A lot of people waiting for this we're expecting to find out this morning what the Supreme Court has decided about former President Trump and whether he has immunity from prosecution for his actions on January 6, 2021, the day of the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol. The AP's Jackie Quinn. Trump's lawyers say he's immune from prosecution because he was the president at the time. The Supreme Court justices have reduced, if not eliminated the chance, Trump would stand trial before the November election. Last week, the court voted 6-3 to restrict the use of a federal obstruction charge that's been used against hundreds of January 6 defendants, including Donald Trump. I'm Jackie Quinn. We're learning the President Biden's family is urging him to stay in the presidential race, despite his performance at Thursday night's debate with Donald Trump, Democrats like Senator Rafael Warnock of Georgia are sticking with President Biden, Warnock is a former pastor. There have been more than a few Sundays when I wish I had preached a better sermon. But after the sermon was over, it was my job to embody the message, to show up for the people that I serve. But Republican North Dakota Governor Doug Bergam, a Trump ally, says, "Everyone's talking about should Joe Biden even stay in the race, that's never happened in our history. Under pressure over plain safety, Boeing plans to buy back supplier spirit aero systems, a deal valued at $4.7 billion in stock, and to move the company, says, will improve quality and safety amid increasing scrutiny. Boeing had owned the part supplier and the purchase would reverse a long-time strategy of outsourcing key work on its passenger planes. The move comes as the Justice Department pushes Boeing to plead guilty to criminal fraud in connection with two deadly plane crashes involving its 737 MAX jets, according to several people who heard federal prosecutors detail a proposed offer Sunday.
