In a final communique, NATO also labeled China a decisive enabler of Russia's war against Ukraine, Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg. "Enabling Russia to build the missiles, to build the bombs, to build the aircraft, to build the weapons they're using to attack Ukraine." The Israeli military's urged all Palestinians to leave Gaza City and head south amid a fresh offensive. It comes as mediators meet with the Israeli officials and cutter on a ceasefire deal.
