It's going to be another day of miserable heat for millions of us, the National Weather Service's Bob Orvac. There's a lot of heat advisories along the east coast and, more importantly, we respect to the records across a large part of the west. If we add them all all up, it's about 130 million people under some form of heat advisory or heat warning today across the country. It's going to be 108 degrees today in Boise, Idaho, 107 in Sacramento. And days after hurricane barrel hit Texas, a downgraded post-tropical cyclone barrel visited Indiana this morning, 30 mile per hour winds. Former President Trump has been rallying supporters in Florida. The radical left Democrat party is divided in chaos and having a full-scale breakdown all because they can't decide which of the year candidates is more unfit to be president, sleepy crooked Joe Biden or laughing Kamala. Seven House Democrats have now said publicly the president Biden should drop out of the race for the White House, but he says he's staying in it and is pleading with the party to focus on the threat he says Donald Trump poses. The president's hosting the NATO summit in Washington trying to prove that he's up to the job. It's overwhelming by part of the majority of Americans understand that NATO makes us all safer. The fact that both Democratic Republican parties are represented here today is a testament to that fact. Police in Peru say they've recovered the body of Mountaineer Bill Scamful and one of the highest peaks in the Andes Mountains. The 58-year-old was trying to climb the 22,000-foot Mount Wascaran with friends in 2002, and they were buried by an avalanche. His family knew there was little hope of finding him alive or even retrieving his body from the fields of snow and ice. But a group of high-mountain rescue police and guides found Scamful's body Friday near a camp some 17,000 feet above sea level. The word came as a shock to his children. Jennifer Scamful says, "Your heart just sinks." "The 22 years you've thought, dance, part of the mountain, and he's never coming home." The two friends were also killed.
