbury can travel to and y'all can do your research on that. But like I, as far as him being a part of the bloodline, I mean, it was inevitable that was going to happen. I mean, and there's been speculation on this ever since. I mean, for years, even when he was an MLW people were like how long before he like gets out of there and finds up on WWE. And also he's in better shape than he was before. Like he showed up on TV, lost some weight, which I don't necessarily care one way or another about. But like sometimes it's good to see that mainly because of like just just the healthiness, right? Like it's, you know, it's sometimes it's good to see, oh, you lost little weight, little healthier, some of the bumps you're taking probably won't take as much toll on your body with a little, a little extra, you know, poundage and stuff like that. So like, it looks like he's taken thing like really seriously, you know, and I, and I, not to think that he wouldn't have, but this, you know, he was in better shape last time I'd seen him, which is good to see. I would imagine he's going to be in, if they're going to leave anybody out of that match at Money in the Bank, I would imagine it would be a tongue-a-loa, I would think, if you had to choose between the four of them to leave somebody out. But maybe Fauci will be on the outside, like they're going to save him for later, like as a debut. Well, if he can't travel to Canada, then that's... Well, if he can't travel to Canada, then the decision made for himself, of course. Of course. Absolutely. But, you know, I'm, it was interesting because like, you know, Paul Heyman came out on SmackDown and I love that segment with him and Pong, by the way. I love how he came out and was like, take me with you. Like, please, please, please, he's so afraid of the bloodline and he still wants to be friends with CM Pong. And yeah, I mean, this is a great debut for Jacob. I mean, he literally took out three of the biggest stars by himself. He took out Cody, Randy Orton and Kevin Owens all by himself. And I'd imagine eventually, this is going to lead, I mean, we obviously isn't going to lead to like a bloodline civil war happening. And they're saying now, like, Solar's saying, you know, Roman isn't ever coming back and all this stuff. Obviously, Roman's coming back. And I expect the Usos to probably reunite with Roman. Solar will probably get maybe even get like, take that of his own group, like Jacob may wind up leading that eventually, along with like, you know, the rock being like a real leader or something. Do you think Sammy Zane gets back involved with this on the bloodline side at some point? I think it's possible. Yeah, I definitely think it's possible Sammy gets involved because they did make him the honoraries. You know, I think it's really a little bit for all that. But yeah, it's definitely possible. Yeah, I think it's a little earlier for that too. He's got about IC title stuff going on and whatnot. And he's also technically on the author's show, right? So, but, you know, hashtag the brand split isn't real. So they can just have him show up on SmackDown. But I there's a ton of seeds that have been planted with the bloodline stuff and with the debuts of Jacob Fattu. And then that's not going to be the end of it either because, you know, Piculeo is reportedly coming in soon. He's probably the one who they've copyrighted the Taliban name for. I'd imagine at some point Zilla's going to come in, but he may be a little too new to the scene and they may not feel the need to bring him in super fast. But Zilla's got a lot of talent. He's killing it in GCW right now. And he's actually Umaga's son. I always talk about always make the joke. I call it Zilla a new manga because he vibes his dad. So strong. Like if people think that Solisakoa vibes Umaga, check out Umaga's actual son. Like, I, and then also at some point, like, do we do the tribal cheeks ever come back? Like, where's Rakeshi at? Like, where's uh, where's uh, where's Hawquat? Like, I feel like some of these guys are going to start surfacing as well potentially, like not necessarily wrestling, but you know, like just showing up as like a part of the story with their family. Uh, so I'm intro, I'm super intrigued. I love this story, honestly. I love the bloodline story. Um, I love where they're at with this. And I love seeing the debut of Jacob. They made they made Jacob Fattu look like an absolute unbeatable animal. The first Nike showed up, which is how Jacob should probably be presented in the WWE. So love it. Do you think he's gonna overshadow Solo? 100%. Uh, well, I shouldn't say 100%. Depending on what they allow both guys to do in the ring next to one another. But if it's just like a one to one comparison, listen, I, I like Solo for what he can do. I think he's, he's obviously grown tremendously as a character. Um, and in ring, I was covering his matches when he was doing NXT level up when I was, you know, I talked about that on the weekend or on select. Like I've very, it was always funny because like even when I was watching his matches on level up, my brother would be over sometimes. And I would tell him I can't ask the USO's brother and he's like, but he's not a new so they don't call him a new so, but he's his brother. And I'm like, yeah. And he's like, he's on this show, but not the real show. And I'm like, yeah. But like, maybe at some point, and then like the next, you know, he gave you's like on the main roster. Um, and he's, he's just done great over the last couple years to get to the spot that he's in. So I want to give Solo a lot of credit for all that. But if you, if you've ever seen Jacob Fattu wrestle, you know, like what the guy is capable of, like you're not going to see Zilla Fattu hitting triple jump moonsalves. But I'm sorry, you're not going to see, uh, uh, Solisakoa hitting triple jump moonsalves, but you will see Jacob Fattu doing that if they want him doing that. Um, he can do some of the craziest. He's also, I also don't want to downplay the strength. Fattu is the kind of guy that will like throw you up in the air and then Samoa drop. He doesn't just like kid you with a smelly drop. He throws you six feet in the air, catches on his shoulders and jumps back. I mean, the dude, the dude is, the dude's a freak. So I, I think that it depends on the, the booking and it depends on what they have him doing next to the rest of the bloodline. But if they let Jacob just go out there and do his thing, he's going to definitely overshadow everyone else in that group. Like Tomatanga, I think is going to do good on his own for the moment, like within the group, because he's been around for so long and, you know, he's a good character and the girls of Destiny, I think will probably be a pretty successful tag team together. Um, but I think that Jake was going to overshadow all those guys. Yeah. Yeah, I think he kind of overshadowed immediately on Friday, just the, the way he took out everybody on his own was more than it feels like solos done since really beaten John Cena. So, yeah, we'll see how it goes. It will eventually go to, yeah, the blood bonds of a war once Roman returns. It looks like it might be solo and Cody at, at summer slam, I think solo should win the title and then you do. Yeah. Oh, no, I know, I know you're showing, but I, I think that, uh, I think that they'll have a good match. I mean, Cody and solo wrestled each other before. I remember Cody pinned solo, gave him his first loss heading into WrestleMania 39. Um, but I think that at some point Jake Hapatu is going to beat solo out of the group. I think solo is going to wind up back on the bloodline side, bloodline side, when it's all said and done and you'll have like Roman, the Usos, solo, and then maybe Sammy Zane on one side. They knew how the girls of Destiny, Jacob, Hickelayu, and then you'd have to have a fifth maybe by that time he's bringing Zilla or there's someone else I'm not thinking of, or maybe don't bring his, maybe Sammy Zane doesn't come back and he got four on four, you know, but I, I do expect, I do expect solo to go back to the bloodline side eventually. I think we get like OG bloodline versus this whole new Tongan group that's led by the rock. It seems like the rock coming in at some point, then you got to rock and Cody, but maybe, maybe the rock is the champion going into that instead of Cody. No, what like solo beats the rock and then, or solo beats Cody and then like the rock beats solo. No, no, no, solo beats Cody at, solo beats Cody at SummerSlam. Roman beats solo at Survivor Series. Rock beats Roman at Rumble, Cody beats Rock at Mania. This hot potato that hell out of the championship until, until Cody again. Yeah, so I, that's all for my brain to process their Jeremy, but I think that, I had a better scenario for you. I had a better scenario for you, okay? You ready? solo beats Cody at SummerSlam. Roman beats solo at Survivor Series. Roman beats Rock at WrestleMania. What do you think of that? Cody hopefully walks out. Yeah. I mean, I do think that they should do the rock versus Roman one on one at some point, but they've already, I don't know why you would do the whole rock and, and Cody. Rock beats Cody. Rock beats Cody at Rumble there. There's where you do Cody. There you go. Get, get Cody out of there at Rumble and have, yeah. That way there's no disillusion. All, all you cry babies don't have to worry about Cody at WrestleMania. He's, he loses at Rumble and he has no argument to be in the WrestleMania main event. Yeah, there you go. Well, let's move on to the next time I'm going to be talking before we, I get told into missing everything else you're going to talk about. Uh Drew McIntyre beat the shit out of CM Punk on SmackDown. He quit last week and now he's just, he's back. It was all a ruse to make Punk feel comfortable so he can show up on SmackDown, beat him up, take his bracelet and now Punk is at home crying while Drew McIntyre says he's going to go win the Money in the Bank because he got to qualify first and then cash in and become world champion. What should make of this? I loved it. This is great stuff. You know, we didn't, I don't think we even talked much last week about Punk screwing over McIntyre at Clash of the Castle which that in itself really pissed me off but like it was well done storyline wise. I mean, obviously we're going to get Punk versus Drew and Punk's back and we've been building that the entire time. But I, right when McIntyre got screwed at Clash of the Castle, the first thing I did was start looking at the WWE schedule like their upcoming schedule to see where they were going to be and I was like, oh Chicago okay. He's, McIntyre's gonna be fine. Like he's gonna get, he'll get him back in Chicago and that's exactly what happened happening which I, I thought the presentation of it was sweet to how like the garage door opened up and like McIntyre was standing over Punk then that way you also don't need to see Punk getting physical because he still isn't cleared yet probably and that kind of stuff. So, um, this was great man. I, I really, really, really want Drew McIntyre to win the match when it eventually happens. I doubt that's what's going to happen but I, I really do like the story. You all know how I feel about CM Punk, not the biggest Punk fan but I do, I do think that like, this has been built pretty, especially considering Punk is can't wrestle at the moment and they're building this all with him out of the ring. I think this has been built pretty damn well and I think Drew McIntyre should 100% be the champion but they've also booked themselves into this weird spot because Gunther is gonna get the title shot at, um, at Survivor, sorry at SummerSlam but you have money in the bank before then. So I guess, I mean technically speaking, I guess there's a, there's a lot of things I could have between now and SummerSlam because like technically, I mean, Seth Rollins could be Damian Priest for the title and like Seth Rollins the champion going to SummerSlam against Gunther. Drew McIntyre could win money in the bank and cash in and go into the SummerSlam potentially as the champion. I, I'd imagine they're trying to do Punk in, in McIntyre at SummerSlam. Um, if that was for the title that'd be even better but it probably won't be because Gunther has already guaranteed the shot. So that makes everything weird because of Gunther's shot. So like, and that, that in itself is a strange or an interesting predicament, right? Because why not put the title on Gunther? You know, I, I, if it, if it, if it winds up being Gunther versus Priest, I'll take Gunther in that one. If it winds up being Gunther versus Rollins, I'd still probably take Gunther in that one because I mean, what does Rollins have to accomplish with that title with another reign? You know, like, I mean, so the more that I think about it, the more I'm like, Gunther probably, I think there's a good chance Gunther becomes the world champion at SummerSlam. So where does that leave McIntyre at Punk? Like, is that feud so strong? It just doesn't need the champion? Yeah. Yeah. I guess, I guess that then in the day that's the answer, right? Is that, that's, that's what it is. They just don't need the title because of the star power. It'd be cool if the title was on the line, though. I feel like McIntyre should still be, you know, concerned with the championship. But at the same time, it makes sense storyline-wise that like, he would be less concerned with the title than he is with Punk. He is Punk, keeps screwing him out of being the champion. So like, you've got to deal with CM Punk first, then get back to that mission. So, um, maybe, maybe McIntyre wins Money in the Bank, feuds with Punk, and whether or not he wins a feud with Punk kind of doesn't matter because he's gonna still wind up cashing Money in the Bank and become the champion later on anyways. I don't know. Yeah. I hate when they do that, the Money in the Bank briefcase hold their loses a bunch of matches and cash is in and then who cares? I agree. Yeah. He's the champion. Happens. I think, I think Drew can win Money in the Bank. He's cashing it in, but not actually do it at Money in the Bank. And then basically just say on Raw, like, yeah, I lied. Like, he's a heel. You can get away with the, I lied. I'm gonna hold this thing until I feel my moment is right. I'm not gonna tell you when I'm going to do it. Like, that's what you thought. But that's not gonna happen. He feuds with Punk. He beats Punk. He actually does like beat Punk still has the briefcase. He gets rid of his problem of CM Punk, and then he has the briefcase until he feels he needs to cash in. I like that. I would like to see that play out exactly that way. I want to see him beat Punk, and I also want to see him as a role champion. But I also want to see Gunther as the role champion to be fair. I think Gunther deserves a run with that thing too. So that's why I don't think you have. That's why I don't think you have Drew Cashing because it does feel like Gunther's up next at SummerSlam. Does feel like Gunther is going to win. And Gunther's probably gonna have a relatively long reign, but getting the title off of him with a Drew Cashing does make some sense as well. Yeah. Yeah, 100%. Come on to the indie spot. Let's fucking find the bumper. I want to give him a big motherfucking shot out. This kind of indie kind of other Bloodsport Bushido was this past weekend. We had in the main event, John Moxley against Josh Barnett. John Moxley avenged his only Bloodsport loss by picking up the victory. Kazucha, Kazucha, not Kazucha. Kazucha Sakuraba was in action against Santino, no Sakuraba MMA legend. Quentin Rampage Jackson was in action. Picking up a victory with a slam, a scoop slam, and stomps. Bloodsport is one of my favorite shows, Wrestlemania Weekend. I always think that is the show I'm looking forward to. Bringing it to Japan, having MMA legends like Rampage and Sakuraba in there, a lot of fun. This show was fantastic. Those were nuts in it. Yes, my only critique is this was a non-GCW branded Bloodsport, so it was not a part of the short TV+ package, so it was a standalone pay-per-view, which that's my only critique of it, is because it's similar. I talked about this on the Weekender, so I have an AMC movie, whatever you call it, a subscription, so every month I can see three movies a week, and it's like, I've got 20 bucks a month, and I go fairly often, there's something just to do to pass time, and it's a good deal, because I save a lot of money by doing the subscription versus going, because the price has gotten so high. Anyway, the reason I bring that up is because right now in theaters, we're doing a 25th anniversary showing of South Park, figure longer and uncut, in the theaters right now, which is awesome, but it's not a part of my membership. I'd have to pay 18 bucks to go see a movie that came out 25 years ago that I've seen a thousand times, but if it was a part of my monthly pass, I'd just go watch it open the theater, because I want to do that and I've already paid monthly for it, and that's how I feel about Bloodsport, where it's like, I'm used to not having to pay for Bloodsport, because it's part of my subscription, but this time you made me, I think it was 20 bucks, so I just want to throw that out there. I wish this was GCW branded, but outside of that, that's my only critique. This shows, oh, Rampage Jackson doing a Scoop Slam, and then Browning Pound, and then Head Stomps and Soccer Kicks, like this was Old School Pride, brought me right back. That was a huge Pride fan, and for people who don't know, Rampage, when he did that Slam against Sirona back in the day, he was in a triangle choke and actually power bombed him for a knockout. Rampage is an example of somebody who's actually used legitimate professional wrestling moves in MMA successfully, Sockaraba, absolute legend, him versus Santino was good, and it's good to see Santino in a non-comedy role, because he has the judo background and stuff, so this was a cool setting, a different setting for him. Moxley getting that win back from Barnett was huge, and Moxley bled profusely all over the place, and then he still grabbed the microphone and talked about how it just lives for this stuff, and just, well, John Moxley is so damn cool, because the guy's a multi-millionaire TV star, doesn't need to be doing this stuff in his spare time at all, and this is what he loves, for the love of the game, he loves this game so much that he spends his free time doing shows like Bloodsport, and showing up in indie shows like Revolver, and GCW, and stuff like that. I mean, it's just John Moxley's the man, so like, yeah, check out Bloodsport Bushido if you missed it. I wish I could elaborate more on it, we're on limited time, but like, it was a damn good event. If you're a fan and an exporcial arts and professional wrestling, it's probably the best mix you can find anywhere of like that workshoot hybrid style of like MMA pro wrestling, done really, really well, and I also like that any pro wrestling move that happened, there was like real consequences too, like if someone got powerful, I'm like, it was a knockout, someone got scoops land, it was pretty much a knockout, like, which is, it made the consequences of getting like a real move done to you. Like Suzuki won with a got style powered driver, but like, the opponent was knocked out immediately. Like, I like this a lot. It's not for everybody, if you're not an MMA, you probably wouldn't like this, but if you are an MMA, I think you really enjoy it. Shayna Baszler's already been announced for the next Bloodsport event in Brooklyn coming up this summer, so glad she's able to take that outside venture once again and be part of Bloodsport. Can I say it? Every Wrestlemania preview, it's the show that I'm looking most forward to because it is a different show, it is a unique show, and because it doesn't happen, but maybe once or twice a year, it becomes a bigger deal in that sense, and bringing it to Japan obviously makes a lot of sense, given how big MMA in Japan is getting a guy like Sakuraba, Sakuraba in Santino, Sakuraba doing the Cobra thing to Santino before they actually kind of like started to grapple around a little bit was really cool. Like, Sakuraba was always an entertainer, and on top of being like a really great fighter, the Gracie Hunter. Gracie Hunter, yeah. So, like, that's completely his element and something like that. So, it was really fun. Moxley and Barnett, if you don't like Blood, and he might not like fight that match, but if you do, then it's not good. They had plenty of Blood in that one. I assume they'll do a third match as well at some point because they're one-on-one against each other now. Your main indie you wanted to hit was the TWE Show, the ending to the TWE Show. Yeah, there was a lot of stuff that happened over the weekend. Check out this Fightful Select Weekend or podcast for like more elaboration on this stuff, by the way. Y'all, this was a non-GCW weekend, but like every other company that I cover consistently had a big weekend, including TWE, Total Wrestling Entertainment. They're out of the chat, Nougat, Tennessee area. The end of this show, it was Team KOBK versus the Covenant of the Goat. They've been feuding with one another for a long time now out of the TW arena and really kind of all over the place, but mainly in Chattanooga. Shout-out to our homie, Mose, who's been on the show many times, Mose got involved in this too because he's a part of KOBK. He was on the outside during this match, and after this match was over, so KOBK wins this thing, by the way. Brett Eisen does a chloroform rag to tank, so like he chloroforms tank and then puts him in a rear naked choke and tank, you know, it's passed out, referee stops it, but after the match, the beatdown continues. All the members of KOBK are beating down the Covenant of the Goat, and this includes Mose getting into the ring, and he hits tank with a bundle of light tubes, and I was very proud of Mose and that moment. Shout-out to tank, by the way, got nothing against tank, tank's a legend, but it was cool seeing my boy Mose getting involved there, and KOBK stood tall at the end of that show. They looked like they looked like Psycho Pass, which was the whole point, and it'll continue the story between those two factions going forward, but KOBK was a humongous win at the end of TWE, so I'd recommend checking that whole show out over on IWTVU's Code of Fight Talk, and Shout-out to KOBK and our buddy Mose. What else from the ending? By the way, I forgot to mention after the match, too. Sean Campbell literally lit Mowery on fire, just lit him on fire. I mean, these guys were ruthless. This was nuts, so this is a good stuff. Sorry. What else from the indies did you want to hit? I know Ace Austin won the revolver championship. That was a big deal. There was a lot that went on, man. Like, yeah, Ace Austin won the revolver championship from Alex Shelley. He had wrestled earlier on in the night in a tag team match, and a losing effort. There, Lindsey Dorado and the former Kalisto are teaming on the indies. If people don't know, and their tag team is called "good lucha stuff" or "good lucha things," which is obviously that's a great name with that. I'm glad Kalisto. I'm glad Kalisto could find humor in that. Yeah, that was so bad. Yeah, but that was a lot. It wasn't good, but he would block you if you mentioned it, too. Oh, really? Yeah, yeah. He might steal it up, but he did not find it funny after it happened. He like took it, which I mean, it's a tough flub on my television and everything, but yeah, he was, and I understand being harder on something like that, but yeah, he did not find the humor in it if he brought it up previously, so it's good that he can laugh about it now. Yes, they're laughing about it now because they're literally their tag team name. Also on that show, the main event was "Cage of Horrors." I have a hard time saying that word. It's not like I'm saying something else, but Horrors. "Cage of Horrors." That was an SGC battle base. We was Manders versus Matthew Justice versus Mance Warner in a triple threat. Finish of that one. Matthew Justice jumped off of a scaffold that a stage dive off the scaffold under a bunch of broken doors on top of Vanders and tried to pin him. Mance Warner ran up and need Manders in the head while he was trying to get the pin, then hit a chosen amount of flaming pile of doors on Manders, so Mance Warner continues to kill it, the current GZW champion, and still fighting his former SGC brethren, so check that out. It revolved her "Cage of Horrors." That's over on Trevor TV Plus. That is a part of the monthly package. We want to check that out. Also on that same package, we had A.I.W. shook ones via the main thing coming out of that show. There was some big stuff like Karen, Jared, and Jeff, Jared showed up. They caught-- Yeah, that's the main thing. What else happened on that show besides Jeff, Jared? I'll get to that. Well, Jeff, Jared showing up there. They cost Joshua Bishop and Tom Lawler, who came out dressed like the gangsters. They cost them, so it's building more towards stuff between Bishop and Lawler against Jared and their whole group that they got there. The main thing really coming out of this show was they're building Absolution, which is their next big show for A.I.W. and basically without getting too into it, because they'll take a lot to explain, they had a rumble recently where the Duke won the whole thing. The Duke is in cahoots with the current champion. Basically what they're setting-- they tried to set it up to where they were just going to have a screwy finish in the title match at Absolution, but now they've set it up to where as A.I.Broner has beat the Duke in their match at A.I.W. with a cage match. It's really good, actually. Basically, they're setting it up to where Broder is going to get the shot of the Absolute Championship at Absolution. PME is going to get a shot at the tag titles, and West bottom is going to shot at the Intense Championship, and these are all long-term stories that are going to culminate Absolution. Check that out over on A.I.W. for Taylor TV Plus, and then the last indie that I'll touch on real quick that you think should check out over on I.W.TV, the same platform that has TWE over for Action Wrestling. Check out My Own Prison. That's available over there right now on demand. It was a great show from Top to Bottom. The main event was the main thing. Adam Priest took on Cruel, the defending I.W.TV champion in the title was on the line. These guys have been feuding with one another for a very long time, and it's spanned across many promotions. The two of them have a personal history and relationship as well for years and years. There's a lot at stake in this one. A lot of stuff happened in this, including Adam Priest putting a flaming, branding iron in the face of Cruel, hits him with a DDT. Adam Priest hit Cruel with everything, and Cruel is unbeatable at this point. I don't know who the hell is going to beat this guy eventually for this championship, but Cruel did eventually get the win after hitting a choke slam in Scorched Earth. There's also a lot of speculation as to what's next for Adam Priest, because Priest, one of the best entering wrestlers in the world in my opinion, any style, pretty much anyone you talk to on the NBC that knows about Adam Priest, they're all going to get from the credit for being one of the best out there. He put up some stuff on social media after this match, basically saying see it down the road to the Action Wrestling crowd. He's been a big part of Action Wrestling for a while. He did have the opening match at the MLW anniversary show. He lost a Bobby Fish, and I know Priest does have some more indie stuff coming up. Cruel also put out a treat, kind of about like, almost like good luck up there type of thing to priest on social media. So there's a lot of speculation right now of has Adam Priest signed somewhere? And if so, where? Is he going to be more full-time in MLW? Is he going to be heading to AW/ring of honor? Is that a little experience with ROH? Could he possibly be heading to the Performance Center with NXT? Because it's something else entirely. Or is he staying on the indie scene as a top guy and just not working the same indies going for? Is he going to be branching out other places across the world and across the country? I don't have the answers to these questions. I could probably find out pretty quickly if I started prodding, but I'm going to let things simmer for a little bit more, Jim. I'm going to let things simmer a little bit before I start doing that. Maybe the news will come out before the next time you even hear from me about any of this stuff. But regardless of what is looking like for Priest's future, I'm a huge fan of his, he deserves the world, the dude. You can check out an interview that we did with them a long time ago for the spotlight. We should probably have him on again sometime soon if we can. But yeah, if you look at Adam Priest, whatever's next, whether it's just different indies or whether it's MLW, AEW, Ring of Honor, anywhere else, nothing but luck to any style Adam Priest. And check out that check out Action Mile in Prison, check the whole show out, especially that main event over on independent wrestling.tv. Use code by top. You should prod, Shinson. Maybe I'll start prodding. We'll see how bored I get at work today. If I'm busy work, I won't prod. If I'm slow at work, maybe I'll start prodding. Anything else you want to touch on? No, I mean, you wanted to say something about MLW. I mean, like, you know. Yeah, I'm doing a pregnancy still a lot of roles. Apparently, Selena Del Lorenzo is legit pregnant. So congratulations to her. But they did the big reveal last show where Dario Kuedo, or Caesar Durant, sorry, revealed that he's her father. Yeah, he's like, I'm your papa. And then now Selena Del Lorenzo is pregnant and he's not happy about this because now it's going to be a grand papa. It's fantastic. MLW, like, they're in a weird spot because some of their stuffs on YouTube, they kind of stopped doing their MLW fusion shows. So now they just basically do big events. And sometimes they're live and sometimes they're just taped shows on YouTube. But it's just basically kind of, it's not even quarterly events, like every two weeks or so. I feel like they have a show, whether it's a pay-per-view show or a YouTube show. So it makes it a little difficult. And it's usually on like a Saturday night. So it's up against a collision or another pay-per-view or something. So it flies very under the radar. But I'm all for pregnancy storylines and father reveal storylines right up my alley. So if you're into that, check out MLW. Also, if you're into like good wrestling, there was a lot of good matches. Jazzy Yang made her debut for MLW on the show. Jimmy Yang was there in the crowd. So that's always good to see him. I was always a big fan of Yang time. And the main event, speaking of cruel from action wrestling, cruel aka Mads Kruger, was in the main event of MLW as well. And he defeated, was it Manders in that one? I can't remember. I'm getting everything like mixed together from all these shows. And Manders had about like 12 matches this past year. So but yeah, it was Manders in that one. And Janai Kai came out, kicked Manders and like helped, helped cruel win. He won with Scorch Stirth. And then after the match, all of these members of Contra came out like wearing all black. They put, it was a bull rope match. That's what it was. It was a bull rope match with Manders and cruel. That's right. And they, they wound up like using the bull rope on him as strangling him after the match. They put his head in this bucket. And like, Matthew Justice tried to help, but like Suzuki and Kwan, you know, prevented that. So like, there's a lot going on in MLW. And I've, the way that it looks like based off of like battle riot and stuff is that Matt Riddle will probably be the next MLW world champion, or at least be challenging for that title soon. But the way that they built cruel, it's like, he's almost in his own little world doing his own thing in that show. But he's so OP, like so overpowered, like on that end, on the indies, that like they might as well get him in the title mix that they have access to him. I've said it a thousand times, whether people are into kind of like a monster gimmick or whatever, cruel is super talented. The dude is like a legit close, like seven foot monster who can do Topae suicitas, you could, he's got one of the nicer chokeslams. And he's just, he's just, it's a matter of time before he's on AEW or WWE television, whether he's in a mask or not, like Logan Creed, the man behind the mat, that dude is a is super talented and will be like a household name and wrestling eventually. So I check it out. I got to talk in for this huge job. I'm already late today. But I enjoyed talking about, I'm glad we got to cover so much on the indies this week. Maybe we'll do this more often going forward. We'll wrap up the other topics a little earlier, and I'll do like a whole recap of like some of the stuff I talked about on the Weekender. And maybe that'll give you all incentive to go check out the Weekender. If you want more of this kind of talk on that's over on FightfulSelect.com. You can follow me on exit, fight talk underscore and you could fight talking in penta wrestling.tv. There you go. Thank you, Jensen. Appreciate it, as always. I'll see you. I actually won't see you next week. I'm not going to be here next week. Yeah, I'll be here next week. We'll be doing money in the bank predictions and we'll be sponsored by Russell Rumble next week. So I'll be here with a guest either SP3 or someone. If SP3 is available, I'll have him if he's not, I'll have someone else, but I'll be back here for you all next week. I'll miss you Jeremy, but I hope you have a good rest of your day. I hope the chat has a good rest of your day as well. I'm a hot thanks buddy. Yes, for those who may or may not know, I will be traveling to money in the bank next week. So I'll not be on the show next Thursday. Jensen will have an SP3 or someone else. All right, let's get into our creator spotlight. You've seen him in the chat today. He writes all around. He writes for body slam, writes for wrestle pairs, he's written stuff for Fightful, wrestle in. He's Corey Michaels. Corey, fantastic, fantastic writer. It was a great chat with him in the creator spotlight, getting to know him a little bit more. And yeah, hopefully people learn something from this chat, inspire some people from this chat. Corey I love how his brain works when it comes to this stuff. So it was very fun interview. And here we go. Corey Michaels in the creator spotlight. Welcome back everyone to the spotlight. It is creator spotlight. I'm still Jeremy Lambert. That's still Stephen Jensen. And today in the creator spotlight is a feature writer. You can check out his work at wrestle and wrestle pair as body slam. He's been on the observer. He's been on Fightful as well. He is Corey Michaels. Corey, how are you doing tonight, man? Doing great. How are you doing? Doing well. We appreciate you joining us. And the first thing I'm just going to ask with everything is how did you get involved wrapped up in this wacky world of wrestling and wrestling media? Well, it started in like 2020, the winter of 2020. And I had asked Russell in, which I was ran by Kieran at the time, Kieran Hayward, or Kieran RH on Twitter. And yeah, he's awesome. He's one of my best friends. He gave me some feedback when I tried to see if I could get on the site. Russell in. And over time, I had to go through a couple drafts until I finally got the perfect one, which was the hype of Kevin Owens versus Roman Reigns at TLC, which was in the Thunderdome. And I didn't think I was going to get in at all. Because I was just like, I'm just some guy. And he's like, this is great. He will put you on. And I've been writing ever since. I don't think anybody really saw how the level I was kind of at, though, until in February 2021, when I wrote a poem feature on Raven, completely in the style of Edgar Allan Poe. And this was meticulously planned through each stanza, each verse. And I made sure to include references to 90s pop music or 90s grunge Alderock. It's kind of really tying to his character. And then everybody was just kind of blown away. Raven himself was blown away. He quoted it. And from then on, I just kept writing whatever I felt like. And everybody just was like, okay, you can do that. I got into like Russell Pierce pretty easy. Body slam easy. I was just like, hey, can I be in here? And they're like, yeah, go ahead, buddy. And it's just been a whole bunch of fun. And since then I've done that feature with Brian Danielson and it will last pre that you helped me set me up with Jeremy. And kind of did some kind of stuff talking with wrestling observer. I even did a guest editorial published this Monday from a love wrestling about the white six. That one just really just kind of got me. So I had to write that and they were really cool about it all. What did Raven say about the article? Let me just say, I'll pull it up. So much fun. Yeah. That's pretty cool, though. Like I'm a huge Raven fan, big WCW fan. That's badass. Raven is the man, very smart mind and wrestling people always talk about as well. Yeah, I did not expect him to be to like have reached out or read it at all. But like he did. And like the fact that he did, it just, it meant a lot. Very creative angle as well. Sorry, but creative angle to go in the voice of Edgar Allen Poe with that. So credit to that. I want to know kind of how you how you thought of that and put that together after you let us know what Raven said. Okay. Yeah. Raven had said, it's brilliant. Not only have you no doubt listened to a lot of my interviews, but you've also read between the lines and captured my angst quite accurately. Intoxicating yet also painful to read. Excellent work. Quote the Raven, nevermore. So it's a level of endorsement. Yeah, that's awesome. That's more than just like great article with a quote tweet or something like he gave you a full on, full on review there. Yeah, he gave me a compliment and had an existential crisis in one tweet. We know he's the kind of guy that like if you didn't like it, he would have posted like this fucking sucks. Like he would have like totally like buried it. But like he went the totally opposite way. And that's that's pretty incredible. Because like the amount of detail and for him, he really read that thing and broke it down the way that you wrote it. That's awesome. That's really, that's an accomplishment for the person you're writing about to have that, have an endorsement about it. I think this was really, really damn cool. Yeah, to this day, I get people like breaking it down, dissecting it and just quoting every bit of their favorite parts. And I get that through like a lot of my other articles I get published that people quote their favorite parts from it because I guess I'm very quotable. You do great work and you know, a little backstory here of, you reached out to me, I guess it was it was after double or nothing. I'm terrible at the pay-per-fuse dynasty, dynasty, because it was Osprey and Danielson, sorry. My, my memory is, is god awful with this stuff. We reached out to her after dynasty and we're like, hey, do you think I could do something with Danielson and Osprey? And I was like, I don't fully make those decisions, but I can run it up the chain. And when I pitched it to Sean, I was like, hey, Corey Michaels is asking about this. And I was like, does great work. And I, I showed him some samples. And he's like, yep, I like Corey, but he can, he can go forward. So, like, I, I didn't follow your work previously before you had reached out to me. And yeah, like, you do, you do a great job. And so going back to the Raven stuff, I always want to know, like, when a creative mind puts something like that together, how much goes into it, like where the idea kind of sparks from, and then how much you mentioned researching promos and everything, like, how, how much goes into it when you are putting all this together. Usually, that's just with promos, it goes by memory, or I'm just looking at any kind of famous promo. I just try to hunt it down. And sometimes it doesn't really, nothing really pops up. But either way, there's like something else that's always in here where I'm like, I know what I want to say about such and such. And it just comes out like that, like, people often talk about how much, how long it must have taken me, for like, how much it seems like I've put in a lot of work, which I do, but like, it's for me, when it comes out, it's just like completely just pours out. And it's just like, when I have something ready, it is just like a steady stream, kind of like, when I'm reading Cormac McCarthy or William Faulkner, except I'm not nowhere near as good as those guys. But it just comes out and just this kind of stream of consciousness, I kind of comes together, which it is funny because when I'm speaking out loud like I am right now, I'm pretty much nothing like my writing voice. They're like completely separate because I don't really talk much in real life. This is probably the most I've talked like in months. I like that. You mentioned the Wyatt 6 really spoke to you and you felt like you had to get your thoughts and your work out there based on that. Like, what about this Wyatt 6 angle and, I guess, and/or like Bray Wyatt about all this like speaks to you so deeply? Well, like grief is like a powerful thing and just kind of working your way through it through creative means or whichever means. That's kind of where I came from with that. And like, there's like stuff I've never released or planned to like back in 2020, I lost my dog and I wrote a lot of poetry about him. And I could just see how that kind of stuff is going, especially with like the creative mind that Bray Wyatt had and that likely about Alice has. And I mean, I'm obviously not going to see the direction of it because only they know because it's like such a unique direction. You've seen like the Uncle Howdy and the Bray about Alice promo, like they were just having lines that you wouldn't see in a typical wrestling environment. And that's kind of like how I've been approaching things ever since I saw Bray during my time. I wasn't even a fan, but like I saw Bray and just like the way he kind of approached things back then and throughout his career. It's just like not and nothing you would really come with from wrestling. And in my content, it's kind of come off that way too, whereas my own kind of voice contrasted with like everybody else is because I don't have as much insight as much as much people have in the like industry leaders in wrestling media. But like I just have this uh whichever kind of voice it is, that's what comes out. People used to like compare me to Molly Bell, but like since then I've kind of created my own thing to set me apart and read all these things and like really powerful that kind of like captures passion, emotion and detail and makes it feel real. It makes you feel like you're in this spot and that's something I pride myself on more than anything. Do you have a background in like any type of creative writing? Absolutely none. Like I was just this kid that loved to read a lot. I used to get in trouble in elementary school for reading ahead in the textbooks and I would be getting pre-personal pan pizzas from the Pizza Hut book. I was that kind of kid. I used to like sneak and read more advanced books in the library when I was a kid. There's one I read, Crime and Punishment by a Russian author named Fyodor Dostoevsky and that one was admittedly a hard read, but I got through it. It was, I probably should not have been reading that. That one was pretty dark and also I had a couple of remembering the names. They have like a really long names. All their first names are Fyodor though. That's easy to remember. It's the last names. Yeah. I guess I'm like Fyodor Anton. And then you just basically just have to put some mashed potatoes in your mouth and just say the rest of the last name. That's what it feels like. So I think I'd use to that Jeremy I know as well growing up on as an MMA fan with Fyodor a million anko. That was always a mouthful and he was such a legend of the game. His brother Alexander a million anko. I know Joe Rogan and Burke Price and they have that whole machine story and I know they always joke about like everyone's Fyodor or Sasha is like the names over in Russia. Anyway, I digress. When did you actually start watching wrestling? It sounds like pretty recently. Was it 2020 when you started watching it? Is that when you started just writing about it? That's when I started writing about it. I kind of got into wrestling when I was a little kid. But like there was a period of time where it kind of fell off because I grew up loving me. I grew up loving raise her my own Bret Hart diesel, Doyink. I like Doyink an unreasonable amount when I was a kid. I don't know why, but Doyink was that guy and kind of grew up during the attitude era of the Monday Night Wars. And I thought that was like really cool just you never knew it was going to happen. And kind of caught some PNA here and there but like just nothing really concrete outside until like um since I came back to wrestling in 2018. I kind of gotten off of it because I was getting tired of how things like the Eugene gimmick or the deaths of Guerrero and Benoit and then the retirements of Flair, Shawn Michaels and Edge. And I was kind of like and then like a lot of people were looking the same. Like when I saw the shield I was like this Dean Ambrose guy is pretty cool. These guys look like every other wrestle you would have find on like create a wrestler thing back in the day. It's like it seemed like it's kind of just copy and paste template. I didn't know how good they were but back then but I kind of got a good idea now. Like I'm a big fan so then of all three guys. Um but yeah it took me a while to get back into it. It was mostly through Oscar versus Charlotte at WrestleMania 34 and Kenny Omega and Tomahiro Ishii at the G1 climax in 2018. Because I saw that on like the the XS TV and I did not know what was going on. I just saw this feels like I'm a kid again and it was just like the it was a blast and I'm just like I gotta have more and when I kind of tap into something I like I gotta know more about it and through that I kind of just stumbled into wrestling media by complete accident and I saw people just I was thinking going on websites publishing articles just like talking about how much I like these things and I'm like you could do that. And so that's kind of where I got in from like thanks to people like Molly or my friend Caro kind of just got in there and everything just kind of fell into place. That was was that uh was that Ishii vs Omega Max one where they were like biting the top rope avoid getting suplexed. I believe I believe so like I remember there is there is like that time period that you're talking about or you're getting back into wrestling. That was also when the NXT was like really booming and like that was it that was the good. So you honestly you missed like some of like the worst years. Like if you were out from like the 2010s until like 2018 like you kind of like that was like that was a lot of us lost our love for wrestling around that time. Some of us like myself just like pushed through it but like just because we have anything better to do. But that was also that's super interesting that that's kind of what brought you back though is those those types of matches. Yeah like I completely missed out on like the Summer of Punk or the Money in the Bank 2011 and the whole Rise of the Shield and all that. I would only catch like some of the big pay reviews but otherwise I'd kind of just didn't really bother much with it. I was just occupied with video games or comic books or whatever kind of dumb stuff I was into at the time. All part of the rock. Yeah like yeah it's like other than the near the Kansas City area and they used to have like this blossoming alternative rock scene and we that's what we were known for like for a time. What was that and our barbecue? We used to be known for wrestling but that's kind of been kind of gone. I assume that you were a fan when you were younger because of writing about Raven and I just I'd noticed you had talked about how like you missed part of Bray Wyatt and like went back so that that fills in the gaps pretty well for me. So between like the kind of the alt rock Raven type I can I get I get kind of where you're coming from which your vibe was kind of growing up now that that's cool. What do you think about Billy Corrigan and what he's done with the end of U.A.? I don't. Those things I really know is 1979 is a great song that's about it. Yeah like I smash the pumpkins has some good songs. Jeremy's wife likes smashing pumpkins. Alex Smashing Pumpkins. Jeremy doesn't care for me. Have you heard Creep by Smashing Pumpkins? Jensen? Of course. Yeah. It's a good song. Yeah you don't you don't wait what? Creep by smashing pumpkins. I'm getting some day shopping. I'm so confused right now. All right we're just gonna move on. The people in the chat who know they will they will get that one. Didn't you get told what happened to you? What's that going on? Why am I so why am I so confused about this? Didn't you get told that one too? Oh yeah but Joel gets it like now. No I don't think I got him immediately because he was like they didn't they didn't do it. Creep is not by smashing pumpkins Jensen. Yeah that's why I'm so confused. Yeah. Like what are you talking about? Yeah okay I don't like radio head. That's okay that's why I'm so confused. I don't even know what you're talking about. Okay I was super lost. So when you're trying to get me by saying would you like a song that isn't by them and you see if Dr. Paul gets or not? I see. Okay you kind of got me because I was like I think I got you. You got me. You got me. Okay. Funnily enough smashing pumpkins was referenced in that poem so yeah I can link it together. I can link it to you guys sometime after the show if you need me to. For sure. For sure. Um all right so we kind of covered things with getting into wrestling as a kid and then covering things you you fell out you you didn't miss kind of kind of what Jensen said. You didn't miss a whole lot the rise of Roman Reigns and 300 failed title Reigns and stuff like that. So what I want to know is like stuff that you mentioned Bray Wyatt and this stuff going on that happened on Monday with Uncle Howdy but what other stuff like current day are you really like following and really invested and interested in. In terms of pro wrestling. I in pro wrestling we can talk about life if you want as well what kind of music you listen to whatever whatever you want to talk about. Yeah like on music I kind of fallen off a bit but like I'm pretty sure everybody's heard what's been going on with the Kendrick Lamar and drag thing and like yeah Jeremy's ever cancer. Yeah like I've been. Yeah sorry I've been listening more to like meet the Grahams that's like my favorite out of that trilogy of like districts just because like the piano it sounds a lot like the theme of Laura Palmer from Twin Peaks and I'm just like oh so he's getting murdered another way too. And I just thought that was like really cool just going by that and like and the fact that pretty much everybody um went at earth from like East Coast, West Coast, other countries probably like some subterranean people they exist they're like just like really celebrating this man's downfall. And as someone who got quickly tired of him in the early 2010s tired of Drake it's been pretty great to see. Let's go we can talk about Kendrick and Drake all day. Steve Jensen will be lost on all of this but I'm all for it. It's funny because all I I know very little about all this but like I've seen every episode of across the next generation like a thousand times so like that's how that's my knowledge of Drake is like him as an actor as Jimmy Brooks like I know I know that way more than like what's going on with all. I mean I get I get the gist of like what people are I've been saying about Drake I just haven't looked that much into it but like I I don't I don't know much about what they're saying. I'm sorry I know a lot about what they're saying but I don't know like the specifics like yes of of each diss track and like kind of all that but it sounds like Kendrick is winning pretty heavily from what's over like yeah he's won it's not he's winning he's he's completely won but but his Drake like canceled like did they like catch him on some like actual stuff like I mean he's not he's not canceled but like he's just he's done he's made him look he just made him look really bad yeah Drake's out here voting for his own song in a on a public poll and that guy just done yeah to put it in wrestling terms it's basically that squash match between Brock Lesnar and John Cena but like times two yeah oh wow thanks for seeing him come back and do stuff but like you know he's just he's dead after that yeah yeah yeah other than music I have been catching up on a lot of other things I've missed out on like popular movies I haven't seen movies like Titanic or Beauty and the Beast because I've watched movies like this one movie Solaris from like 1972 or like bunch of other obscure stuff and also the MCU like I look that's pretty much the only stuff I really kind of geek out on book wise I'm catching up on a lot of classics I've been really into like Neil Gaiman and Cormac McCarthy I'm reading Ernest Hemingway right now for whom the bell tolls and it's ever since I started picking up literature that's kind of helped influence how my writing kind of goes like both in wrestling and in my actual storytelling which is like what a major dump of my focus is on is like writing my own kind of stories and so I get published someday but the other than that it's those things in video games and how about wrestling like what's the stuff that you're kind of interested in right now with going on on wrestling I'm I'm been in love with both WWE and AEW and New Japan now have more access to it start them I'll try to catch some stuff on Noah here and there but like I'll usually go for like the classics of Noah and all Japan but like other than that it's just mainly the big three big four of a WWE AEW and New Japan and start them I've been interested in like Mary Gold but they haven't gotten around to it's like the whole thing of just like not having enough time but every now and then I'll go and find something I'm scared well there too if I want to which I like I could recently I covered Combat Toyota versus Megumi Kudo from FMW because that's like a nasty gnarly barbed wire match like exploding barbed wire and it was just kind of like it was just nasty it's like that's one of my favorite death matches but I've seen that in Terry Funk versus at Sushi Onita it's just like there's like a little bit of an art to death matches that people kind of miss out on sometimes but and I get why because like sometimes it's hard to stomach and you don't you're afraid for these people's safety you don't know if if something's going to work or not but that's why they're professionals in the end yeah pretty much I was able to say pretty much anytime that I've ever like interviewed or spoken to anyone who does death match wrestling they always they're always quick to point out the art in it like they're always like yeah to like kind of outsider it looks gory it looks violent which it is I mean it is all those things but like there is especially if you talk or listen to someone like Nick Gage talk about it like I mean it's very it's very meticulous like and there is a real art of storytelling that they are doing using those weapons but it's a very brutal way of doing it and I get that's not for everybody there's something that I wasn't super into so I started covering it years back I kind of just like had to start really paying more attention to it and watching it more and then I started to like really to I mean I'm a death match fan nowadays like there's still certain stuff that makes me kind of squeamish like where I'm just kind of like oh are they really doing that but you know for the most part it's you know I'm I'm a fan you know so I think that uh people should all give it a you know just give it a chance but it might not be for everybody um one has done a different topic of interest how do you feel like Cody Rose in his championship reign right now I honestly don't really have much of an opinion I still get excited to see him come out I'm excited like see him have these matches like with the ones with AJ Styles I will say I'm not kind of for his upcoming thing with solo I'd rather be Jacob found too like I'm I'm pretty sure like if they just have me going crazy and it's like but like otherwise it's like it's been a refreshing kind of change of pace from not like having the champion there which like it's sometimes that's fine in certain cases but like having that for like a bajillion years like since the dinosaurs were here and Roman not being there as much it's kind of been like a refreshing kind of change of pace like having Cody just be there and kind of and it might make it a little tiring for some people at some point but like he has a connection like that's the best thing about wrestling is like you see the connections that's what really makes people like the superstars like how they make people feel and that's what really sells the art of wrestling that's why I got into it after I first saw that one video by a super eye patch wolf that's like what kept me a fan after I saw those matches that got me into wrestling it's just kind of like knowing that oh it's a story this is an art and there's like so much that really goes into it and like I'm seeing that with like Cody he's plans he sings out like these thirties itself or mid-Atlantic matches from the 80s but with a modern twist with some early 90s staying in there and it's just it's always like so fun to like watch whenever he's like he and someone else are on another page like one of his first matches back was like with him is and that did not work because Miz did not know how to do the luchas style that Cody was kind of putting in but like you have someone like Seth Rollins or or like the finishing the finisher part of the 2023 Royal Rumble where it was just him and Arthur yeah like yeah you see something so like raw and human and primal in some of these moments and it just grabs you in certain way like you kind of like Lawson's it's like watching some elaborate dance and you're just like stuck watching it in the urine you're letting it speak for itself and it's kind of like the beauty of wrestling like there's this one match that cut that really kind of symbolized that for me that also kept me in wrestling in my early days was when the new it was like a random random smackdown out of nowhere like around the time Becky was getting big and AJ and Daniel Ryan were having their kind of feud starting to boil up but it was the one match I really had me was when it was a ladder match between the bludgeon brothers and the new day and just like the way they that drama this antics big E being big E it just made for us a big old goo lash of this thing we just couldn't look away and that's like the best thing about wrestling is when you can't look away and something I didn't really tell Jeremy about when I did the osprey and Danielson thing was I was actually about to walk away from wrestling media just because I wasn't really sure if I was making any kind of impact I little did I know that was very much the opposite of the case but like once I got that out there and just wrote about that match because it just like completely just changed something in me where I'm just like this is the thing that I love it doesn't really matter where you come from what kind of company you attach your name to if you have something this powerful it's going to stick and it's going to like move you in a certain ways you don't really expect like yeah the drama of the backstage stuff is going to be really sour you're going to be like I don't know if I should watch this anymore but then you find something where you find what ultimately drives it is the actual performance that speaks to you whether it's promos or the entering action or the vignettes it's it's really a magical thing as exaggerated and pretentious that might sound that's kind of what it is it's just amazing I think when it comes to wrestling media and anybody's spot and if I can offer some sort of advice is it rarely feels like you're making an impact in wrestling media and I say this as as someone who I I know my work is good and I know like I have value in certain places but then I'm also just like yeah does it really matter like if it's what I'm doing like really that worthwhile is what I'm doing really that like important are people really paying attention to stuff so I would say someone who enjoys your work and and appreciates the stuff that you do like I'm glad you you've stuck with it glad you continued and even if like it doesn't maybe always shine the way you would hope that it does or the pieces don't hit as big as you you hope that you do I like I promise you there's somebody out there that is like paying attention to that stuff and like eventually depending on what you want out of out of all this wrestling that I used to always say and I still say there ain't a lot of money in this game I still feel that's that's the case so if you if you're looking to you know make a lot of money out of it probably not gonna gonna happen depending on what you're doing and everything you got to be a blesser a maniac like Denise El-Sato to really like make it on your own but if you're just trying to like make it in back with like writing and things like that like I think you're I think you're doing that already yeah like I've had people I never even connected with or talked to or followed or had followed back as kind of the excited when my name pops up or someone mentions I'm a fan and I'm like I hadn't no clue the whole time and just like there's a lot of people out there that even though they don't engage with your stuff they might think the world of your work they'll probably be going back to your work to revisit how your work made them feel and it's it's kind of crazy in this little subsection of a wider fandom but having people that really do care about what you put out in the world it's like a great reason to keep going and like sometimes I'm a little too vulnerable to imposter syndrome but that's kind of why I keep going I kind of sometimes I just go and just to spite myself because like I'm like a dude better I can keep doing better and that's kind of what we got out of out of all my work and like sometimes there's something where I might not put I might not be feeling like I'm putting as much effort in but like it'll it might pop off and then there's like times where something might not pop off for instance I last falloween I did this one article based on one of my favorite matches of cactus jack versus triple h and the SL match up no way out in 2000 like it is an incredible match I think it's better than the Royal Rumble match in my opinion and I I've also finished reading this one book that I loved called House of Leaves by Mark Z. Daniel Luski and this book is a labyrinth like if you looked at the pages of it you would not believe what you were seeing because it's like twisting in a bunch of ways like the words are just words will appear in different font colors different fonts in general or like I think we have it real quick and kind of show you what some of the pages look like yeah for sure yeah all right okay so it kind of goes like this can you hold it up closer to the screen yeah thanks yeah I got you yes okay that's interesting yeah that's very interesting is it and so I'm assuming there's a deeper meaning into why it's written the way that it's written like within the story yes because like this is it's based on a house that is like really messed up like if you see in the movie 1408 or read the book short story it's okay well it's it's like a similar vein of just a place that is just beyond comprehension and it's about like this it goes like through three narratives and I probably won't go through it all because or if anybody checking out if you want to read something that will get under your skin probably make you upset I had to put it down a few times and I'll but also make you laugh make you just not be able to put it down because it's kind of just gripping and how kind of weird and mind-bendy of a horror story it is and I kind of wrote something like that where like there were parts where you people probably don't even get to see in that Triple H and Cactus Jack's thing that I based it on but like like I had stuff like in the alt text in the photo description in the in the tags and in like little hyperlinks that go to different google docs that tell a different kind of story that kind of ties into the theme of like nostalgia and violence and it didn't give that much attention but like it was like still something I'm pretty proud of and yeah sometimes the things you make that will be well thought out and have so much effort put into it might not do so much but all the thing is at the end of the day how did it make you feel making it to put this idea out there and that's kind of like the thing I've taken from all of this all my recent successes I've getting in like being able to do these extra things especially leading up to this interview right here like it's like all these things I've been wanting to do I'm finally getting to do and it started from me being this what felt like I really had nobody in that small room to having a bunch of like people went looking forward to seeing what I without in the world and that's like really what's been driving me just knowing that I can do this and that I'm driving other people to do the things like I'm getting people telling me that I'm the reason I wanted to join a certain team or wanted to get into media or writing and I just I didn't you don't really see this kind of impact until it's actually out there and it's happening and that's one of the coolest things you can just really infect somebody with some kind of passion to do really cool things all right I have to ask oh sorry go ahead no you're gonna get me guys all right they did my last one because I know we got to wind down here in a second Baldwin Wheeler versus Baldwin Wheeler this thing blew up oh well I remember seeing that yes I don't even know why well it's a good thing it's a good thing so it's funny but like I'm I actually thought someone else would have made that joke to you like there's like that's a thing about me is sometimes all things someone else is thinking the thing that I've thought of and by the time I say it it ends up blowing up into something like that blew up and I was just like I did I just ratio Tony Khan and I did I ratioed him like like time of six I was just like wow I had like wrestlers like I'm just like interacting with it and it was just blowing up people were like I was on the wrestling observer I got on like one of their shows they they said like the match was like they're like pointed out they saw some tweet by somebody which I'm somebody just like the Baldwin Wheeler versus Baldwin Wheeler and I would just spend the whole whole weekend like actually might have been more than a weekend I was getting notifications for for a very long time I'm just like what is going on people really like the suite it was a good suite AEW retweeted it and yeah they reported yeah it was it was a context if you want to check this out this is it was a match graphic right it was FTR versus Wheeler Yuda and Claudia Cassignoli Baldwin Wheeler versus Baldwin Wheeler so yeah like when I had like Dex comment on it he was like OMG and I'm just like what like I did and I did not expect to be retweeted by the actual AEW like I was just I guess like normally they hang him high guys thank he's the one that has like the tweets blow up and I he followed me because of that I got a lot of people follow me because of that tweet and I'm just like I don't know what I did it's amazing this stuff that blows up on on on social media like you never know what it's going to be you think it's just uh oh this is funny to me so I'm just gonna put it out there and then next thing you know it's like oh people have good or bad people will latch onto it and in this case it was a good funny tweet that people latched onto it blew up in a good way certainly there's stuff that you think you just tweet out and to avoid and people latch onto that and it doesn't end as well but no it was a fantastic tweet and I I cackled when I saw it and I cackled even more when I saw that AEW retweet I was like jeez I think really hit but the crowd that night they were chanting bald and let's go wheeler and like I think the rest was even made jokes about it like I think what Dax went up to cash and like rubbed his hair and like rubbed it on his own bald head and I was just like this is a reference to me then I'm like I don't have old enough to think that was because of me but like it was just a funny little coincidence where I'm just like seeing this thing could kind of spiral out and it was funny it was a great of thing yeah yeah it's like I can retire now yeah I love that well what's I know you said you know everything you're doing right now is very uh you know fulfilling as far as like the positive feedback when you're being able to reach out and that kind of stuff get your thoughts out there um what what do you think about like for like the future like do you want to continue doing what you're doing now is there anything else with in wrestling media you're interested in or any you're writing or kind of what what do you in a few years from now like what do you kind of see yourself doing within the space yeah in a few years I want to be able to um like we said there's like really no money and not much money to be made in wrestling but I would like to be in a position where like I get a little side cash but like that's not the end all be all I want to be able to like just have my voice everywhere I kind of help other people get their voices in there like body slang we've had like so many people pop up and putting their voices out there and I'm proud of every one of them for doing that and I just want to keep making that kind of difference because not a lot of people were able to have their voices heard for like a long time uh and now we're having like all these diverse people making their opinions heard making their thoughts felt and I want to be able to keep doing that I want to be able to do more podcasts or do more guest spots because I have a lot of people who have been wanting me to do it for like since 2022 just like hop on their show and I'm like well I gotta figure out a way to give this going soon I want to get like a microphone I want to get whichever kind of thing did so it can sound real nice and but otherwise I guess outside of wrestling I do hope to get like books published and I guess like the one of the biggest goals outside of wanting to write for places like uh Fightful and Love Wrestling and Wrestling Observer is like I want to be able to have these books out like tangible books in my hand of something that I created with all these kind of thoughts and things into it and like like all these worlds I end up making and just wanting to put all these things into it and with like how quick I can do it and how much I've got in space I got in here for all these ideas I know I could do I probably make this kind of kind of books that stick with people uh I'm not sure if it'll stick as long as like people like Mark Twain or John Steinbanks have long after they're gone but just to have my name out there and in people's hands and on like shelves of places it just like ready to be bought or like people reading the crap out of it where you could tell the pages are kind of uh a little weak and like the covers are kind of beaten and just have that kind of impact that's basically that and the wrestling writing has been what I really want to make my impact I mean and I would I would love to like write for like other uh things like video games or comic books or sports even though I don't catch up with sports that much aside from European football but I'm careful to make it make sure I call it European football or just football in general and refer to like American football as armored rugby so Maggie's like like she's she's pretty meticulous about that she's it refers to not be called soccer I never called it soccer in front of her but I know I know those are those are good goals to have and I wish you luck in the future with everything uh last one as you know the coolest thing in your room this can be a little double whammy but uh here are two uh very foggy spillage trophies uh I'll just read them off to you one of them was the third grade first place and the other one was the fourth grade first place it was like the only two I really competed in uh when you say they were spelling these yeah not like a national but like a local one and I just I'd like dominated like not like I don't mean to like brag but like I was it was it was like pretty easy like I knew all the words and I just kind of like okay well I'm done after this retire on top yeah like when I got was that kind of kid and I tell you like I would read a lot and write a lot and that's the kind of stuff that kind of come out of that and it was it was pretty funny just like I was not used to winning anything and I'm just like maybe I should keep it safe and that would be the best at everything Corey want to thank you for joining us here tonight let everybody know or they can find you up yeah you can find me on twitter x i'm gonna call it twitter uh at quarry zero michaels and I believe my blue sky is the same as that if you want to follow it out follow Corey follow Corey's work he does a fantastic job and again thank you for joining us here tonight and guys we'll be right back here on the spotlight we are back thank you to Corey michaels for hanging out with us last night chat and letting everybody know his uh kind of journey as a writer and a wrestling fan Corey's also in the chat we appreciate him hanging out in the chat as well i see people talking about the daijak news yes daijak did announce that as of tomorrow it'll be his last day under WWE contract and he will be a free agent so no 90 day no compete clause or anything like that he will be free to go wherever he needs to go in oh soon as this weekend maybe he's the wild card in the oh and heart foundation cup tournament i don't think that's the case but who knows he could show up a forbidden door he'll be a free agent we shall see with future holds for daijak he's a guy that got some opportunities but certainly didn't get enough opportunities like every time he got an opportunity he did very well when he was drafted to roll never used on roll it didn't seem like they had a plan for him off of that so it's a weird thing of sometimes they just they have these guys and you would think they have a plan for him and they just don't and there's no real explanation why it seemed like he had he didn't understand what the explanation was when they tried he said that when they they tried to negotiate the contracts the religious stone walled them were his words and then they said that they weren't going to renew his contract so it's unfortunate for him and wdb it looked like he was doing well in nxt i mean he was he was he was featured pretty well he had the big video package on the return he had the north american title match at Wrestlemania weekend which is really good the triple threat match and then after that nothing he said he was supposed to go into a few for the nxt title after a Wrestlemania weekend which would have made some sense him and trick williams and they didn't they obviously did not go in that direction and he instead went to raw where he was not used so it's an unfortunate situation hopefully he finds somewhere in on the independent scene or another company where he can really showcase what he's all about and you know he'll keep ratioing people on social media as long as he's ratioing people that's all i care about wrestling matches care about that want to see a ratio everybody best of best of luck to die jack in whatever he has going on in his future i can't wait for the the mason men's wall i don't
