(intense music) - Welcome to Tricky Bros, presented by GoSpent.com. Sit back, relax, and grab a fucking drink. - Yeah, welcome to this very special edition of the presidential debate between Donald John Trump, Joe Poopy Pants button. God damn it. Do we really win tonight? Does any of us win tonight? Not really sure, but let's face it. We were all gonna watch this anyways. You might as well watch it with your besties, Anthony, and Ross. Gosh, dingots. It's in Atlanta, Georgia. Trump has spent a lot of time down in Fulton County down there, so he knows his way around. Probably doesn't need ways. Or any form of, I don't know what, Apple iMaps or fucking Google. He knows the directions of where he's going tonight. If you missed fake news earlier, we'll go through the rules with you here. The mics will be muted. So you get two minutes to speak and respond. It will be muted after that. We played a video earlier on drinking bro's fake news of what it will sound like to the candidates. If one mic is muted, yes, the other person will be able to talk in here, which could affect Joe Biden, probably not Donald Trump in this. But as Anthony was saying earlier, it'd be great to have a feed of Trump's mic during that. They will have no notes on the stage. Also, mobility. You can only stand in the same place. You can't move around. You gotta stay in front of the mics. The only thing the candidates will be allowed to have tonight is pen and paper, which I've always got on me here. Just in case and a bottle of water. Is it one? And what kind of water is it? Because that's a big deal to me. Hopefully, it's liquid death. I'm drinking it right now. I'm also drinking hard AF Seltzer. - We have some crazy news. - What do we got? - Mother of God. - What do we got? - We haven't started yet. - The VP picks are in the odd, are there. - Yes, in the audience, correct? - I have the list of the VP people who are there. - Okay, Gary Newsom is in, is there. - Is he really? - Okay, so who's in the audience for Trump tonight, Bob? Rubio? - Oh, God, are you fucking kidding me? You know, pissed off I'd be if Marco Rubio was-- - Marco overhand with corn hole. Rubio. - I hate Marco Rubio so much, dude. The worst, just the fucking worst. I'd be so, I'd be almost as pissed off about Marco Rubio as I was about the Falcons drafting Michael Penix. That's the feeling I would have, no lie. That would really fucking upset me. - Remember how sweaty he was? - Remember him drinking-- - He's thirsty. - He dreams thirsty, dude. It's thirsty. - Keep that one bottle away from Marco tonight, little Marco Rubio. Who else is there, Bob? Who do we got? - Tim Scott. - All right, snooze fast, but he's black. Can we just say that? We can say that on Patreon tonight, he's black. And that would certainly check the boxes in some of these places. So I would understand that more than Marco Rubio. - Black and gay. - Stop it, he's just kind of gauged. Congratulations, Tim Scott, to a beautiful white woman. - Ah, yeah. - Come on, you think that woman is like, Anthony's beard? - Yeah, what? - That's thick. - I mean, Tim Scott does have a blonde beard now, yes. - Sure does, it's a blonde thick beard. It's my knowledge. All right, I'm not thrilled with that, but it would be acceptable over Marco Rubio. Who else is there? - Elise Stefanik. - She's not bad, she's not bad. Finelling New York is in play, but she was certainly catered to the women. I would definitely put her ahead of those two. Who else? - Ben Carson. - Nope, not at all. I don't know what the fuck he does, do you? - He was a doctor. - He was a doctor. - He was the former housing and urban development secretary, I guess, under Trump. - Hood, yeah. I don't know how that's relevant to his experience, to be honest, they just had to give him some kind of job. - No, I'm not thrilled about Ben Carson either. - I like Ben Carson as a dude, I just don't think it's-- - Same, I did too, I think he's a fine person. A lot of fine people on both sides, but I don't want that to be the pick. Who else? - And JD Vance. - Fuck you, dude. So, Vivek isn't there? - Vivek is not there. - Boy. - It's gonna be, I would guess-- - It's gonna be JD Vance. - Either JD Vance, or I think, Tim Scott is the other choice, probably. It's probably Tim Scott. - Why not go with the woman, why not go with the woman then? - I think they're probably, if they think they wanna poach votes, the two ways to do it are, Rust Belt JD Vance, right, or-- - But we have Ohio, like, I say we as if I'm on the fucking scene. - It's like Kirk told you, it's like I said the day before Charlie Kirk, he still is an appeal to Michigan and Pennsylvania. - Also Appalachia, right? - Yeah, they would hate Vivek. - It's the same region. And then Tim Scott, that would be an appeal, obviously, to Black voters in both Georgia and Michigan, in particular. - Do you think it would be? - Blacks everywhere, I do, I do it for sure. - But who cares? - So, if you're like an urban Black folk, and you look at Tim Scott, you're like, "Yeah, he looks like me." And you vote for him, not one fucking prayer, bud. - It's a rich Black man with a white wife. Yeah, that's what the aspirations are. - I don't love the logic either, I'm trying to explain. - Someone in the chat is saying Vivek is there. - Oh, he is. - Well, according to the chat. - Ahh! - Did you jim, did you fuck me? - Apparently, rumble's down too, so. - Did you pull my pants out of fuck me, Bob? God damn it, we haven't even started, I'm getting fucked. You're fucked like on air. - Wait, you didn't say Doug Bergum, right? - No, thank God. - Yeah, I mean, he's- - That's snoozed fast. - To be honest, man, he's probably Lauren kids to a fucking gingerbread house in the woods somewhere. - He looks like a fucking lemony stick it or some shit. Doesn't shit. - He reminds me of an alarm clock. - Vivek is there, but he was not listed as one of the- - Bob, you're a piece of shit. - Bob, you're a piece of shit. - He was not listed in the art of one of the people. - Real piece of shit. - Real piece of shit. - Yep. - When I looked inside my toilet this morning after I had my black rifle coffee, I saw real piece of shit right now. Looks like you. - Rob's fake news. - Fake news, fake news, Bob. Jesus Christ, dude, why would you do that? And we just started here tonight. - 600 people in the chat just said Bob, do better. - Do better. Be best. Hashtag be best, Bob. - Already. Shall we- - Fire it up? Is that Anderson Cooper there? - Oh, well, you know, 36 seconds away. - Do we just, yeah, at the buzzer, we'll go with the sound. - I don't know. Play the Chinese music here. Just because- - Anderson Cooper is actually from the Vanderbilt family, so maybe is there a rich white person music you can play? Do you think tonight's debate is sponsored by China? - Not that I have, but here. - China. - C's on in. - There we go, kids. - What if Trump does a crip lock out to the fucking- - Oh, dude, just fucking deuces out. Let's go. - How's that sound? Is it good? - Sounds- - That sounds pretty good. Sounds pretty good. - A little higher for me, please. - Oh yeah, tan higher. - current US president will debate- - That's enough. - the former US president. - Jake Tapper and Dana Bash are your hosts. - This is- - tonight. - We want to welcome our viewers in the United States and around the world. - Is it weird that I feel nervous? - Yes. - This is the- - I feel like it's the national championship right now. - This is the official debate. - Fuck. Like the last time Ohio State was in Atlanta for Christ's sake, so Ohio State versus Georgia. - Indiana. - Fuck. - I didn't go well. - CNN.com. - Did not go well. - CNN. - So is that them right there behind their thing? - CNN. - Yeah. - So they're going to do it from right there? - President Donald Trump in their- - How big is this room, Bob? Do they do a- - They're like 15 feet away from the podium. - Yeah, this is probably CNN's main scene. - Really? No. There's one in downtown on the Omni that was this small. So I'm wondering if it's the old CNN, 'cause they moved it out of there. Network's going under, obviously, so they sold everything. - Used to be next to where the Georgia dough and- - It sure did, yeah. - Okay, yeah. - It was just like in a big glass building. - It was all across the street. - It was fucking dope. You can stay in the hotel there. So like my room for the LSU game, Oklahoma, and the CFP was right above it. So we could look down on CNN. It used to be fun. - On the left side of the screen. - Used to be. - President Biden will be appearing on the- - Until Trump ran in 2016, ironically, and they lost all the fun. - Do you want us to answer a question? - Two minutes. - And I'm in it each for responses. - For questions, one minute for responses. - An additional minute for follow-up clarification- - How long for Biden to take a shit? - Is that the moderator's- - Can he, like, is there a timeout? - When it's time for- - What's the longest duke you've ever taken? - His microphone will be- - Actual shitting or sitting on the ceiling? - Yeah, actual shitting. - The microphone will be turned off. - Fuck me, I don't know. - Three minutes. - 23 minutes? - 23 minutes? - Yeah. - I mean, I guess if you have diarrhea, I'm talking about one continuum. - It was Rhea, friend. It was Rhea. - That was a straight name. - That's not shitting. - I made the wrong decision. - That's not shitting. That's pissing out of your ass. - No, it was clumpy, dude. - It doesn't matter if it was clumpy. If it's not one solid tour, then I don't want to hear about it. - It was like paper mache. It was like a paper mache, shit. That kind of just was on top of each other, all the way up. - Agreed to accept these rules. - Now, please welcome the- - I bet you they're nervous, in real life. I bet you they're nervous. - Who Trump? - No. - Those two, yeah, they should be. - They're probably nervous because they know Trump's gonna line him up with some of them. - Is that a hologram? Joe Biden looks like a fucking hologram. - Oh, oh. - Look at that guy. ♪ Doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo ♪ - Huh. - Hello, free. - Fifth President of the United States. - Come on, Jack. - Donald Trump. - Beautiful. Look at him stalk across the stage. They're a classic Trump. They're a walk out through what we thought they would be. - Gentlemen, thanks a lot for being here. - They literally looked at each other as shake-tenths. - And let's start with the issue that voters consistently say, is their top concern the economy. President Biden, inflation has slowed, but prices remain high. Since you took office, the price of essentials has increased. For example, a basket of groceries that cost $100 then now costs more than $120. And typical home prices have jumped more than 30%. What do you say to voters who feel they are worse off under your presidency than they were under President Trump? - We got to take a look at what I was left when I became president. - Whoa, whoa. - Mr. Trump left me. We had an economy that was in free fall. The pandemic was so badly handled. Many people were dying. All he said was it's not that serious. Just injected a little. - He does not sound great. Is that our audio, is that him? - That came to me collapsed. There were no jobs. Unemployment rate rose to 15%. It was terrible. And so what we had to do is try to put things back together again. And that's exactly what we began to do. We created 15,000 new jobs. We brought out a position where we have 800,000 new manufacturing jobs. But there's more to be done. There's more to be done. Working class people are still in trouble. I come from Scranton, Pennsylvania. I come up household. We're at a kitchen table. The things weren't able to be met during the month. - This is bad. - The price of eggs, the price of gas, the price of housing, the price of a whole reason. - That's what it's worth. - That's why I'm working so hard to make sure I deal with those problems that we're going to make sure that we reduce the price of housing. We're going to make sure we build two million new units. We're going to make sure we cap rents so corporate greed can't take over. The combination when I was left with the corporate greed is the reason why I'm wearing this problem right now. In addition to that-- - He's racing through these answers. - With the situation where if you take a look at all that was done-- - At a role, and they have a drying effect on vocal fold tissues that can lead to harshness, soreness, voice changes, and layer and dried it. - Yeah. - That's what's happening. Back together, we created, I said, those jobs. We make sure we had a situation where we now, we brought down the price of prescription drug, which is a major issue for many people. It's a $15 for an insulin shot, as opposed to $400. No senior has to pay more than $200 for any drug, all the drugs they can include beginning next year. - Oh, well, this is not great for them. - And we're going to be available to everybody, to all Americans. So we're working to bring down the price of around the kitchen table, and that's what we're going to get done. - Thank you, President Trump. - We're the greatest economy in the history of our country. We have never done so well. Everybody was amazed by it. Other countries were copying us. We got hit with COVID. And when we did, we spent the money necessary, so we wouldn't end up in a great depression, the likes of which we had in 1929. By the time we finished, so we did a great job. We got a lot of credit for the economy, a lot of credit for the military, and no wars, and so many other things. Everything was rockin' good. But the thing we never got the credit for, and we should have, is getting us out of that COVID mess. He created mandates. That was a disaster for our country. But other than that, we had given them back a country where the stock market actually was higher than pre-COVID, and nobody thought that was even possible. The only jobs he created are for illegal immigrants and bounce back jobs, and bounce back from the COVID. He has not done a good job. He's done a poor job in inflation, killing our country. It is absolutely killing us. - Thank you, President Biden. - Well, look, the greatest economy in the world, he's the only one who thinks that, I think. I don't know anybody else who thinks he's a great, he had the greatest economy in the world. - I do, the best I ever do. - Yeah, same here. - The fact of the matter is that we pride ourselves in the situation where his economy, he rewarded the wealthy. - What is wrong with him? - He has a large tax cut in American history. Two trillion dollars, he raised a deficit larger than any president has in any one term. He's the only president other than Herbert Hoover, who's lost more jobs than he had when he began, since Herbert Hoover. The idea that he did something that was significant in the military, you know, when he was president, there were still killing people in Afghanistan. He didn't do anything about that. - There was a full year, especially with no deaths. - That was the agreement we made. - You had a number lie. - We were this safe country. Truth is, I'm the only president this century that doesn't have any, this decade, that doesn't have any troops dying anywhere in the world, like he did. - President Trump, I want to follow up in the fucking idea-- - I'm not allowed to respond. - I'm going to ask you a follow up. You can do whatever you want with the minute that we give you. I want to follow up. You want to impose a 10% tariff on all goods coming into the U.S. - And remove the income tax. - How can you ensure that that doesn't drive prices even higher? - I'm not going to drive them higher. It's just going to cause countries that have been ripping us off for years like China and many others in all fairness to China. It's going to just force them to pay us a lot of money, reduce our deficit tremendously, and give us a lot of power for other things. But he made a statement. The only thing he was right about is I gave you the largest tax cut in history. I also gave you the largest regulation cut in history. That's why we had all the jobs. And the jobs went down and then they bounced back and he's taking credit for bounced back jobs. You can't do that. He also said he inherited 9% inflation. Now, he inherited almost no inflation and it stayed that way for 14 months and then it blew up under his leadership because they spent money like a bunch of people that didn't know what they were doing. And they don't know what they were doing. It was probably the worst administration in history. There's never been. And as far as Afghanistan is concerned, I was getting out of Afghanistan, but we were getting out with dignity, with strength, with power. He got out. It was the most embarrassing day in the history of our country's life. - President Trump, over the last eight years, under both of your administrations, the national debt soared to record highs. And according to a new nonpartisan analysis, President Trump, your administration approved $8.4 trillion in new debt. Well, so far, President Biden, you've approved $4.3 trillion in new debt. So former President Trump, many of the tax cuts that you signed into law are set to expire next year. You want to extend them and go even further, you say. With the US facing trillion dollar deficits and record debt, why should top earners and corporations pay even less in taxes than they do now? - Because the tax cuts spurred the greatest economy that we've ever seen just prior to COVID. And even after COVID, it was so strong that we were able to get through COVID much better than just about any other country. But we spurred that tax spurred. Now, when we cut the taxes, as an example, the corporate tax was cut down to 21% from 39%, plus beyond that. We took in more revenue with much less tax, and companies were bringing back trillions of dollars back into our country. The country was going like never before. And we were ready to start paying down debt. We were ready to start using the liquid gold right under our feet, the oil and gas right under our feet. We were going to have something that nobody else has had. We got hit with COVID. We did a lot to fix it. I gave him an unbelievable situation with all of the therapeutics and all of the things that we came up with. We gave him something great. Remember, more people died under his administration, even though we had largely fixed it. More people died under his administration than our administration. And we were right in the middle of it, something which a lot of people don't like to talk about. But he had far more people dying in his administration. He did the mandate, which is a disaster. Mandating it, the vaccine went out. He did a mandate on the vaccine, which is the thing that people most objected to about the vaccine. And he did a very poor job. Just a very poor job. And I will tell you, not only poor there, but throughout the entire world, we're no longer respected as a country. They don't respect our leadership. They don't respect the United States anymore. Even kill the rest of the night. Between weaponization of his election, trying to go after his political opponent, all of the things he's done. We've become like a third world nation. And it's a shame. The damage he's done to our country. And I'd love to ask him, and will, why he allowed millions of people to come in here from prisons, jails, and mental institutions to come into our country and destroy our country. - President Trump, we will get to immigration later in this block. President Biden, I want to give you an opportunity to respond to this question about the national debt. - He had the largest national debt of any president in four year period, number one. Number two, that $2 trillion tax code benefited the very wealthy. - That's not true. - The biggest benefactor of the tax cut was the middle class. - Who we have 1,000 trillionaires in America. - I mean, a billionaires in America. And what's happening, they're in a situation where they, in fact, pay 8.2% in taxes. If they just paid 24%, 25%, either one of those numbers, they'd raised $500 million, billion, I should say, in a 10 year period. We'd be able to write wipe out his debt. We'd be able to help make sure that all those things we need to do, childcare, elder care, making sure that we continue to strengthen our healthcare system, making sure that we're able to make every single solitary person. - Do this entire thing alive. - I think they just slide, fucking, knew some right in there. - That's the COVID. - Like somebody's there. - Like a big hook comes in and deals by an off stage. - I mean, we have to do with, look. - Oh my God. - We finally beat Medicare. - Thank you, president, my Biden president Trump. - The fuck? - He did beat Medicaid, beat it to death, and he's destroying Medicare. Because all of these people are coming in. - They're putting them on Medicare, they're putting them on social security. - That's the end of the divorce, there are boys. - They're just single handedly, destroy social security. These millions and millions of people coming in, they're trying to put them on social security. He will wipe out social security. He will wipe out Medicare. So he was right in the way he finished that sentence. And it's a shame. What's happened to our country in the last four years is not to be believed. Foreign countries, I'm friends with a lot of people, they cannot believe what happened to the United States of America. We're no longer respected, they don't like us, we give them everything they want. - Why is his mouth open? What does he do anything with stupid? - Yeah, he just cut away. - What we're doing for other countries, and they do nothing for us. - It's like that meme of him nibbling on fingers. Bob, can you pull that meme up? - He's not absolutely criminal. - Yeah, you can put it up for president Trump. - Thank you, president Trump. - This is the first presidential election since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. - There you go. - There you go. There you go, abortion was coming. - And yet another abortion case, temporarily allowing emergency abortions to continue in Idaho, despite that state's restrictive ban. - This is why she's here. - Former president Trump, you take credit for the decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, which returned the issue of abortion to the states. - Correct. - However, the federal government still plays a role in whether or not women have access to abortion pills. They're used in about two thirds of all abortions. - As president, would you block abortion medication? - First of all, the Supreme Court just approved the abortion pill, and I agree with their decision to have done that, and I will not block it. And if you look at this whole question that you're asking, a complex, but not really complex, 51 years ago, you had Roe v. Wade and everybody wanted to get it back to the states, everybody without exception, Democrats, Republicans, liberals, conservatives, everybody wanted it back, religious leaders. - RBG agrees. - And what I did is I put three great Supreme Court justices on the court and they happened to vote in favor of killing Roe v. Wade and moving it back to the states. This is something that everybody wanted. Now, 10 years ago or so, they started talking about how many weeks and how many this is getting into other things, but every legal scholar throughout the world, the most respected, wanted it brought back to the states. I did that. Now the states are working it out. If you look at Ohio, it was a decision that was, it was an end result. It was a little bit more liberal than you would have thought. Kansas, I would say the same thing. Texas is different, Florida is different, but they're all making their own decisions right now. And right now, the states control it. That's the vote of the people. Like Ronald Reagan, I believe in the exceptions. I am a person that believes. And frankly, I think it's important to believe in the exceptions. Some people, you have to follow your heart. Some people don't believe in that, but I believe in the exceptions for rape, incest, and the life of the mother. I think it's very important. Some people don't follow your heart, but you have to get elected also. And because that has to do with other things. That's the first time any candidates ever said that. The problem they have is they're radical, because they will take the life of a child in the eighth month, the ninth month, and even after birth. After birth, if you look at the former governor of Virginia, he was willing to do this. He said, well, put the baby aside, I will determine what we do with the baby, meaning we'll kill the baby. - I think my parents wanted to take me out to birth. - We brought it back to the states. - And the countries now coming together on this issue. It's been a great thing. - It's probably not a good thing for the world. - Thank you, President Biden. - Ross is out there. - It's been a terrible thing, what you've done. The fact is that the vast majority of counselors was followed, supported Roe when it was decided. Supported Roe. And that's this idea that they're all against it. It's just ridiculous. And this is the guy who says the state should be able to have it. We're in a state, we're in six weeks. You don't even know whether you're pregnant or not, but you cannot see a doctor have you and have him decide on what your circumstances are whether you need him. - Little presumptuous that it's a ham. - The idea that states are able to do this is a little like saying, we're gonna turn civil rights back to the states. Let each state have a different role. Look, there's so many young women who have been, including a young woman who just was murdered. And he went to the funeral. The idea that she was murdered by an immigrant coming in, they talk about that. - Wait, wait, wait. - There's a lot of young women to be raped by their in-laws, by their spouses, brothers and sisters. - Wait, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. - It's just ridiculous. And they can do nothing about it. And they try to arrest them on their cross-state line. - Thank you. - There have been many young women murdered by the same people he allows to come across our border. We have a border that's the most dangerous place anywhere in the world. Consider the most dangerous place anywhere in the world. And he opened it up, and these killers are coming into our country. And they are raping and killing women. And it's a terrible thing. As far as the abortion's concerned, it is now back with the states, the states are voting. In many cases, it's frankly a very liberal decision. In many cases, it's the opposite. But they're voting, and it's bringing it back to the vote of the people, which is what everybody wanted, including the founders, if they knew about this issue, which, frankly, they didn't. But they would have, everybody wanted-- - They have abortions back then. - Ronald Reagan wanted it, brought it back. He wasn't there in the game. - Yes, 1700s. - Yeah, abortion's been around for 6,000 years. - Many presidents had tried to get it back. - What was it, Bob? - I was the one to do it. - And again, this gives it the vote of the people, and that's where they wanted it. Every legal scholar wanted it that way. - Staying on the topic of abortion, President Biden, seven states. I'll let you do that. This is the same topic. Seven states have no legal restrictions on how far into a pregnancy a woman can obtain an abortion. - Valerie, be in the chats. It's hardly a step of legal-- - Do you support any legal limits on how a later woman should be able to terminate a pregnancy? - I support Roe v. Wade, which had three semesters. The first time is between the woman and the doctor. Second time is between the doctor and an extreme situation. The third time is between the doctor-- I mean, between the woman and the state. - Oh, boy. - I mean, I see that the politicians, that the founders wanted the politicians to be the ones making decisions in my woman's health is ridiculous. That's the last-- - Not politicians. - No politicians to make that decision. A doctor should be making those decisions. That's how it should be wrong. That's what you're gonna do. And if I'm elected, I'm gonna restore Roe v. Wade. - So there you are, Lester. - You can take the life of the baby in the ninth month and even after birth, because some states, Democrat run, take it after birth. Again, the governor, former governor of Virginia, with the baby down, then we decide what to do with it. So he's willing to, as we say, rip the baby out of the womb in the ninth month and kill the baby. Nobody wants that to happen. Democrat or Republican. Nobody wants it to happen. - You're lying. - That is simply not true. The Roe v. Wade does not provide for that. That's not the circumstance. Only the woman's life is in danger. She's gonna die. That's the only circumstance once that can happen. But we are not for late-term abortion, period. - Period, period. - Under Roe v. Wade, you have late-term abortion. You can do whatever you want, depending on the state. You can do whatever you want. We don't think that's a good thing. We think it's a radical thing. We think the Democrats are the radicals, not the Republicans. - For 51 years, that was a law. 51 years, Constance's Scholarship said it was the right way to go. 51 years, and it was taken away because this guy put very conservative members on the Supreme Court. He takes credit for taking it away. What's he gonna do? What's he gonna do, in fact, if the MAGA Republicans, he gets elected, and the MAGA Republicans control the Congress, and they pass on the universal van on abortion, period, across the board, at six weeks or seven or eight or 10 weeks, something very, very conservative. Is he gonna sign that bill? - Okay, so buying you the full shit here. - Thank you. - Roe v. Wade absolutely allows the litigation in the state for a three-three states that limit a number of districts have illegally crossed the southern border on your face constitution. - Overwhelming border states, but not over burning cities which is New York and Chicago, and in some cases, causing real safety and security concerns. Given that, why should voters trust you as to solve this crisis? - Because we worked very hard to get a bipartisan agreement that not only changed all of that, we made sure that we are in a situation where you had no circumstance where they could come across the border with the number of poor border police there are now. We significantly increase the number of asylum officers. Significantly, by the way, the border patrol endorsed me, endorsed my position. In addition to that, we found ourselves in a situation where when he was present, he was taking separating babies from their mothers, putting them in cages, making sure they were in the family's reset. - They're still in cages, bro? - That's not the right way to go. - They're all still in cages that were built by Hillary Clinton and Obama, by the way. - I've changed them in a way that now you're in a situation where they're 40% fewer people coming across the border legally. That's better than when he left office. - That is fucking bullshit. - Continue to move until we get to the total border. - There are 4,000 people a day coming over our border. - The total initiative relative to what we're gonna do with more border patrol and more asylum officers. - President Trump? - I really don't know what he said at the end of this, and I don't think he knows what he said either. - Look, we have the safest border in the history of our country. The border, all he had to do was leave it. All he had to do was leave it. He decided to open up our border, open up our country to people that are from prisons, people that are from mental institutions in St. Asala, terrorists. We have the largest number of terrorists coming into our country right now, all terrorists, all over the world, not just in South America, all over the world, they come from the Middle East everywhere, all over the world, they're pouring in. And this guy just left it open, and he didn't need legislation, because I didn't have legislation. I said, close the border. We had the safest border in history in that final couple of months of my presidency. We had, according to border patrol, who is great, and by the way, who endorsed me for president, but I won't say that, but they endorsed me for president. - Hey, you did. - Brandon, just speak to him. But look, we're under the safest border in history. - It's called Brandon. - Now we have the worst border in history. There's never been anything like it, and people are dying all over the place, including the people that are coming up in Paris. - President Trump, you just call him fucking Brandon? - The only terrorist who's done anything across the border is one who came along and killed three under his administration, killed an al-Qaeda person coming in. Sorry, DHS just said last week that 300 people in the terror watch was. - And soldiers, kill three American soldiers. That's the only terrorist that says, "I'm not saying no terrorist ever got through." With the idea that they're emptying their prisons, we're welcoming these people. It's simply not true. There's no data to support what he said. Once again, he's exaggerating, he's lying. - Dan, we got some sponsors that put this shit wagging on the air. First and foremost, go to spit.com/drinkinbros. We're gonna get free shipping on orders over $75 when you use that link. - President Trump, staying on the topic of immigration, you've said that you're gonna carry out, quote, the largest domestic deportation operation in American history, unquote. Does that mean that you will deport every undocumented immigrant in America, including those who have jobs, including those who spouses are citizens, and including those who have lived here for decades. And if so, how will you do it? - Just one second, he said we killed three people. The people we killed are Al-Baghdadi and salamani, the two greatest terrorists, biggest terrorists, anywhere in the world. And it had a huge impact on everything, not just border, on everything. He's the one that killed people with a bad water, including hundreds of thousands of people dying, and also killing our citizens when they come in. We are living right now in a rat's nest. They're killing our people in New York, in California, in every state in the union, because we don't have borders anymore. Every state is now a border. And because of his ridiculous, insane, and very stupid policies, people are coming in and they're killing our citizens at a level that we've never seen. We call it migrant crime. I call it Biden migrant crime. They're killing our citizens at a level that we've never seen before. And you're reading it like these three incredible young girls over the last few days. One of them had just spoke to the mother and they just had the funeral for this girl, 12 years old. This is horrible, what's taking place, what's taking place in our country. We're literally an uncivilized country now. He doesn't want it to be. He just doesn't know. He opened the borders. Nobody's ever seen anything like. And we have to get a lot of these people out and we have to get them out fast. I just got a fire marshal bill looking at this face right now. Just take a look at where they're living. They're living in the luxury hotels in New York City and other places. Our veterans are on the street. They're dying because he doesn't care about our veterans. He doesn't care. He doesn't like the military at all. And he doesn't care about our veterans. Nobody been worse. I had the highest approval rating for veterans taking care of the VA. He has the worst. He's got rid of all the things that I approved. Choice that I got through Congress. All of the different things I approved, they abandoned by far the highest. And now it's down in less than half because he's done all these great things that we did. And I think he did it just because I approved it, which is crazy. But he has killed so many people at our border by all of these people to come in. President Biden. And it's a very sad day in America. President Biden, you have the mic. Every single thing he said is a lie. Every single one. For example, veterans are a hell of a lot better off since they passed the PAC debt. One million of them now have insurance and their families have it. And their families have it because what happened, whether it was Agent Orange or burn pits, they're all being covered now. And he opposed his group opposed that. We're also in a situation where-- - What was that glitch? Is that on our side? - It was that CNN. - It was that CNN. - It was a year in Iraq. Leaving one of the next one of those burn pits, came back with states, Wargley, about-- - You're looking for an edit. - That would have been in France for a day. And I spoke to all about those heroes that died. I went to the World War II Cemetery. World War I Cemetery, he refused to go to. He was standing with his four star general. And he told me, said, "I don't want to go in there "because there are bunch of losers and suckers." My son was not a loser. - He never said that, by the way. - You're the sucker. You're the loser. - President Trump. - First of all, that was a made up quote. Suckers and losers. They made it up. It was in a third rate magazine that's failing like many of these magazines. He made that up. He put it in commercials. We've notified him. We had 19 people that said I didn't say it. And think of this. Who would say I'm at a cemetery or I'm talking about our veterans? 'Cause nobody's taking better care. I'm so glad this came up and he brought it up. There's nobody that's taking better care of our soldiers than I have. To think that I would, in front of generals and others, say, suckers and losers. We have 19 people that said it was never said by me. It was made up by him. Just like Russia, Russia, Russia was made up. Just like the 51 intelligence agents are made up. Just like the new thing with the 16 economists are talking, it's the same thing. 51 intelligence agents said that the laptop was Russia disinformation. It wasn't. That came from his son, Hunter. It wasn't Russia disinformation. He made up the suckers and losers. He should apologize to me right now. Four star General Sanders side was on your staff who said you said it, period. That's number one. And number two, the idea, the idea that I have to apologize to you for anything along the line. We've done more for veterans than any president has in American history. American history. And they now are in their family. I mean, I don't have a secret obligation. We haven't been in the country. We haven't been in the country. It's probably VA home loan. I don't know if we did better than that. And put them when they go to war. Fuckin' dummy. That's what we're doing. That's what the VA is doing now. They're doing more for veterans than ever before in our history. All right, thank you so much. Let's move to the topic of foreign policy. I want to begin with Russia's war against Ukraine, which is now in its third year. Former President Trump, Russian President Vladimir Putin, says he'll only end this war. If Russia keeps the Ukrainian territory, it is already claimed. And Ukraine abandons its bid to join NATO. Are Putin's terms acceptable to you? First of all, our veterans and our soldiers can't stand this guy. They can't stand this guy. Correct. They think he's the worst commander in chief. That's what you call him that we've ever had. They can't stand him. So let's get that straight. And they like me more than just about any of them. And that's based on every single bit of information. As far as Russia and Ukraine, if we had a real president, the president that knew, that was respected by Putin, he would have never, he would have never invaded Ukraine. A lot of people are dead right now, much more than people know. You know, they talk about numbers. You can double those numbers, maybe triple those numbers. And then nothing to stop them. In fact, I think he encouraged Russia from Ukraine. I'll tell you what happened. He was so bad with Afghanistan. It was such a horrible embarrassment, most embarrassing moment in the history of our country, that when Putin watched that and he saw the incompetence that he should have fired those generals, like I fired the one that you mentioned. And so he's got no love loss. But he should have fired those generals. No general got fired for the most embarrassing moment in the history of our country, Afghanistan, where we left billions of dollars of equipment behind. We lost 13 beautiful soldiers and 38 soldiers were obliterated. And by the way, we left people behind too. We left American citizens behind. When Putin saw that, he said, you know what? I think we're gonna go in and maybe take my, this is his dream. I talked to him about it, his dream. The difference is he never would have invaded Ukraine, never, just like Israel would have never been invaded. In a million years by Hamas, you know why? Because Iran was broke with me. I wouldn't let anybody do business with them. They ran out of money. They were broke. They had no money for Hamas. They had no money for anything. No money for terror. That's why you had no terror at all during my administration. This place, the whole world is blowing up under him. - President Biden? - I've never heard so much malarkey in my whole life. - Look at malarkey there, is there? - We're in a situation where, let's take the last point first. Iran attacked American troops, killed, caused brain damage for a number of these troops, and he did nothing about it recently. - Ah, we had just killed Soleimani, but... - Yeah. - We killed the guy who planned the fucking 83-bay-rooped attack. - But he didn't do a thing when the attack took place. - Jesus Christ, this guy. - Number two, we got over 100,000 Americans and others out of Afghanistan during that airlift. Number three, we found ourselves in a situation where, they left 50,000 Americans in Afghanistan. - Trump didn't use cranes, yeah. - This guy told me, Trump, do whatever you want, and do whatever you want. And that's exactly what Trump did, to food and encourage him, do whatever you want. And he went in, and listen to what he said when he went in. He was gonna take Keve in five days, remember? - Keve. - He's part of the old Soviet Union. That's what he wanted to have re-established. Keve, and he, in fact, didn't do it at all. He didn't, wasn't able to get it done. - And they've lost over, they've lost thousands and thousands of troops, 500,000 troops. - President Trump, I never said that. - I never said that. I just want to go back to my original question, which is, are Putin's terms acceptable to you? Keeping the territory in Ukraine. - Are they not acceptable? - No, they're not acceptable. But look, this is a war that never should have started. If we had a leader in this war, he led everybody along. He's given $200 billion now or more to Ukraine. He's given $200 billion. That's a lot of money. I don't think there's ever been anything like it. Every time that Zelinsky comes to this country, he walks away with $60 billion. He's the greatest salesman ever. And I'm not knocking him, I'm not knocking anything. I'm only saying, the money that we're spending on this war, and we shouldn't be spending, it should have never happened. I will have that war settled between Putin and Zelinsky as president-elect before I take office on January 20th. I'll have that war settled. People being killed so needlessly, so stupidly, and I will get it settled, and I'll get it settled fast before I take office. - And you have to set it. - The fact is that Putin is a war criminal. He's killed thousands and thousands of people. And he has made one thing clear. He wants to reestablish what was part of his Soviet empire, not just a peace that wants all of Ukraine. That's what he wants. And then you think he'll stop there? Do you think he'll stop when he-- - No, wait for the next Democrat to go like this. - What do you think happens in the Cold War? - What do you think happens in the Cold War? What do you think happens to those NATO countries? - Belarus is a war. - Belarus is not part of NATO. - No, no, no, find out what he's going to do. Because if in fact he does what he says and walks away, by the way, all that money we give Ukraine, and from weapons we make here in the United States, we give them the weapons, not the money at this point. And our NATO allies have produced as much funding for Ukraine as we have. - They sure have it. - That's why I wish-- - Nobody else is giving them fucking money. - Thank you, moving on to the Middle East. In October, Hamas attacked Israel, killing more than a thousand people and taking hundreds of hostages. Among those held and thought to still be alive are five Americans. Israel's response has killed thousands of Palestinians and created a humanitarian crisis in Gaza. President Biden, you've put forward a proposal to resolve this conflict. But so far, Hamas has not released the remaining hostages, and Israel is continuing its military offensive in Gaza. So what additional leverage will you use to get Hamas and Israel to end the war? You have two minutes. - Number one, everyone from the United Nations Security Council straight through to the G7. - That's just the remethrower about that. - You're in your worst effort. - You're in your worst effort. Endorse the plan I put forward, which has three stages to-- - Remember, he's had a study of problems for years. - The hostages for the ceasefire, second phase of ceasefire with additional conditions. The third phase is, no, the end of the war. The only one who wants the war to continue is Hamas. Number one, but the only one standing out, we're still pushing hard to get them to accept. In the meantime, what's happened in Israel, we're finding that the only thing I've denied Israel was 2,000-pound bombs. They don't work very well in populated areas. They kill a lot of innocent people. We're providing Israel with all the weapons they need and when they need them. - Don't be gaved. - And by the way, I'm the guy that organized-- - Another weird guy that gets away on his side. - Had a full-blown intercontinental ballistic missile attack on Israel. No one was hurt. No one, Israel was accidentally killed and it stopped. We saved Israel. We are the biggest producer of support for Israel to have anyone in the world. And so that's, they're two different things. Hamas cannot be allowed to be continued. We continue to send our experts and our intelligence people as to how they can get Hamas like we did bin Laden. You don't have to do it. And by the way, they've been greatly weakened to Hamas, greatly weakened, and they should be. They should be eliminated. But you've got to be careful for what you see certain weapons among population centers. I'm just going back to Ukraine for one second. We have an ocean separating us. The European nations together have spent 100 billion or maybe more than that, less than us. Why doesn't he call them so you got to put up your money like I did with NATO? I got them to put up hundreds of billions of dollars. The Secretary General of NATO said, "Trump did the most incredible job I've ever seen." You wouldn't, they wouldn't have any, they were going out of business. We were spending almost 100% of the money was paid by us. He didn't do that. He's getting all, you got to ask these people to put up the money. We're over 100 billion dollars more spent and it has a bigger impact on them because of location, because we have an ocean in between. You got to ask them as far as Israel and Hamas. Israel's the one that wants to go. He said the only one that wants to keep going is Hamas. Actually, Israel is the one and you should let him go and let him finish a job. He doesn't want to do it. He's become like a Palestinian, but they don't like him because he's a very bad Palestinian. He's a weak one. President Biden, you have a minute? I've never heard so much foolishness. This is a guy who wants to get out of NATO. Are you going to stay in NATO? Are you going to pull out of NATO? The idea that we have-- What is NATO's first license on our alliance as well? What Trump said was he's going to make a case. It was maybe a big ocean, but whoever. NATO members paid a fair share. It's a contractual requirement to spend three percent of GDP on NATO. Putin continued to go and end in NATO. We have an article five agreement. Attack on one is attack on all. You want to start the nuclear war he keeps talking about? Go ahead. Let Putin go in and control Ukraine and then move on to Poland and other places. Well, why would he mute him if he already controls him? He has no idea what telly's talking about. And by the way, I got 50 other nations around the world to support Ukraine, including Japan and South Korea because they understand that this kind of dislocation-- Is Japan and South Korea another 5,000 miles away from Ukraine with the fuck to their care? No major war in Europe has ever been able to be contained just to Europe. President Trump, just to follow up, would you support the creation of an independent Palestinian state in order to achieve peace in the region? I'd have to see. But before we do that, the problem we have is that we spend all the money. So they kill us on trade. I made great trade deals with the European nations. Because if you add them up, they're about the same size economically. Their economy is about the same size as the United States. And they were no cars. No, they don't want anything that we have. But we're supposed to take their cars, their food, their everything, their agriculture. I changed that. But the big thing I changed is they don't want to pay. And the only reason that he can play games with NATO is because I got them to put up hundreds of billions of dollars. I said-- and he's right about this. I said, no, I'm not going to support NATO if you don't pay. They asked me that question. Would you guard us against Russia at a very secret meeting of the 28 states at that time, the nations at that time? And I said, no, if you don't pay, I won't do that. And you know what happened? Billions and billions of dollars came flowing in the next day and the next months. But now we're in the same position. We're paying everybody's bills. Thank you. Let's turn to the issue of democracy. Former President Trump-- I want to ask you about January 6, 2021, after you round your supporters. Of course, there we go. Some of them stormed the Capitol to stop the constitutionally mandated counting of electoral votes. As President, you swore an oath to, quote, "preserve, protect, and defend," unquote, the Constitution. What do you say to voters who believe that you violated that oath through your actions and inaction on January 6 and worried that you'll do it again? Well, I don't think too many believe that. And let me tell you about January 6. On January 6, we had a great border. Nobody coming through, very few. On January 6, we were energy independent. On January 6, we had the lowest taxes ever. We had the lowest regulations ever. On January 6, we respected all over the world, all over the world we respected. And then he comes in, and we're now left at. We're like a bunch of stupid people. What happened to the United States' reputation under this man's leadership is horrible, including weaponization, which I'm sure at some point you'll be talking about, where he goes after his political opponent, because he can't beat him fair and square. You have 80 seconds left. My question was, what do you say to those voters who believe that you violated your constitutional oath through your actions and inaction on January 6, 2021, and worried that you'll do it again? Well, I didn't say that to anybody. I said peacefully and patriotically. And Nancy Pelosi, if you just watched the news from two days ago, on tape to her daughter, who's a documentary filmmaker, aren't they say? But she's saying-- Filimaker. Oh, no, it's my responsibility. I was responsible for this, because I offered her 10,000 soldiers or National Guard, and she turned them down. And the mayor in writing, by the way, the mayor in writing turned it down, the mayor of DC. They turned it down. I offered 10,000 because I could see. I had virtually nothing to do. They asked me to go make a speech. I could see what was happening. Everybody was saying they're going to be there on January 6. They're going to be there. And I said, you know what? That's a lot of people coming. You could feel it. You could feel it, too, and you could feel it. And I said, they ought to have some National Guard, or whatever. And I offered it to her. And she now admits that she turned it down. And it was the same day she was-- I don't know, he can't be very happy with her daughter, because it made her into a liar. She said, I take full responsibility for January 6. President Biden? Look, he encouraged those folks to go up in Capitol Hill. Number one, I sat in the dining room off the Oval Office. He sat there for three hours. Three hours watching, begging, being begged by his vice president and a number of his colleagues in the Republican side as well to do something, to call for a stop, to end it. Instead, he talked about these people being patriots and great patrons of America. That's all they got on. He says, yeah, I'll not forgive them from what they've done. They've been convicted. He says he wants to commute their sentences. And so he went to every single court in the nation. I don't know how many cases-- He died any second here. He scores cases, including the Supreme Court. He's hanging on by a threat. This guy is responsible for doing what is being-- It's like your buddy when he's on his 10th party out. And you see him, and he can barely get the fucking candles and lips anymore. He wants to let them all out. He's got that, like, his head's cocks on one side, and he's looking off into the desert, and he's like, oh, you're fucking-- President Trump? Well, they've done to some people that are so innocent, you ought to be ashamed of yourself. What you have done, how you've destroyed the lives of so many people. When they ripped down Portland, when they ripped down many other cities, you go to Minnesota, Minneapolis, what they've done there, with the fires all over the city. If I didn't bring in the National Guard, that city would have been destroyed. When you look at all of the-- they took over big chunks of Seattle. I was all set to bring in the National Guard. They heard that. They saw them coming, and they left immediately. What he said about this whole subject is, so off. Peacefully, Patrick, one other thing-- the Unselect Committee, which is basically two horrible Republicans that are all gone now out of office. Jim Zinger. And Democrats. Very much, yeah. They destroyed and deleted all of the information they found, because they found out we were right. We were right. And they deleted and destroyed all of the information. They should go to jail for that. If a Republican did that, they'd go to jail. Thank you, President Trump. President Biden, I want to give you a minute. Why? The only person in this stage is a convicted felon is the man I'm looking at right now. And the fact of the matter is, he isn't-- what he's telling you is simply not true. The fact is that there was no effort on his part to stop what was going on up in Capitol Hill. And all those people-- every one of those who were convicted-- deserved to be convicted. The idea that they didn't kill somebody just went in and broke down doors, broke the windows, occupied offices, turned over desks, turned them over statues. Occupied it for broke house time. That those people are patriots? Come on. When I asked him about the first two debates we had, the debates we had the first time around, I said, will you denounce the Proud Boys? He said, no, I'll tell them to stand by. The idea he's refusing to denounce these guys, you denounce the people we're talking about now, you denounce the people who would attack that Capitol. What are you going to do? I'm going to give you a minute, President Trump, for a follow-up question I have. After a jury convicted you of 34 felonies last month, you said if reelected, you would quote, have every right to go after your political opponents. You just talked about members of the Select Committee on January 6 going to jail. Your main political opponent is standing on stage with you tonight. Can you clarify exactly what it means about you feeling you have every right to go after your political opponents? Well, I said my retribution is going to be success. We're going to make this country successful again, because right now it's a failing nation. My retribution is going to be success. But when he talks about a convicted felon, his son is a convicted felon at a very high level. His son is convicted, going to be convicted probably numerous other times. Should have been convicted before, but his Justice Department let the statute of limitations lapse on the most important things. But he could be a convicted felon as soon as he gets out of office. Joe could be a convicted felon with all of the things that he's done. He's done horrible things. All of the death caused at the border, telling the Ukrainian people that we're going to want a billion dollars or you change the prosecutor. Otherwise you're not getting a billion dollars. If I ever said that, that's quid pro quo. That we're not going to do anything. We're not going to give you a billion dollars unless you change your prosecutor, having to do with the son. This man is a criminal. This man, you're lucky, you're lucky. I did nothing wrong. We'd have a system that was rigged and disgusting. I did nothing wrong. - Thank you, President Trump. President Biden, you have said, I'm coming right to you, sir. Well, you want to respond? Go ahead, I'll give you a minute to respond. - The idea that I did anything wrong relative to what you're talking about is outrageous. It's simply a lie, number one. Number two, the idea that you have a right to seek retribution against any American just because your president is wrong. - Not any American. - You did it just for you. - It's just Trump. - No president in our history has spoken like that before. Number three, the crimes that you are still charged with and think of all the civil penalties you have. How many billions of dollars do you own? Civil penalties for molesting a woman in public, for doing a home range of things, of having sex with a porn star on the night, and getting while your wife was pregnant. I mean, what are you talking about? You have the morals of an alley cat. - One minute, sir. - I didn't have sex with a porn star, number one. Number two, that was a case that was started and moved. They moved a high-ranking official, a DOJ, into the Manhattan DA's office to start that case. - That's right. The guy that was on the line. - He's going to be appealed at one. We had a very terrible judge, a horrible judge, Democrat. The prosecutor, we're all high-ranking Democrats, appointed people, and both the civil and the criminal. - Finn looked up as him as Matthew Clay. - He basically went after his political opponent, because he thought it was going to damage me, but when the public found out about these cases, 'cause they understand it better than he does, he has no idea what these cases are, but when they found out about these cases, you know what they did? My poll numbers went up way up. You know that 'cause you're reporting it, and we took in more money in the last two weeks than we've ever taken in the history of any campaign. I don't think any campaign has ever taken hundreds of millions of dollars came pouring in, because the public knows it's a scam, and it's a guy that's after his political opponent, 'cause he can't win fair and square. - Thank you, President Trump. President Biden, you have said, quote, Donald Trump and his MAGA Republicans are determined to destroy American democracy. Do you believe that the tens of millions of Americans who are likely to vote for President Trump will be voting against American democracy? - The more they know about what he's done, yes. The more they know about what he's done. And there's a lot more coming. He's got a lot of cases on the road coming around. He's got a whole range of issues he has to face. I don't know what the jury's will do, but I do not know he has a real problem. And so the fact that-- - He's right, a lot of bros. - Can you ever think you hear anything and say that I'm gonna seek retribution? Do you ever hear any President say that I thought he'd write some good ideas? - Well, it got me involved around the first place after my son had died. I decided in Iraq because of Iraq. I said I wasn't gonna run again until I saw what happened in Charlottesville, Virginia. People coming out of the woods carrying swastikas on torches and singing the same anesthetic bio they sang when they were back in Germany. And the young woman got killed. They spoke to the mother. And she, they asked him, they said-- - You can barely talk. - But what do you think of those people? The people who were the ones who got killed, wanted to try to stop it. And the ones he said, I think they're fine people in both sides. What American President, whatever say, Nazis coming out of fields carrying torches, singing-- - If Trump can just kiss-- - They even kill throughout the rest of this. - It's quite a swastikas. - Good to go. - We're fine people. - Yeah. - He's going up against it. - By the way, this fine people thing even snopes has ruled this false now as of last week. - This guy has no sense of-- - I mean, Jesus Christ. - President Trump. - Jake, both of you know that's what he's been told me. - He wiped out because when you see the sentence, it said 100% exoneration on this. So he just keeps it going. He says he ran because of Charlottesville. He didn't run because of Charlottesville. He ran because it was his last chance. He's not equipped to be president. You know it and I know it, it's ridiculous. We have a debate. We're trying to justify his presidency. His presidency, without question, the worst president, the worst presidency in the history of our country, we shouldn't be having a debate about it. There's nothing to debate. He made up the Charlottesville story and you'll see it's debunked all over the place. Every anchor, every reasonable anchor has debunked it. And just the other day it came out where it was fully debunked. It's a nonsense story, he knows that, and he didn't run because of Charlottesville. He used that as an excuse to run. - President Biden. - And debunked, it happened. All you have to do is listen to what was said at the time and the idea that somehow that's the only reason I ran. I ran because I was worried a guy like this guy could get elected. - Now you tried to run in 2016 as well. And Hillary bumped your ass out, fucking dummy. We all remember it. - And he didn't deserve to be president. - Fucking Christ. - And the idea that he's talking about all this being fabricated, we saw with our own eyes. We saw what happened on January 6th. We saw the people breaking through the windows. We saw people occupying their, his own vice president. Look there's a reason why 40 of his 44 top cabinet officers refused to endorse him this time. His vice president hasn't endorsed him this time. So why? Why, they know him well. They serve with him. Why are they not endorsing him? - Because they want war. - Thank you President Biden. We're gonna be right back with more from the CNN presidential debate. - All right, you can mute this right here real quick, Talco. Thoughts here, 'cause I know there's gonna be two commercial breaks. Call it like I see it here. As far as CNN is concerned, don't mind the job that Jake Tapper and Dana Bash have done so far. It seems pretty reasonable and fair. - So this is a 90 minute debate. - Correct. - They went 55 minutes, I think, without a commercial break. There's two commercial breaks. - Oh yeah, it's only two. - That's what they said is. - Okay, so I guess they're back loaded. 'Cause I was sitting here wondering like, fuck, this is a long. - Yeah, there's only two commercial breaks. And ironically, that was one of the things what I said on fake news earlier, that other networks were pissed about, is they wanna be able to sell that ad space in their upcoming debates, in particular ABC News, who was doing the second debate here. Now this sets a precedent of like, hey, we don't have anywhere to go, so there's gonna be two commercial breaks. Well fuck, we can't sell these ads, and they desperately need to. Dana Bash and Jake Tapper, surprise, it's so far been fair. Look, Trump has been tempered, exactly like you said earlier, throughout the week, that if he was, that he would probably win this, the shock to me is, whatever he was on Joe Biden, was on during the State of the Union address, is not the same cocktail of drugs that he's on tonight. - Maybe it is. And it's just starting to lose its effect, right? Like, Adderall, somebody in the chat said a 40 milligram Adderall, that'll get you going for a good three hours there. Maybe not at 81 years old, but man, dude, it's definitely different than he was at the State of the Union address. - Yeah, it can, right, but if you're using it all the time to do your public appearances, there is going to be a diminishing return at some point. And the vocal fold rattle that you're hearing out of his voice, that's some kind of speed of some sort. I don't know what it is, it may be Adderall, maybe something else, but he's on some kind of drug. 'Cause that's the only thing that does that. - Okay, the other things that I have noticed here, the edits on Biden's side of the screen have been jumping, now that could be our computer. - No, everybody, I tweeted that and everybody says they're seeing it too. - Oh, they are seeing it too? Okay, 'cause there was some people who say it was a glitch, I don't know if it's our side or whether it's their side. But a lot of times there is no place to go and where Biden is looking, when Trump is speaking, doesn't really make any sense to me. And the focus that he had in 2020 in the first debate versus now is totally different. Now, I realize it's four years later, but man, it almost feels like he'd be lucky to stay alive for the rest of this. - He looks like Terry Shivo. - Yeah, it's strange and we love Shivo. Boom, pop it up there. We're big Shivo fans, right there. Look at them, we got a coffee mug for Terry Shivo. We're huge Shivo fans. - We also have a patch here that says that the ATF is gay. - Yeah, we got that as well. We got that as well. Did anything stick out to you as far as what was a lie and what was truthful in this first half? - A couple of things were lies. So Roe v. Wade absolutely allows for late-term abortion. That's why 43 states have passed laws to limit it. The end, nothing further. Article nine of the Japanese Constitution prevents them, which is part of post-World War II Constitution, prevents them from having any kind of military or offensive military capability and the way they can have no offensive military capabilities as part of their constitution. So the idea that Biden called on them in South Korea to come fucking help with something is like they don't even have the legal right to do that. So I'm not sure where that came from. Maybe it was just a conversation they had. I don't know, frankly. - Okay, who knows on that one? - Trump side steps, the debt question, obviously Biden side steps, immigration, not surprised about either of those. We're back, we're back live. - President Biden, while black unemployment dropped to a record low under your presidency, black families still earn far less than white families. Black mothers are still three times more likely to die for pregnancy-related causes and black Americans are imprisoned at five times the rate of white Americans. What do you say to black voters who are disappointed that you never made more progress? - Wow. - They acknowledge they made a lot of progress. Number one, the facts and matters are more small black businesses that have been started at any time in history. - Trump will say that black economy was better than ever, that's true. - They're all black unemploymentists. - They'll also say something about the crime bill. - Number three. - Biden author. - They're fighting housing for black Americans and dealing with segregation. - Maybe he'll talk about racial jungles as well. - These corporate corporations are clued to keep people out of their houses. - Man. - In addition to that, we find that the impact of the choice that black families have to make relative to childcare is incredibly difficult. When we did the first major piece of legislation in the past, I was able to reduce black childcare costs. I cut them in half, in half. We gotta make sure we provide for childcare costs. We gotta make sure because when you provide those childcare protections, you increase economic growth because more people can be in the job market. So-- - I don't understand what you're saying. - Yeah, hearing him talk is very difficult. - It's worth selling. - And I'm not letting up and they know it. - You have 49 seconds left. What do you say to black voters who are disappointed with the progress of-- - That's the first president in history to have time left. - Listen, I don't think you should be disappointed. Inflation is still hurting them badly. For example, I provided for the idea that any black family, first-time home buyers, you get a $10,000 tax credit. - Why? - To be able to buy their first home so they can get started. I made sure that we're in a situation where all those black families and those black individuals provide it to have to take out student loans that were polluting that if they were engaged in nursing. - Uh, buddy, it's not urban black people that didn't have all these student loans. It's rich white kids. - If you go for 10 years. - And you're asking urban black people to pay for it. - Full of risks were given after 10 years. Millions of benefits in that. And we're gonna do a whole lot more from black families. - Thank you, President Trump. - And he caused the inflation. He's blaming inflation and he's right, it's been very bad. He caused the inflation and it's killing black families and Hispanic families and just about everybody. It's killing people. They can't buy groceries anymore. They can't, you look at the cost of food, where it's doubled and tripled and quadrupled. They can't live, they're not living anymore. He caused this inflation. I gave him a country with no, essentially no inflation. It was perfect. It was so good. All he had to do is leave it alone. - That was great. - He destroyed it. - Fucking housing prices. - It was two and a half percent there. - All this money that's being thrown out the window. He caused inflation. As sure as you're sitting there. - It's gonna end up costing me like a hundred grand. - Oh, more than that dude. - Just on one deal. - He's the millions of people that he's allowed to come in through the border. They're taking black jobs now. And it could be 18. It could be 19 and even 20 million people. They're taking black jobs and they're taking Hispanic jobs. And you haven't seen it yet, but you're gonna see something that's gonna be the worst in our history. - Thank you. President Biden. - There was no inflation when I became president. You know why the economy was flat on its back. 50% unemployment. He decimated the economy. Absolutely decimated the economy. - What? - That's why the-- - So there was no inflation because the economy is flat plus nine trillion added to the debt, but there's no inflation. - There's all communities, including minority communities. - He doesn't understand how the economy works. That's-- - We have covered-- - Very basic things. - If the ACA has increased, I made sure that they're $8,000 per person in a family to get written off in healthcare. But this final-- - Fuck his eight grand gonna do. - No offense. - No offense. - He must do the ACA again. - For the course of a year-- - Try again if they win. You find ourselves in a position where the idea that we're not doing any, I put more-- - He keeps saying the idea of that. - He's on the street. - And then whatever he says, it's ridiculous. - He wants to cut the cops. We're providing for equity, equity, and making sure people have a shot to make it. There's a lot going on, but in inflation, he caused it by his tremendous amount of seasons in the way-- - What? - Thank you. Another persistent challenge is the climate crisis. 2023 was the hottest year in recorded history and communities across the country are confronting the devastating effects of extreme heat, intensifying wildfires, stronger hurricanes, and rising sea levels. - Oh yeah. - Former President Trump uses that-- - You know this massive heat wave that we had across the US. - Climate initiatives. - How many states do you think set a record? - Any action as president to slow the climate crisis. - No, let me just-- - It was New Hampshire. - What I said about-- - Fuck off, please. How close the police are to him? Almost every police group in the nation from every state is supporting Donald J. Trump. Almost every police group. And what he's done to the black population is horrible, including the fact that for 10 years, he called them super predators. We can't, in the 1990s, we can't forget that. Super predators was his name, and he called it to him. And they've taken great offense at it, and now they see it happening. But when they see what I did for criminal justice reform and for the historically black colleges and universities where I funded them and got them all funded, and the opportunity zones with Tim, as you know, Tim Scott was incredible. He did a great job, great senator from South Carolina. He came to me with the idea, and it was a great idea. It's one of the most successful economic development acts ever in the country, opportunity zones. And the biggest beneficiary are blacks, and that's why we have the best numbers with them in maybe ever, they're saying ever, I read this morning, wherever, the best numbers. He's lost much of the black population because he's done a horrible job for black people. He's also done a horrible job for Hispanics. But wait till you see these millions of people pouring into our country, and they're gonna take the jobs, and it's already started, and you haven't seen anything yet. It's a disaster. - We can ask him to back to climate change. - 38 seconds left, President Trump, will you take any action as president to slow the climate crisis? - So I want absolutely immaculate clean water, and I want absolutely clean air, and we had it. We had H2O, we had the best numbers ever, and we did, we were using the best ones ever to-- - The best H2O ever, I love you, but that's not a matter of what we see as you do that. - We had the best environmental numbers ever, and my top environmental people gave me that statistics just before I left the stage. - I don't give a fuck about the environment. Care about the environment for fucking gay and poor people. The name that he said is true. I've passed the most extensive climate change legislation in history, in history. We find ourselves, and by the way, black colleges, I came up with $15 billion for HBCU, historic black universities and colleges, because they don't have the kind of contributors that they have to build these laboratories in their life. Any black students capable of college are doing any white student can do. They just have the money, but now they'll be able to get those jobs in high tech. We're in a situation where the idea that he is conclamming to have done something that had cleanest water, cleanest water, he had done a damn thing with the environment. He, out of the Paris Peace Climate Court, I immediately joined it, because if we reach a 1.5 degree Celsius at any one point, where there's no way back, they don't know how such a threat to humanity-- - Oh my God, what are you fucking talking about here? - His climate change, and he didn't do a damn thing about it, he must undo all that I've done. - The Paris Accord was gonna cost us a trillion dollars, and China nothing, and Russia nothing, and India nothing. It was a rip off of the United States, and I ended it, because I didn't want to waste that money, because they treated us horribly. We were the only ones who was-- - There's no regulations. - Money nobody else was paying into it. - And I really chined in India, which by the way, 'cause you've got 80% of the world speaking. - But everything that he said, just now, I'll give you an example, I heard him say before, insulin. I'm the one that got the insulin down for the seniors, I took care of the seniors. What he's doing is destroying all of our medical programs because the migrants coming in, they want everybody, and look, I have the biggest heart on the stage, I guarantee you that, and I want to take care of people, but we're destroying our country. They're taking over our schools, our hospitals, and they're gonna be taking over social security. He is destroying social security, Medicare, and Medicaid. - Nothing about climate change, please. - The idea is that-- - We've got the most beautiful water. - We've got the most beautiful water in the world. - A consequence, we're not members of the Paris Accord. How can we do anything, we've been out there, well, the United States can't get this under control. One of the largest-- - We don't need the Paris Accord to not pollute more. - We can stop doing our own. - You're fucking twat. - We have made significant progress, and we're continuing to make progress. We set up a climate core for thousands of young people who will learn how to deal with them just like a Peace Corps. And we're gonna, we're moving in directions that are gonna significantly change-- - You wanna start a climate core? - Yeah, it's a cause of pollution. - What are they gonna do? Walk around and write people tickets? Hey, it's direful. - That is the biggest heart I've ever been really concerned about pollution and about climate. I've not seen any indication of that. And by the way, with regard to prescription drugs, one company agreed that they would reduce the price of $35, which I was calling for, one voluntarily. I made sure every company in the world, every pharmaceutical company, cannot have to pay. - We don't care about the rest of the world, asshole. - I don't care about the rest of the world. - So every day, millions of Americans struggle just to make ends meet for many older Americans. Social security provides a critical lifeline. President Biden, if nothing is done to Social Security, seniors will see their benefits cut in just over 10 years. Will you name tonight one specific step that you're willing to take to keep Social Security solvent? - Yes, make the very wealthy begin to pay their first year. Right now, everybody making under $170,000 pays 6% of their income, of their paycheck. Every single time they get a paycheck from the time of the first one they get when they're 18 years old. The idea that they're gonna, I'm not cuz I've been proposing that. Everybody, they pay, the millionaires pay 1%, 1%. So no one after, I would not raise that. You're not entitled to anybody's money guy. Under $400,000 after that, it began to make the wealthy begin to pay their fair share. - Paying your fair share doesn't include subsidizing somebody else. - Right, right. - What the fuck are you talking about? - So you still have 82 seconds left? - By the way, every other measures that you think that would be able to help us, everybody's fair share of taxes just zero, right? - Well, no, that one enough will keep it solvent, but the biggest thing I'll do, if we defeat this man, because he wants to get rid of Social Security, he thinks there's plenty to cut in Social Security. - He's genuinely hard to understand what he's saying. - Both times, and if you look at the program put forward by the House Republican caucus that he supports, is in fact, wanted to cut it as well. The idea that we don't need to protect our seniors is ridiculous. We put, and by the way, American public has greater healthcare coverage today than ever before. And then on the AC, as I said, you're in a circumstance where 400,000 people, I mean, 40 million people would not have insurance because they have a preexisting condition. Only allows them to have that insurance is the fact that they in fact are part of the ACA. And by the way, the other thing is, we're in a situation where we talk about education for black communities. I've raised the number, the amount of money for Pell grants, another $8,000 to anybody making under $70,000 a year, gonna be able to get $15,000 toward the tuition. He just doesn't know what he's talking about. - Thank you, President Biden, President Trump. - So I've dealt with politicians all my life. I've been on this side of the equation for the last eight years. I've never seen anybody lie like this guy. He lies, I've never seen it. He could look you in the face. I've got so many other things too. And we mentioned the laptop. We mentioned Russia, Russia, Russia, Ukraine, Ukraine. Everything he does is a lie. It's misinformation and disinformation. The losers and suckers story that he made up. It's a total lie on the military. It's a disgrace. But social security, he's destroying it. Because millions of people are pouring into our country and they're putting them onto social security. They're putting them onto Medicare, Medicaid. They're putting them in our hospitals. They're taking the place of our citizens there. What they're doing to the VA, to our veterans, is unbelievable, our veterans are living in the street and these people are living in luxury hotels. He doesn't know what he's doing. That is a fact. Veterans got kicked out, hotels in New York, and places in the league. In our country, it's a fucking fact. President Biden? The idea that veterans are not being taken care of, I told you before. By the way, when I said suckers and losers, he said he acknowledged after that he fired that general. No, he said he should have fired him, actually. Because he's the one that acknowledged that that's what he said. He was the one standing with Trump when he said. There's no way he just remembered that. Somebody in his ear? The idea that we're going to be in a situation where all these-- I can't figure out what's going on in his sights. When he talks about it, illegal aliens are coming into the country and taking away our jobs. There's a reason why we have the fastest growing economy in the world, the reason why we have the most successful economy in the world. We're doing better than any other nation in the world. And by the way, those 15 Nobel laureates he talked about being phony, those 15 Nobel laureates economists, they all said that if Trump is re-elected, we're elected to have a recession. Sure, yeah, 51 people in the intelligence community said that the 100 Biden laptop was crushing disinformation. But nobody cares about your bullshit anymore. Him, the worst president in the history of the United States of America. President Biden, thank you so much. Let's turn to the cost of childcare, which many American families struggle to afford. President Trump, both you and President Biden, have tried to address this issue. But the average cost of childcare in this country has risen to more than $11,000 a year per child. For many families, the cost of childcare for two children is more than their rent. In your second term, what would you do to make childcare more affordable? Just to go back, the general got fired because he was no good. And if he said that, that's why he made it up. But we have 19 people that said I didn't say it, and they're very highly respected, much more so than him. The other thing is he doesn't fire people. He never fired people. I've never seen him fire any, but I did fire a lot. I fired Comey because he was no good. I fired a lot of the top people at the FBI during the swamp. You see, he was pointing out there are people. He'd pay a price for it. It was right here. But they were no good. I inherited this. Yeah, I'm probably near most of something about that. He was no good 20 minutes ago. I fired him. This guy hasn't fired anybody. Who is fighting looking at and pointing to the fire about his right ear? Right now he's in a trap. Right now he's involved with that Afghan-- No. --the Afghanistan horror show. But if you backed that up about 15 seconds, the most embarrassing moment in the history of our country, he didn't fire. Did you fire anybody? Bob's time stamp that, would you? Did you fire anybody that's on the border that's allowed us to have the worst door in the world today to get fired for allowing 18 million people, many from prisons, many from mental institutions. Did you fire anybody that allowed our country to be destroyed? Joe, our country is being destroyed as you and I sit up here and waste a lot of time on this debate. This shouldn't be a debate. He is the worst president. He just said about me because I said it. But look, he's the worst president in the history of our country. He's destroyed our country. Now all of a sudden he's trying to get a little tough on the border. He came out with a nothing, a nothing deal. And it reduced it a little bit, a little bit, like this much. It's insignificant. He wants open borders. He wants our country to either be destroyed or he wants to pick up those people as voters. And I don't think we just can't let it happen. If he wins this election, our country doesn't have a chance, not even a chance of coming out of this rut. We probably won't have a country left anymore. That's how bad it is. He is the worst in history by far. Thank you, President Trump, President Biden. We are the most admired country in the world. We're the United States of America. There's nothing beyond our capacity. We have the finest military in the history of the world, the finest in the history of the world. You didn't serve it. No one thinks we're-- Relax, but-- No one either one of you two old bitches did. Nobody, number one. Number two, the idea that we're talking about worst presidents, I wasn't joking. Look it up, go online. 159 or 58 don't hold me the exact number. Presidential historians, they've had meetings and they voted, who's the worst president in American history, won through best to worst. They said he was the worst in all of American history. It's God damn he can't it. That's not a conjunction. You can't, I mean-- He can't argue the wrong. You can't, and that's easy. Trump's not even in the conversation. And I'm not sure Biden is either. Ah, Carter Biden. Yeah, but Biden wouldn't have been able to fuck up the country as bad if COVID wasn't a thing. He should significantly increase the availability of it. Yeah, like that just made it look way worse than it is. Like he's incompetent for sure, but he's another Jimmy Carter. Like Buchanan is so much worse. It's very business to hold, to have. Thank you, President Biden. President Trump, the question was about what would you do to make childcare more affordable if you want to take your minute? Just so you understand. We have polling, we have other things that they rate him the worst, because what he's done is so bad. And they rate me, I'll show you, I will show you. And they rate me one of the best, OK? And if I'm given another four years, I will be the best. I think I'll be the best. Nobody's ever created an economy like us. Nobody ever cut taxes like us. He's the only one I know. He wants to raise your taxes. Here's where Tapper should step in. He wants to raise everybody's taxes. Everybody's taxes are the questions. Two kids I would actually love to fucking-- Bob, nobody cares about kids, dude. He's not talking about his book. Stop talking about both of the candidates. I'm sorry, Rob's doing his job repopulating the taxes. Yeah, you're supposed to be fighting and defeating his children. What are you talking about now? I'm stepping up to this thing. Oh, yeah. Well, I mean, after he's dead, the liver barrier is a little rare. And everybody knows it. President Biden? Well, the fact of the matter is that he's dead wrong. God, they still haven't answered the fucking question. And he's increased. So here's where a skilled moderator was stepping and saying, hey, guys, send me into the fucking question for both of you. Less than $400,000. I didn't. But his tariff is 10% tariffs. Everything coming in the country. You know what they're calling to say? The 10% tariff will replace the income tax. $10,500 a year more because they're going to have to pay the difference in food. And all the things that are very important. Why aren't we importing food? He's in a situation where-- Jane says Bob's bull takes care of the kids. Yeah, dude. Not raised. Oh, shit. That's a good idea. You've been given off the pay for the bull. Yeah, that's true. I mean, in times it's tough right now. Although we keep giving you guys more money. We need to fucking fire everybody. Your raises have not kept up with full-- Bullshit. That's-- I know for a fact, that's right. Fought against him, God damn it. Number two, you have not, in fact, made any contact. What was that quote from Jack, or from Jack? He was talking to Kenneth. He was, I know you get paid a living wage. I fought against it. Thank you, President. You lost him. Thank you, President. But let's discuss it. It's either one of the answers to the question. No, the answer to the question. [INTERPOSING VOICES] Both of you have made a top priority in your first term, the opioid crisis. And for both of you, the number of overdose deaths in this country has gone up. Under your term, it went up. Under your term, it has gone up. Former President Trump, despite the efforts that both of you have made, more than 100,000 Americans are dying from overdoses every year. Primarily from fentanyl and other opioids, what will you do to help Americans right now in the throes of addiction who are struggling to get the treatment they need? To finish up, we now have the largest deficit in the history of our country under the sky. We have the largest deficit with China. He gets paid by China. He's a Manchurian candidate. He gets money from China. So I think he's afraid to deal with it or something. But do you notice he never took out my tariffs? Because we bring in so much money with the tariffs that I imposed on China. He never took them away. He can't because it's too much money. Or he didn't have to set a fucking word now to keep them on task and say, hey, both of you answer this fucking question. But he hasn't cut the tariffs because he can't, because it's too much money. But he's got the largest deficit. Joshua Winfield, the same poll inflation for Bob. He's got the worst situation with China. China's going to own us. If you keep allowing them to do what they're doing to us as a country, they are killing us as a country, Joe. And you can't let that happen. You're destroying our country. So, President Trump, you have 67 seconds left. The question was, what are you going to do to help Americans in the throes of addiction right now who are struggling to get the treatment they need? Jake, we were doing very well at addiction until the COVID came along. We had the two and a half, almost three years, like nobody's ever had before, any country in every way. And then we had to get tough. And it was the drugs pouring across the border where it started to increase. We got great equipment. We bought the certain dog. That's the most incredible thing that you've ever seen, the way they can spot it. We did a lot, and we were getting very low numbers, very, very low numbers. Then he came along. The numbers, have you seen the numbers now? I don't know, I mean, all of them get people. Biden's dogs keep attacking people. Because they got away. They don't even serve the dogs. It hasn't been unleashed. It's the dog that Cartel put a hit out on. Oh, yeah. The right dog around was a monkey. No, the monkey died in a crossfire. The dogs were so effective they put a hit on it. The numbers that nobody's ever seen under him because the border's so bad. Imagine that conversation. You're two grown men in a violent organization. Someone's going to get this fucking dog. That's what Trump, thank you president. What is that fucking McGruff the crime dog you asked for? The fentanyl went down for a while. And I wanted to make sure we used them. Machinery, they can detect fentanyl. These big machines that roll over everything comes across the border. What? And it costs a lot of money. That was part of the deal we put together. We tried this by the way in 2004 to 2006. There was something called the Container Security Initiative. The Department of Homeland Security spent billions of dollars on it. The idea was that any incoming parcel of any sort, no matter how big or large, was scanned for radio lots of material before it ever got to the United States port, right? They completed 1% of it after 20 years, and then it's quit. Not 20s. And we're coming down very hard, and then it's quit. In Asia, in terms of precursors for fentanyl. Same thing. You can't fuck a scam like that. They don't have the technology to be able to put it together. That's what we have to do. We need those machines. Thank you, President Biden. President Trump, and again, the question is about Americans and the throes of addiction right now struggling to get the treatment they need. This, because this does pertain it to it. He ended remain in Mexico. He ended catch and release. I made a catch and release in Mexico, not catch and release here. We had so many things that we had done. Hard negotiations with Mexico, and I got it all for nothing. It's just like when he has a hostage, we always pay $6 billion for every time we say it's a hostage. Now we have a hostage, a Wall Street Journal reporter. I think a good guy. And he's over there, because Putin is laughing at this guy, probably asking for billions of dollars for the reporter. I will have him out very quickly as soon as I take office-- The Wall Street Journal work, yes. I know who it is. It's literally-- As soon as I win the election, I will have that reporter out. He's driving home for the last 11 minutes. But Putin's probably asking for billions and billions of dollars, because this guy pays it every time. We had two cases. We paid $6 billion for five people. I got 58 people out, and I paid essentially nothing. Thank you, President Trump, Dana. That's turned to concerns that voters have about each of you. President Biden, you would be 86 at the end of your second term. Holy shit. How do you address concerns about your capability to handle the toughest job in the world? Trump's about to say some fucked up shit. And it's not going to be good for Trump. It's going to be good for us. My career being criticized being the youngest person in politics. I was the second youngest person ever elected the United States Senate, and now I'm the oldest. This guy is three years younger and a lot less competent. I think that this-- look at the record. Look at what I've done. Look how I've turned around in the heartless situation. That's the heart cell, though. As I said, 50 million new jobs, 800,000 manufacturing jobs, more investment in America, over millions of dollars in private investment. Millions, billions, trillions. We are growing. By the way, we brought off a lot of people-- the whole idea of computer chips. We used to have 40% of the market. We invented those chips, and we lost it because he was sending people to find the cheapest jobs overseas. Again, not answering the question about what you're going to do about being 86. I've convinced Samsung to invest billions of dollars here in the United States. And then, guess what? Those fabs, they call them, to build these chips. They're doing your own $1,000. You don't need a college-- That was all right. And there's billions. About $40 billion already being invested and being built right now in the United States, creating significant jobs for Americans all over the world. President Biden, you have 40 seconds left. Would you like to add anything? Yeah, I would. The idea that somehow we are this failing country-- I've never heard a president talk like this before. Were the NBA the more I named me? It's about your age. It's single major questions about your age. Wouldn't trade places with the United States of America. They asked him about his age, and he talked about three different things, but not his age. That's not a good sign. That's not a good sign. We're the strongest country in the world. We're a country in the world who keeps our word, and everybody trusts us, all of our allies. We mount the clock here at the end of a fucking college game. And the fouls. Kim Jong-un. The fouls just spread the floor. Let's go four corners. I mean, if I'm Trump, and he says that we're respected, I talk about games, and how we removed everybody from the bottom of your base in the middle of the night without telling the president to get a chance. We have concerns about your capabilities to serve. Well, I took two tests, cognitive tests. I aged them, both of them, as you know. We made it public. He took none. I'd like to see him take one, just one, a real easy one. Like, go through the first five questions. He couldn't do it. But I took two cognitive tests. I took physical exams every year. And, you know, we knock on wood, wherever we may have wood. That I'm in very good health. I just won two club championships, not even senior. Two regular club championships. To do that, you have to be quite smart. There you go, back to back, Delco. And I do it. He doesn't do it. Two majors. 50 yards. He challenged me to a golf ball. He's in the masses. He can't hit a ball 50 yards. She can't. I think I'm in very good shape. I feel that I'm in good shape as I was 25, 30 years ago. Actually, I'm probably a little bit lighter. God damn right, he is. As good a shape as it was six, three years ago. I feel very good. I feel the same. But I was willing to take a cognitive test. And you know what, if I didn't do well, I aced him. Dr. Ronnie Jackson, who's a great guy when he was White House doctor, and then I took another one, a similar one. And both, one of them said they'd never seen anybody ace him. God damn right, they haven't. President Biden. You can see he is six foot five and only two hundred twenty third pounds or twenty three to five pounds. Well, you said six, four, two hundred. Six, three, two, fifteen. Just take a look at what he says he is and take a look at what he is. Look, I'd be happy to have to take a look at what he is. God damn it, man. I got my handicap, which when I was Vice President, down to a six. And by the way, I told you before, I'm happy to play golf if you carry your own bag. I think you can do it. That's the biggest lie that he's a six handicap of all. I was a eight handicap. The fact that you're down to handicaps and golf at the end of a presidential election. I've seen this way, this way. Not great guys, not great. We're going to Trump, we're going to learn. Let's not act like children. There you go. A specific concern that voters have about you. Will you pledge tonight that once all legal challenges have been exhausted, that you will accept the results of this election, regardless of who wins. And you will say right now that political violence in any form is unacceptable. Well, I shouldn't have to say that. But of course, I believe that. It's totally unacceptable. And if you would see my statements that I made on Twitter at the time, and also my statement that I made in the Rose Guard, you would say it's one of the strongest statements you've ever seen. In addition to the speech I made, in front of, I believe, the largest crowd I've ever spoken to. And I will tell you, nobody ever talks about that. They talk about a relatively small number of people that went to the Capitol. And in many cases were ushered in by the police. And as Nancy Pelosi said, it was her responsibility, not mine. She said that loud and clear. But the answer is-- Pelosi's going to go ballistic after that. And I want that more than anybody. And I'll tell you something. I wish he was a great president, because I wouldn't be here right now. I'd be at one of my many places enjoying myself. I wouldn't be under indictment, because I wouldn't have been his political opponent, because he indicted me, because I was his opponent. I wish he was a great president. I would rather have that. I wouldn't be here. I don't mind being here. The only reason I'm here is he's so bad as a president that I'm going to make America great again. We're going to make America great again. We're a failing nation right now. We're a seriously failing nation. And we're a failing nation because of him. His policies are so bad. His military policies are insane. They're insane. These are wars that will never end with him. He will drive us into World War III. And we're closer to World War III than anybody can imagine. We are very, very close to World War III. And he's driving us there. And Kim Jong-un and President Xi of China, Kim Jong-un of North Korea, all of these are Putin. They don't respect him. They don't fear him. They have nothing going with this gentleman. And he's going to drive us into World War III. What's Giorgio doing in the chat? World War III. No, what's up, Giorgio? One of you guys hacked Giorgio. And you're pretending to be him. I don't appreciate it if you are. I love him if he's there. I love your Giorgio. Real human being. And he deserves his own Giorgio channel. No, he's not in that response. The idea, the idea. I can't think of a single major leader in the world who wouldn't trade places with what job I've done and what they've done. Because we are a powerful nation. What? We have wonderful peace. Because of the people, not means, because of the American people. They're capable of anything. And they step up when they're needed. And right now, we're needed. We're needed to protect the world because of our own safety as a state. And we've run the last 15 minutes. Neither candidates really answer any of these questions. No. Make sure they move on. No, but we now know that in other places along that border, then you have a-- Trump won't carry his golf bag. President Trump, as I come back to you for a follow-up-- There's no way he's a six. The question was, will you seek results of this election regardless of who wins? Just to finish what he said. Oh, boy. Russia, they took a lot of land from Bush. They took a lot of land from Obama and Biden. They took no land, nothing from Trump. Nothing. Because we knew not to do it. They're not going to play games with me. He knew that. I got along with him very well, but he knew not to play games. He took nothing from me. But now he's going to take the whole thing from this man right here. That's a war that should have never started. It would have never started ever with me. And he's going to take Ukraine. And you asked me a question before, would you do this? He's got us in such a bad position right now with Ukraine. Moderation's got to step in. Because Ukraine's not wearing that war. He said, I will hold a good book in it at this point. They're running out of people. They're running out of soldiers. They've lost so many people. It's so sad. When you do set it in 90 minutes, though? And they've lost those-- You are giving both candidates-- --the golden domes that are a thousand-- --a time limit of like, hey, dude, we're-- --or because of him and student decisions. Yeah, they're not stuck on this deal out the clock now. You would have never attacked president Trump. The question was, will you accept the results of the elections? He said, yes, regardless of who wins. The first thing he said to him was that. If it's a fair and legal and good election, absolutely. I would have much rather accepted these. But the fraud and everything else was ridiculous. And if you want, we'll have a news conference on it in a week. But we'll have another one of these in a week. But I will absolutely-- there's nothing I'd rather do. It would be much easier for me to do that than running again. I wasn't really going to run until I saw the horrible job he did. He's destroying our country. I would be very happy to be someplace else in a nice location, someplace. And again, no indictments, no political opponent stuff, because it's the only way he thinks he can win. But unfortunately, it's driven up by numbers and driven up to a very high level, because the people understand it. Let's see what your numbers are, and the selection is over. Let's see. You're a whiner. When you lost the first time, you continued. You appealed and appealed. The courts all across the country. Not one single court in America said any of your clients had any merit. Well, not then, but now they do. None, but you continued to provoke this lie about somehow there's all this misrepresentation, all this stealing. There is no evidence of that at all. And I tell you what, I doubt we'll accept it, because you're such a whiner. The idea, if you lose again, you accept anything, you can't stand the law. Something snapped in you and you lost the last time. We'll be right back with more from the CNN presidential debate live from Georgia. [MUSIC PLAYING] All right, so we're at the second commercial break here. So far, the format and the moderators and all that stuff has worked up until the last 15, 16 minutes or so. Neither candidate is answering any of the questions now at this point. I'm going to throw to you on this one. Biden plus 6 handicap, yes or no? No, and Trump doesn't. He's won two club titles. But he's also not carrying his own fucking bag. No, come on. But Trump's also not-- The club Caddy's doing that. Trump's he's just dick off. If you ever read Rick Riley, and we've had him on the show. We love Rick, yeah. Hey, we asked Rick. You know what I heard from Secret Service people is that Trump gets near the whole three to six feet away. He goes, ah, that's a gimme. It is. And he picks it up. It is more than six feet. It's like anything within 25 feet, that's a gimme. That's the way it should be, Delco. When you're rich enough, you don't have to putt. That's everything you're poor. That's all that is. That's all that is. That's called Tegrity, all right? Yeah, exactly. But in all seriousness, integrity is not really both candidates talking about their fucking golf game. Yeah, that's right. It's 78 and 81 years old. No one gives a shit about that. They avoided the issue on childcare, which actually Bob, I'm with you on this. Love to hear that answer, because holy Christ, is it expensive? I think my two kids-- I know you don't want to hear about my kids. But I will show pictures at the end of the day. But we all have kids. Show me a picture of your kid and see what happens. I'll fucking blow my brains out onto the picture. But here's the thing, most Americans do have kids, Bob. And same with me, obviously. And it is a fucking backbreaker going through these taxes. I was paying 20 grand a year. Yeah. That's insane. It's insane, man. Paying 20 grand a year for what, exactly? Three days a week, childcare for both kids. That's fucking crazy. Back then, and for Bob, and my wife, too, when both parents work in a family, like, dude, it is fucking crazy expensive. And it sucks. And you don't realize it until the end of the year when you do taxes. And you're like, oh, shit. Or at the end of the month, where you're like, god damn, dude. The current tax code allows you to write off $3,000 per child for daycare. Which is nothing. Yeah. I mean, nothing. I don't know if the new laws that the states are trying to do individually with saying, hey, you can choose what schools your kids go to or whatever. And we're going to give you a stipend for it. I don't know if that'll work. I don't know why any state with school choice wouldn't immediately have a voucher for fucking daycare. I don't either. I wish they would have answered that question. In regards to the election and the climate change look, Republicans-- I'm one of them. I don't give a fuck about climate change, to be honest with you. It just simply doesn't matter. You can go ahead and chalk that one up for Biden. You're fine on that. Democrats for the history of time have been involved in climate change and everything else. And that is not going to change in this, so sure. But not answering it isn't really acceptable either, like saying the most beautiful water of all time. Yeah, it's weird. It's hilarious. But the rest of it is when Dana Bash and Jake Tapper, if they were experienced in moderating here, would have stepped in and forced most of these candidates-- I mean, both candidates to answer the questions. Because again, the last 15, 16 minutes have kind of been worthless at this point. But how many Americans are actually tuned in for the rest of this? I don't know. What time is it on the East Coast right now, Bob? It's 10.30. 10.30, so who knows? You've got to imagine people checked out after the first five. Probably the first 30, right? You know? I don't know. But we're back live now. And I know they're East allowed to give closing statements. Biden, you have two minutes. We've made significant progress from the debacle that was left by President Trump in his last term. We find ourselves in a situation where, number one, we have to make sure that we have a fair tax system. I ask anyone out there in the audience, or anyone out watching this debate, do you think the tax system is fair? The fact is that I said nobody even making under $400,000 had a single penny increasing their taxes, and it will not. And if I'm reelected, that'll be the case again. But this guy has increased your taxes because of the deficit. Number one, he's increased inflation because of the debacle he left after the way he handled the pandemic. He's not increasing inflation. I know one believes that you've got to get rid of that. 2% tariff in the United States of America. What I did, for example, he wants to get away with it and get rid of the ability of Medicare for the ability to, for the us to be able to negotiate to a place where there are big pharma companies. Well, guess what? We got it down to $35 for insulin instead of $400. No more than $2,000 for every senior, no matter what thing, how much prescription they need. You know what that did? That reduced the federal debt by $160 billion over 10 years because the government turned out to pay the exorbitant prices. I'm going to make that available to every senior all along. Trying to buy loads now, eh? And everybody in America wants to get rid of that. We have, I'm going to make sure that we have childcare. We're going to significantly increase the credits that people have for childcare. I'm going to make sure we do something about what we're doing on lead pipes and all the things that are causing health problems for people across the country. We're going to continue to fight, to bring down inflation and give people a break. That should be a massive public works. You now have too many across the country as a statement. Bridge repair. That's so many politicians. This man is just a complainer. He said, we want to do this, we want to do that. We want to get rid of this tax, that tax. But he doesn't do anything. He doesn't do all he does is make our country unsafe by allowing millions and millions of people to pour in. Our military doesn't respect him. We look like fools in Afghanistan. We didn't stop Israel. It was such a horrible thing that would have never happened. It should have never happened. Iran was broke. Anybody that did business with Iran, including China, they couldn't do business with the United States. They all passed. Iran was broke. They had no money for Hamas or Hezbollah for terror. No money whatsoever. Again, Ukraine should have never happened. He talks about all the stuff that he didn't do it. For three and a half years, we're living in hell. We have the Palestinians and we have everybody else rioting all over the place. You talk about Charlottesville. This is a hundred times Charlottesville, a thousand times. The whole country is exploding because of you. Because they don't respect you. And they have to respect their president. And they don't respect you throughout the world. What we did was incredible. We rebuilt the military. We got the largest tax cut in history. The largest regulation cut in history. The reason he's got jobs is because I cut the regulations that gave jobs. But he's putting a lot of those regulations back on. All of the things that we've done, nobody's ever seen anything like that, even from a medical standpoint, right to try where we can try space age materials instead of going to Asia or going to Europe and trying to get when you're terminally ill. Now you can go and you can get something. You sign a document. They've been trying to get it for 42 years. But you know what we did for the military? It was an incredible choice for our soldiers. We're our soldiers, instead of waiting for three months to see a doctor, can go out and get themselves fixed up and ready it up and take care of themselves. And they're living. And that's why I had the highest approval rating in the history of the VA. So all of these things, we're in a failing nation, but it's not going to be failing anymore. We're going to make it great again. - Thank you, former President Trump, President Biden. Stay with us because we have full analysis of this debate. Anderson Cooper and Aaron Burnett starts now on CNN. - Okay, so stay with this guys because I'm curious to hear Anderson Cooper and these guys, CNN, in particular. I'm going through the rest of Twitter here behind the scenes as this is unfolding. I'm curious as to what the CNN anchors have to say about the performance in this. I'm going to bring up a quote by Dave Portnoy here from ProVarsal. And look, I fall on, I like him. - I'm making the way off the CNN debate. - Use this real quick here, just one quote. Trump should just see it all of his time to Biden. That's the strongest selling point. Biden starts a sentence that he can't finish 'cause he loses his train of thought. I agree and that sums up pretty much the entire debate tonight. - Yeah, I mean, sometime towards the middle end, I guess, maybe two thirds of the way through, Trump just stopped answering any questions. - Yeah, same thing, but Biden never answered any questions to be fair 'cause he doesn't know what the fuck's going on around him. But I kind of expect a little bit more out of try. I thought he had, he was pretty disciplined for the first. - 60 minutes? - The first half to two thirds of it. And then he was just like, well, I'm not going to answer your question, I'm going to say this. Just move on and answer the next question. You already made your fucking point. There's no point in, like, people, you say your thing and then this ineffectual old guy with vascular dementia says some retarded nonsense. Why even address it again? Let that hang in the air. - I agree. - People, you know what I mean? - I agree and answer the questions. Go ahead and play this live, don't come. - Which they think was dismal, which they think will hurt other people down the party in the ticket. And they're having conversations about what they should do about it. Some of those conversations include, should we go to the White House and ask the President to step aside, others are, other of the conversations or should prominent Democrats go public with that call because they feel this debate was so terrible. They do say in moments in the debate later, the President got better and got his footing. But then at the end, even his closing statement was a little halting. The contrast between the two candidates. Let me be clear, none of them and a lot of Republicans don't think Donald Trump had a great night. Donald Trump broke the fact check machine more than I can count tonight. That will be on the record as we go forward. He refused to answer some very specific and direct questions about his conduct, about January 6th and what all. So that will be dealt with out there. And sometimes there's a parallel universe between the political elites and the American people. Be nice to see what the voters say. But I can tell you, it started minutes in. It started with the first couple of answers and it has continued throughout the night from a, oh my God, oh my God, oh my God. So what do we do about this? And it involves very senior people in the Democratic Party, including elected officials saying we have a problem. >> And just to cosign what John is saying, I mean, the panic that I am hearing from Democrats is not like anything that I have heard in this campaign so far. And a lot of it has to do with, first of all, there was a deep frustration about Trump's lies. I mean, he lied a lot tonight. >> I don't know either. >> But the problem for Biden was that Trump was able to take some sometimes incredible falsehoods and turn them into some kind of argument. Whereas Biden's answers were, in a lot of cases, not coherent. Deeply problematic that he was not able to take pretty straightforward answers. >> This is pretty much what we were saying throughout the night. But it's interesting, that's why I want to say I'm seeing it. >> And also at some point, bringing things off. >> The fact that they're saying this is exactly what I was curious about. >> So the DNC hasn't had their convention yet. >> I'm concerned here tonight that there's been some real damage done. >> They still have time to nominate somebody else. >> I do, but Biden solidified the first- >> I don't know. >> There's a rumor that Gavin Newson is going to go on as a spinroom here shortly, we'll see. >> His base, they were hoping that tonight would be a game changer. >> Somebody on Twitter told me that Jill had to come up and help him off the stage. >> At the end of this- >> Is it a White House? Who they are, do you not necessarily- >> I don't see it, I didn't either. >> Can't do this- >> I doubt we'll ever see that for that. >> Look, I can't argue with either of them about how a Democrat leaders, Democratic leaders are reacting to this poll. >> We said at the beginning that each person had a fundamental goal. And for Biden, that goal was to appear energetic, engaged, and look like someone who is capable of serving for another four years for president. That was job number one. I actually think he scored a bunch of points. I think if you just judge this on sort of policy stuff, he did score a bunch of points on issues like abortion, for example, on some of the economic issues. But there is a feeling, I think there was a sense of shock actually, how he came out at the beginning of this debate, how his voice sounded. >> Yep. >> He seemed a little disoriented. He did get stronger as the debate went on by that time. I think the panic had set in. And I think you're going to hear discussions that I don't know will lead to anything, but there are going to be discussion. But whether he should continue. And I think part of it is Donald Trump did not meet his mission either. He could not resist the temptation to be nasty to Provera. >> But that part we knew. >> About a whole bunch of things, about his own record, about Biden's record. And to seem petty and small at times. So, what you saw was a candidate who's deeply vulnerable and a president who may not be able to take advantage of it. >> Listen, if anybody in America thinks that that was even close to being an okay debate by Joe Biden, I'm living in a parallel universe. That was an unmitigated disaster for President Biden from the second he walked out to the closing statement. The biggest issue for Democrats is abortion and he couldn't give an answer. He gave an answer for a three- >> Former Trump advisers like that. On the biggest issue for- >> It looks like a professional wrestler. >> Yeah. >> I'm going to come down there to the toy on the sitter and rip their fucking tits. >> I'm going to lose if Joe Biden's at the top of the ticket. Bob Casey, I promise you tonight in the state of Pennsylvania is throwing up in his mouth because he knows that he's got to stand next to Joe Biden- >> He's going down in Pennsylvania. If he's on the ticket, I don't know how it's going to work. >> Yeah, look, it was a really disappointing debate performance from Joe Biden. I don't think there's any other way to slice it. His biggest issue that he had to prove to the American people was that he had the energy, the stamina. >> Don't just say what the other guy said. >> So I think that is of concern. >> I think for a lot of Democrats, that's very disappointing. I will say Donald Trump also had some really rough moments in this debate and talking to the Biden campaign, they say their dials started really moving away from Trump as he was increasing his personal attacks on Biden. So I think there was a lot about his kind of character and the kind of personal nastiness that he could put on display that doesn't help him with the swing voters that he needs. >> Yeah. >> And I also think you saw him continue to get more and more animated. >> I don't know, I asked that I'm from there, you know, fuck. >> It's really tough. >> It's after 10PM. >> It's sick. >> It's wild to me. >> I mean problematic answers about Putin. >> Fuck. >> So Donald Trump did not get off Scott free tonight by any stretch. But look, there is no two ways about it. That was not a good debate for Joe Biden. >> Ben? >> That was painful. I love Joe Biden. >> Oh boy. >> I work for Joe Biden. He didn't do well at all. >> He's about to cry. >> He did not do well at all. And he looked. >> Yeah, but crying is his thing. >> Yeah. >> The analysis, you know, kind of the- >> He and Kendrick are should get together. >> So yeah. >> They should sit there. >> I can either walk him. >> He's really horrible. >> I was supposed to see it and say it, but I just want to speak for my heart. I love that guy. He's a good man. He loves his country. >> What? >> He's doing the best that he can. >> Fucking care. Is that a good guy contest? >> He's running for president of the country and of the base, and he failed to do that. And I think there's a lot of people who are going to want to see him consider taking a different course now. We're still far from our convention. And there is time for this party to figure out a different way forward if he will allow us to do that. >> Oh shit. That was- >> Yeah. >> Man, Jones is calling for him to go by. >> Yes, he is. >> It's perfectly painful for a lot of people. It's not just panic. It's pain of what we saw tonight. >> And if I may just add to that, I think Joe Biden lost in the first three minutes. I think a lot of voters probably tuned out and millions of people are having conversations with their families, with their friends, of if the president is up to the task and if he should step aside. And I'm someone who believes the former president is a threat to democracy. I think he is a threat to the America as we know it. He wants to fundamentally change our institutions. >> From the view. >> He has laid out what his plan is. I am not confident that- >> She's from the Trump campaign. >> That is her man to take it. >> Listen, Griffin, she's on the- >> She's on the view now. >> She's on the view now. >> She's on the view now. >> Yeah, she's in the Trump way. >> What is- >> It's based on that in 18 weeks, Donald Trump will be the president of Iraq. >> It's a period joke. >> The people are doing focus groups tonight and we'll see if our style group with Laura Coates confirms this. And Biden actually scores pretty well on the issues when he's talking about the substance. And Trump's numbers went down both because he was ducking questions, he was lying about some things. And he was refusing to answer and some of it was the tone, they don't like it. So when you see that, when you see sort of the statistics, you're going to look at like, oh, that's a mixed bag. But to Vance's point about the president's performance, that's what caused the panic. So the question is, and my question actually is, what happens? Because to his- >> Yeah. >> It's a great political strength that Joe Biden- >> It is, what happens? >> It's his resilience and his stubbornness. It's also sometimes a blind spot because he is so stubborn. It's going to be very hard to someone, and I don't know who it is, who could go to Joe Biden and say, you need to do this. >> I mean, the DNC can just not- >> And the question is, again- >> He doesn't have any power. >> I'm just telling you, to Abby's point, I've been doing this for 30 something years, going on 40 years, and I have never, ever had what happened on this thing tonight happen in the middle of the debate. It started early, and it continued. And to Vance's point, Vance made a very important point. These are people who love Joe Biden, who credit Joe Biden for kicking Donald Trump out of the White House through Democrats, the Democrats- >> You're about to cry. >> It fights about a lot of things. It has generational issues, it's had regional issues, and everything. >> I'll fight you. >> The United Democratic Party is trying to keep Donald Trump from getting back into the White House. They love Joe Biden for kicking him out. They don't want him back. They came into this debate nervous that Biden was in a weak position. They leave this debate panicked. >> John, if you love the guy, how could you put him out there? >> That's hard. >> If you love him, if you love Joe Biden, if that was my father, you don't put a guy in that- >> It's a great point. These guys know this better. These guys know this better because they talk to them. There's this legacy in the Democratic Party. Do you don't challenge the incumbent? Because when it's happened in the past, they haven't beaten the incumbent, and then the incumbent has lost in general. >> It was actually Donald Trump that helped make Joe Biden the nominee, because there was a feeling that if there were a primary, that Biden would probably win, but it would weaken him in a general election. And so there were people who could have run and didn't run, because the history of that is bad. >> The point is, now he is the nominee of the Democratic Party. This is colluding to the 60s. Okay, to make Joe Biden choose, even though he wasn't qualified for it, is that what I just heard? >> Only he can decide whether he's going to continue on- >> That's a shoe rod, by the way. He's Obama's first campaign winner who did his Jesus Act. >> This is a guy with a lot of pride. >> The odds on my bookie.com just shut up from Trump. >> And the idea was, you know, what I have ever been, I think I'm going to walk away from this. >> Trump minus 175. >> It was also an analogy. >> I think when the press heard this by tomorrow, I have to know there's going to be 250. >> And it was also one night. So yes, it was an important night. Yes, but it was one night in the course of a campaign. So I think let's see how- >> But that's the standard. >> That's not right. >> By the way, the lower third says aggressive panic for Dems after Biden's performance. >> It's a one night that helped confirm people's feelings. >> There we go. >> It's the one night that everybody was watching. It was, that was essentially Trump said, you ought to take a test. That was his test. And people are going to feel that he came up wanting not on the substance. I think he actually won on the substance. I don't think Trump did well. I think what it says to a lot of people, a lot of active Democrats is, man, we can beat this guy. But I don't know if we can beat him with the press guy, we haven't heard from you. >> When we came on before this debate, I said, I thought this candidacy was teetering. And everybody jumped on me. >> Yes, we did. >> And every single person out here. >> That's true. >> I just, the candidacy has fallen, okay? Man, I know you're speaking from your heart. I'm worried about the president. We should pray for the president. I think his advisors, I think the White House, and I think his family have a lot of explaining to do to their party and to the American people. This night, this one night, was caused by and asked for by the Biden team. They wanted this night, and this is what we got. We have been told for weeks, weeks by Democrats who say, oh, in private meetings, I've seen Joe Biden do cartwheels and handstands while doing trigonometry while solving all the nation's problems. We now know that every single person who said that has been lying to the American people. >> Including Kevin McCarthy. We've been told, Kate. >> I mean, just say it. >> Everything we've been told about his mental acuity. >> I say yes, Kevin McCarthy. >> These Democrats have been lying. >> We think we knew. >> These are liars too. >> Confirmed. I got a text from her friend. She's not terribly political. She'd matched up to Biden in the last election because she hates Donald Trump. >> She loves you, and Jackson. >> She said to me, I will never forget. >> I will see it on the White Democratic Party. >> He's right there on the dude. >> It's on him. >> For this election to his left. >> If the Democrats truly believe that he is a Democrat to democracy. >> Damn it. If they started singing again right now. >> Talking point, they will wake up in the morning and they can do something else. >> That's another point about there are Democrats who are panicking. And then there are a lot of Republicans who did not want to vote for Donald Trump, who do not want to vote for Donald Trump, who are also panicking tonight. I heard from one who said this is scary. That's how it was described. >> I'd second that. >> There was a lot of those feelings. >> Never heard. >> Not just from the base of the party, but other people. >> This is exactly why I want to say CNN. >> We know what Fox and Trump do. >> They think is dangerous. >> Yeah. >> And this is what I wanted to hear. >> That's the other part of what is unfolding tonight in terms of the panic that is out there. >> Guys, I already have coming into this debate. Support for third-party candidates. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. highest. And then Jill Stein and Cornell West, nowhere near as close. But if you add it all up, you get into the teens in most states when you do that. I think one byproduct out of this is watch and see if those numbers go up a little bit. I'm not saying they're going to go anywhere like a perot standard. But you get to third-party candidates getting into double digits, then that really starts to twist your electoral math state, depending on whether they're drawing from state by state. Guys, this was already a very complicated race. This is with it number one. The biggest complication right now is the number- >> And it's obviously going to hurt Biden. >> But the other complications going to be- >> Like I said, on fake news earlier. All the Bernie bros- >> Maybe it'll be another debate. >> I'm not sure no. Trump's going to agree to second debate too, like all of those, but- >> Biden's going to need it now. >> Are they going to vote for- >> Trump's going to agree to it. >> They're going to vote for- >> Yeah. >> They're going to vote for- >> Yeah. >> Either are a period, Jill Stein, yeah. >> They'll now also watch the third party. >> I just want to say one thing. >> Yeah. >> Especially to you two guys, if for whatever reason there's a change at the top of the ticket, you guys are in trouble with Donald Trump. Because the guy who was up there tonight is not a guy who's going to- >> Inspire people. >> Same guy. >> He's never changed. >> He's never changed. >> He's never changed. >> In any way that he has changed from the guy. >> That's what I'm saying. >> People who have a very positive opinion for a lot of good reasons. >> I think Donald Trump won several policy exchanges tonight. I think he did well on immigration. >> He didn't kill the feed. >> I think he did well on the economy. >> He didn't kill enough for it for CNN. We're good. If you wouldn't mind switching back to singles. Bobby, you back there? >> Yeah. >> All right, so go to the judge reporter real quick, which has turned super left after Trump got elected. The rumor behind the scenes was, you know, Judge was unhappy that Donald Trump didn't give him credit and blah, blah, blah, and they turned super left. >> For reposting news, by the way. >> Right. This is his headline right now, Operation Replace Biden. With a confused picture, this has not happened in fucking eight years. >> Well, we've dem scrambled with 130 days to go. Debate catastrophe. >> I think, who was it from CNN, or maybe it was the MSNBC guy, the guy that does the election night coverage? You know what I'm talking about, Bob? >> Yeah, they got the khakis. >> Yeah, I can't remember his fucking name. Steve Cornaki, is that it? >> Maybe. >> I think it's Steve Cornaki. I think he wrote an article last year sometimes like, "Hey, should we be replacing Biden or what?" CNN wrote one as well. So this has been going around for a while. I mean, this is what we were talking about, another thing we were talking about earlier. Everybody knows exactly what's happening here, right? They're just pretending they don't know. Like, "Oh, he's not old." I mean, Trump's old, too. He's not old, Trump's old. You know what I mean? It's like, no, he's old, right? You know, it's not about the number of years he's been alive. It's about his ability to, you know, do words correctly. >> And there's nothing you can do. Take a Betty White at fucking 99 for Christ. >> You're still hot. Everybody knows it. >> You boned her. >> I wish, dude. If it was between, can you imagine if she and fucking Jimmy fucked right now? >> She's not alive. >> Just the dryness. >> Oh, boy. >> Because you know he still gets bricked up. >> He sure does. He sure does. But I'm going to read you some quotes here, because they got the spin room going on right now. There's nothing really out of the Trump campaign, other than what you saw. Two sources familiar with the situation here inside the spin campaign said, President Biden has a cold. We were worried that he had COVID. We gave him a COVID test, which was negative. Three sources have said within the White House. Biden sounded hoarse throughout the debate because of the cold. >> Yeah, that's something you say before the debate starts to prep people. So the first thing they don't hear from him is that bullshit. >> Correct. >> That's a lie. >> We do that on this show. If I'm fucking sick, I tell you guys. >> Yeah. >> Dude, I'm going to do some shit, whatever it is. >> Yeah, and if you're going into a debate where you're competency in the question, there's no way you don't prep the-- because the Democrats have been "keep the bar low." That's their point, right? >> Yeah. >> What the fuck? >> So that tweet, I first saw that tweet about 15 minutes into the debate. >> Yeah, okay. >> It was from the Hill, right? >> Gotcha. >> I think they're the ones that reported. Yeah, it was about 15 or 20 minutes in. So it wasn't out before the debate. >> And not only that, but there's nothing wrong with saying, "Hey, there's a problem, and here's where it is, but just address it." Take me on fake news earlier today. It wasn't great today. AC went out in this goddamn place as hot as fuck. Now, obviously, the temperature is cooled down, and I'm shotgunned a bunch of hard AF Salters with some dudes. So, yeah, dude, cheers. I'm back at it again. Wasn't great earlier in the day. Picked it back up in the evening. There's nothing wrong with telling your audience, "Hey, this is what I'm going through," and it sucks. >> Bob, go to Twitter. >> Go to, "I am froggy fresh." >> Yeah, now that we're quoting, "I am froggy fresh." It's time to fucking report it. >> Is this a Wall Street Journal reporter? >> Yeah. Just that video right there, blow that up. >> The black and white one or the one? >> No, no, no. >> Okay, yeah. >> Okay. >> Yeah, this is right after the- >> This is Biden being led off stage. >> Joe Biden, the first lady has come out, former president Trump walking off the stage. The first debate of the 2024 candidate- >> Camera gets him. >> Is this presidential debate ever now in the books? And now she's like, "All right, we got one step, step, Joe, step, we'll step." Guy, another guy comes in to help him. This is just to get off the fucking stage. >> Oh, that guy who was holding down his hand, yeah. >> Just to get off the stage. >> They did show, well, obviously they show all this, and see that, because yeah, I remember, I didn't see that, but I saw this part where he came over to- >> Yeah, I just wasn't paying attention. >> Well, we didn't, which is weird. >> Well, I just didn't, I wasn't paying attention. >> It was on TV. >> It was, okay, I didn't see it. I didn't see it, or it would have said something. >> I looked up and I saw that part where he was- >> Well, did you see, did you see it now? >> Yeah. >> What are your thoughts on that, Bob? >> Yeah, I mean, he's a fucking old guy. >> Just say leaker, dude. >> He's a leaker, I'm on record as leaker. >> Laker, pusher, man. >> I was leaker before anybody was leaker. >> Yeah. >> Bob's like a fucking leaker, hipster now. >> But I've never seen CNN react like that. I've never seen any news organization react to any presidential candidate in that manner. >> Maybe before cable news, I mean, this reminds, this is as embarrassing as the Nixon performance. Remember the sweaty, 60, what year was it, 63? >> 60, it was 60. >> It was against JFK. >> Yeah. >> Because everyone was like, whoa, JFK's hot and Nixon's sweaty. >> And when you're sweating in black and white, like I was sweating in color today and I'm still fucking shiny now. Like when you're sweating in black and white, you know it's fucking bad. >> Yeah. >> So yeah, I've never seen a presidential debate go this bad for a candidate. >> Let's go back to what the judge report said. What do you do with 130 days left? Like who is that candidate who can possibly win? I know Gavin Newsom was here and I know he's going to do some interviews and press and everything else. Was he paid to be there in case it went that bad and hey, we've got to pop you in? >> No, no, no, no, no, no. He's just the top Democrat right now. He's the face of the party in a lot of ways. >> This sucker fish. >> So who do you put in with all the panel of CNN saying hey, we got to replace this guy? Who do you put in? >> First of all, you need to relax, right? Yeah. >> No, no. >> You need to relax. >> Oh, wow. >> I love it, dude. >> Can we go to my book here right now? >> Why, what happened? >> Pre-debate. I believe Gavin Newsom was 40 the one to win the presidency. >> Okay. >> He's now down to like 13 to one. >> Oh shit. So what do you do? >> Well, so here's why you should relax. >> Okay. >> So there have been three presidents in American history who went into the convention. Who did not win. Three guys who eventually became president, who did not win the initial convention vote. Do you know who they are? >> Uh-uh. >> Calvin Coolidge, Abraham Lincoln, and FDR. Three pretty decent presidents. The New Deal was a bunch of socialist bullshit, but guiding us through the war and everything, it all worked out, I guess, in the end. As a matter of fact, I'm pretty sure that Coolidge and Franklin got zero votes. On their first ballot. They didn't get any votes on their first ballot. >> Yeah. >> And this is like two of the biggest elections in American history. >> Coolidge was chill. >> Yeah, he's cool. >> Match chill, dude. Match chill. >> I believe he also just got everything done, right? Like he just didn't rerun for real. >> He breathed hard. >> He did everything he wanted to do, and he was like, "You know what, this is fucking gay." >> Yeah, I'm out of here. He breathed hard and fucked tough, dude. >> Going home. >> He was fucking someone in a closet or something. >> Probably, yeah. But at least it wasn't a dude. >> Okay, okay, okay. >> Like fucking Lincoln was. Son of a bitch. >> Wait, was Lincoln gay? Can we confirm that? >> He was gay as fuck. That's what a lot of people have in Republican means, dude. >> He was just bi. >> You think he was just bi? >> I mean, he's a wrestler. >> You're never just bi, you're gay, if you're gay. >> Everyone that wrestles. >> Girls, it's fun. You can have a night out and kiss your girlfriends. You can't do that as a dude. >> You crapple your little gay. >> I think Lincoln was topping. >> Okay, I would say so, yeah. If you're a state champion wrestler, you're not getting fucking drilled in your butt. You're doing the drilling. >> Maybe. >> And a guy of that stature, too. What was his assistant captain, whatever the fuck? I sent it to you in a taxi the other day. I can't remember what it was. >> No, you tweeted at me, I think. >> I don't remember. Either way, his secretary, or whatever the fuck, while he was a guy in the military, while he was president, they were allegedly banging. >> Okay, all right. >> His wife wasn't putting out. She's crazy. She's having seances and shit. >> Yeah, but you would think crazy pussy, right? >> Yeah, dude, that happens. >> Yeah. >> Maybe that wasn't the same thing in the 1860s. >> Yeah, man. >> Exactly. The vague says they didn't drug up Biden, they lobotomized him instead. I don't really know what we saw tonight. Bob, I just sent you a tweet via D&M, if you can pull that up, too. >> Here's a new possible movie for you, Abraham Lincoln Milfhunter. >> Oh, I'd love to. Here's that video you were referring to. A listener sent this in, and I wanted to play it. This is what you were talking about. I've not seen this. >> This is from 2015. >> 2017. >> No, no, no, 2017, yeah. >> 2017, this is the one you were talking about during the debate. >> Yeah, there's no need to watch this. It's been, like everybody already knows, it's fake now. >> I have not seen it, so go ahead and play it. >> And you had people, and I'm not talking about the neo-Nazis and the white nationalists, because they should be condemned totally. But you had many people in that group other than neo-Nazis and white nationalists, okay? And the press has treated them absolutely unfair. >> You're right, I actually never did see that clip. All I heard was the beautiful people on both sides. >> That's the one Michael Rappapore was on Patrick Bed David's show about a month ago, talking about how he got duped by this. >> Ah, I got your attention. >> He was like, yeah, I believed it because they said it. Why would they lie? Like, well, why would they lie, Michael? >> And that's Snopes right there. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Yeah, I had never heard that. That's the first time I've ever heard that audio. It was the very fine people on both sides. That was all that is, but that wasn't real, huh? >> Okay. >> What do you do here? >> To close this out. If I'm the Democratic Party, I get rid of him. >> With 130 days left? >> Yep. >> Who's the guy or gal? >> Well, that therein lies the rub, right? Because the scuttlebutt is that Kamala Harris will not go quietly into the good night. She thinks she's the presumptive nominee if he goes. >> I agree. >> And she has zero percent chance of winning. As a matter of fact, I don't think they would even hit 100 electors. If she was the candidate. I think it would be one of the bigger landslides in American history. >> But I would do way better than Kamala. >> Yeah, you also can't keep her as vice president and skipper, right? So it isn't that you just have to replace the president. You've got to replace two people now, which I don't think has ever happened, Bob. If you correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think an incumbent and their vice president have both been eliminated from contention. >> I would have to look that up. I'll try to google it real quick. >> Yeah, I don't think that's ever happened. So either. >> I can't think of a time when that would have happened. >> In American history, I can't either. >> So I mean, and then think about the optics of that. You're getting rid of the only the first block, whatever the fuck, not that she's actually black. I mean, come on, but like. >> It's black enough. >> Nah. >> Come on, it's blackened Drake. >> He's from Ontario. So yeah, anybody's blackened him. >> Vitamin D. Vitamin D is not sinking into that skin. But then what? So let's say it was Gavin Newsom. He would have to pick a new VP. >> I don't think you got 130 days left. >> I don't think Newsom, where do you go? >> If you're Newsom, would you even accept that? I wouldn't. I wouldn't run with only 130 days to go. First of all, where do you get the money from? Right now, July is actually where the big media spend start. They started early because Trump got convicted of that felony. So they spent about 30 or 40 million on media early. But between July and November, they're going to spend somewhere between two and four billion dollars each. Where's all that money coming from? Right now, it's in the fucking Biden campaign war chest. Now, technically, he can move it over. Like, you can give money from one campaign chest to another. If it's candidate to candidate or issue to issue, you can do that. No problem. Is Biden going to do that? Are they going to be able to convince him both to not run and also to give up all of his fucking campaign war chest money to this young guy who's basically him 50 years ago, right? >> Yeah. >> Unlikely, that's going to happen. And then Kamala Harris, again, that's a whole fucking problem. So I don't know what they're going to do, to be honest. >> I'm going to throw you a huge curveball here on this one. Trump's sentencing is in July, on July 11th. Due to what just happened here tonight, the reaction is CNN. And literally, I'm scrolling through Twitter here. Every single person on the left, any chance they put him in jail, because that's the only shot left after tonight. >> Maybe, but that's going to cause a ruckus to put it lightly. >> A dust up. >> A little tiff, maybe. >> I don't know another option here. I mean, just speaking it out loud, the polls that I've seen, and again, I don't really fucking believe in polls, but there's one. It would make a lot of sense. If you put Michelle Obama in there, which she has so far said, she has no intention to run. People do love her, the Democrats love her. She's young, Obama would be in bed with her every single night. Sucking on that hog. Is that a fucking Hail Mary that they even consider here? Because I don't think Newsome's going to do it this close- >> I wouldn't take that. Newsome and DeSantis already know they're running against each other in 28. >> Right. >> And everybody else knows it too. >> So who would be the replacement? >> I don't know. I don't know. And that's, by the way, contingent upon who the VP pick is. If it's somebody like Tim Scott or Bergam or something like that, neither one of them will ever be present in this country. >> I'm glad you brought it up. Does it even matter who his VP is after tonight? Because after watching this, I don't think it matters who the fuck he picks. >> It does. >> I mean, differently 48 hours ago on the show. >> Yeah, now if I'm Trump, I wait to announce my VP. I wait to decide. >> Until the convention. >> To see what the Democrats do. >> Yes, I wait all the way up until the convention. >> You have to wait for them to make a move now. Like the ball's in their court. See what they do. Because what you don't want to do is burn your VP pick. You don't want to do that, right? Especially if he's a guy sitting somewhere, because that affects his potential re-election. If let's say they go with the California governor, right? There's no debate. There's no race out there, right? I don't know who he would potentially pick for a VP or anything like that. But the VP pick would be important because that's the one they're going to go for a stay down. >> There's one name I saw throughout on Twitter. >> Who's that? >> A couple times, not like incessantly, Gretchen Whitmer. >> Oh, not a prayer. >> God. >> I mean, that makes sense, though. She's another governor. She's in a swing state, makes sense. She's deeply unpopular. So we'll see how it goes. >> I think Trump is going to win Michigan anyways. >> Yeah. >> So I don't know that that's the person. I think the left actually likes Gavin Newsom. I think they love Michelle Obama, but I just think she wants the job. >> No, I don't know. I mean, we'll see. >> So in history during an election, the only thing I could see comparable is Horace really died when he's running against Grant. >> Yeah. >> And they just kind of kept the election going because the popular vote was already casted, but the electoral college had not. >> So what you're saying is they're going to kill Joe Biden. You heard that here from Delco Deon. >> Probably come with COVID. >> Do you need it at this point? It might just take a strong breath. >> Andrea Mitchell just tweeted. Democrats saying Biden seemed over-prepared with statistics and stumbled when he couldn't remember them under pressure of the debate. Talk is now starting about an open convention after that performance. >> So what happens in an open convention? I'm not familiar. >> That means people from the floor nominate however many people they want, then they hold an open vote. >> That would be absolute fucking case. >> Yeah, but again, it happened with Coolidge. >> Lincoln. >> It happened with Lincoln and happened with FDR. So this isn't like an abnormal thing. >> In today's modern world with social media the way it is, could you imagine if they had a fucking open floor? >> I think it would be easier. >> Go nuts. >> I think it would be easier with social media. Because you can float all the names on Twitter and wait to see how people react and then choose the one that's the most popular. It makes way more sense now than it did with any of those times. >> I think I know the top two though. >> Maybe. And maybe they have Poland do that effect already as well. Unclear on that. Like let's be frank, if the DNC is doing their fucking job, they know who's popular. >> Yeah. >> You know what I mean? Who would be accepted nationwide? And right now in the trending on politics, Biden battles cold. COVID test negative. Bro, it's too late, man. >> Yeah, no reason for that. >> What a wild night, man. I certainly was not expecting the reaction on a CNN's panel and all that other stuff. The debate performance, yes. I guess if we're going back to a shock of Joe Biden, it was how he got through the state of the union address fine. But this performance is what I thought would have happened to the state of the union. If it would have happened at the state of the union address, then they could have got ahead of this by at least, you know, another three, four months. >> Well, I guess where's the door? >> I don't know what you do now. >> To the guy on the panel, I can't remember which one it was, who was talking about how the entire Biden team has been lying, not just to the American people, but also the Democrats, right? Has it been kept completely in house? Is it just the presidential staff that knows how fucked up he is? And they've been lying to everybody else? Because we all knew, I'm talking about have they been saying, oh, that's just the way he looks on TV or that's just a stutter or whatever. He'll be prepared for this or he'll be prepared for that to the people that actually work in democratic circles. Because it seemed like a lot of these people were very surprised by this. And I wasn't very surprised by it. >> I was based on the state of the union address. And over the course of the last 48 hours, on the last two shows we did on drinking bros, I said the bar is so low for Joe Biden. If he can just stay keep it together like you did the state of the union, you're probably fine and everybody fucking praises him and all that other shit. He didn't. Now what's surprising is how he kept it together for the state of the union. And I'm going to read off the. >> I want those drugs from the state of the union. >> So do I, but I'm going to read the trending topics on Twitter here. Biden's obviously one and everybody's in the world is going ham on that. Kamala is now two. So they're saying hey, she was as high as she's ever going to get. They're asking is she going to take over now? The dam is trending number three. Gavin Newsom number four. And then golf number five, obviously because Trump won two champions. >> What a capital one, the match winner take all. Just fuck it. >> On Netflix or? >> No, no, whatever TNT. >> Sponsored by live. >> Yeah, do it on USA. >> Do it on USA, do it on a real network. WV or some shit or CW, whatever it's called down. >> CW now. >> Yeah, you get three Mulligans, right? >> Yeah. >> That's it. >> Gavin Newsom, everybody's calling for MSNBC as well as just said conversations. We'll take place to replace Biden tomorrow. MSNBC said inside the Democratic Party, they're going to have meetings to replace Biden tomorrow. >> But seriously, wouldn't that just be stupid? Whoever they serve up is going to be a sacrificial lamb. Why not just let the old guy go down? >> Yeah, that's what I think too. >> Unless it's Michelle Obama, I think, I think. >> Oh, Nikki Haley just tweeted, miss me yet? No, not one person misses you. You fucking moggled. >> I haven't even thought about it. >> Jesus Christ. >> I thought I haven't even thought about it. >> What a stupid bitch. Oh, man. >> All of this is Gavin Newsom just smiling behind stage. God, he's like John Lovett's behind the curtain just waiting of like, oh, am I going to run for president now? >> I think it would be a mistake because that's your dude for 28. I'm with you. I mean, it's probably Desanis and him in 28. And maybe that's the thought behind JD Vance's VP where he's 39. Trump does his four years and then they push JD Vance. Not really sure, not really sure that it matters right now, whose VP is shit. We could pick one of our fucking listeners. I think the biggest problem for the left isn't that Biden's fucked up. I think it's that Kamala is there too. >> Yes, I agree. >> Because one is a problem, but two is a much bigger problem. You know what I mean? >> You got to replace both of them. >> Yeah, like there's no way that you can just fucking keep one of them around. So they're fucked. >> Wow. >> I mean, we'll see who knows what's going to happen, but I'm just saying it's not a great situation. >> Wild nights, I have no idea what's going to happen tomorrow. I certainly was not expecting this. I mean, just a complete and utter meltdown by the left. And as well, they should. Trump is Trump. Same as always, dude. That same since 2016 and now. If you're trying to judge this debate by a whole, good fucking luck. >> Judge it by Hope Solo's asshole, which is right over there. >> Right on Patreon. >> Right on Patreon. >> Thank you. >> Appreciate you tuning in, kids. As always, go to iTunes, rate the show five-star and leave a quick review. Also head on over to Spotify. It's just a five-star and you can walk away. Tomorrow's show will be a banger.
