And if you use, I'm Ben Thomas. After last night's CNN presidential debate, the candidates were making campaign appearances today, former President Trump in Chesapeake, Virginia. That was a big one. But as you saw in television last night, we had a big victory against a man that really is looking to destroy our country. He's the worst. He's the most corrupt, the most incompetent president in the history of our country. In Raleigh, North Carolina, President Biden. I don't walk as easy as I used to. I don't speak as smooth as I used to. I don't debate as well as I used to. Well, I know what I do know. I know how to tell the truth. Shelley Adler has one analyst, Steve. One of the goals for President Joe Biden was to prove critics wrong that say he's too old for a second term. The 81-year-old failed at that, says Chris Galderi, who's a professor of political science at St. Anson College. The danger for Biden there is age is voters' biggest concern about him. There was nothing last night that would make you say, "Oh, wow, this guy is, you know, strong as an oct." And with no fact-checking, former president Trump had a field day. He's running the sort of post-truth, post-fact candidacy and efforts by anybody to push back on that have a really tough time getting any sort of traction. Asked if he would accept the results of the November election, Trump said he would accept them if the vote was fair and legal. I'm Shelley Adler. Three significant rulings from the Supreme Court, one limits a federal obstruction law used to charge hundreds of capital riot defendants, as well as former President Trump. The justices ruled six to three that the charge of obstructing an official proceeding must include proof defendants tried to tamper with or destroy documents. Another ruling upended a 40-year-old decision that made it easier for the federal government to regulate the environment, public health, workplace safety, and consumer protections. And a third cleared the way for cities to enforce bans on homeless people sleeping outside in public places. This is AP News. Survivors of Hamas's attack on an Israeli music festival have come together in an effort to heal. Charles Bellaget has my head to the story. Thousands of people have gathered in Tel Aviv for the tribe of Nova's first mass gathering since the October 7 attack. Omar Prince had survived that terrible day. There is one track. It's called "Dance is the answer" and I think it's the answer for, you know, a lot of things. Sadness and happiness. The massive concert intends to raise awareness and funds for a network of therapy and support for October 7 survivors. More than 3,000 people were at the tribe of Nova's electronic music festival on the morning of October 7. The 360 people died and more than 40 taken hostage. Some are still held in Gaza. I'm Charles Telethesma and I'm Ben Thomas, AP News.
