Anyway, the murder of a Maryland mother of five, that took place a while ago. They just caught the guy in Oklahoma and they brought him back to Maryland, he's in court today. Killed a mother of five, he's in... the ice has confirmed that he's an illegal alien from... from El Salvador. Biden invited him into the country, he came in last year. There was a rape of a young girl, a 13-year-old girl in a park in Queens near the old side of the World's Fair in '64-'65, near where Donald Trump grew up. And that was an illegal alien living in a shelter nearby, he had a machete and a drug problem and he had come across the invitation of the Democrat party. And they were laughing about that on MSNBC the other night. Let's play a cut one. Let me show you, this is one of the reasons that people have these sort of thinking. Here's the three cable networks reporting of this, our banner said, "Soon Biden announces legal protections for undocumented spouses, a citizen CNN's banner said, Biden announces new protections for some undocumented spouses. Here was Fox's banner, migrant arrested for raping 13-year-old New Year's. Yes. And so I think that's part of the problem, right? Exactly, that was Pramila Jayapal from Washington State, laughing. She was laughing about the 13-year-old girl being raped by this undocumented Democrat. She's very amused by that. And now we have the case, we told you about it for the first time yesterday, this 12-year-old girl in Houston was murdered, raped and murdered by two Venezuelans who came in to the country thanks to Joe Biden and the Democrats. And we know for a fact that Venezuela has, as Donald Trump has said, opened up not only their prisons, they have a lot of gangbangers because they've wrecked the economy. And so the youth, the male youth are very poor and they get into these gangs and now they're just moving north and they're just raping and killing along the way. And they're very happy, the Democrats are very happy to have them in the country. And Donald Trump has tried to, he did deport a lot of them because he said he cut off aid. But of course the Venezuelans have already announced we're not taken back any of these people. These are dreamers, but they're dreaming of killing and raping and robbing Americans and living on welfare. Not all of them, but a huge number of them are. So police, so we knew this yesterday that they were illegal aliens. Police in Houston, this is from the early edition of the New York Post today, which is printed, you know, last night. Police in Houston have arrested two illegal aliens from Venezuela in the murder of the 12-year-old Jocelyn Nougare, who was lured away from home, then strangled and dumped in a bayou. One of the suspects crossed the border illegally less than a month before the shocking murder and was released into the US after claiming he feared for his life if he was sent back to his country sources to hold a post. I told you, they give him cards now. These NGOs, non-governmental organizations, if you're a woman, you say, I'm a victim of domestic abuse or I'm pregnant. If you're slight, shall we say, in a mail, you say you're gay and you're worried. If you're just a regular looking guy, you fear that you're being targeted by the gangs. This is the scam. It's not enough that they're getting into the country and just going on welfare and committing break-ins and stealing copper wire from the Home Depot and organized gangs or whatever. Now, they're killing and raping Americans and they don't care. They don't care. And so, here's the, though the suspects are Venezuelan illegal aliens, that information is nowhere to be found in the Associated Press right up to the story. This is from Red State. Instead, they simply referred to the two suspects as two men. Stop me if you've heard this one before. Two men arrested in strangulation of 12-year-old Houston girl whose body was found in a creek. By you. The omission of this crucial detail of the two suspects, immigration status, caused Fox News, national correspondent, Bill Malusion. He's really good, by the way. Fox is in the satchel to the deep state, but Bill Malusion is pretty damn good. Who has spent years reporting directly from the border to go off. He noted that the especially concerning thing about it is the fact that so many other news outlets will carry use the Associated Press reporting on this tragic case without doing any deeper dives into it. But it's not, it's not like no, it's going into the local paper, because no one's reading the local paper, but it's not going on to social media. This is what the aggregating sites are going to pick up. This is what the, you know, I don't know who listens to the to the morning zoo radio stations or whatever they call it now. This is where they get their news, you know. They're just going to say two men. And you know the guy who's reporting it is probably some guy with a, you know, a sleeve tattoo and a nose ring, like the person from the medical examiner's office yesterday. And they're going to try to cover it up too. They want to help out the party narrative. They're in with it. So no, no deeper dives. That's the key. So this is what Melugin said, not only does AP not mention that both suspects are illegal aliens who were both recently caught and released the border. They don't even mention that they're from Venezuela, which police publicly disclosed. This is in Houston. You know, Houston, you know, it's Texas, but it's, it's more liberal than most of Texas. You know, Houston and probably Harris County are more liberal than than even the counties on the Rio Grande that are being, you know, plunged into turmoil by this, this tidal wave of illegal alien crime from the third world. On Friday, Melugin tweeted that I said confirmed they're reporting on the two suspects. Ice confirms are reporting. Both suspects are illegal aliens who were both recently caught and released at the border, one on May 28, the other on March 14, May 28. So he's in the country for three weeks, and he's raped and murdered an American girl. These guys shouldn't have been there, says Red State, but they were thanks to Joe Biden and the Democrat Party and what they allegedly did to that little girl was nothing short of horrific. How about the five, the five orphans of that, that mother in, I guess the, you know, the father still around, but they, five kids lost their mother because Joe Biden wanted to fundamentally transform America into a third world. Hellhole, 603. This is the first I've heard of the rape of the 12 year old in Houston only reported as a killing. Again, this is what this is what they do. And they don't, they don't look because they don't, they don't want to know. If they, if they discovered that it was illegal aliens from a communist country that are being invited into the country to destabilize the US, they would, they would maybe have to at least think about reporting it on their piss poor newscasts or their piss poor news feeds, but they don't have to. 844-542-919. People are very very disconnected and I can tell you this does not, you can hammer on this. This 12 year old rate, this 13 year old murdered, it doesn't register with them. I don't know how, but it doesn't. They're either ignorant or they'll say, well, 90% of them are good. And they don't mind sacrificing children. We saw it through COVID. And it's a very dangerous country we have where they just do not want to recognize children as valuable. I know. I just, I don't know. I mean, you're right. And I don't know the answer. I mean, how can you, how can you not think? I mean, if you don't have a kid, I mean, can't you feel some kind of empathy or sympathy for this 13 year old? This 13 year old rape victim or the 12 year old rape murder victim in Houston? I mean, don't you, don't you think that, you know, this, and it's, the thing about it is, Chris. I mean, don't we have enough criminals already in the United States? Why are we importing them from these, these savage, stone age countries where there is absolutely no law in order. There's no civilization. They don't understand. I got to tell you, it's scary to talk to them. They just don't care. They're 50, 60 year old white women who never had kids and don't ever care. It's just the way it is. Well, I'm older than that and I have five kids and I care. And I think most people care. I just, I don't know. I don't get it. I don't know why they hate Trump so much. It's, it's a religion though. That's the thing. They have no religion. They don't believe in God. Everybody has to believe in God in something. That's the way humans are hardwired. We're going to, we're going to have to do something next week. I got a call from somebody I know. The insurance, what are the reasons the insurance rates are so through the roof? Not just in Massachusetts, but elsewhere, but specifically in Massachusetts is because the illegal aliens are driving without, uh, without insurance. And as, as I can see from these, uh, these arrest sheets that I get from, uh, from New Hampshire, forget Massachusetts every week. The, uh, the illegal aliens in Massachusetts, even though they can get the driver's licenses, uh, now, unfortunately, a lot of them aren't getting it. They just don't want to spend the money. Why bother? They're not getting arrested for rapes. Why would they, why would they bother going down and getting a driver's license? They're not going to, they're not going to, you know, suffer any consequences like you or I would if we got, if we got luck driving without a license. After seven stultifying weeks, the prosecution finally rested its case this morning in the, uh, Karen Reed case and the, uh, the defense began its presentation. Joining us now to talk about it is the, uh, blogger who, who's, uh, been involved intimately in the case, broken most of the stories. And that would be, uh, Aiden Carney, AKA Turtle Boy. Wasn't it a pleasure today, Aiden? Not to have Adam Lally calling the shots. Oh, yeah, the three greatest words in the English language. Uh, the Commonwealth rest. It was music to my ears. Let me tell you. But do you notice, United did a couple, uh, oats to, to, uh, he got a couple in there. He said the, uh, what if anything's in there? He, that was cute. How he did that. We, because how are we ever going to survive without what if anything? I don't know. And you, you said that, you said though that Lally, you told Grace that Lally was, uh, chain smoking out on the steps of the courthouse, uh, during the, uh, lunch and recess today. He does, he does it every day, but today was, he needed to pack out there. How are you? After the morning that he had the medical examiner, his last witness blew up in his face. She said that, that the, uh, injuries on John could in fact possibly have come, uh, from a, uh, I believe from a defensive injuries from getting in a fight from getting hit in the head. It was just disaster. Didn't they? Didn't they? Wasn't he insisting just a couple of days earlier that she couldn't talk about the fact that the, where the injuries could have come from? And then he's asking her about it. Hey, I don't understand. I never see. That was, that was Dr. Marie, the, the, the, the, we're talking about his own witness. Corey Bell is a medical examiner who they've been kind of hiding the end this whole time and said, well, the medical examiner wrote in a report that the, there was no defensive signs of a defensive struggle on John's body, which is a weird thing. They usually don't say what didn't happen in, uh, you know, a medical examiner's report, but this one did. Today, she kind of changed the tune and she said, yeah, those could definitely be defensive wounds. That's definitely a possibility that basically anything possible, as you were saying, as far as these go. So what the commonwealth has been saying, she said, and then what she said today was completely different. Did he get confused at all during the cross, during the examination of the medical examiner and caller, Dr. whack job as they refer to her at the state police? Well, I did notice that a couple of the, the McAlver mafia on Twitter, they did, they, they were saying that she is a whack job after all because they don't like, they don't like these witnesses today because all of them were so good for cannery and so bad for the commonwealth. You know, you had the plow driver, you had, that, that we, I call him cell phone, Santa at the end there, Richard Green, the guy that found the, how long did that in cold search on Jennifer McCabe's phone? And then you had Dr. Marie Russell and they were all charming and they were all likable and Lally's job was to be mean to them. And it looked like he was like, you know, bullying, knife, pleasant elderly people to the jury. Didn't go over well. Yeah, you know, I saw this, that guy, Richard Green, the, the cell phone expert, you know, people were texting online saying, this guy reminds me of my late father. I mean, he was really connecting with everybody. I'm sure in the courtroom and on the, on the, on the line. And, and yeah, he was, he was being bullied by this, by this knit with Adam Lally. He seemed angry. You know, he, Richard Green, he gave me a word that's original on the way out. He was so nice. And then he's like, Adam Lally for the first time showed personality, but it wasn't a good personality. Like the personality you want to show is just like being rude to elderly people. And it's very clearly liked and like, you know, on the way, it's just like, that guy is definitely from the Midwest or something. It's so nice. It's so nice. And even like, he apologized to Lally during the cross, during the examination, cross-examination. And he said that, I'm sorry if I've crossed, you're actually just stressed, he told him. Like, why are you kidding? Never seen anything like it. I like that when he asked, you know, when, when Lally, the prosecutor asked, he's, he brought in these two terrible witnesses last week. You know, to be experts on cell phones. They were just, they were just talking nonsense. And so he, so Lally asked him if he's ever heard of these guys. And he chuckled, you know? Yeah, he said he heard of them. He said he heard of them through this whole thing. But apparently, I mean, I don't do the nerd talk when they start talking about this stuff. All I know is that this guy said, the other guy last week was trying to sell his app. He's got this app, Art X or something that he designed himself and used that app to determine that she didn't do this search at 2.27, something like that. All I need to hear was this guy's trying to sell an app. They found him in Alberta, Canada, right? So they had to go and dig this guy up. Whereas Richard Green has testified 2,000 times, I guess, at trial. And this is his thing. He's a cell phone guy. And he found it. And he's like, without a doubt, it's on there. He was a certain that that she did that Google search as the Dr. Marie Russell. And she was that those were dog bites. She couldn't have been more emphatic. She was, although the most emphatic person on the day, was Lucky Lockeron. Oh, he was great. He was out of central casting. He was fantastic. He was great. I liked how David started off with him. And he pointed out, he said, you know all the alberts, right? You have every reason to protect them and not protect Aaron Reed. Instead, you're doing the opposite. You're telling the truth. And the guy's just like, yeah, but that guy just wants to plow the roads. Just let him plow the roads. But they don't want to let him plow. They want to bust his chops and say that he's bad at his job. And he couldn't have, every time they pushed it Lucky, he got more defensive and said, like, no, there was absolutely not a body. If there was a body there, I would have seen it. Well, what about the Ford Edge? Maybe you saw a Jeep Cherokee? No. Actually, the Ford Edge has different lights in this shape. That dude knows everything about Ford Edges and like everything about cars. And he knows the difference and they messed with the wrong guy. He's like Mona Lisa Vito on the stand. Yeah, listen to cut four. This is when he really won the jury over, in my opinion, cut four. And now when you're plowing, where is your attention focused, sir? My attention's focused in front of me and then to the sides. Why would your attention be focused to the sides? I am trying to be aware of any side traffic, any pedestrians, and go out for a bit, any animals. I mean, wow. Yeah. Yeah. And God forbid. Lucky loves animals. And he came back to him again later on. He's looking at me. Who you looking out for? I'm looking out for pedestrians. I'm looking out for vehicles and I'm looking out for animals, you know? I know. He was the first decent cone head in the whole trial. He was. That's the lead of my column tomorrow. Finally, a cone head you can believe. Oh my God. But yeah, I mean, his whole testimony just kills it. It's just like, how can they really need a body to be there? Like this dude didn't see a body on the front lawn. He said he went by twice. He said he came back. There was a four edge park there. It's just such a damning testimony. And they had to impeach this guy. They had to make him seem like the guy's lying for some reason. Like, why would this guy lie? And if people who didn't hear this thing today, they asked him, well, you know, you're not supposed to leave a vehicle parked on the side of the road during a snow emergency. And he said, yeah, I should have called a supervisor, but I didn't out of consideration for the Alberts. I mean, I mean, how much more of a town he could be. He went to, he went to grade school with Chris Albert before Chris Albert went to prison. Yeah, sure. I mean, they go way back. They go way back. When I spoke with, I interviewed him last August, when I tracked him down and I'm like, wait a minute, there was somebody plowed the road. This person exists. I found out about him through the grapevine. And I'm like, well, let's go find this guy. And I just called him. And he told me everything. I'm like, how did the police not talk to you? How did the police not track down the plow driver? The guy that went by the house and could be an eyewitness that puts a body on that front lawn at 230. If they had a body on that lawn at 230, it's a lot easier to get Camarit if they really want to get her. But they don't want to talk to this guy because they knew what he was going to say. They don't want any witnesses. They want people, they want people like Julianna Nagel, who's a black lob, six foot black lob and didn't think much of it. Four people like Matt McCabe. Didn't you say that peanut butter sandwiches? Didn't you tweet out today, turtle boy, that the first cops who talked to him were from the FBI? That's right. That's one thing he told me. When I spoke to him, that's what he said. He goes, I told you, I'm going to tell you the same thing. I told the FBI, I said, whoa, whoa, whoa. FBI, you down? Oh, these guys are in serious trouble. And two days later, coincidentally, Michael Proctor and your mechanic show up at the DPW, and they suddenly have an interest in an interview in Lucky Lockrin. But he tells them the same thing he told us, the four-edge, all that stuff. But they were much more interested in me. They kept, how do you find you? Was you recording the conversation? Did he make you say things? That's what I realized that they were just trying to get me. And that's why the first thing I said when I got out of that car in Stoughton, out of that trooper car on October 11th when I was arraigned at Stoughton District Court, I had a 10 second perp walk. And I thought about the whole drive down there. I'm like, what am I going to say during my perp walk? I'm going to talk about the four-edge and just compare the resources that they're putting into getting a little old me. And compare that to how much time they put into finding that four-edge. There was a guy, a nice reliable guy who was telling you that he saw a four-edge parked right next to an area where a dead cat was found a couple hours later. How is this not an all-point bullet in the fly in this four-edge? But no, they're too busy watching my show and taking out a context, quote, and calling it witness intimidation. Well, they've never tried to find out, have they? Who owns the four-edge or if they've never revealed who owns the four-edge? No, they've done nothing. Because Tully said when he was on the stand that it wasn't reliable. The lucky eulachron statements were reliably changing your story or something. And they pushed back on that today. And lucky could not. He got so offended. He's just like, no, I've definitely, I've said the same thing to every single person, every time. Two-thirty, I go out there and I did my first plow and there's nobody on the front lawn. And by the way, Michael Proctor, in his interview with the DPW guy, Michael Trotta, he said that Trotta told him that the town of Canton doesn't plow, Fairview Road. Well, that's a lie, because lucky works for the town of Canton. Didn't the DPW commissioner say that he told Proctor that lucky eulachron was the guy who was assigned to Fairview Road? That's right. But he didn't put that in the report. And other scriveners there, I guess. There's a lot of those in this trial. I mean, I don't know what I certainly hope that at the end of this, somebody's got a heads-up the role for this. It's nice that Cantonary is going to be acquitted in a few days. But if Michael Proctor or some of these other guys are not, I'll criminally responsible for what they've done. You know, either even if Cantonary did do it, which you didn't, at the end of the day, you're the district attorney, Michael Morrissey, and you have a dead cop murdered in Canton. And no one's going to be all responsible for that. What a disaster. What a disaster. But like you said, and I put this in my call, too, and you're right, they're going to blame you or the state police or Proctors, specifically, or Adam Lally, the prosecutor for being a buffoon. They're not going to take any responsibility. They're going to say justice was denied because of these people, right? Yeah, because they're going to blame it on me. I've already got their exit strategy plan. Turtle boy influenced the jury. He poisoned the jury pool. Well, Adam Lally gave a valiant effort. You know, and Michael Proctor messed up, too. But, you know, it's not all his fault. He was those text messages. He was just venting about a Catholic. And it's all Turtle Boy's fault. They've already got their exit strategy. I don't know if they truly believe that, like, there's any chance, like, if you were reading John de Petros tweets, this hack reported from Rhode Island, you would think that, like, she's going to be fried. Like, she's getting the election share or something. It's not happening. I don't know if these people really believe the things that they're saying or not, but the reality is this jury is they're going to rest in a couple days. David, you know, he told me on site court today, they have three witnesses left, and then they're going to do closing statements. We could have the verdict by Wednesday. That's a realistic estimate. That would be really, really great. So, so who's left the two FBI experts, right? And who's the third witness? Frank Sheldon, another dog bite expert. So they're not going to bring any of the victims of Chloe that were on the witness list. They don't need them. It's just overkill. Like, you've got to one. You've got to take a knee when you win it by this much. Yeah. Run out the clock. Yeah, as someone's pointing out, the lieutenant, Lieutenant Tully said Lucky was an unreliable witness. This is the same lieutenant who signed a sealed bag saying there were three pieces of taillight, and then when they opened the bag, there were six pieces of taillight in there. Yeah. He's, yeah. Lucky Lockred's not a reliable witness, but my angry ex-girlfriend is for some reason. But that, it's like, that's reliable to him. Well, you should really enjoy this weekend. This is a, you know, the trial's still going on, but it's pretty much, it looks like it's pretty much over, I would think.
