AP News, I'm Adonika. Battleground State Michigan is the stop today for President Biden. He's holding firm against Democrats who want him out of the race. This is AP News. A desperate search is underway in Nepal for at least 50 people after landslides swept two buses into a river. Three survivors are believed to have swum to safety, but rescue is a yet to find any trace of the buses. It's believed the vehicles were submerged and swept downstream in the Tricholi River. More than 500 personnel have been assigned to the operation, but heavy rain in recent days is turning the water murky brown and hampering rescue efforts. I'm Nian Kim. Italy's Alpine Rescue Service says an American tourist died after becoming ill during an excursion on the southern side of Mount Etna in Sicily. They say the cause of the illness is still unknown, but warned against the risk of high temperatures coupled with humidity that may prove dangerous for tourists who may have no specific preparation for these kinds of excursions. Temperatures on Mount Etna at the time were estimated between 77 and 82 Fahrenheit. I'm Ed Donahue, AP News. What's next?
