Oh, I'm sorry. I forgot it's opposite day. My wife got really pissed off when they challenged me. And so she got pissed off and she said, fire alarm. I am the fire alarm. My daughter is in our ad and she has two words. Fire alarm. Live from the Matthews Brothers Studios. When you hear Rachel referred to as the individual. Of course our hearts break for of the individual. What is your reaction that it's a completely political statement because then not even willing to acknowledge a mother, a daughter. It totally depersonalizes her and makes her an object. Rum swabs, hacks and moon bats beware. It's Howie car eight four four five hundred forty two forty two. Eight four four five hundred forty two forty two. Try not to what I'm about to say. Destroy your faith in the integrity of Democrats in Oakland, California. There've been some problems in Oakland. You may have noticed the 77 year old man was attacked by home invaders. One of them had a crowbar and we he was coming in breaking into his house and the 77 year old man came up with a equalizer and plugged him under arrest because it's Oakland, right? All the restaurants have shut down in Oakland because even the ones that have been open 50, 60, 70 years, they first they made them all drive through so that they people couldn't get mugged leaving coming into the restaurant. Then then they started robbing the drive through so that you can you have to drive outside of Alameda County basically I think to get a to get a what a burger in Oakland. So then there's another one here, another headline. Multiple people shot at Lake Merritt Juneteenth celebration in Oakland. I can't believe it. It's not to be confused with the shooting at the Juneteenth celebration over the weekend in Texas. But this morning the FBI agents were back after their Juneteenth holiday and they were back at work early, Jared agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation at 530 AM rated property owned by Oakland Mayor Sheng Tao, T-H-A-O Thursday morning. At approximately 10.07 AM Pacific time, several FBI agents could be seen walking out of the property carrying boxes and bags. The agents then got into their vehicles and left the scene. The FBI declined to provide additional details at this time. The incident comes on the heels of a recall campaign against the mayor advancing to the to the November ballot. This is not and this is not to be confused with the recall election that's going on against the district attorney of Alameda County because she is there also trying to oust her as well. 844 542 42. I think the saddest story that one of the saddest stories of the week because I don't know why it had to happen. Did you see the family? They were taken their kid, their son to a to to a college in Oakland. Lincoln University in Oakland and these are these are people who live in live in Coconut Creek, Coconut Creek, Florida, which is in Broward County. And I think it's I think it's where the isn't where the butterfly museum is. I think it is. It's which is a destination location for, you know, grade school, class day trips and you take your or on the weekend, you take your kids or your grandkids. Yeah, Coconut Creek. They also got a casino in Coconut Creek. I mean, it's it's not the nicest part of South Florida, but it's not a bad part of South Florida. Why would anyone in their right mind take a kid out of Coconut Creek who's graduated high school and say, you know what, we think you ought to go to college in Oakland, California. I don't get it. So they were going to take this kid. Ro, Ro Mel Crossman and his family. That's what they were flying to, to get him into this. He was a football player and he was going to play for Lincoln, Lincoln University. They parked their rented SUV, a block from the private university before heading to a nearby Jamaican restaurant to pick up some food, leaving five suitcases inside the car. Would you care to guess what happened? Darren, they were in down five suitcases when they came back and the car. They discovered that the SUV's windows were smashed, glass scattered around the ground and all of their belongings inside were gone. Everything was gone. They even stole a sleep apnea machine. A sleep apnea machine. The missing possessions included clothing and very important personal documents. The high school diploma of the kid, his birth certificate, his his passport, social security cards. They're going back to Broward County. Oakland proved too much for the man, too much for the man and the parents and the SUV, the sleep apnea machine is gone. Eight, four, four, five hundred, forty two, forty two. Steve, you're next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, Steve. Howie proponents for this generation of tobacco ban are going from town to town. Oh, I know. Bring it to the state. You know, like it's like the nips or the or the plastic bottles, but plastic water bottle ban or the or the plastic grocery bags ban. They're they're picking off all the woke communities first. And then they're just going to say, well, it's a fate of company. You might as well drag everybody else involved, even if they don't want it. It means anybody born after the year two thousand three will never in their lives, even at 30 or 40 50 be able to buy any tobacco and nicotine product. They can buy pot though. They can buy pot and alcohol though. I know. And you know, I know, I know cigarettes aren't good for you and they can they kill you over the long haul. Most people they kill, but short term, I think I would, I think you're better off as a kid smoking, smoking barberos or new ports than you are smoking weed. I think it's going to hurt your brain a lot less in alcohol. We all know what alcohol can do. I mean, you know, 10% of the people who was in vitamin alcohol are going to get into serious, serious problems. I mean, they ought to be, they ought to just keep their damn, damn nose is not everything else. They always say we had to legalize pot because look at what we tried it with prohibition and alcohol and it didn't work. Well, what makes you think this is going to work? I mean, it's just, it's just going to drive people to go to get the tobacco elsewhere. If they want it, what's the, what's the big deal? I mean, you don't have a problem. You know, you have, you have pride month and, you know, pride month. It's all about a lot of it is about engaging in unsafe sexual practices. Is it not? No one's it. No one's saying you should outlaw that. We've, we've legalized that used to be a crime sodomy. Now it's legal. The AIDS is still killing people. Are isn't it? You can get all kinds of diseases with this kind of these sexually transmitted diseases are passed down through, through, through all kinds of sex, but particularly gay sex, but that's okay. But cigarettes, they, they hate them. I don't, you know, I don't get these people. Uh, I get them, I get them. I, it's just, why can't they just leave everybody alone? I thought they wanted to be left alone. Why can't they leave you and me alone? Chris, you're next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, Chris. Oh, hi, Howie. How are you? Good. How you doing? Uh, yeah, I had to use the voice changing name. Uh, I didn't want to say Chris, Chris A. From Canton, how are we on the, okay, I'm totally obsessed with the Karen Reed thing and Howie, I have never seen such corruption from A to Z top the bottom side to side. This was a bunch of corrupt counties who figured they could get away with everything, but you know what? You cracked me up yesterday when you're talking about that Chupa Paul that he was functionally illiterate. But the saddest part about this Howie is that Chupa Paul and all the other states are making a quarter of a million dollars a year with a pension in the back. This is just a blip in their lives. They're functional idiots, community college idiots. And you're nanny is such a smart guy. Went to Bowdoin and PC law. And it just, it just sucks that Karen Reed is probably spent what million? Oh, yeah, her, I think it's her father. I think her father's got some though and yeah, she's a, I hope she suit. I hope she can figure out some way to sue when I, and I hope the feds are going to step in. You know, I, I, I'm, I'm rather skeptical of the feds getting involved. But you know, people I listen to on streaming like Sean McDonough, he thinks they're, he thinks they've invested so much effort in, in going after these clowns. He thinks they've got wire taps of Tully in those pea, in those other, those state cops. That would be great, wouldn't it? I would love to see them all go down. Eight, four, four, five hundred forty two, forty two, Jim, you're next with how I car. Go ahead, Jim. I'm not calling to see why none of the, what do you call yourselves? Personalities on the radio and addressing these lines that it's coming from Biden against Trump. But I mean, if, if we were going to address that, you know, it's like Abraham Lincoln said of criticism. If I responded to all the criticism, there'd be no time for anything else for this office to do. I mean, it's the same thing. I mean, it's just a, a torrent of BS. It's been going on now for nine years. Why, you know, it's, there's too much to deal with. I mean, you know, Trump knows how to deal with it. He's got a, now he's got the rapid response team that, that comes up with it. And then the, the, the, the Biden teams responses get sillier and sillier. This deep fake stuff, I mean, who are they kidding with this stuff? Eight four, four, five hundred, forty two, forty two, nine, seven, eight. What about the taxes that cigarettes bring in? Exactly. There's a, there's a whole nother issue involved. It's ridiculous. Uh, thanks. Thanks for the call there, uh, Jim. Eight four, four, five hundred, forty two, forty two. Contact him at local silver-ment.com. That's local silver-ment.com. Jared, what's the poll question? What are the results thus far? Today's poll question, which you can vote in at howiecarshow.com is how many paid federal/state/hack holidays do we really need? Fewer than we have now. The number seems about right. One every three weeks or so, or we need even more. Fewer than we have now, a lot fewer. 80% agree with you. Fewer than we have now. 9% say the number seems about right. 6% once every three weeks and 5% need even more. So 80% of the audience today works for a living. Has real jobs. Illegal aliens in the news. Police identified 12-year-old girl raped, found dead in Creek. Two charged with murder. This is Houston. The Houston Police Department named the child as Jocelyn Nungare. Body discovered in a shallow creek around 6.15 a.m. on Monday. It was a horrible scene. The two individuals, Johann Jose Rangel Martinez, 21. And Franklin Jose Pinarimos, 26, were detained this morning for questioning and later arrested. Police in Houston say they've reached out to help in human services to find out more about whether the suspects or illegal aliens are in the U.S. legally. I'm going to take the illegal alien end of the bet. I don't think it's on the board in Vegas. Strangulation was the cause of death, this poor kid. Dead, just murdered by illegal aliens. This is today's, like I said, it's getting to the point where every day we can have a give you a read to you about a gruesome crime. And they're all over the country. They're not just in Texas. Today, it's in Texas, but tomorrow, we'll got only knows where it will be. Cheryl, you're next with highway car. Go ahead, Cheryl. Hey, how are you doing? Good. In regards to the Caron Reade case, so I'm just for justice for John O'Keefe. And I have a question. Was there a moment that made you pause and go move that evidence? Seems kind of strong against her. No, what evidence have you seen that's kind of strong against there? I feel like the taillight. The taillight? Have you looked at it? Have you looked at all the evidence? The taillight was OK when they brought the car into the when they left. The Daiton police officer said the taillight was cracked, but Proctor, who's been proven to be a purger and a corrupt cop. He was soliciting bribes from the McAlberts. He he lied about getting drunk with the Albert brother. He's the one who said the taillight was in pieces. The Daiton cop, who had no skin in the game, who was honest, said it was merely cracked. OK, so I just don't know how the state on what he wanted. Do you want to respond to that? I mean, again, again, it's Proctor Proctor is is going to be fired as soon as this trial is over. He should be prosecuted for soliciting a bribe and lying to grand juries. No, I'm just I'm just asking you to just was there a moment? And I guess it wasn't. OK, so you're just really close to the evidence. That's, you know, most I'm just watching it. I'm just trying to say really open minded. I really am, but I just feel like that morning, the evidence was there. I'm sorry. I just I'm sorry. You can put in if you're planting evidence, it's it's easy to it's easy to come up with, quote, unquote, evidence if the taillight cracked and hit him and caused all the loss of all the blood, how come there's no blood on any of the the pieces of the taillight, Cheryl? OK, that's a fact. I'm sorry. That's a fact. That's a fact. How about the fact that Tully, how about the fact that Tully said that he that he sealed these bags and put the three pieces of taillight in them. And now there's six pieces of taillight in those same sealed bags. Does that does that lead you to believe that maybe they've been tinkering with the evidence? Come on. What? You can I can buy that broken the bag and transfer and everything like that. I'm just broken. It broke in the bag. But have you have you have you go go outside and knock on the taillight on your car and see if you it's not like it's not like you're dealing with a glass that you drop in the driveway and it shatters into a million pieces. This this these new taillights are constructed so that they they don't shatter just for this very reason. No, I you know what? I just want I just really want this to go down very, you know, not like the O.J. since in case where there was evidence there and then just it just went. There is it. Do you think do you think if she was really if she really kill if she really killed him, would she have gone back and left those 53 voicemail messages after killing him? Wouldn't 10 or 11 of suffice? Cheryl wake up 844 542 42. I'm how I car. [Music] Live from the Matthews Brothers Studios. 844 542 42. Time now to talk with Aiden Carney, a.k.a. Turtle boy about today's witnesses. Is it over yet the prosecution Turtle boy? Is it over? Adam, Adam Lowley would not be that kind to a tower. He has to continue this on for one more day. We are so close to never hearing what if any ever again, but he just had to give us one more day of this nonsense. So he's got the medical examiner on the stand and he's continuing to question her. But my my understanding from reading your tweets and others is that she refuses to say that it's a that it was a murder that she doesn't know she can't determine the cause of death. So why is he dragging it out? I mean, it's kind of a simple question, ultimately, isn't it? Do you have any evidence that she was murder that he was murdered? No. Thank you. Been going on for two hours and I've heard that there was blood force trauma. We all agree on that. We all agree that there was blood force trauma. We all agree that there was hypothermia. We get it. The question is, did it come from being hit by a car and being knocked on the grass or being knocked around in the face and then somebody hit you in the back of that? Which one did it? Was it? And we haven't gotten to that because he's Adam Lowley and that's not his style. He has got a million other questions and bore the people to death. I mean, I thought we were going to be done today. When they got rid of the other tattoo lady at 2.30, I'm like, oh, good. We're going to finally be done. And he's going to ask his woman questions for half an hour. But nope, he's Adam Lowley. He has to keep going for two hours. Now we got to do it all against tomorrow. And at the end of it, then the defense comes on and they start asking him about, they start asking her about all these text messages between Proctor and the rest of those misogynist semi-literate thug state cops, where they're talking about how they tried to pressure her, correct? Into saying it was a murder and it didn't succeed. And that stuff's all on the record. This isn't like it. I mean, they have Proctor's own words. You're a wet job. She was a wet job. I don't know if you met the first one or the second one. But she was a wet job, apparently. And, you know, again, I don't know what they're getting at here. We all again, we all agreed there was blunt force trauma. We all agreed got hit by something, right? But like, I'm not sure how like, when are they going to talk about how a car did this? When are they going to talk about what specifically caused the cuts all over his arm, which are going to be which, by the way, started off with a great win today, our with the all three witnesses. Yeah, they're all being allowed to testify, which is great. I think that this people allowing much people smarter than our testify about things that they know better than anyone in our core room. That's very generous part. Yeah. And you know, you know, the the trolls are saying, oh, this this guy Gerino was was great today. I mean, maybe he was great compared to Joseph Paul, but he was nothing to write home about. Again, again, we had this Bermuda triangle with cell phones and electronic, electronic devices coming up in in Canton. I mean, what is up with this stuff? Tell tell people what what he was claiming today. Gerino, the the expert who's only taken introductory zoom courses at close cover before striking Academy, you know, he did go to you did go to Westfield State. Howie, you mass junior, he went there. So given some credit, but yeah, so he went. Yeah, the best thing he did today was kind of tell the truth when he said that was Jen McCabe lying because he according to his data, that Karen was using John's Wi-Fi at 12 36 a.m. on that night, which is weird because Adam Lally in his opening statements said that he was she was still outside the house and that she hit John O'Keefe at about 1245. Jen McCabe says she looked outside at 1245, entire read was still outside. So they asked her point blank. You know, he asked her point blank. Well, or asked him point blank. Well, does that mean that Jen McCabe could not possibly have seen him at 1245? And he said, yeah, no, that is no way that's possible. It's just like they can't even get their witnesses to get their stories straight. Right. And in last last week, Trooper Proctor, again, this guy who's been, you know, was soliciting bribes was lying about remembering whether or not he got drunk with one of the McAlberts and who lost his gun in his badge and lying about a million other things. He said last week, I did not go to the crime scene that day. So they produced the report for Trooper Garino and he said, I received I received the cell phone from Trooper Proctor who got it at the crime scene. I mean, I mean, can they can they get anything straight? And then they make up a news story. They say the scene of the scene, I never said 34th year of your road. I said the scene. Well, is the Ken police department, the scene of a crime? And he said, no, and I actually begged to differ on that one. I think it was the scene of a crime. It's not the crime that we're talking about here. And, you know, like it had his name on it. It was the same report. He's like, and then how about the whole thing with the Appa Health Day? That was my favorite. It shows John's Appa Health data. She has him ascending and descending stairs between 1221 and 1224. Three flights is there. General Reid does not have a flight of stairs in her Lexus, right? There's no basement in that thing. So, so that's a problem. Let me let me play this one. Because you're going to see this is just nutty nutty stuff. And by the way, when he when he realizes that he's telling people that the proctor had the phone by himself, he says, but that doesn't mean he could change the data. You know, everybody's looking at each other. Nobody asked you about this. Well, you're kind of defensive about this guy proctor, having full command. But anyway, here's the stuff about the steps with Yannetti with a guerino about all the steps are on the phone and there's no Lexuses and there's no steps in her Lexus. But listen to his response. Cut 15. Regarding those 170 steps, isn't it true that this data from Apple Health signifies that 170 steps took place at some point during that 10 minute approximate time period? No. So is it your understanding that those 170 steps all took place at 1211? No. Again, like I said, the phone is a high tech pedometer. It doesn't mean that steps were taken. It means the phone was manipulated in a way that it believed it was moving and taking steps. Oh, I see your objection. Okay. So sorry. Yeah. The phone was manipulated. And by the way, all those deletions, he's first to tell tell people, you know, he didn't find any of these deletions for more than a year until the defense found him. What was his excuse? You didn't update needing you the right software. They didn't update the celebrate software somehow. They're like the state police are using update as if the software to find deleted messages didn't exist until 2023. Like 2022 is the olden days, howie. It's like black and white TV and stuff. That's what they're dealing with in there. And by like 2023 was a big year in technological upgrades. So now all of a sudden he can find deleted stuff. Same guy, by the way, same technological expert who in the birch more case, the Sandra Burchmore case out of kin, he investigated William Farwell. The Snowden cop who last was with Sandra Burchmore and allegedly impregnated her and groomed her and that's extra there when she was 15 years old. He went through Farwell's phone and he said he couldn't find any of the deleted messages. There were thousands of messages supposedly all gone. He hasn't figured out how to do a data extraction and find deleted stuff. So yeah, that was his whole thing. The software wasn't updated. And I guess we never would have, you never would have realized this mistake, had Karen Reed at her own expense, retained her own forensic expert who plugged it in the machine and found all these messages. And I gotta, this runs long and I hate to take away time from you, but this is just amazing to what he said. I gotta play this. This runs about a minute. This is, he's talking about all the deletions. This is another thing he didn't find. He didn't find the deletions. So here's his explanation. Cut 19. Now, as far as wall files are right ahead log, having things listed as deleted, if you could just speak a little bit more about that as far as why would something be listed as deleted in the wall file? What does that mean? Again, the user has no input on how a wall file is deleted. It's an automated thing that the database does to clean up. Just it auto deletes after either programs are closed, it reaches a max data allotment for that page. That is it. And that would include any sort of call log history that was contained in the right ahead log or the wall file as well. That is correct. And so what if any opinion you have as to what if any phone calls they were showing in relation to the contact list in a Mr. Davis phone is cocoa, as far as whether or not they were userfully. Well again, the defense show me was limited thing. I know there's a tribute to other locations that that phone call was listed from looking at it myself. So I don't know why they gave me just the two deleted things, but there should be other spots in the database where that phone call was there. So I don't believe that it was user initiated. It was phone initiated. Phone initiated. When I heard that turtle boy, I took my phone and I said, "Don't you dare ever initiate any deletions." All the time they're telling in court cases, even civil cases, they're giving you these orders like they gave to Brian Albert and Brian Higgins, "Don't delete anything, preserve documents. How about if you just went to the cops or the court and said, I deleted everything's deleted, but it was phone initiated. Do you think that by that turtle boy? Yeah, these inanimate objects have personalities and can like, phone delete things on their own. Crime scenes talk to you how we... But the butt dialling still, but how about the butt dialling? Celebrate data is no good unless it is. Like by the way, the data today is stupid GPS data with all its spots all over the neighborhood. That was foolproof. That's like undeniable. Like, oh yeah, like I don't know about you. I've used like a Garmin watch before to go around. It uses GPS. Sometimes it takes a couple minutes to like hook up if it's cloudy, to get the right signal. It's like it's not an exact thing, but you know what is exact? The time on any Apple device, the time is going to be right because it uses an internal Coca-Cola clock that counts the nanoseconds since the year 2000. Unless it says 227-40 for a hose long to die in cold, then forget about it, forget about it. And then, you know, putting details in a report, it's kind of an objective or a subjective thing. Cut nine here. You were taught that it's important to write police reports close in time to the events in question while they're still freshest in your memory, correct? That's not necessarily the case. Okay, so is it your testimony before this jury that it's preferable to wait months before you submit a police report on something that happened months ago, sir? Well, it depends on the data that I'm using. I can't get into a phone, then yeah, I have to wait months. But once the information is received that you need to write a police report, would you agree with me that it's important to record it in a report as soon as you can? No, I stand by my previous statement that as soon as the data is available that I can do it, I will. And if, you know, things come up, then, you know, I do it when it's able. He doesn't when it's able. Paul talks the crime scenes and he does it when it is. What is it, turtle boy? It's another inanimate object with the personality. That's what it is. My question is, like, so this thing where they explained why the phone was descending into sending this because to me, that's the most obvious evidence that John was inside the house because she doesn't have stairs in her car. So, you know, their answer for that, and I couldn't believe we said that with the straight face, is that Cedar Crest Road is on incline. First of all, if the Ebern on Cedar Crest Road, it's flat. It's very flat. These roads over there. And secondly, like, no, like Apple Health data can't, like, you know, Apple, the most billion dollar company that does technology better than anyone can't figure out the difference between a flight of stairs and a 1% incline on a road. Are you kidding me? I mean, they can't be serious. They also, I'd like to point out how we have Karen Reed's phone, right? And so, if her Apple Health data has her, like, not ascending and descending stairs between 1221 and 1224, that means they weren't in the same place at that time. I mean, logic, he couldn't have been in the car. And obviously, if they had that evidence, they would have brought that forward, but they have it. Well, let me play another one about the steps because, again, this is all insanity that, you know, it came out over several hours. So, if you weren't listening all the way through, you didn't see how crazy this stuff was. But if, you know, he got it all out as the day went on, cut 16. Don't know where those 170 steps took place within that 10 minutes, correct? To a degree, yes. Okay. And it's possible it could have been toward the beginning, toward the end, or maybe fairly evenly spaced, right? We just know that there were 170 steps that were taken in that 10, 10 minute timeframe, correct? Again, that's assuming that they are steps. Right. And again, I'm asking you from the data itself. Again, the phone says it steps, doesn't mean they are. All right, welcome. The phone says that the phones line, then they call us conspiracy. Is this the same phone that was but that's the same phone that was but that or these are different phones that were butt dialing, but it's all in that same area of all the phones went insane that night in Kent. Some of them were butt dialing, other ones were claiming steps were steps. Other ones were randomly deleting, you know, text records of cell phone calls. They say, what the hell? I hope this doesn't happen again. Scary. This is a conspiracy between Verizon and Apple to frame, you know, for this is this whole thing. Stop picking on the Macalberts. Stop framing them. They're innocent. Leave them alone. You can't ask them questions. You certainly can't suggest they were involved in something that's witnessed intimidation. You can't do that anymore. Oh my God. And how are you? If my case ever goes to trial, we get to do this all over again. Just think about that. Well, you said that the grand jury refused to indict you and and Karen read. Yeah, so that's a good that's a good sign. Yeah. Yeah. One last thing, I guess. I mean, you could have just added it to the pile at that point. It doesn't really matter because none of these are going anywhere, but they don't want to try all these people out again. It would be a nightmare. It would be a disaster. I mean, you saw the first trial and didn't go very well. They're not going to want to run it back. All right. So the, you know, the cross will be over tomorrow. Will they immediately start with the defense or will they just let it go to Monday? I asked David, do you know any of that on the way out the court? He said they are prepared. It's necessary tomorrow to start calling with us. They're going to have a full day. I said, are you going to go all five days next week? He said, we will not need that long. Well, we could have, we could have a verdict by next, sometime next week, are we? That would be great. 207, stop talking about tech that you don't understand that how it can be manipulated. I'm just playing the cuts from from the state police. They're expert. Do you believe what he's saying? 207? All right, turtle boy. Thanks for being with us. We'll talk to you tomorrow. Thanks.
